Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Peningkatan Motivasi Dan Etos Kerja Guru Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Bareng Jombang
No full textAs a motivator, headmasters should have a good strategy to motivate teachers in carrying out various tasks and functions. They have to have views and attitudes toward their employers. The headmaster of SMAN Bareng is one of the principals who always motivates his teacher. For examples, giving prizes in the form of awards and cash to outstanding teachers. This study is qualitative, data is collected through observation, documentation and interviews, and to analyze the researchers' data using triangulation of sources. The results of the research are: the teacher of SMAN Bareng have a very good motivation, in terms of self-esteem needs which include the need for achievement and the need for status, such as several teachers are taking master's programs. The work ethic possessed by SMAN Bareng teacher is very good, as that is they have the discipline of time and responsibility in carrying out the tasks given by the principal. The principal's strategy in increasing teacher motivation and work ethic is making a good plan and giving models to them
Teologi Islam Moderat Berbasis Intellectual Humility Kiai Sholeh Bahruddin: Perspektif Psikologi Positif
No full textThis study explores moderate Islamic theology with a focus on applying the concept of intellectual humility by Kiai Haji Sholeh Bahruddin. Intellectual humility is a humble attitude that acknowledges human knowledge's limitations. The purpose of this study is to explore how the principle of intellectual humility can influence Kiai Haji Sholeh Bahruddin's view of religion and society, as well as its positive impact from a positive psychology perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with Kiai Haji Sholeh Bahruddin, as well as analysis of documents related to his views on moderate Islamic theology. Data analysis was carried out in the following steps: first, identifying the beliefs and values of moderate Islamic theology as applied by Kiai Haji Sholeh Bahruddin; second, describing how intellectual humility is reflected in the approach and views of Kiai Haji Sholeh Bahruddin; third, analyze the positive impact of the application of intellectual humility in forming an inter-religious dialogue, tolerance, and harmonious relations in society. The results of this study reveal that Kiai Haji Sholeh Bahruddin applies intellectual humility in his interpretation and communication of Islamic teachings, which opens up space for more open interreligious dialogue and acceptance of different views. This research aims to support the importance of a moderate approach to religion and show that intellectual humility can be an important instrument in building an inclusive and harmonious society

Get PDFThis research is framed by a large topic of leadership. More specifically this research is directed to analyze the tendency of leadership style in Islamic educational institutions. The subject is Putri Al Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School 2, Jiwut Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency, East Java. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of this research is about: 1) the tendency of leadership style, and 2) several aspects that contribute positively to the practice of leadership style. The research data was collected through interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire techniques. While the analysis of the data follows the direction of Miles and Huberman which includes steps: 1) Data reduction, 2) Data display and 3) Conclusions. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The tendency of the leadership style at Putri Al Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School 2, Jiwut, Nglegok, Blitar Regency. the most dominant is democratic leadership; and 2) Some aspects that contribute to the practice of leadership style at the Putri Al Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School 2, Jiwut, Nglegok, Blitar Regency include: a) hereditary aspects; b) geographical; c) economy; d) aspects of the target vision and mission; and e) characteristics and advantages of boarding schools

Get PDFThis research takes the theme of enrichment of human reproduction learning in the view of Islam in SMA Negeri 1 Kedungadem Bojonegoro. The reason for this research is that the phenomenon of the high number of social pathology in the Bojonegoro Kedungdalem area. In the last 3 years vulnerable, from 2016 to 2018 there were many cases of abortion and cases of pregnancy outside marriage in Kedungadem District. In 2016 there were 2 cases of pregnancy out of wedlock, in 2017 there was 1 case of pregnancy out of wedlock, whereas in 2018 there was an increase in which there was 1 case of abortion and 3 cases of pregnancy out of wedlock. This research was designed with a research and development approach, in accordance with the research instructions, then the data was collected and analyzed accordingly in the theoretical study in Chapter II so that the descriptive data was revealed and could find the meaning of the phenomena that occur in research naturally. The results of the analysis of this study can be concluded 1. Human reproduction learning in general in the material of human reproduction has been carried out well by biology teachers because it has fulfilled its components, namely, there are core competencies, basic competencies, indicators and learning objectives. 2. Learning of human reproduction in the view of Islam in biology subjects has not been included, to facilitate the teacher in the implementation we made a learning module and learning PowerPoint that we pack in the form of a CD as attached. 3. Students can learn a certain subject matter independently with a computer equipped with multimedia programs. This research method is qualitative. As with the direction of qualitative research, the collected data is analyzed with the provision of intellectual weapons in the form of theory as presented in chapter II to obtain various interpretative descriptions in accordance with the rules of scientific research that are logical and rational. The results of this study are: (1) Utilization of Macromedia Flash as a medium for fiqh learning in Class V Ibtidaiyah Ainul Huda Juwet Nggruk Nganjuk based on the Alessi and Trollip model, which is broadly divided into several stages of use including determining needs and goals, gathering resources, study material, generate ideas, design learning, create material that supports, evaluates and reviews. (2) The effectiveness of using Macromedia Flash in fiqh learning in Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ainul Huda Juwet Ngronggot Nganjuk is effective enough to support learning in madrasas because it is supported by a very good display quality and easily accepted by students, presenting clear material and displaying concrete things. so students easily understand the material, user interactions and good program interactions so the teacher and students can be active in learning

The results of this study Garum District Community Blitar District understands that education is an important means of developing children's intelligence. While the data analysis technique uses editing, verifying and analyzing analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of PAI curriculum development based on character education in Al Azhar Islamic Middle School Kediri is done through three stages, including First, the planning stage is done by determining the background, principles and objectives of curriculum development. Second, the implementation phase is carried out through Intracurricular activities and self-development. Third, the evaluation phase at this stage is carried out in the implementation of intracurricular activities and self-development, evaluation of methods, media and learning resources and evaluation of learning outcomes
