Kedudukan dan Proses Legislasi Qanun Aceh dalam Sistem Hukum Nasional
Aceh's Qanun, as a legal product of Special Autonomy under Law No. 11/2006, occupies a unique and paradoxical position within Indonesia's national legal framework. Formally, it is hierarchically equivalent to a Provincial Regulation (Perda), yet its substantive authority transcends the limits of ordinary regional autonomy, venturing into domains traditionally reserved for uniform national law—most prominently with the establishment of Islamic criminal law through Qanun Jinayat. This creates a systemic legal dualism where citizens, particularly Muslims, are subject to two concurrent criminal regimes: the national Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Jinayat provisions. Its legislative process reflects this complexity, functioning as a multi-level political arena involving intense negotiations among the Aceh DPRD, the Governor, the Aceh Sharia Court (for syariah-based Qanuns), and the Central Government via the Ministry of Home Affairs' evaluation. This ex-ante control mechanism often prioritizes political and administrative considerations over deep juridical review. While Qanun Jinayat attracts significant scholarly and public attention for its controversial nature, the majority of Qanuns actually govern more technical, secular fields like spatial planning and public services. These face different but equally critical challenges, including regulatory overlaps and weak drafting quality, highlighting a gap between the symbolic prominence of syariah and the practical needs of governance. A fundamental flaw in the system is the weak ex-post control; mechanisms for judicial review are unclear and systematic evaluations of a Qanun's implementation and impact are virtually absent. Consequently, many Qanuns exist and are enforced in a state of persistent legal uncertainty, undermining the very rule of law and equal protection that the legal system aims to guarantee, ultimately posing a continuous challenge to national legal integratio
Implementation of the Sahla Method in Qur’an Memorization
The Sahla Method, implemented since 2020, plays a crucial role in building a generation of Qur’anic memorizers who are not only strong in memorization but also excel in recitation and application, following the correct pronunciation (makharij al-huruf) and tajwid rules. The memorization process is carried out with a tahsin class system, the use of bayati tones, as well as a memorization system for page numbers and verse positions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sahla Method in memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Imam Tiru Kidul Modern Tahfidz Pond, Gurah, Kediri. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of the Sahla Method significantly improves the quality of reading and memorization of students, with many students successfully participating in and winning various Tahfidz competitions. The method ensures high-quality memorization, including the ability to recall page numbers, verse numbers, positions, and verse comprehension, in an enjoyable manner. This research is based on the Al-Imam Modern Tahfidz Boarding School, which educates students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Webtoon sebagai Inovasi Media Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiya
This research aims to develop, test the validity, and evaluate the effectiveness of Webtoon as an innovative learning medium for Islamic Cultural History subject, specifically on the "Causes and Events of Fathu Makkah" material for fifth-grade students at MI Islamiyah Lengkong Nganjuk. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), this study produced a digital comic titled "Study With Aza" consisting of six episodes. The product was validated by media experts, material experts, and language experts, and tested on 28 students and 5 teachers. The results showed that the Webtoon media was deemed very valid by media experts (86%), material experts (94%), and language experts (98%). Teacher responses reached 82% (Very Good), and student responses averaged 85% (Very Good). This indicates that Webtoon is a valid, practical, and effective medium that can increase learning motivation and facilitate understanding of Islamic Cultural History material. Revitalisasi Akal dalam Teologi Islam: Telaah Rasional atas Pemikiran Kalam Harun Nasution
Harun Nasution’s theological thought represents a significant effort to revive the role of reason as a central element in understanding Islamic teachings. In the context of Islamic thought in Indonesia, which has long been dominated by traditional and textual approaches, Harun Nasution reintroduced a rational perspective rooted in the Mu‘tazilite theological legacy. Through his academic education at Al-Azhar University and McGill University, he developed a theological framework that emphasized intellectual freedom, rationality, and the historical relevance of Islam in facing modern challenges. This study aims to explain how the integration of reason into Islamic studies was realized through Nasution’s rational theological approach, using a library research method with historical and thematic approaches. The analysis focuses on the historical development of rational kalam, the position of reason within theological methodology, and the impact of his thought on the reform of modern Islamic education. The findings show that Harun Nasution’s rational approach not only shaped a new paradigm in theological studies but also opened space for dialogue between Islam and contemporary intellectual discourse. His ideas make a significant contribution to building a more contextual, critical, and open understanding of Islam in response to the advancement of knowledge and social change
Analisis Penerimaan E-Learning sebagai Media Perkuliahan melalui Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a conceptual framework developed from the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to understand how people accept and use information systems. This model is designed to identify how external factors can influence an individual's beliefs, attitudes, and intentions in using technology. In TAM, there are two key components that are considered to be the main determinants of computer acceptance behavior, namely perceived usefulness (PU) which is the extent to which users believe that the technology can improve their performance, and perceived ease of use (PEOU) which is the level of user belief that the system is easy to operate. This study is a quantitative survey study with 150 active student respondents, data analysis using SEMPLS, the results of the study showed that Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) has a positive effect on Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Attitude Toward Using (ATU), perceived Usefulness (PU) has a positive effect on ATU and Behavioral Intention (BI), Attitude Toward Using (ATU) has a positive effect on Behavioral Intention (BI) and Behavioral Intention (BI) has a positive impact on Actual Use (AU)
