Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and Transaction Frequency: An Extension of the Expectation-Confirmation Model in MSMEs
This study examines how entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) shapes MSMEs’ continuance intention to use QRIS within the Expectation Confirmation Model under increasing digital payment adoption. It advances ECM by demonstrating a boundary condition where transaction frequency fails as a moderator, repositioning satisfaction as the dominant post-adoption mechanism over behavioral intensity. Using survey data from 150 MSMEs in Indonesia and SmartPLS4 analysis, the results show that ESE enhances perceived usefulness, which significantly drives continuance intention through satisfaction, while transaction frequency is insignificant. These findings support habit formation and technology embeddedness perspectives, indicating that repeated use loses explanatory power once usage stabilizes. Continuance decisions are therefore primarily affect-driven rather than behavior-driven. The study implies that policymakers and fintech providers should prioritize system reliability and user satisfaction rather than merely increasing transaction frequency to sustain QRIS adoption
The Domicile Requirement for Village Heads After Constitutional Court Decision No. 128/PUU-XIII/2015 and Its Implications for the Administration of Village Governance
This study aims to analyze the dynamics of regulating domicile requirements for Village Head candidates and their implications following Constitutional Court Decision Number 128/PUU-XIII/2015 on village governance. Although the decision removed domicile restrictions to guarantee equal constitutional rights, previous studies have focused more on its normative and constitutional aspects than on its sociological impact on village communities with strong local values. This study fills that gap by examining how the removal of domicile requirements affects social acceptance, leadership legitimacy, and the effectiveness of village governance. Using an empirical juridical method with a descriptive qualitative approach, this research collected primary data through in-depth interviews with community leaders, village officials, and villagers, while secondary data were obtained from regulatory documents and relevant literature. The findings show that the implementation of the Court’s decision is still marked by social resistance, as communities tend to trust local candidates more because they are considered to better understand village customs and social conditions. At the same time, the inclusion of non-local candidates has encouraged higher competency standards in village political competition. The novelty of this study lies in showing that the implications of the Court’s decision extend beyond the protection of constitutional rights to include changes in social legitimacy and leadership effectiveness at the village level. These findings are significant in indicating that effective village governance depends not only on managerial competence, but also on the elected Village Head’s ability to adapt to local wisdom and community values
Analisis Peran BPRS Ampek Angkek Canduang Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Masyarakat Untuk Menjadi Nasabah
This study aims to analyze the role of BPRS Ampek Angkek Canduang in increasing public interest in becoming customers through financing product marketing strategies. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with management, staff, and customers, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that marketing strategies focus on three main aspects: product, price, and promotion. Murabahah financing serves as the flagship product due to its simplicity and fixed margin certainty. Pricing strategies are implemented competitively and supported by flexible policies such as installment relief. Promotional efforts are conducted through direct marketing and social media utilization. However, effectiveness remains constrained by limited internal resources, low Islamic financial literacy, and competition from conventional financing products. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening Islamic financial education, enhancing marketing capacity, and implementing digital transformation to increase public interest in Islamic rural banks.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran BPRS Ampek Angkek Canduang dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah melalui strategi pemasaran produk pembiayaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen, staf, dan nasabah, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran difokuskan pada tiga aspek, yaitu produk, harga, dan promosi. Pembiayaan murabahah menjadi produk unggulan karena sederhana dan memiliki kepastian margin. Strategi harga diterapkan secara kompetitif disertai fleksibilitas seperti keringanan angsuran. Promosi dilakukan melalui pendekatan langsung dan media sosial. Namun, efektivitas strategi masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, dan persaingan dengan produk konvensional. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan edukasi syariah, peningkatan kapasitas pemasaran, dan transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap BPRS
PENGARUH PENILAIAN PRODUK,SISTEM PEMBAYARAN CASH ON DELIVERY DAN KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUK ONLINE DI TIKTOK SHOP PADA KALANGAN MAHASISWA DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian Produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dengan nilai Thitung 0,956 > Ttabel 1,661 dan nilai Sig 0,342 > 0,05 yang berarti Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Sistem Pembayaran COD (X2) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dengan nilai Thitung 4,009 > Ttabel 1,661 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kepercayaan Konsumen (X3) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dengan nilai Thitung 5,529 > Ttabel 1,661 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 Jadi dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Secara bersamaan (X1), (X2), dan (X3) secara simultan menpengaruhi (Y) sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 123,639 > 2,704.

Abstract

The COD Payment System (X2) has a significant influence on Purchase Intention (Y) with a T-count value of 4.009 > T-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Consumer Trust (X3) has a significant influence on Purchase Intention (Y) with a T-count value of 5.529 > T-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Simultaneously, (X1), (X2), and (X3) significantly influence (Y) with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.005 and an F-count value > F-table 123.639 > 2.704.

