PENGARUH CORE STABILITY EXERCISE TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI DAN PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN FUNGSIONAL LOW BACK PAIN MYOGENIC PADA LANJUT USIA
Background: Myogenic Low Back Pain (LBP) is a musculoskeletal problem that often occurs especially in the elderly, caused by muscle and soft tissue disorders in the lower lumbar region. Core Stability Exercise (CSE) is an exercise method that aims to strengthen core muscles, improve body stability, and reduce mechanical loads on the spine. Aims to determine the effect of CSE on reducing pain and functional improvement in myogenic LBP, especially in elderly Methods: This study applied a quasi-experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest design approach. Using purposive sampling technique, involving 20 elderly with myogenic low back pain (LBP). Divided into two groups: an intervention group that underwent Core Stability Exercise for 4 weeks with a frequency of 3x/week, and a control group that only received education at the end of the study. Pain intensity was measured using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), while functional ability was assessed using the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ). Data analysis was performed using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney U Test, with a significance level of p<0.05. Results: The study showed that in the intervention group, there was a significant decrease in pain with a value of p=0.014 for silent pain, p=0.003 for pressure pain, and p=0.002 for motion pain. Functional ability also increased significantly with a value of p=0.004. Meanwhile, in the control group, there were no significant changes in either pain level (p>0.05) or functional ability (p=0.102>0.05). Conclusion: Core Stability Exercise is proven to play a role in reducing pain and improving physical function in the elderly who experience myogenic Low Back Pain (LBP).

Core Stability Exercise (CSE) adalah salah satu metode latihan yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat otot inti, meningkatkan stabilitas tubuh, dan mengurangi beban mekanis pada tulang belakang. Dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok intervensi yang menjalani Core Stability Exercise selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi 3x/minggu, serta kelompok kontrol yang hanya menerima edukasi di akhir penelitian. Intensitas nyeri diukur menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), sedangkan kemampuan fungsional dinilai melalui Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney U Test, dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0,05. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok intervensi, terjadi penurunan nyeri yang signifikan dengan nilai p=0,014 untuk nyeri diam, p=0,003 untuk nyeri tekan, dan p=0,002 untuk nyeri gerak. Kemampuan fungsional juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan nilai p=0,004. Sementara itu, pada kelompok kontrol, tidak terdapat perubahan yang signifikan baik pada tingkat nyeri (p>0,05) maupun kemampuan fungsional (p=0.102>0.05). Kesimpulan: Latihan Core Stability terbukti berperan dalam mengurangi nyeri serta meningkatkan fungsi fisik pada lansia yang mengalami Low Back Pain (LBP) myogenic.

An Analysis of Productive Zakat Implementation from the Perspective of Shariah Enterprise Theory: A Case Study of Baznas Sukabumi City
Zakat as a form of worship is governed by Sharia law, and its management must prioritize adherence to Sharia principles over purely economic considerations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of productive zakat for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by Baznas (National Zakat Agency) of Sukabumi City, using the framework of Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings reveal that the productive zakat program is implemented in six distinct stages. Among these, the verification and field review stages, as well as the monitoring and mentoring stages, emerged as the most critical. The study concludes that the program fulfills all dimensions of the Sharia Enterprise Theory, namely accountability to Allah SWT, to direct stakeholders, to indirect stakeholders, and to the environment. However, the research also identifies areas for improvement, particularly in accountability to indirect stakeholders. This is reflected in the limited progress of mustahik-run businesses and the suboptimal dissemination of Baznas reports. Website accessibility and public engagement efforts, such as outreach in open community spaces, remain limited. The study underscores the need to strengthen accountability mechanisms for indirect stakeholders, especially mustahik (beneficiaries) who receive microenterprise funding. It also highlights the importance of enhancing the visibility of Baznas\u27 reporting activities through improved utilization of digital platforms—such as websites and social media—and through regular public outreach initiatives
