ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE FULL TIME EQUIVALENT (FTE) UNTUK MENGOPTIMALKAN TENAGA KERJA DI GROUP PENGADAAN PT XYZ
PT XYZ is a company based in logistics services, handling, and port development that recently merged to improve the quality of the company. So there have been many changes, and one of those affected is the head office procurement group. The impact that occurred in the head office procurement group was the formation of the SSC (Shared Service Center) organization. The formation of the SSC resulted in the reassignment of several employees in the procurement group. Therefore, to find out the workload experienced by using Full Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations, this research was undertaken. Based on the calculation of workload with Full Time Equivalent (FTE), The workload experienced is included in the underloaded workload category for all employees because it is in the range 0–0.99. Where the number of permanent employees is 10 and does not experience changes due to workload. Therefore, to overcome the overloaded workload, it is possible to make adjustments to the distribution of work procedures between positions evenly, map the work process by adjusting the balanced specifications and qualifications of employees against the latest organizational structure, and carry out a comparative analysis of psychological workload.PT XYZ ialah perusahaan yang berbasis dalam jasa logistik penanganan dan pengembangan pelabuhan yang belum lama ini melakukan merger untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan. Sehingga mengalami banyak perubahan dan salah satu yang terkena dampaknya adalah group pengadaan kantor pusat. Dampak yang terjadi pada group pengadaan kantor pusat ialah terbentuknya organisasi SSC(Shared Service Center). Terbentuknya SSC membuat beberapa karyawan grouppengadaan dipindah tugaskan. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang dialami dalam pemakaian perhitungan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) maka penelitian ini diangkat. Berdasarkan perhitungan beban kerja dengan Full Time Equivalent(FTE). beban kerja yang dialami termasuk kedalam kategori beban kerja yang underload untuk semua karyawannya sebab berada di rentang 0 – 0,99. Dimana untuk jumlah karyawan tetap 10 orang dan tidak mengalami perubahan akibat beban kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi beban kerjanya yang underloadtersebut, dapat melakukan penyesuaian pendistribusian prosedur kerja antar jabatan secara merata serta melakukan pemetaan proses kerja dengan menyesuaikan spesifikasi dan kualifikasi karyawan yang berimbang terhadap struktur organisasi terbaru serta melakukan perbandingan analisis terhadap beban kerja secara psikologis
IDENTIFIKASI BEBAN KERJA UNTUK MENENTUKAN JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE WILAYAH DISTRIBUSI 2 DI PT XYZ DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE FTE (FULL TIME EQUIVALENT)
PT XYZ is a corporation that deals with natural gas transportation and distribution. PT XYZ, particularly the Project Management Office division in distribution region 2, occasionally encounters challenges during the process, like project delays. The project was delayed because of a lack of people and an unequal workload in carrying out job operations at PT XYZ. As a result, measuring workload as a foundation for determining manpower requirements is essential. The Full Time Equivalent (FTE) approach was employed by the researchers in this investigation. After using this approach, it is determined that the workload in distribution area 2 is imbalanced among the 16 operators operating, with 13 having high workload or overload and 3 having moderate workload (fit). The proposed enhancements include adding 8 operators and performing horizontal mutations; the ideal workforce consists of 24 individuals with workloads in the normal (fit) and low (underload) categories. Based on the cost analysis, the option with the lowest cost was picked, namely expanding a workforce of 8 operators, with additional specifics of the monthly expenditures equal to IDR 117,050,000.-
MINIMASI PEMBOROSAN PRODUKSI PADA PT INDO AMERICAN SEAFOOD DENGAN METODE LEAN MANUFACTURING
Pemborosan menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada suatu industri serta sulit untuk disadari keberadaannya, sebab itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi dan minimalisasi pemborosan yang terjadi pada suatu proses produksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu industri pengolahan udang yaitu PT Indo American Seafood. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan aktivitas produksi, mengidentifikasi akar masalah penyebab terjadinya pemborosan, dan merancang usulan perbaikan untuk meminimalisasi pemborosan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode lean manufacturing dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis seperti value stream mapping, process activity mapping, dan risk matrix. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan dari hasil pengamatan langsung dan dokumentasi terhadap laporan perusahaan yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi yang dilakukan, terdapat tiga pemborosan yang terjadi diantaranya waiting, inventory, dan inappropriate processing. Dalam meminimasi pemborosan tersebut, di usulkan untuk melakukan pengurangan aktivitas kerja pada proses penimbangan ke dua dan pencucian kedua serta melakukan penggantian mesin sealing manual menjadi mesin sealing otomatis
Optimalisasi Aksesibilitas Pemegang Paten melalui Implementasi Sistem Peringatan Dini dan Penghidupan Kembali (SIPARKA) guna Mengakselerasi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Nasional
