    Disputes over joint property or gono-gini often occur in divorce and inheritance processes, causing prolonged conflict. This study focuses on the resolution of joint property disputes through non-litigation mediation facilitated by religious leaders in Ngadisepi Village, Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency. Mediation was chosen as an alternative method that is faster, more cost-effective, and more effective in reaching agreements than litigation. Religious leaders play an important role in strengthening mediation with an approach to religious values ​​believed in by the local community. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with data collected through observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that a mediation approach involving religious leaders can provide a more emotionally and financially satisfying solution for the disputing parties. In addition, mediation helps reduce tension and accelerate conflict resolution, thereby increasing the satisfaction of all parties involved

    Ombudsman Mechanism and Conflict Resolution in Southwestern Nigerian University

    Disputes are inevitable in educational institutions because it comprised of people of diverse characteristics and background.  Therefore, this study examined the implementation mechanism of ombudsman and conflict resolution in the southwestern Nigerian university. The population for the study comprised all the staff and students from the six federal universities in southwestern Nigeria. A sample of 300 staff and 300 students were selected from the three selected universities using simple random and disproportional sampling techniques.  Three instruments were adopted for the study: Academic Staff Complaints Satisfactory Questionnaire (ASCSQ), Non Academic Staff Complaints Satisfactory Questionnaire (NASCSQ) and Students Complaints Satisfaction Questionnaire (STCSQ).  Descriptive statistics was used to answer the two research questions raised for the study.  The results reveals that the way the sampled universities handle complaints could be said to be in orderly manner and that students have good perception about how the complaints is being handled. The study recommends that Nigerian universities should put in place an Ombudsman office that will handle disputes among students and staff independently and provide a preventive mechanism that will not allow the emergence of complaints from staff

    This study examines prenatal education within the Pelet Petteng tradition from the perspective of traditional birth attendants (dukun kandungan) in Sana Daja Village, Pasean, Pamekasan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, direct observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that traditional birth attendants play a crucial role in pregnancy and childbirth through rituals such as prenatal massage, prayers, and herbal remedies. The community's trust in traditional birth attendants is influenced by cultural factors, limited access to modern healthcare facilities, emotional closeness, and affordability. Despite the availability of modern healthcare services, the villagers tend to prefer traditional birth attendants due to their deep understanding of local traditions and customs. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between traditional birth attendants and medical professionals to improve maternal and child healthcare services in rural communities while preserving local traditions

    The quality of education involves two very important aspects, namely the process and results. The view of education as a mandate must be owned by every quality manager, so as not to lose the vision and spirit of transcendent talit as, namely the view and belief that in managing the quality of education is a task that must be maintained and carried out as a form of devotion to God. SMP Negeri 8 Pamekasan is one of the junior secondary education institutions that incorporates Islamic values in its education quality management. This study applied descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that quality management by integrating Islamic values includes quality planning with the school's vision-mission and curriculum that integrates Islamic values, moral formation and the establishment of short-term and long-term goals. Furthermore, quality supervision and evaluation are carried out with a fair and transparent assessment system and the enactment of a feedback mechanism for improvement. Therefore, to realize quality management based on Islamic values, the development of educators professionalism needs to be carried out with training and competency development as well as a culture of continuous learning among educators

    Shaping student character is certainly the most important goal for principals to do., and every principal's leadership must have its own strategy in developing it. MTs Mabdaul Falah West Kaduara Educational Institution implements a religious program, namely Special Lessons and Hifdz Subjects. The existence of this religious program is to provide good benefits for student character shaping. The strategies implemented by the school principal play an important role in ensuring that the regulations support students' character building. The data collection mothed in this research uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis of this research uses the theory commonly used in qualitative research but with an updated theory from Miles, Hubarman and Saldana, namely Data Condensation. The results showed that the principal has implemented various effective strategies in developing religious programs at school. Including First, making clear and structured regulations. Second, the consistent application of reward and punishment system. Third, collaboration with external institutions. This strategy has three main implications. First, it becomes a facility for character knowledge for students. Second, it instills competitive and disciplined character values. Third, improving students' abilities in the field of religion

    Corruption within PT Pertamina (Persero) remains a critical issue that not only causes significant state financial losses but also undermines public trust. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external supervisory mechanisms in preventing corruption within the company, viewed from the perspective of State Administrative Law. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and a case study design, the research analyzes the roles and functions of various oversight institutions, including Pertamina’s internal audit division, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), and other relevant legal authorities. The findings indicate that although supervision mechanisms are formally established, their implementation still faces several challenges. These include regulatory gaps, limited inter-agency coordination, and weaknesses in corporate governance. The ineffectiveness of oversight functions contributes to vulnerabilities in the company’s anti-corruption framework. Therefore, the study recommends the strengthening of regulatory frameworks, enhancement of transparency, and optimization of synergy between internal and external oversight bodies. These reforms are deemed essential to build a more accountable and corruption-resistant governance system in state-owned enterprises, particularly in strategic sectors such as energy. The research findings have practical implications for policymakers and supervisory institutions in improving public sector integrity through better administrative oversight

