    Peran Masjid Gemma Prenduan Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Masyarakat

    important place for Muslims, because the main function of the mosque is as a place of worship. The purpose of this study is to explore the mosque as an educational institution and the supporting and inhibiting factors in education at the Gemma mosque. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with a case study type. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. While data analysis was carried out with a cycle of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In testing the validity of the data, source triangulation and data triangulation were carried out. While the subjects of the study were the takmir administrators, congregation, and all matters related to the Gemma Prenduan mosque section. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the Gemma Prenduan mosque has been running smoothly and well. This can be seen from various Islamic education activities that have been held, such as the Majelis Taklim, namely various scientific studies and the existence of TPA, yellow book studies and the excitement of the month of Ramadan. So that it is able to create people with Islamic morals, faith, and piety. Supporting factors: the availability of mosques as a fairly good educational facility equipped with supporting educational facilities and infrastructure, the arrangement of a fairly good activity program so that the desired goals will be achieved, the number of congregations is large and always active. Inhibiting factors: human resources, lack of awareness of participants to follow longer activities, and time in following the activity process

    The digitalization of the Qur’an has brought significant changes to society in the modern technological era. Through digital mushaf applications with various available features, Muslims can access and read the Qur’an anytime and anywhere with greater convenience. This study discusses the development of the Qur’anic mushaf up to the digital era, the characteristics of electronic Qur’anic manuscripts, and their impact on the lives of contemporary Muslims. The type of research used is library research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, by collecting data and materials related to the theme and issues discussed from various library sources. The results of the study show that the digitalization of the Qur’an provides convenience and serves as a practical solution, especially for the millennial and Gen Z generations who are accustomed to technology. However, its use must still be carried out wisely, without abandoning the tradition of reading the printed mushaf. By maintaining this balance, the use of digital Qur’an applications can provide maximum benefits without diminishing the sacredness and reverence of the Qur’an

    The Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office Regulation No. 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice is a significant milestone in the reform of the criminal justice system in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the implementation of the restorative justice concept in resolving minor crimes and to assess the effectiveness and challenges faced by law enforcement officials, particularly the prosecutor's office, in implementing this policy. The research method used is a normative juridical approach, using regulatory analysis, case studies, and interviews with legal practitioners. The results indicate that the application of restorative justice provides a more humane and efficient alternative for case resolution, oriented toward restoring relationships between perpetrators, victims, and the community. However, implementation in the field still faces obstacles such as a lack of understanding among officials, resistance to a retributive legal culture, and limited supporting facilities. Prosecutor's Office Regulation No. 15 of 2020 provides a clear legal framework, but synergy between institutions and public education are needed for the optimal implementation of restorative justice principles

    Integrasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Transaksional, Dan Profetik Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Organisasi Pendidikan Islam

    This study examines the integration of transformational, transactional, and prophetic leadership styles in improving organizational effectiveness at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Garut. Using a qualitative case study approach conducted from September 25-29, 2025, data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals, vice principals, senior and junior teachers, administrative staff, and students, complemented by observation and document analysis. The findings reveal that the principal predominantly applies transformational leadership through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, supported by transactional elements (contingent reward and management by exception) and prophetic values (shiddiq, amanah, and shura). The strengths lie in inspirational leadership oriented toward Islamic educational vision, moral exemplary, innovation encouragement, empathy, and integration of religious and professional values. However, weaknesses persist in uneven participation in deliberation, inconsistent reward systems, leadership centralization, and administrative-focused transactional approaches. Five priority interventions are recommended: transformation toward distributed leadership, development of innovation culture, strengthening communication and participation systems, organizational justice management, and generational bridging programs. The implementation strategy is designed in three phases over twelve months with comprehensive evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure sustainable organizational transformation

    This study, entitled “The Concept of Educating Righteous Children from the Perspectives of Shaykh At-Tihami and Shaykh Nawawi al-Bantani: Relevance to Islamic Education in Indonesia”, aims to describe the scholars’ concepts of child education, the strategic role of parents, and the relevance of their ideas to current Islamic education in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach with a library research method, data were obtained from Qurratul ‘Uyun by Shaykh Muhammad At-Tihami and Uqud al-Lujain by Shaykh Nawawi al-Bantani, supported by relevant literature. Descriptive-comparative analysis identified similarities and differences in their perspectives. Shaykh At-Tihami emphasizes education before birth, including spouse selection and marital etiquette, while Shaykh Nawawi focuses on parental responsibility in instilling Islamic values and exemplary conduct. Both agree that family is the foundation of moral and spiritual education, and their ideas remain relevant to Indonesia’s Islamic education, which places the family as the primary environment for nurturing faith and character