A Comparative Expert-Based Analysis for Prioritizing Waqf Asset Optimization Strategies in Indonesia: An Analytic Network Process (ANP) Approach
Land waqf in Indonesia holds significant potential for economic empowerment; however, its predominantly conventional management practices have limited its contribution to broader development goals. This study aims to formulate comprehensive strategic priorities, based on expert evaluations, to enhance the sustainable effectiveness of land waqf management. The research employs the Analytic Network Process (ANP), a method that enables the analysis of interdependencies among decision elements using expert input. The results reveal notable differences in emphasis among expert groups. Regulators identify regulatory issues as the primary challenge (0.303) and the most critical solution area (0.321), with regulatory strengthening emerging as the top strategic priority (0.272). Academics consider nazhir-related issues as the central problem (0.344), advocating balanced empowerment of both wakif and nazhir (each 0.285), supported by strategies focused on enhancing waqf literacy and optimizing asset management (each 0.342). Practitioners also emphasize the role of nazhir (0.308) and prioritize capacity-building solutions for nazhir (0.311), proposing a comprehensive strategy encompassing waqf literacy, regulatory reinforcement, and asset optimization (each 0.270). These findings underscore the need for a multidimensional approach to waqf asset optimization—one that integrates institutional development, educational initiatives, and policy reform. The study highlights the critical importance of collaboration among regulators, academics, and practitioners to establish an effective, professional, and productive land waqf management system
MENGKRITISI PERLINDUNGAN KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA MALPRAKTIK MEDIS: PARADIGMA CRITICAL VICTIMOLOGY
Abstract
This study aims to determine the ius constitutum for the protection of medical malpractice crimes victim in Indonesia, as well as to find out the critical victimology view in examining the protection of medical malpractice crimes victim in Indonesia. This research is an empirical legal research by analyzing the results of interviews and reviewing them with a critical victimology approach. The conclusion of this study is the ius constitutum for the protection of medical malpractice crimes victim in Indonesia still refers to the Witness and Victim Protection Law, the Medical Practice Law, the Health Law and the Criminal Code and the view that the imposition of criminal sanctions for medical malpractice perpetrators is considered a form of providing legal protection against victims, and another form of fulfilling the rights of victims is to refer to the provision of compensation. Therefore, there are imperfections in the application of victimology theory, especially the critical victimology approach in the provision and enforcement of legal protection for medical malpractice crimes victim in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris dengan menganalisis hasil wawancara serta mengkajinya dengan pendekatan critical victimology. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ius constitutum perlindungan korban tindak pidana malpraktik medis di Indonesia masih mengacu pada UU Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban, UU Praktik Kedokteran, UU Kesehatan dan KUHP serta adanya pandangan bahwa penjatuhan sanksi pidana bagi pelaku malpraktik medis dianggap sebagai bentuk pemberian perlindungan hukum terhadap korbannya, dan bentuk lain dalam pemenuhan hak korban adalah merujuk kepada pemberian ganti rugi. Oleh karena itu, terjadi ketidaksempurnaan penerapan teori viktimologi khususnya pendekatan critical victimology dalam ketentuan dan penegakan terhadap perlindungan hukum korban tindak pidana malpraktik medis di Indonesia
Studi Kekuatan Struktur Deck Crane Barge Terhadap Beban Knuckle Boom Crane dan Hydraulic Crane dengan Pendekatan Metode Elemen Hingga
This study aims to evaluate the structural strength of a crane barge deck under the loading of two types of cranes: the Knuckle Boom Crane and the Hydraulic Crane. The evaluation is conducted using the numerical Finite Element Method (FEM) with the assistance of Maxsurf Multiframe software. The main focus of the analysis is to assess the effects of crane type, boom position variation (working radius), and deck plate thickness on stress distribution and bending moment in the deck structure. The structural model used is based on an actual design of a crane barge from PT Baramulti, with dimensions adjusted to the limitations of the student version of the software. Loading scenarios were applied incrementally from 0 to 30 tons, and the results were assessed by comparing them against allowable stress limits set by the Indonesian Classification Bureau (BKI). The simulation results show that large-capacity cranes, such as the 60T Knuckle Boom Crane, generate stress levels exceeding BKI safety limits. However, after structural reinforcements were applied—such as the addition of stiffeners, increasing deck plate thickness, and changing the material to AH36—the maximum stress was reduced by approximately 26%, restoring structural safety under loads up to 20 tons. This research highlights the importance of structural design that considers crane type, actual load conditions, and material specifications to ensure the operational safety of crane barges
