Keadilan dalam Putusan Pailit: Studi terhadap Debitur yang Masih Memiliki Prospek Usaha
This study critically examines the application of bankruptcy law in Indonesia with a specific focus on debtors who still possess viable business prospects. Grounded in John Rawls’s theory of justice and Gustav Radbruch’s legal philosophy, the research evaluates whether the implementation of bankruptcy provisions promotes substantive justice or merely reinforces creditor dominance. Using a normative juridical method that combines statutory and case approaches, several landmark court decisions, including Supreme Court Decision No. 186 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2015, were analyzed to assess judicial reasoning and its implications for economic recovery. The findings reveal that Indonesian courts predominantly emphasize debt repayment, often disregarding the debtor’s potential for business continuity. The rigid structure of Article 2 of the Bankruptcy Law tends to result in premature liquidation, contrasting with rehabilitative systems such as Chapter 11 in the United States. The study concludes that legal reforms are necessary to incorporate justice-oriented and rehabilitative mechanisms that balance the interests of creditors and debtors while supporting sustainable economic growth
Dinamika Pendidikan Karakter Peserta Didik Perkotaan Dan Pedesaan: Analisis Teori ‘Umran Ibnu Khaldun
This study aims to analyze the differences in character education for students in urban and rural schools, referring to Ibn Khaldun's theory on the influence of 'umran (socio-cultural environment) in the formation of morals. The study was conducted using a comparative qualitative approach at SD QISMU (urban) and SDN Larangan Kerta (rural). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using qualitative comparative analysis techniques. The results show that character education in urban areas is more formal, structured, and based on school programs with individualistic tendencies due to the influence of digital culture, but is still strengthened through religious habits and collaboration with parents. Meanwhile, character education in rural areas is more natural, communal, and rooted in religious traditions and mutual cooperation, with the important role of Kyai and local Madurese wisdom. These findings are in line with Ibn Khaldun's theory that morals are formed through habits (ta'wid) and role models (uswah) according to the social context. Thus, this study emphasizes the need for character education designs that are contextual, fair, and aligned with Islamic values and the socio-cultural dynamics of students.
 
Transformasi Pembelajaran di Era Digital: Model Simulasi Berbasis TIK untuk Mengoptimalkan Keaktifan dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Proses pembelajaran di sekolah memerlukan interaksi dinamis antara guru dan siswa, serta di antara siswa itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu memilih dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang secara aktif melibatkan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan motivasi siswa; namun, implementasi model simulasi berbasis TIK pada tingkat sekolah dasar masih kurang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif untuk menggambarkan implementasi model simulasi berbasis TIK dalam mengoptimalkan keaktifan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Natar, Lampung Selatan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025, melibatkan 28 siswa kelas IV dengan 12 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yang meliputi proses kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model simulasi berbasis TIK memiliki dampak positif terhadap keaktifan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan selama proses belajar, sebagaimana terlihat dari partisipasi aktif dalam bertanya, diskusi kelompok, penyelesaian tugas, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif. Indikator-indikator ini mencerminkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keaktifan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa model simulasi berbasis TIK dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan motivasi belajar siswa, serta memungkinkan guru menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangka
When the Nile is Contested: A Dynamics of Water Conflicts in the Middle East and the Challenge of Solutions
This paper aims to analyse the hydropolitical conflict on the Nile River as a form of struggle for natural water resources by the countries involved in the Middle East, especially Egypt and Ethiopia. The Nile River has strategic value in both political and economic aspects. Many agreements have been made to avoid hydropolitical conflicts on the Nile River both bilaterally and multilaterally, although some have created new problems. The existence of factors that can affect the amount of water in the Nile, population growth, climate change, and the construction of the GERD dam by Ethiopia are new challenges for neighbouring countries regarding the future of water in the Nile and solutions to deal with it. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection through documentation studies, archival studies and internet-based studies. The concepts of conflict and conflict resolution were used as a theoretical framework to unravel the problem. The author found that hydropolitical conflict caused by the struggle over the Nile River is one of the prominent forms of conflict that has the potential to threaten security and peace in the region. Cooperation and the drafting of agreements that are more inclusive and represent the interests of the disputing parties are needed
Studi Fenomenologi pada Kegiatan Yasinan Lanang dan Manakib Toriqoh Attijani di Buntet Pesantren
This research aims to understand the religious meaning and the values of Islamic education within the tradition of Yasinan Lanang and Manakib Toriqoh Attijani, as well as to analyze how this activity strengthens the social and spiritual bonds among male participants in Mertapada Kulon Village, Buntet Pesantren. This study employs a qualitative-phenomenological approach. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis to explore the subjective experiences of the participants. The core findings indicate that this tradition serves not only as a routine ritual but also as an authentic space for spiritual and social education. It functions to foster inner peace, strengthen religious awareness, reinforce community solidarity through shared responsibilities, and act as a subtle form of social control based on Islamic moral values. The conclusion is that the Yasinan Lanang and Manakib tradition is a tangible manifestation of community-based non-formal religious education that effectively preserves and transmits Islamic values, while also highlighting the significant spiritual role of men within the communit
