REPRESENTASI HADIS HADIS HADIS DEMONSTRASI DI AKUN TIKTOK
This study examines the representation of hadiths about demonstrations on social media, particularly TikTok, which has become a new platform for the dissemination of religious discourse. Hadiths about demonstrations are generally understood as admonitions emphasizing obedience to those in authority and prohibiting rebellion, and are therefore often used to oppose demonstrations. However, on TikTok, these hadiths are presented in short videos with persuasive text, narrative, and visuals without contextual explanation, potentially leading to a narrowing of their meaning. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of hadith messages about demonstrations displayed in TikTok content and to analyze netizens' responses to them. The method used is qualitative content analysis, utilizing primary data in the form of TikTok videos about hadiths about demonstrations and secondary data from hadith literature and previous research. The results show that the representation of hadiths on social media is not only normative but can also be used as political legitimacy that influences public understanding.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the halal literacy level of Muslim students at Jambi University regarding halal food and beverages, as well as to identify efforts that can be undertaken to improve their halal literacy. Halal literacy in this research includes three main aspects—attitudes, knowledge, and behavior—which are further linked to the five criteria of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) : commitment and responsibility, materials, halal production process (PPH), halal products, and monitoring and evaluation. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through a test-based questionnaire distributed to Muslim students at Jambi University. The sample consisted of 100 respondents, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to categorize the halal literacy level based on the five SJPH criteria. The findings indicate that the overall halal literacy level of Muslim students at Jambi University falls into the well-literate (highly knowledgeable) category. The attitude aspect shows a very positive result, aligning with the commitment and responsibility criterion. The knowledge aspect related to materials and halal products also demonstrates a strong level of understanding. However, inconsistencies were found in the behavioral aspect, particularly regarding the monitoring and evaluation criterion, which falls into the sufficient-literate category. This suggests that although students possess adequate knowledge about halal concepts, their actual behavior in consistently selecting halal products is not fully aligned. The study also identifies three strategic efforts to enhance halal literacy : training and seminars, social media utilization, and strengthening the social environment. These approaches play an essential role in reinforcing students’ attitudes, knowledge, and behavior, enabling them to better understand and apply halal principles in daily consumption.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the responses of food and beverage business owners toward the mandatory halal certification policy in the Seberang Kota Jambi area through the perspective of the maslahah theory. The background of this research is rooted in the need to protect Muslim consumers and the importance of halal certification as an instrument for enhancing business credibility and competitiveness. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 22 business owners, consisting of 8 who already possess halal certification and 14 who do not. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using Steven M. Caffe’s response theory, which includes cognitive, affective, and conative components. The findings show that business owners with halal certification have a more comprehensive understanding of procedures and benefits (cognitive), display positive attitudes such as reassurance and confidence (affective), and demonstrate strong commitment to maintaining halal standards in production (conative). Meanwhile, business owners without halal certification generally have limited knowledge, ambivalent attitudes, and have not taken concrete actions due to constraints involving information, time, and perceptions that certification is unnecessary for small-scale businesses. Through the lens of the maslahah theory, halal certification provides broad benefits, including consumer protection, enhancement of business legitimacy, expansion of market access, and the attainment of blessing (barakah) in economic activities. Thus, halal certification is not merely an administrative requirement but also a means to achieve public benefit (jalb al-maslahah) and prevent harm (dar’ al-mafsadah) for both business owners and consumers.

Improving Adolescents’ Knowledge of Stunting through Health Education Interventions
Stunting is a manifestation of chronic undernutrition that occurs during critical periods of growth and development, beginning in early life. Adolescents play an important role in stunting prevention, as they represent future parents whose knowledge and awareness can influence child health outcomes. This study aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge regarding stunting, its causes, and preventive measures as an early strategy to reduce stunting prevalence. A quantitative study design was employed using a pre-test and post-test approach. Health education sessions were delivered to adolescents in Tanetea Hamlet and Lembang Loe Hamlet, with knowledge levels measured before and after the intervention using the same questionnaire. The results demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in adolescents’ knowledge after the intervention (p = 0.016; p < 0.05), indicating a meaningful difference between pre- and post-education scores. These findings suggest that health education interventions are effective in increasing adolescents’ understanding of stunting. It is recommended that structured training programs on stunting prevention be continuously provided for adolescents. Additionally, strengthening adolescents’ communication skills may enable them to disseminate stunting-related information to peers, families, and the wider community, while regular evaluations should be conducted to assess knowledge improvement and behavioral change outcomes
Leaflet-Based Health Education and Its Effect on Adolescent Mental Health Empowerment