DESIGN A DEVICE FOR DETECTING PATIENT HEART RATE AND BODY TEMPERATURE BASED ON ESP-32
This article discusses the development of an Internet of Things (IoT) based patient health monitoring system using ESP32 as the main microcontroller and a web server to display data in real-time. This system is equipped with a MAX 30102 sensor, DS18b20 Sensor and DHT11 Sensor, designed to measure and monitor various patient health parameters, such as body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels (SpO2) through sensors connected to the ESP32. Data obtained from these sensors will be sent to the web to be processed and displayed in an easy-to-understand form. With this system, it is expected to facilitate monitoring of patient health conditions remotely, and increase the efficiency of medical monitoring
Peningkatan Kapasitas Masyarakat dalam Mitigasi Risiko Banjir melalui Pelatihan Hidrologi Partisipatif di Desa Rawapitu, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang
Seasonal flooding poses a major threat to Rawapitu Village, Tulang Bawang Regency, especially during peak rainy seasons. The lack of community understanding of basic hydrological principles and minimal involvement in disaster mitigation have exacerbated flood impacts. This community service program aimed to enhance local capacity through participatory hydrology training, covering water cycle literacy, local risk identification, and the development of a community-based action plan. Methods used included field observation, semi-structured interviews, pre-post tests, and participatory mapping. The results show a significant increase in participants\u27 understanding and the formulation of a community-driven action plan. The training demonstrates that an educational and participatory approach can empower communities to become central actors in locally grounded disaster risk reduction.Banjir musiman menjadi ancaman utama bagi Desa Rawapitu, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, khususnya selama puncak musim hujan. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap prinsip dasar hidrologi dan minimnya keterlibatan dalam mitigasi memperbesar dampak bencana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas warga melalui pelatihan hidrologi partisipatif yang mencakup pemahaman siklus air, identifikasi risiko lokal, dan penyusunan rencana aksi komunitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara semi-struktural, pre-post test, dan peta partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta dan terbentuknya dokumen rencana aksi berbasis komunitas. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif mampu mendorong masyarakat menjadi aktor utama dalam pengurangan risiko bencana berbasis lokal
Peningkatan Kesadaran Masyarakat dalam Mengelola Sampah di KSM Ngudi Rejeki Jongkangan Melalui Komunikasi Penyuluhan
The Ngudi Rejeki Independent Waste Group (KSM) is one of the Independent Waste Management Groups (KPSM) operating within the Sleman Regency, officially recognized under the Decree of the Head of the Sleman Environmental Agency No. 8/Ke.Ka.DLH/2022. KSM Ngudi Rejeki is located in Jongkangan Hamlet, Tamanmartani Village, Kalasan Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). One of the main objectives of this group is to educate the public on the importance of maintaining a clean, waste-free environment and to raise awareness about the need to minimize waste and properly manage household waste. However, the presence of KSM Ngudi Rejeki has not yet been fully utilized by residents of Jongkangan Hamlet. Therefore, KSM Ngudi Rejeki needs to develop strategies to encourage the local community to stop burning domestic waste and instead sort and manage waste properly, with the option of delivering it to KSM Ngudi Rejeki. The Community Service Team (PKM) applied extension communication methods using face-to-face, visual, and audiovisual media in hopes of increasing public awareness in managing waste and fostering a healthy and comfortable environment. This PKM initiative also served as a form of environmental communication practice through extension approaches. Additionally, the team created a company profile and promotional poster to introduce KSM Ngudi Rejeki more broadly to the community. The outcomes of this activity indicate that the local residents gained an improved understanding of waste management and new perspectives on household waste.