Rethinking Moral Agency: Luciano Floridi and the Ethics of AI in the Age of ChatGPT
Background: As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes increasingly pervasive, the technology must be viewed as more than a mere utility for task automation. To preserve human agency, AI integration should facilitate freedom of expression and prevent the systematic marginalization of human roles within the digital ecosystem.
Purpose: This study provides a critical elaboration of Luciano Floridi’s Ethics of Information (EOI). The researchers aim to uncover the philosophical essence of Floridi’s thought regarding artificial agents and their moral status within the "infosphere."
Methods: Utilizing a comprehensive philosophical literature review and critical analysis, the authors examine Floridi’s core tenets. The study maps the transition from traditional anthropocentric ethics to an information-centric moral framework.
Findings: The study reveals that Floridi’s reflection on artificial agents necessitates a radical reassessment of moral accountability. By developing the concept of distributed morality, Floridi shifts the ethical burden from a single point of origin (the designer) to a collective, systemic responsibility that encompasses both the technological architecture and its end-users.
Originality/Value: This research highlights a revolutionary ethical model that redefines the relationship between humans and artificial agents. By advocating for a non-anthropocentric approach to moral agency, the study provides a vital framework for ensuring that AI development remains aligned with humanistic values and collective ethical participation
The Important Meaning of the Archives of the Indonesian Sugar Plantation Research Center for the Period 1893-1982 in the Collective Memory of the Nation and UNESCO
Background: The archives of the Indonesian Sugar Research Center (P3GI), spanning 1893 to 1982, represent more than technical records; they are a vital repository of the nation’s colonial and postcolonial industrial identity. Within the framework of Jan Assmann’s Cultural Memory, these archives serve as a cornerstone for shaping Indonesia’s collective historical consciousness.
Purpose: This study argues for the recognition of the P3GI archives as significant national documentary heritage. It examines their historical, symbolic, and institutional value in recording the complex interplay between science, technology, power, and the socio-economic dynamics of the Indonesian sugar industry.
Methods: Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, the researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with six key informants, supplemented by an extensive review of P3GI documents and archival policies. Data were analyzed using content analysis mapped against Assmann’s five dimensions of cultural memory: content, form, media, time structure, and participation structure.
Findings: The results show that the P3GI archives meet all of the requirements for cultural memory. Beyond being mere data sources, they function as an infrastructure for collective memory, documenting the evolution of the sugar industry through various political eras. Furthermore, the digitization of these records and their registration as Memoria Mundi Bangsa (MKB) highlights the role of multi-actor collaboration in legitimizing and transmitting memory across generations.
Originality/Value: These findings reinforce the strategic position of the P3GI archives as a national documentary heritage and support the development of archive preservation policies based on cultural and historical values
PENGARUH JUMLAH PENDUDUK, TINGKAT PARTISIPASI ANGKATAN KERJA (TPAK) TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA (TPT) MELALUI TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DI SUMATERA UTARA PERIODE TAHUN 2007-2021
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) melalui Tingkat Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara selama periode 2007-2021. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan, sedangkan TPAK juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap TPT. Sebaliknya, TPAK dan Tingkat Kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap TPT pada substruktur kedua. Selain itu, Jumlah Penduduk dan TPAK keduanya berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan secara keseluruhan. Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun TPAK dan TPT memediasi hubungan antara jumlah penduduk dan TPT secara signifikan (p-value 0,0431 < 0,05), tingkat kemiskinan tidak (p-value 0,3496 > 0,05). Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa, dalam model yang dibangun, tingkat kemiskinan berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial. Ini menunjukkan betapa kompleksnya hubungan antara demografi, ketenagakerjaan, dan kesejahteraan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara.

Abstract
This study aims to assess the influence of Population Number and Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) on the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) through the Poverty Rate in North Sumatra Province during the period 2007-2021. Path analysis is used to utilize secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra Province. The results show that Population Number has a negative and significant effect on the Poverty Rate, while TPAK also has a negative and significant effect on TPT. Conversely, TPAK and Poverty Rate have a negative and significant effect on TPT in the second substructure. In addition, Population Number and TPAK both have a negative and significant effect on the overall Poverty Rate. The results of the Sobel test show that, although TPAK and TPT significantly mediate the relationship between population number and TPT (p-value 0.0431 < 0.05), the poverty rate does not (p-value 0.3496 > 0.05). This study shows that, in the constructed model, the poverty rate functions as a partial mediator. This shows how complex the relationship between demographics, employment, and economic well-being is in North Sumatra.

PRINSIP JUAL BELI YANG ADIL MENURUT AL-QUR’AN (SOLUSI ETIS ATAS MANIPULASI TRANSAKSI DIGITAL DI ERA MARKETPLACE)
Abstrak
Transaksi jual beli di era digital mengalami transformasi pesat seiring maraknya platform marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok Shop. Namun, dibalik kemudahan tersebut, praktik manipulatif seperti ulasan palsu, harga semu, dan penipuan COD semakin mengkhawatirkan. Fenomena ini menunjukkan krisis etika yang bertentangan dengan prinsip keadilan dalam jual beli menurut Al-Qur’an. Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap prinsip jual beli yang adil berdasarkan ayat-ayat muhkam (QS Al-Baqarah:275; QS Al-Maidah:1) dan merumuskan solusi etis berbasis nilai Qur’ani untuk mengatasi manipulasi transaksi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (maudhu’i) dan analisis normatif-kritis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an menekankan tiga pilar utama: kejujuran (shidq), keadilan (‘adl), dan amanah yang dapat dioperasionalkan sebagai kerangka etika dalam desain platform digital. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi orisinal dengan menjembatani teks suci dan tantangan ekonomi kontemporer, sekaligus mengisi celah penelitian sebelumnya yang cenderung normatif dan tidak responsif terhadap realitas digital.