Linear Programming Dengan Metode Primal Simpleks (Kasus Maksimasi)
The culinary industry in Indonesia, particularly the dimsum sector, is undergoing rapid development in response to increasing consumer demand for practical and flavorful ready-to-eat meals. This study aims to analyze and optimize the production strategy of Dimsum Kota Medan by applying linear programming using the primal simplex method. The research adopts a case study approach, with data collected through direct interviews and observations to identify production goals, decision variables, and existing operational constraints such as labor, raw materials, and time availability. The simplex method is then applied to determine the optimal production combination that yields the highest profit. The findings show that to achieve a maximum daily profit (Zmax) of IDR 19,800,000, the enterprise should produce 60 portions of original dimsum (X1) and 60 portions of hakau dimsum (X2). Although the model operates under the assumption of linearity and does not capture all external market dynamics, it offers practical guidance for decision-making in resource allocation. This study demonstrates the relevance of mathematical optimization techniques in enhancing profitability for small and medium-sized culinary enterprises in a competitive market environment
Tindakan Edukatif Guru PAI dalam Mengatasi Dampak Negatif Konten Digital pada Peserta Didik
The development of digital technology has a major influence on the lives of teenagers, including the emergence of negative impacts such as social media addiction, cyberbullying, hoaxes, and declining student morale. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto have a strategic role in guiding students to be able to use digital media wisely. This study aims to: 1) Describe the negative impact of digital content on students at SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto. 2) Describe the educational actions of PAI teachers in overcoming the negative impact of digital content. Based on its form, this study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study showed: 1) The negative impact of digital content on students includes social media addiction, the spread of hoaxes, cyberbullying, declining morale, and consumptive attitudes. 2) Educational actions of PAI teachers include digital ethics guidance, counseling on the dangers of negative content, the use of exemplary methods, and approaches to religious values in the use of social media. 3) The implication of these educational actions is the increase in students' awareness in filtering information and using social media more wisely. Based on the results of the study, several recommendations can be given, namely the need to increase digital literacy in the PAI curriculum and strengthen the role of PAI teachers in shaping student character in the digital era
Tantangan Mempertahankan Profesionalisme di Tengah Dinamika Pendidikan
Manusia sebagai Homo Educandum, di mana guru yang memegang peran kunci dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter dalam pendidikan. Namun, di tengah dinamika pendidikan yang terus berkembang, guru menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempertahankan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tantangan-tantangan tersebut, termasuk perubahan kurikulum, integrasi teknologi digital, dan keberagaman peserta didik, serta strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan merupakan studi literatur, dilakukan dengan cara menghimpun dan menelaah berbagai sumber informasi terpercaya seperti jurnal, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru perlu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, adaptasi teknologi, dan pendekatan inklusif untuk memenuhi tuntutan pendidikan yang dinamis. Rekomendasi yang disampaikan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, kolaborasi antar guru, serta penguatan empat prasyarat profesionalisme guru menurut Samani. Dengan demikian, profesionalisme guru yang terjaga akan berdampak positif pada kualitas pendidikan dan masa depan generasi bangsa

A conceptual framework is a fundamental element in scientific research, serving as a guide to understanding the relationships between concepts and variables. This study explores various perspectives on conceptual frameworks, including definitions from experts, types of conceptual frameworks, and methods for their formulation. Several commonly used types of conceptual frameworks include deductive, inductive, conceptual, theoretical, and empirical frameworks, each with distinct characteristics and approaches. Additionally, this study outlines systematic steps in constructing a conceptual framework, starting from problem identification and literature review to the development of a conceptual model. A thorough understanding of conceptual frameworks enables researchers to conduct more structured analyses and produce valid findings that contribute to the advancement of knowledge. Disleksia dalam Pembelajaran Fiqih: Problematika dan Pendekatan Solutif di MI Miftahul Ulum Sumur Tengah
Learning difficulties or learning disability, also known as learning disorder, is a disorder that makes it difficult for the individual concerned to carry out learning activities effectively. Dyslexia is a disorder of ability and difficulty that has an effect on the learning process, including disorders in the process of reading, speaking, writing and sometimes it is difficult to provide codes (coding) numbers or letters. Fiqh subjects, in this case starting from madrasah ibtidaiyah, need to be implemented correctly. In reality in the field, especially madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers have not been able to overcome the problems that occur. The purpose of this study is to describe: dyslexia problems in Fiqh subjects for students of grade I MI Miftahul Ulum Sumur Tengah. solutions used in overcoming dyslexia problems in Fiqh subjects for students of grade I MI Miftahul Ulum Sumur Tengah. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the type of case study, namely describing the case of a group, which in the research uses interview, observation and documetry methods.