Kelompok Sampah Mandiri (KSM) Ngudi Rejeki merupakan salah satu Kelompok Pengelola Sampah Mandiri (KPSM) yang berada di Lingkungan Kabupaten Sleman sesuai SK Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sleman No 8/Ke.Ka.DLH/2022. KSM NGudi Rejeki terletak di Dusun Jongkangan, Tamanmartani, Kalasan, Sleman, D.I.Y. Salah satu tujuan KSM ini didirikan adalah untuk memberikan edukasi pentingnya lingkungan yang sehat bebas sampah serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya meminimalisasi sampah dan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dengan tepat. Akan tetapi keberadaan KSM Ngudi Rejeki ini dirasa belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan oleh warga di Dusun Jongkangan sehingga KSM Ngudi Rejeki memerlukan strategi agar masyrakat di Dusun Jongkangan tidak lagi membakar sampah domestiknya melainkan mengelola dan memilah sampah yang dapat diserahkan di KSM Ngudi Rejeki. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menerapkan komunikasi penyuluhan menggunakan media tatap muka, visual dan audio visual dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengelola sampah dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan nyaman. PKM ini juga menjadi bagian dari praktik komunikasi lingkungan yang menggunakan cara penyuluhan. Selain itu, Tim PKM membuat company profile dan poster sebagai profil KSM Ngudi Rejeki agar dapat lebih dikenal warga. Analisis Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Program Zero Steam Leak Unit Hydrotreating Industri Pengolahan Minyak dan Gas dengan Metode HIRADC
Perusahaan pengolahan minyak dan gas dalam praktek kerja lapangan tidak lepas dengan adanya potensi kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) di unit hydrotreating. Melalui pendekatan analisis HIRADC, ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kecelakaan kerja serta dampaknya terhadap karyawan dan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerjaan perbaikan pipa steam atau yang dikenal dengan Program Zero Steam Leak, penggunaan analisis HIRADC pada pekerjaan tersebut maka akan diteliti risiko apa saja yang dapat terjadi dan bagaimana kemungkinan (Probability) serta Tingkat Keparahan (Severity). Metode penelitian berupa analisis kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya didapatkan 28 jenis pekerjaan teridentifikasi. Terdapat 10 pekerjaan dengan tingkat risiko kategori ringan, 8 kategori sedang dan 8 pekerjaan dengan risiko kategori tinggi dan 2 dengan kategori risiko ekstrim yaitu penggerindaan dan terjatuh dari ketinggian. Kemudian setelah dianalisis dapat dihasilkan kesimpulan yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan atau tindak lanjut. Untuk mencegah kecelakaan, divisi K3 atau HSE harus melakukan pengawasan dan disiplin yang ketat terhadap pengawasan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja untuk menghindari risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada proyek yang akan dilaksanakan. Selain itu, pemantauan dan evaluasi pengendalian risiko di lapangan selalu dilakukan karena sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pekerja mengetahui dan memahami prosedur pengendalian risiko kerja. Tinjauan Penerapan TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) dengan mengukur nilai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness): Berbagai Sektor Industri
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) was introduced by Seiichi Nakajima in Japan in the 1950s, inspired by the concept of Preventive Maintenance by George Smith from the United States. The initial implementation of TPM was carried out by Nippondenso, a Toyota supplier, in the 1960s, with the result of increased productivity and reduced equipment downtime. TPM evolved into a global management system that focuses on eight pillars to achieve production efficiency, reduced maintenance costs, and improved product quality. TPM has been adopted by various industries, especially Manufacturing. One of the key indicators in TPM is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which measures availability, performance, and quality. The OEE value is influenced by six main factors (Six Big Losses), but it is not yet known more specifically the biggest problem of six big losses. For this reason, it is necessary to analyse various industrial sectors. The research shows that downtime due to machine failure is the biggest problem in 35 or 83.3% of industrial sectors. Further analysis is needed to improve the effectiveness of machinery and equipment, especially in the automotive sector which is often the focus of research.