Penerapan Metode Inquiry Dan Discovery pada Pembelajaran IPA di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode inquiry dan discovery dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah berdasarkan kajian pustaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur (library research) dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari jurnal-jurnal bereputasi dan buku-buku relevan yang membahas metode inquiry dan discovery. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode inquiry dan discovery memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap proses pembelajaran IPA. Metode inquiry mendorong siswa untuk aktif bertanya, mengamati, dan menyelidiki permasalahan secara sistematis, sedangkan metode discovery memungkinkan siswa menemukan konsep-konsep baru melalui eksplorasi dan percobaan. Keduanya berperan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Selain itu, literatur juga mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan kedua metode ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa karena mereka terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, keberhasilan penerapan metode ini sangat bergantung pada peran guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan mendukung eksplorasi siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya penerapan metode inquiry dan discovery dalam pembelajaran IPA di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dan praktisi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan efektif
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran KAREB (Kartu Kuartet Kebutuhan) untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa pada Pelajaran IPAS Kelas IV Materi Aku Dan Kebutuhanku di MI PSM Dadapan
Media pembelajaran adalah salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Dalam pembelajaran guru biasanya menggunakan media pembelajaran sebagai perantara dalam menyampaikan materi agar dapat dipahami oleh peserta didik. Kondisi pembelajaran di MI PSM Dadapan khususnya di mata pelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) juga masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, yaitu dengan metode ceramah dan minimnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan membuat peserta didik mengalami kejenuhan. Media yang akan dikembangkan adalah media kartu kuartet kebutuhan yang selanjutnya akan disebut dengan media KAREB (kartu kuartet kebutuhan). Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan media pembelajaran KAREB pada pelajaran IPAS kelas IV materi Aku dan Kebutuhanku di MI PSM Dadapan dan bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran KAREB pada pelajaran IPAS kelas IV materi Aku dan Kebutuhanku di MI PSM Dadapan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian RnD (Research and Development). Dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Intsrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 19 siswa. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah kartu kuartet kebutuhan yang berjumlah 44 kartu serta 1 box kartu. Validasi produk dari ahli materi dan media mendapat hasil presentase rata-rata keseluruhan 90,50% yang menunjukkan bahwa media ini sangat layak digunakan. Respon siswa menunjukkan presentase 99,12%, respon guru yang menunjukkan presentase 98,94%. Serta tingkat motivasi siswa dengan hasil presentase 98,42%. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran KAREB (kartu kuartet kebutuhan) layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran
The Effect of Google Classroom Media on Responsibility Characters in SMKN 3 Jombang
Education has a role in forming quality and quality human resources. The role of the teacher as a component of learning must have creativity in creating learning media so that the learning process is effective. Increasing the effectiveness of the learning process shows the achievement of learning objectives. Most Civics teachers still use the lecture method so that students only master knowledge. Students need meaningful learning to develop aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. One of the media that can be used to strengthen the learning experience of students is the Google Classroom media designed to help teachers create, describe and distribute assignments to students in a paperless manner (without paper). The Google Classroom application can also foster character, one of which is the responsibility of students. The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of Google Classroom media on the character of responsibility in SMK N 3 Jombang. The method used in this research is quantitative, data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that from testing using SPSS version 21 shows the value of r count 0.060> r table 0.312 with a significant 0.713 <0.05, so it shows that there is an effect of Google Classroom learning media on the responsibility of students
The Influence Of Non-Formal Education In Improving Students Skill Of Reading And Writing The Qur’an
Al-Qur'an educational park is an institution or community group that organizes non-formal education of the Islamic religious type which aims to provide teaching to read the Al-Qur'an from an early age and understand the basics of Islam in children of kindergarten, elementary school, and even higher. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-formal education in improving the ability to read and write the Al-qur'an of TPA Al-Hanif students in East Jakarta. The method used in this research is correlation with a quantitative approach, the sampling method is done by simple random sampling with a sample of 28 respondents. Data collection is done through the use of instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results showed that there is a relationship between non-formal education in improving the reading and writing of the Qur'an of students with a correlation of r = 0.470 ????2 = 0.4702
Instilling Family Values among Students through the Tradition of Ro'an (Community Service) in Islamic Boarding Schools
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Ro'an (mutual cooperation) tradition at the Sunan Kalijaga Islamic Boarding School in Patianrowo, Nganjuk, to explain efforts to instill family values among students through this tradition, and to analyze the outcomes of these efforts. A qualitative approach was employed, based on interpretive philosophy, to gather in-depth insights. The research findings reveal that the Ro'an tradition is effectively conducted, fostering strong social bonds among students as they work together with sincerity and cooperation. This tradition significantly contributes to nurturing a sense of family among the students, strengthening their social relationships and communal spirit