    Artikel ini membahas analisis konsep dan keterkaitan antara administrasi dan manajemen dalam konteks pendidikan, serta keterkaitannya dengan peningkatan efektivitas sekolah. Latar belakang kajian ini didasari oleh masih adanya kesalahpahaman dalam penggunaan kedua istilah tersebut. Banyak kalangan, baik praktisi maupun akademisi, sering mempergunakan istilah manajemen dan administrasi seolah memiliki makna yang sama, padahal secara konseptual terdapat perbedaan mendasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan mencari, membaca, mencatat, dan mengelola bahan dari jurnal, buku, dan sumber referensi lain secara online yang mendukung penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan memiliki lingkup yang lebih luas dengan orientasi strategis, sedangkan administrasi pendidikan berperan dalam aspek teknis yang mendukung keteraturan dan kelancaran proses manajerial. Keduanya saling melengkapi dan berkontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sekolah apabila diintegrasikan secara harmonis dalam praktik penyelenggaraan pendidikan

    Tecnological developments and current developments have a big influence on a child’s morals. Students should not only have intellectual intelligence but also have spiritual intelligence, therefor  teachers play an important role in instilling morals and increasing spiritual intellegence in student. The problem raised in this researche is the implementation of  the IMTAQ  program implemented  MA Raudlatul Ulum Bilapora Rebba Lenteng  Sumenep in creasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students wich is described in three focuses, namely: 1. What is the concept and scope of implementation of the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of study students case at MA Raudlatul Ulum. 2. How is the implementation of the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students at MA Raudlatul Ulum. 3. What are the supporting and  inhibitin factors for implementing the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students at MA Raudlatul Ulum.The implementation of the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students at MA Raudlatul Ulum was conceptualized and formed with several backgrounds whose objects were the students themselves with several objectives for implementing this IMTAQ program. The results of  research show  that faith and devotion to student is one of the goals of  implementing the IMTAQ program at MA Raudlatul Ulum by forming several activities in it which of course in every program implemented will never be protected from supporting and inhibitin factors.     This research is motivated by the 21st-century learning system, which requires us to respond to the increasingly competitive demands of the times. As society evolves, education becomes more complex to produce competent outputs. Therefore, learning implementation is needed to develop excellent and intelligent human resources, both in general knowledge and religious studies. In this regard, the implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills)-based learning in the fiqh subject for fifth-grade students at MI Nurur Rahmah is expected to enable students to apply their knowledge in daily life activities. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of HOTS-based learning in enhancing students' cognitive abilities in the fiqh subject for fifth-grade students at MI Nurur Rahmah. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The findings reveal that the learning process aligns with cognitive domain stages and incorporates HOTS indicators. This indicates that the implementation of HOTS-based learning in the fiqh subject for fifth-grade students at MI Nurur Rahmah has been successfully carried out

    The research in this thesis is motivated by the development of technology and information as a data collection base that has a very important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. Information technology based on data collectors has an important object in advancing educational goals. The existence of EMIS is used as one of the main bases in making educational policies at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aitam, so it is hoped that all incoming data will be more updated and accurate. The purpose of this study is to describe, 1) Strategic steps to implement EMIS in MTs Darul Aitam Tlambah in education policy-making 2) The impact of EMIS on education policy-making in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aitam Tlambah. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive with the type of case study. The researcher used observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification. The validity of the data used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. Conclusions obtained from the results of this study 1) The strategic steps of implementing EMIS at MTs Darul Aitam in making education policies in accordance with the EMIS guidelines, namely registration, login, institutional updates, old student updates, new student input, GTK updates, infrastructure updates, and BAP upload/download. The policy-making process is by identifying problems, searching for information, evaluating alternatives, making policies, and behaviors after education policy-making. Such as the fulfillment of teaching hours. 2) The impact resulting from EMIS on education policy-making, namely, can improve the performance of EMIS management in determining policies related to education financing such as School Operational Assistance (BOS) and realizing the effectiveness of achieving the smart indonesia program (PIP).     Analisis Penerapan Learning Management System Dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran

    This study investigates the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) known as Apel Kansa Berduri at SD Negeri Kangenan 1 Pamekasan, focusing on its role as a digital innovation in primary education. The background of the study highlights the increasing necessity for effective and adaptive learning management in response to the rapid advancement of information and communication technologies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The results reveal that the LMS facilitates teachers in organizing, delivering, and assessing instructional content through interactive features such as digital textbooks, video materials, and online quizzes. Although teachers initially faced difficulties in adapting to the technology, these challenges were progressively overcome through systematic and continuous training. The integration of the LMS has contributed to improved instructional efficiency and enhanced student learning outcomes. Therefore, the adoption of Apel Kansa Berduri is considered a strategic step in transforming traditional classroom instruction into a modern, technology-integrated, and student-centered learning environment within Indonesia’s primary education system
