Disharmoni Keluarga: Tren Cerai Gugat di Indonesia
No full textA marriage is aimed at forming a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. In wading the household ark, an issue is often a source of divorce. Today, there is a trend of divorce on the part of the wife (divorce). This article is intended to answer the increasing divorce factor and re-understanding harmonious family coaching by using the study of maqasyid ash-sharia. This article uses library research and is a descriptive analysis using the Islamic legal philosophy of maqasyid asy-syariah Jasir ‘Audah. There are three main factors that cause the adoption of divorce continues to increase, namely: an irresponsible husband; domestic violence and harassment from third parties. Whereas the overcoming of family disharmony is re-understood with the points in the sharia maqasyid namely: the character of cognition, holiness, openness, interconnected hierarchy, multidimensionality, and intentions

Get PDFTo achieve learning objectives, the enthusiasm of students has an existence that cannot be negotiated, its nature is inherent. This is because the learning process requires awareness and mental readiness that requires a desire or encouragement to learn. In practice, factually, in Islamic religious education, learners from non-Muslim families and converts have its challenges. This reality can be found as is the case in SMAN 16 and SMAN 17 Surabaya city. This study aims to identify the characteristics of learning motivation through the approach of learning psychology. Researchers conduct interviews and in-depth observations in natural setting situations through qualitative research methods with a case study approach. This method aims to describe, analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, perceptions, and thoughts of individual people. The study found that: First, the problem in the motivation of learning Islamic Education, both mualaf and non-Muslim family students concerning psychic aspects, methods of spending and materials that are too "overdosed" for the size of beginners. Problems like this, can be minimized if the teacher correctly understands the learners' characteristics, plans a mature learning, and uses fun media. Second, the problem of learning motivation in Islamic Education, which includes extrinsic and intrinsic aspects, can be overcome if the teacher acts not only as a conveyor of knowledge but also as a source of inspiration and motivation. Thus, teachers can become trendsetters of science, morality, and inspiration for their students. Increased learning motivation is therefore, not only packaged for “how to know” but also “how to do and feel.”

Akan tetapi pada umumnya banyak sekali kendala yang timbul dibidang pembiayaan. Namun di era sekarang banyak sekali lembaga-lembaga yang memberi wadah agar lembaga pendidikan tidak terkendala dalam hal pembiayaan. Seperti lembaga koperasi yang bisa membantu pembiayaan pendidikan melalui akad ijarah.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana dalam tahap pengumpulan data, pengolahan, dan analisis data dilakukan secara simultan dan interaktif satu sama lain disepanjang proses penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan merupakan penelitian studi kasus, yakni model penelitian kualitatif yang terperinci tentang individu atau unit sosial tertentu dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Disini peneliti ingin meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai Implementasi Akad Ijarah Pada Pembiayaan Pendidikan di KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri
Hasil penelitian: (1) Implementasi akad Ijarah pada pembiayaan pendidikan di KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri melalui tahap prosedur yang telah ditentukan oleh lembaga terkait. No full textReligion has two inherent characteristics. It will be transcendent if it is expressed as servitude to God. However, it becomes profane when articulated into fellow human beings' lives. Thus, religion cannot be separated from the influence of the culture in which humans exist. Through an intercultural theological approach, this study intends to show the thoughts of Kiai Hashim Asyari, who can integrate Sunni theological discourses relevant to Indonesian society's culture without reducing the fundamental values of faith. This study argues that Kiai Hashim's view of theological discourse can be introduced as the idea of "local theology." Adopting the historical research method of critical thinking and the approach of intercultural studies revealed that the concept of intercultural theology in Kiai Hashim's thought is a strategy to contextualize Islam. Its relevance in Indonesia, Islamic theology has been successfully articulated not only limited to ritual sacraments but also appreciative of local elements, as well as contributing to developing a spirit of nationalism. The style of theology shown by Kiai Hashim can be seen as genuine, bearing in mind that theological discourse tends to be exclusive, which must follow its origins complete with cultural and social settings without considering the existing local character. With this religious style, its adherents can be contextual and relevant