    Kajian Komparatif Materi Darah Perempuan Pada Buku Teks (PAI BP) dan Buku Fikih Kelas 4 SD Dan MI

    Textbooks serve as primary learning resources in schools and are expected to provide accurate, structured, and comprehensive material. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the presentation of female blood material in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAI BP) textbook for grade 4 students at SD Negeri Tanjung 5 and the grade 4 fiqh textbook at MI Negeri 1 Pamekasan. Specifically, the research seeks to examine (1) the presentation of female blood material in both textbooks, (2) the similarities and differences in their content, and (3) the extent to which the formulation of the material meets students’ learning needs. This research employed a qualitative approach with library research as its design. Data were collected through documentation of primary sources PAI BP textbook (2021) and fiqh textbook (2023), as well as secondary sources from relevant literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that the fiqh textbook provides more detailed coverage, particularly on menstruation, including its definition, characteristics, duration, restrictions, and obligatory bathing, while also briefly addressing istihadhah and nifas. In contrast, the PAI BP textbook limits its discussion to menstruation, adopting a narrative and integrative approach that combines fiqh and biological perspectives. Both books share similarities in positioning menstruation within the puberty chapter but differ in depth, argumentation, and evaluation techniques, with fiqh offering broader conceptual-theoretical content than the more contextual narrative of PAI BP

    Implementasi Moderasi Beragama dalam Pendidikan Pesantren di Tengah Masyarakat Multikultural: Studi Kasus Pondok Pesantren Kauman Lasem

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi moderasi beragama dalam sistem pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Kauman Lasem, Rembang. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis tematik (thematic analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama seperti toleransi, kerukunan, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, dan kepedulian sosial telah diterapkan secara nyata dalam kurikulum dan aktivitas harian pesantren. Interaksi positif dengan masyarakat Tionghoa menjadi indikator utama keberhasilan moderasi tersebut, selain itu, hubungan harmonis antara komunitas pesantren dan masyarakat Tionghoa menjadi bukti nyata penerapan mederasi beragama dalam ranah pendidikan. Kesimpulan menyebutkan bahwa pesantren dapat menjadi model lembaga pendidikan yang mampu menjembatani nilai-nilai keislaman dengan semangat kebhinekaan.     Pendidikan Inklusif Berbasis Nilai Islam dalam Menangani Kenakalan Santri: Studi di Pesantren Al-Hassan Rembang

    Islamic education in Indonesia faces contemporary challenges, particularly in addressing student misconduct within traditional educational institutions. This research examines the implementation of inclusive education at Al-Hassan Islamic Boarding School in Rembang as an approach to handle student delinquency. The study aims to analyze inclusive educational practices based on Islamic values of wasathiyah and their effectiveness in character building and behavioral correction. Using qualitative methodology with ethnographic approach, data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with school administrators, teachers, and students, as well as documentation analysis. The research reveals that Al-Hassan Islamic Boarding School successfully implements inclusive education by accepting students from diverse backgrounds without discrimination, including those from economically disadvantaged families, orphans, broken homes, and students with learning difficulties. The boarding school employs humanistic and empathetic approaches in handling student misconduct, prioritizing dialogue, mediation, and character development over punitive measures. Key findings indicate that inclusive educational strategies based on Islamic theological values prove more effective in transforming student behavior compared to repressive approaches. The integration of social-emotional programs, individual counseling, and collaborative problem-solving creates a conducive learning environment for holistic character development. The study concludes that inclusive education rooted in Islamic values of justice, compassion, and brotherhood provides a viable alternative model for contemporary Islamic education in Indonesia, demonstrating that traditional Islamic boarding schools can adapt modern educational principles while maintaining their spiritual foundation and cultural authenticity.     Peran Kepatuhan Pasien Diabetes Melitus terhadap Terapi Obat dalam Mencegah Komplikasi Penyakit

    Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that requires long-term management through pharmacological therapy to control blood glucose levels and prevent complications. The success of drug therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus is strongly influenced by the level of patient adherence to treatment as recommended by healthcare professionals. This article aims to examine the role of patient adherence to pharmacological therapy in preventing complications of diabetes mellitus. The writing method used is a literature review by analyzing various relevant sources, including textbooks and scientific articles related to diabetes mellitus and treatment adherence. The results of the review indicate that patient adherence in taking medication regularly, at the correct dosage, and according to the prescribed schedule plays a crucial role in maintaining stable blood glucose levels and reducing the risk of microvascular and macrovascular complications. In addition, patient knowledge, family support, and the role of healthcare providers significantly influence adherence levels. Therefore, improving patient adherence to pharmacological therapy should be a primary focus in diabetes mellitus management to prevent complications and enhance patients’ quality of lif
