The issue of tolerance between religious communities will always be interesting to discuss, this is because religion is often a source of conflict. Wudu as Islamic Psychotherapy to Improve Sleep Quality in Young Women
Get PDFMany previous studies have tried to find therapies in dealing with poor sleep quality in women. Where many researchers find that women are more likely to have poor sleep quality than men. Therefore, this study is to prove the effectiveness of wudu as a psychotherapy for sleep quality. This research is a quantitative pre-experimental research with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Research respondents were determined by the purposive sampling technique (N = 17) all of them were young women. To measure sleep quality using the Sleep Quality Scale developed by Yi, Shin, and Shin (2006). Data analysis techniques using the Paired Samples T-Test technique using the help of JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) version: 0.8.5.1. This study found that wudu therapy is effective in improving sleep quality in young women by focusing on increasing satisfaction with sleep which consists of three indicators namely: 1) Satisfaction Level with overall sleep; 2) Sleep tight; 3) Enough sleep
Perilaku Berbasis Teknologi di Sosial Media pada Digital Nattive
Get PDFSocial media has become a new way for people to communicate with others. Social media is media on the internet that allows users to present themselves, work together, share, communicate with other users form social bonds virtually, and express themselves. Their identity is built by offline and online interaction. This condition makes its uniqueness when someone behaves in communicating and expressing themselves on social media. This study aims to describe internet-based behavior on digital natives, especially in posting content on social media. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, through structured interviews with 84 students aged 18-23 years, male and female gender. The data obtained analyzed by coding. The results show that the media gives satisfaction and makes them survive to use it actively and provides the availability of information, entertainment, and connection with their social life. Feelings of insecurity in using social media are closely related to the social consequences that will get and manifested through restrictions on access is allowed to view account content. The purpose of posting is different, but many illustrate needed for self-expression and desire to provide social influence in the form of direct feedback or the delivery of their thoughts to fellow users

Get PDFCurrently, technology does not only provide ease for the users but also creates some social media that makes the users be able communicating from distances. Social media can also be used to share any photos and videos such as the one that is being the favorite of its users namely instagram. However, instagram is no longer functions for photo and video sharing but to form self-image.Many youth try to build up their self-images on instagram and many of them are students of Airlangga University. Therefore, this research is conducted to know how students of Airlangga University form their self-images on instagram.
This research uses qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is in-depth interview and field observation.The theories used in this research are hiperrealitas Jean Baudrillard andNet Generation Theoryfrom Don Tapscott. Then, the sampling uses purposive method. The subjects of this research are 8 students consisting female and male students of Airlangga Universitywho are included in two instagram accounts namely @satuunair and @unairhitspeople.
The result of this research reveals that students of UNAIR form their self-images on instagram. They do it by editing the photo they will share on instagram, also the selection of location and angle for a photo. Besides, forming self-identity on social media does not fully give negative effect.By the internet and smart phones, the intensity to use smart phones gets bigger than before the internet existed. Hence, it proofs that they get positive beneficial impact.

Konsep Akhlak Dan Metode Pembelajarannya Dalam Pendidikan Islam
Get PDFAkhlaq is a good behavior seemingly visible from an individual after performing Islamic sharia, so akhlaq and the habit of custom are shaped into strongly rooted behavior and characteristics. Consequently, they will automatically be activated when performing an action without any prior consideration. Akhlaq plays an important and special role in Islam, that is positioned as the essence of ihsan by which aqeedah and sharia will not be perfect without akhlaq since the three elements are inseparable integrity. Thus, the higher the iman of an individual, the better his/her akhlaq. One of akhlaq degradation may be caused by an internal factor that is the loss of adab. The loss of adab in terms of the discipline of body, mind and soul is caused by the westernization influences which are not in line with Islamic sharia. Hence, it needs a reinstilling of akhlaq values in various forms, such as: (1) habituation for children in performing food behavior, (2) figure of parents and teachers, (3) always giving good advice for children, and (4) telling wise stories so they can take life lesson of the story
Akhlak adalah prilaku baik yang nampak dari diri seseorang setelah melaksanakan syariat Islam, sehingga akhlak dan adat kebiasaan tersebut terbentuk menjadi prilaku dan sifat yang tertancap kuat dalam diri tersebut, sehingga ketika melakukan suatu perbuatan-perbuatan tanpa memerlukan pertimbangan terlebih dahulu. Akhlak menempati kedudukan yang istimewa dalam Islam, yaitu diposisikan sama dengan hakikat ihsan, sehingga akidah dan syariat tidak akan sempurna tanpa adanya akhlak karena ketiganya merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat pisahkan. Maka semakin tinggi Iman seseorang, maka semakin baik pula akhlaknya. Salah satu faktor kemerosotan akhlak disebabkan oleh faktor internal yaitu “the loss of adab” hilangnya adab berupa hilangnya disiplin badan, pikiran dan jiwa yang disebabkan oleh pengaruh-pengaruh westernisasi yang tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Oleh sebab itu perlu penanaman kembali nilai-nilai akhlak dengan berbagai cara seperti: (1), pembiasaan kepada anak dalam berprilaku baik, (2) keteladanan orang tua dan guru, (3) selalu memberi nasehat yang baik kepada anak, dan (4) menceritakan kisah-kisah hikmah sehingga anak dapat mengambil pelajarang hidup dari kisah tersebu

This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Educators and Education Personnel, and Students. The results showed that the use of the speed reading method in SD Islam Miftahus Shibyan was inseparable from the steps of the speed reading method and the efforts made by the teacher in teaching and learning activities. Get PDFDirect Pilkada as a democratic event often presents problematic regional heads, be it the head of the corruption suspect who was re-elected or the regional head who only won because of his high level of popularity but lack of quality. In the end, many problems in the regions are often not resolved. Regional autonomy, which is expected to be able to produce more developed and quality regions, is collided with the reality and the will of the people who still do not clearly understand the meaning of direct democracy itself. The concept of an asymmetric regional head election system is one solution to overcome this problem. Currently, the asymmetrical system for regional head elections is already in operation, however, it is only applied to a number of regions with special labels. Asymmetrical implementation of Pilkada needs to be applied to all regions in Indonesia. As an indicator in the asymmetric concept, stability in economic growth before the implementation of regional elections or the democracy index can be used to measure the quality of democracy in a region. The research method in this article is normative juridical. The conclusion in this article is that an asymmetrical regional head election system needs to be done to create a more effective regional government