Patent protection plays a significant role in enhancing public contributions toward the creation of innovations that drive national economic growth. In line with this objective, the Government of Indonesia has accommodated efforts to protect patents through Law Number 13 of 2016 concerning Patents, along with its subsequent amendments. However, the existing regulatory framework still presents several issues, particularly in terms of preventing patent lapses due to delayed payment of annual fees and the suboptimal process of patent reinstatement through the Commercial Court. This study employs a doctrinal legal research method by analyzing secondary sources, including legal regulations and relevant literature, to examine the core issues. Based on the findings, the author proposes the development of a mechanism known as Sistem Peringatan Dini dan Penghidupan Kembali Paten (SIPARKA), aimed at addressing the inadequacies in both the prevention of patent lapses and the reinstatement process. In its implementation, SIPARKA will be optimized through the introduction of a Three Patent Warnings feature and a reinstatement procedure facilitated by the Patent Appeal Commission. Through this mechanism, it is expected that the issues related to the prevention and reinstatement of lapsed patents can be effectively addressed, thereby ensuring legal certainty.Perlindungan terhadap paten memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kontribusi masyarakat untuk menghasilkan suatu kebaruan demi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengakomodasi upaya perlindungan terhadap paten melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 tentang Paten beserta perubahannya. Namun, pengaturan tersebut masih memiliki permasalahan terutama dalam hal upaya pencegahan penghapusan paten akibat keterlambatan pembayaran biaya tahunan dan proses penghidupan kembali paten melalui Pengadilan Niaga yang belum optimal. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian doktrinal dengan menganalisis bahan pustaka atau data sekunder melalui penelusuran peraturan-peraturan dan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek permasalahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis menggagas mekanisme Sistem Peringatan dini dan Penghidupan Kembali Paten (SIPARKA) untuk menjawab permasalahan terkait upaya pencegahan penghapusan paten serta penghidupan kembali yang belum memadai. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SIPARKA akan melakukan pengoptimalisasian melalui penambahan fitur Three Patent Warnings dan penghidupan kembali paten melalui Komisi Banding Paten. Dengan adanya mekanisme ini, diharapkan permasalahan mengenai upaya pencegahan penghapusan paten dan penghidupan kembali paten dapat terselesaikan demi mencapai kepastian hukum
The Influence of Health Promotion with Video Media on Increasing Healthy Relationship Knowledge of Students of SMA “A” South Jakarta in 2023
Background: Serious attention is currently focused on reproductive health issues among adolescents, especially related to the phenomenon of behavior in risky relationships. This is a major concern because it tends to trigger premarital sexual behavior and toxic relationships. This study aims to analyze the differences in the level of knowledge and attitudes before and after health promotion with video media regarding healthy relationships in Class XI Students of SMA "A" South Jakarta 2023.
Design and Methodology: The research design used was quantitative Quasi-experimental (the two-group pretest-posttest design). The study population included all students of Class XI SMA "A" South Jakarta, with a sample of 252 respondents selected randomly using the simple random sampling method. Students of class XI SMA "A" South Jakarta became research respondents if they were willing and present, while those who were not present during the study were excluded. Data were collected through a pretest-posttest questionnaire (Google Form) and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test.
Results: The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge and attitudes of high school students "A" South Jakarta related to healthy relationships. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge and attitudes regarding healthy relationships before and after exposure to videos about healthy relationships (p-value 0.000 <0.05).
Conclusion and Implications: Based on these results, it is recommended that respondents disseminate this educational video media, while SMA "A" can continue continuing education using video media or other reliable sources for the next batch
Coffee Consumption and Screen Time with College Students\u27 Sleep Quality
Background/ problem: The rise of coffee shops has made coffee consumption a lifestyle among college students, especially during the pandemic. Coupled with screen time activities, using gadgets for a long time can affect sleep quality and health.
Objective/ purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship between coffee consumption, screen-time activity duration, and sleep quality of university students during the new normal period.
Design and Methodology: This study used a cross-sectional study design involving 267 students of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) who were selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaires to measure coffee consumption, screen time, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
Results: Most respondents had poor sleep quality (53.6%), were heavy coffee consumers (56.2%), and did excessive screen time activities (57.3%). There was a significant relationship between coffee consumption and student sleep patterns (p = 0.006; POR = 2.053, 95% CI: 1.256- 3.356) and a significant relationship between screen-time and sleep patterns of Health Science UPNVJ students (p = 0.018; POR = 1.863, 95% CI: 1.140- 3.044).
Conclusion and Implications: Coffee consumption and duration of excessive screen time activities are closely related to students\u27 sleep quality
Evaluation of Patient Safety Goals Implementation for Postoperative Inpatient Protection at Bhakti Kartini Hospital in 2023
Background: Patient safety is one of the foundational elements in strengthening health system resilience, particularly in hospital-based care. In Indonesia, the implementation of Patient Safety Goals (PSGs) is mandated as part of national standards to reduce preventable incidents such as infections, complications, and falls—especially among postoperative inpatients who are clinically vulnerable.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of PSGs and their role in protecting postoperative inpatients at Bhakti Kartini Hospital in 2023.
Design and Methodology: This qualitative study employed a descriptive design using triangulated data sources: in-depth interviews with five informants (including health personnel and patients), non-participant observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns in PSG implementation and factors influencing their application.