Adolescent mental health is a growing public health concern, particularly in school environments where students experience significant academic and social pressures. Limited mental health literacy among adolescents may increase vulnerability to stress, anxiety, and emotional problems, which can adversely affect learning achievement and psychological well-being. This study presents a community-based empowerment approach by utilizing leaflet media as an educational intervention to improve mental health literacy among adolescents. The objective of this study was to analyze the mental health situation of adolescents and to evaluate the effectiveness of leaflet-based mental health education as a community empowerment strategy at SMP Negeri 1 Tapalang. A quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design was applied. The participants consisted of 30 junior high school students. The intervention involved structured mental health education delivered through leaflet media. Data were collected using a validated knowledge questionnaire and analyzed using statistical software, including the Shapiro–Wilk test for normality and the paired sample t-test for comparison. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ mental health knowledge following the intervention. The mean pre-test score increased from 56.40 to 78.90 in the post-test, with a statistically significant result (p < 0.05). These results indicate that leaflet-based education is an effective and practical medium for enhancing adolescent mental health literacy and supporting community empowerment initiatives within the school setting
PERAN BPK DALAM PENGAWASAN PREVENTIF TERHADAP DANA KOPERASI MERAH PUTIH BERDASARKAN INPRES NOMOR 9 TAHUN 2025
Research Objective: This article examines the accountability paradox of using public funds to finance community-based cooperatives in Indonesia. It focuses on the role and limitations of supreme audit institutions (SAIs), particularly the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK), in overseeing the Koperasi Merah Putih programme, as established by Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2025. Research Method: The study uses a normative juridical approach, relying on constitutional analysis, legal interpretation, and comparative institutional analysis. It reviews Indonesia’s legal framework and compares it with similar programmes in India, the Philippines, Kenya, and Brazil. Results: The study finds BPK has clear constitutional authority under Article 23E of the 1945 Constitution and Law No. 15 of 2006 to audit state-funded cooperatives. However, this authority is weakened by the non-regulatory nature of presidential instructions and the lack of detailed technical accountability rules. Four main structural problems emerge: limited audit access to non-governmental entities, insufficient audit capacity compared to programme size, fragmented digital financial reporting, and independence pressures arising from high-profile political programmes. Findings and Implications: The accountability paradox shows a mismatch between public financial management systems and the decentralized nature of cooperatives. This challenge is not unique to Indonesia but is shared by SAIs across the Global South. Conclusion: Solving the accountability paradox requires reforms beyond BPK’s capacity, including new technical regulations, stronger inter-agency supervision, and integration of e-audit systems for cooperative financial reporting. Contribution: The article introduces the accountability paradox as a framework for SAI governance challenges in state-directed cooperative funding, and proposes a legally grounded reform agenda relevant to similar programmes globally. Limitations and Suggestions: As a normative study, it does not include field data. Future research should add qualitative fieldwork on BPK audit practices and village-level cooperative financial management to test and expand the proposed framework.

Digital Digital Gold Pricing M echanisms in DANA within Maqasid al-Sharī‘ah and Consumer Protection Framework: A Normative Legal Analysis
The rapid growth of application-based digital gold services has expanded public access to gold investment but also raised legal concerns over pricing transparency. Previous research largely examines the legality of digital gold trading and price fluctuations, yet pays little attention to physical gold minting costs that are revealed only at later transaction stages, despite their direct impact on consumers’ interests. This study analyzes DANA’s digital gold pricing through an integrated lens of Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah and Indonesian consumer protection law using normative legal methods based on statutory analysis, academic literature, and DANA’s official user terms. Findings show that delayed disclosure of minting costs creates information asymmetry and potential economic harm to consumers. From a Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah perspective, such opacity may constitute gharar and weaken contractual clarity. The study highlights the need for transparent, upfront cost disclosure as an integral part of fair digital gold pricing. Strengthening transparency mechanisms will not only uphold Sharī‘ah compliance and consumer rights but also guide policymakers in enhancing fintech regulation for equitable market practices
The Position of a Marriage Agreement in Providing Legal Protection Against the Impact of Infidelity
This study aims to analyze the position and function of prenuptial agreements in the Indonesian marital law system and their role in providing legal protection to parties harmed by infidelity. Infidelity is one of the main causes of marital breakdown that not only generates moral and psychological consequences but also produces legal and economic implications, particularly regarding the division of joint property and the fulfillment of post-divorce rights. This research employs a normative legal method using statutory and conceptual approaches supported by primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials obtained through literature review. The findings show that prenuptial agreements function as a special legal instrument (lex specialis) that allows spouses to regulate deviations from the joint property regime as long as such arrangements do not contradict statutory law, religious values, and public morality. The legal development following Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 expands the timeframe for making marriage agreements so that they may be concluded before or during the marriage. This development strengthens the function of prenuptial agreements as a preventive and repressive mechanism of legal protection against potential marital disputes, including those caused by infidelity. However, the scope of such agreements is legally limited because private parties cannot stipulate criminal sanctions for adultery, as criminal liability may only be determined by statutory law. Nevertheless, prenuptial agreements may regulate various civil consequences, including provisions concerning the division of property, maintenance obligations, compensation, and the protection of the rights of wives and children in the event of divorce due to infidelity. Therefore, a marriage agreement serves not only as an instrument for managing marital assets but also as a legal protection mechanism that anticipates the civil consequences of infidelity within the Indonesian marital law framework