Abstract
Buying and selling transactions in the digital era have undergone rapid transformation along with the rise of marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. However, behind this convenience, manipulative practices such as fake reviews, pseudo-pricing, and COD scams are increasingly worrying. This phenomenon shows an ethical crisis that is contrary to the principle of justice in buying and selling according to the Qur'an. This article aims to reveal the principle of fair buying and selling based on the verses of muhkam (QS Al-Baqarah:275; QS Al-Maidah:1) and formulate ethical solutions based on Qur'anic values to overcome the manipulation of digital transactions. This study uses the library research method with a thematic interpretation approach (maudhu'i) and normative-critical analysis. The results of the study show that the Qur'an emphasizes three main pillars: honesty (shidq), justice ('adl), and trust that can be operated as an ethical framework in the design of digital platforms. This article makes an original contribution by bridging sacred texts and contemporary economic challenges, while filling in the gaps of previous research that tended to be normative and unresponsive to digital reality..

AKTIVITAS FANS DALAM MENSUPPORT JUAL BELI ALBUM DAN MERCHANDISE K-POP PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM (STUDI KASUS ARMY BUKITTINGGI)
Abstrak
Maraknya budaya populer Korea (K-pop) yang melahirkan komunitas fandom yang sangat aktif, termasuk di Kota Bukittinggi yaitu, ARMY Bukittinggi. Di tengah maraknya muncul tren konsumsi baru dikalangan penggemar, yaitu aktivitas mensupport idola melalui pembelian album dan merchandise secara kolektif, seringkali tanpa mempertimbangkan nilai manfaat dan keseimbangan finansial. Fenomena ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai pola konsumsi yang terbentuk, serta bagaimana aktivitas fans dalam mensupport jual beli album dan merchandise k-pop ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Islam terhadap hal ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field reserch) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, teknik penggumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung di lapangan dan observasi. Informan terdiri dari anggota komunitas ARMY Bukittinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa pertama, memang benar aktivitas fans yang dilakukan komunit as ARMY Bukittinggi dengan bentuk dukungan nyata melalui pembelian album dan merchandise k-pop dengan sistem pre-order melalui grup order (GO), seller lokal, shopee. Kedua, menurut perspektif hukum Islam akan menguatkan kembali mengenai ketidak sesuaian aktivitas fans dalam mensupport jual beli album dan merchandise k-pop yaitu adanya unsur israf (berlebih-lebihan) dan tabdzir (pemborosan).

Abstract
The rise of Korean popular culture (K-pop) has given birth to a very active fandom community, including in Bukittinggi City, namely, ARMY Bukittinggi. In the midst of the rise, a new consumption trend has emerged among fans, namely the activity of supporting idols through collective purchases of albums and merchandise, often without considering the value of benefits and financial balance. This phenomenon raises questions about the consumption patterns that are formed, and how fans' activities in supporting the sale and purchase of K-pop albums and merchandise are reviewed from the perspective of Islamic law on this matter. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, data collection techniques through direct interviews in the field and observation. Informants consist of members of the ARMY Bukittinggi community. Based on the results of the research and analysis carried out, it was found that first, it is true that the fan activities carried out by the ARMY Bukittinggi community are in the form of real support through the purchase of K-pop albums and merchandise with a pre-order system through group orders (GO), local sellers, shopee. Second, from an Islamic legal perspective, it will reinforce the inappropriateness of fan activities in supporting the buying and selling of K-pop albums and merchandise, namely the elements of israf (excessiveness) and tabdzir (wastefulness).

PENGARUH ISLAMIC BANK INTELECCTUAL CAPITAL DALAM PENGUKURAN KINERJA BANK UMUM SYARIAH PERIODE 2020-2024
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap kinerja Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK periode 2020-2024. Intellectual Capital terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu Value Added Capital (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Structur Capital Value Added (SCVA). Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan rasio Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel VACA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap BOPO. Variabel VAHU dan SCVA berpengaruh positif terhadap BOPO. Secara simultan, ketiga-tiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BOPO.

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital towards profitability Bank Umum Syariah periode 2020-2024. Three variables used to measure Intellectual Capital. There are Value Added Capital (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structur Capital Value Added (SCVA). BOPO ratio used to measure profitability. Multiple Regression Linear Analysis used to analyze the effect of independent variable towrds dependent variable. The result show that VACA has significant negative effect towrds BOPO. Variable VAHU and SCVA have positive and significant effect towards BOPO. Simultaneusly, the three variables have significant effect towards BOPO.