Findings: The hospital consistently implemented five out of six PSGs, including patient identification, effective communication, medication safety, surgical accuracy, and infection prevention. However, follow-up assessments related to fall risk were not conducted systematically, potentially affecting patient safety outcomes. Contributing factors included human resource competence and structured SOPs, while barriers involved incomplete incident reporting, communication challenges with elderly or local-language-speaking patients, and infrastructure limitations.
Conclusion and Implications: Strengthening monitoring systems for fall-risk patients, enhancing communication strategies, and optimizing the reliability of material resources are essential for sustaining patient protection practices. These efforts should be positioned as part of broader strategies to improve institutional resilience and quality of care
The Effectiveness Of The Death Penalty In Indonesia Through A Human Rights Perspective (A Comparative Study Of The Application Of The Death Penalty With Australia)
The death penalty is included in the main punishment and is currently regulated in Law No. 1 of 2023 or the new Criminal Code as an alternative punishment and last resort. One of the death penalty cases occurred in 2015 against Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, two of the nine Bali Nine drug syndicates from Australia. However, Australia rejected the execution because there are differences in the application of the death penalty which Australia has abolished the death penalty. The purpose of this study is to find out how the comparison of the application of the death penalty in Indonesia with Australia and how the effectiveness of the death penalty in Indonesia through a human rights perspective. Through the normative research method with a legislative approach and a comparative approach by comparing with Australia, it can be seen that there are differences in the application of the death penalty in Indonesia and Australia where Australia has abolished the death penalty as a form of protecting human rights and there is no evidence that shows the effectiveness of the application of the death penalty. Then, for drug dealers and producers, the death penalty is ineffective because it only increases awareness of the risks without actually providing a deterrent effect. Therefore, the government needs to evaluate the death penalty policy in Indonesia so that the credibility of the death penalty as a means of deterrence for serious criminals increases and creates a deterrent effect
Penerapan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk Klasifikasi Penyakit Daun Tomat
Penyakit pada daun tomat merupakan salah satu masalah utama dalam pertanian yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan hasil panen dan kualitas tanaman. Deteksi dini dan akurat terhadap penyakit ini sangat penting untuk menghindari kerugian yang lebih besar. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi penyakit daun tomat menggunakan teknik deep learning dengan arsitektur Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari gambar daun tomat dalam beberapa kategori penyakit, yang kemudian diproses menggunakan data augmentation untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan variasi data pelatihan. Model CNN yang dibangun terdiri dari beberapa lapis konvolusi dan max-pooling, diikuti oleh lapis dens (dense layer) untuk mengklasifikasikan gambar ke dalam 10 kategori penyakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mencapai akurasi sekitar 95.84% pada dataset validasi, dengan kemampuan yang baik dalam membedakan berbagai jenis penyakit. Analisis matriks kekacauan (confusion matrix) menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki performa yang konsisten dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakit, meskipun ada beberapa kesalahan klasifikasi pada kategori tertentu. Sistem ini dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif bagi petani dan peneliti untuk mendeteksi penyakit daun tomat secara akurat dan efisien
How Facebook Still Matters: the Battle of Campaign Strategy in Bantul Election
This study aims to analyze digital political campaigns using Facebook Ads. Political campaigns in this digital era are carried out through social media to attract the engagement of prospective voters. This research uses a case study of the Facebook ads campaign of one of the winning pairs for the regional head election in Bantul, Indonesia. Facebook as a social media for campaigning. The results of this study indicate that the Facebook Ads campaign successfully reached the target audience. The total reach during the 30 days ad serving period was 646,142. This figure is categorized as high because when compared to the number of voters registered in the final voter list for the Bantul election (704,688), this figure has reached most of the targeted voters. Similar to reach, Facebook Ads campaign impression data also fluctuated during the ad serving period. The total number of impressions during 30 days of ad serving was 669,149. The more often the ad appears on the users’ Facebook page, the greater the opportunity for the ad to be read and observed by the audience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kampanye politik digital menggunakan Facebook Ads. Kampanye politik di era digital ini dilakukan melalui media sosial untuk menarik keterlibatan calon pemilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus kampanye Facebook Ads salah satu pasangan pemenangan pemilihan kepala daerah di Bantul, Indonesia. Facebook sebagai media sosial untuk berkampanye. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kampanye Facebook Ads menjangkau target audiens. Total keterjangkauan selama 30 hari masa penayangan iklan adalah 646.142. Angka ini tergolong tinggi karena jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah pemilih yang terdaftar dalam daftar pemilih tetap Pilkada Bantul (704.688), angka tersebut telah menjangkau sebagian besar target pemilih. Sama halnya dengan keterjangkauan, data impresi kampanye Facebook Ads juga mengalami fluktuasi selama masa penayangan iklan. Total impresi selama 30 hari masa penayangan iklan adalah 669.149. Semakin sering iklan muncul di halaman pengguna Facebook, maka semakin besar pula peluang iklan tersebut untuk dibaca dan disimak oleh pengguna