Get PDFDi era masyarakat digital saat ini, media merupakan hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari manusia. Media terus berkembang pesat mulai dari media konvensional hingga saat ini merambah ke media baru (new media). Media baru yang kita kenal saat ini meliputi internet dan berbagai turunannya berupa aplikasi dan media sosial. Kehadiran media baru, mempermudah kegiatan manusia. Bahkan, seluruh kebutuhan informasi dapat dipenuhi oleh media baru ini. Sebagaimana ketika pandemi COVID-19, media memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan informasi terbaru perkembangan penularan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Corona ini. Media juga menjadi tempat masyarakat dapat mengetahui dengan cepat himbauan dari pemerintah. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang disampaikan oleh Kementerian Agama Indonesia adalah protokol untuk beribadah di rumah atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Worship From Home. Pada saat ini, ekologi media terlihat jelas. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat bahwa media dapat mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan menyatukan seluruh dunia termasuk dalam hal mengatur pengalaman keagamaan. Persoalan semacam ini menarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam melalui metode penelitian kualitatif dengan harapan bisa memperoleh informasi sebanyak-banyaknya melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ada sebagian masyarakat yang menerima dengan senang hati untuk melakukan praktik ibadah dari rumah, tetapi ada juga lapisan masyarakat yang masih tertinggal, sebab masih sulit memanfaatkan media untuk praktik ibadah berjamaah yang biasa dilakukan dengan tatap muka. Pada saat seperti inilah, ekologi bermedia masyarakat terlihat jelas. Di sinilah kita dapat melihat bahwa media dapat mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan mempersatukan seluruh dunia dan tentunya dengan berbagai macam pola pikir yang berbeda-beda dan harus disama ratakan demi kepentingan bersama dalam hal kebaikan.

Remaja menjadi salah satu pengguna aktif dalam media sosial seperti instagram. Berbagai penelitian berfokus untuk meneliti tentang media sosial instagram. Adapun dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap remaja di media sosial instagram pada musim pandemic Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan analisis pendekatan fenomenologi dan teori tindakan sosial. Diketahui bahwa sikap merupakan bagian dari proses pembelajaran yang berasal dari interaksi dan persepsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti mengungkapkan sikap remaja di media sosial instagram pada musim pandemic covid 19 untuk remaja laki-laki cenderung ke arah positif sedangkan untuk remaja perempuan cenderung ke arah negatif. Berdasarkan self interest, identifikasi sosial, dan relevansi nilai yang ditujukkan dalam media sosial, remaja laki-laki berfokus dengan menunjukkan bakat dan minatnya, sedangkan remaja perempuan berfokus pada meniru tokoh idola seperti artis dan selebgram

Researchers found this type of participation through the Islamic Education Reform Movement Foundation (GUPPI) as an educational organization that has consistently collected and managed budgets from student guardians to ensure the availability of salaries for teachers and employees at MI Islamiyah Dinoyo. Through a mixed research method with a chain exploration, design, this study seeks to analyze the effectiveness of the management of community financial participation by the Dinoyo GUPPI Foundation in supporting education funding at MI Islamiyah Dinoyo. The results showed that the successful management of public financial participation was supported by the application of the principles of openness, voluntaries, affirmation to poor households, and maintaining the principles of justice. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the results of the management of community financial participation by the GUPPI Dinoyo Foundation is evidenced by the payment of salaries and allowances for teachers and employees of MI Islamiyah Dinoyo which reaches 92% of the funds raised

Learning by lecturers is like services provided to consumers or college students. In providing services, of course, what must be considered is the quality of the service itself. The level of service quality can only be seen by consumers or college students. When the quality of service exceeds the expectations thought by college students, a sense of satisfaction will arise. The description of student satisfaction related to distance learning performance by lecturers is very satisfying for all indicators of personality and social competence.

Karena Perceraian merupakan malapetaka hidup, karena dampaknya akan banyak mulai dari anak yang menjadi korban, berantakannya keluarga, hingga ke ekonomi. Jenis artikel ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan metode retrosktif atau melihat permasalahan yang ada kemudian mencari pemecahannya. Yakni melalui nilai-nilai mitsaqan ghaliza, hasil penulisan ini antara lain nilai-nilai mitsaqan ghaliza mengajarkan kesungguhan, penuh komitmen dalam membangun keluarga, karena pernikahan merupakan ikatan sakral mengandung komitmen ilahi tidak sekedar dengan pasangan tapi juga melibatkan Allah Swt. Kemudian, salah satu janji yang terniang ketika akada pernikahan adalah Muasyarah Bilma’ruf atau menggauli dengan baik. Nilai-nilai tersebut yang nantinya sebagai fondasi awal penguatan keluarga
