Kepribadian Big Five terhadap Impulsive Buying Behavior pada Mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis
Get PDFCollege students are individuals who enter the transition from adolescence to adulthood. In this period, they have more opportunities to explore various values and lifestyles. Individuals are looking for experiences that will eventually form personalities. Personality can influence individuals who make risky decisions. Decision-making immediately without prior consideration can make them behave impulsively without thinking about the effect. This study aims to determine the effect of big five personalities on impulsive buying behavior on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results obtained three conclusions, 1) Most of the students of economics and business at Airlangga University Surabaya have big five personalities that tend to be dominant; 2) Most of the economics and business students of Airlangga University Surabaya have low impulsive buying behavior; 3) Big five personality influences impulsive buying behavior in economics and business students of Airlangga University Surabaya, conscientiousness has a greater influence than extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, and openness to experience
Implementation of Total Communication in Islamic Religion Learning in Deaf Children in Spirit Dakwah Indonesia Foundation
Get PDFDisability is a separate difficulty in the learning process, especially in religious learning. Being very complete when a deaf child accepts religious learning both theory and practice, so that the right way of communicating is needed by the teacher in dealing with deaf children. Not only that, there are still many regions that lack awareness of religious education for children with disabilities especially those who are deaf. Deaf children are actually still capable and deserving of religious learning, because they can still use the rest of the hearing (aural), use gestures and finger spelling (manual) that are visualized, and read utterances and speech (oral) that sound even though sometimes unclear, where these three things are communication media. This is where deaf children can learn by using a total communication system which involves receptive components (reading writing, utterances, gestures, finger and gesture / mimic spelling) and expressive components (speaking, gesturing, finger spelling, writing and gesture / expression) both are interactive. Observations were carried out at the Indonesian Spirit Da'wah Foundation by applying total communication to its students in Qurani Informal Education (TPQLB) Indonesian Spirit Dakwah Foundation as a communication system in religious learning both theory and practice. From the evaluation results, it was concluded that the application of total communication had a positive influence on learning Islamic religion in deaf children at the Spirit Dakwah Indonesia Foundation, children who were deaf in focus and interested in learning, they could re-explain the material taught simply either orally and sign language
Subjek Dakwah Islam Dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an
Get PDFIslamic da’wah subjects is person who conveys, teaches and practices Islamic teachings. It’s very important and interesting to study and learn more deeply. It can understand and deepen Islamic teachings are expected to be able to minimize message of preaching that isn’t in accordance with Islamic teachings. Based on context, the purpose of this study is to answer the question of how Islamic da’wah subjects in perspective of the Qur’an. This study uses qualitative research methods using descriptive analytical. To be able to study this phenomenon in detail, researchers quote of the Qur'an verses that allude to issue of Islamic da'wah. To be able to understand these verses, researcher also studies harmonious interpretations including of al-Jalalain interpretations, al-Nukat wa al-Uyun interpretations, al-Muyassar interpretations, Shaykh Abdurrahman interpretations, Ibnu Katsir interpretations, Anwar al-Tanzil wa Asrar al Ta'wil interpretations, al-Misbah interpretations, Madarik al-Tanzil wa Haqoiq at-Ta'wil interpretations, and Religion Ministry interpretations. Based on perspective of the Qur'an, the results obtained that Islamic da'wah subjects is perpetrators of da'wah as the heirs of the prophets who carry out mission of broadcasting Islamic teachings, inviting acts of ma'ruf and preventing acts of munkar. Besides that, what is said or delivered Islamic da'wah subjects must be conveyed from attitudes and actions. Therefore, before they plunge into people to preaching, it’s better to understand and study Islamic teachings well.

Get PDFIslam Nusantara or Islamic Nusantara is not just an Islamic concept in Indonesia only. Therefore, this paper focuses on how the manifestation of Islam Nusantara concept in Southern Thailand which refers to the manifestation of Islam Nusantara concept that has been applied in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research with ethnographic approach. South Thai Muslims have a long relationship with Indonesia in genealogical, historical and cultural exchanges. So there is application of the concept of Islam Nusantara in Thailand with its various culture. The cultural form is grouped into language, practice, culture / custom, art, celebration, and worship.

Manajemen Radio Suara Muslim Surabaya: Manajemen Media Islam atau Islami
Get PDFIndonesia dengan penduduknya yang mayoritas muslim merupakan sasaran yang tepat ketika membangun sebuah industri media Islam atau membangun industri media dalam sudut pandang religius, salah satu radio Islam di Indonesia ialah Radio Suara Muslim yang terletak di Surabaya namun dengan namanya yang berlogokan Islam apakah stasiun radio dengan konteks islam selalu dalam manajemen Islam ataukah konteks Islam dalam berdirinya sebuah stasiun radio hanyalah menjadi sebuah konsumsi simbol. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen dalam Radio Suara Muslim Surabaya merupakan manajemen media Islam atau Islami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling karena tidak semua sampel memiliki kriteria yang sesuai dengan fenomena yang diteliti. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa manajemen Radio Suara Muslim Surabaya hampir mendekati dengan manajemen Islam yang Islami dengan disandarkan pada tiga syarat media Islam menurut Satrio Arismunandar dintaranya 1) Media Islam harus dimiliki oleh orang Islam, 2) Media Islam sedikit banyak harus mengemban misi dakwah dan menyebarkan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam, 3) Media Islam harus menerapkan aturan, etika, dan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam dalam menjalankan bisnis perusahaan media dan aktivitas keredaksian (editorial) dan Radio Suara Muslim Surabaya memberlakukan kebijakan standart minimal 7 amalan harian

Hubungan Spiritual Well-Being dan Kecerdasan Emosi pada Sikap Toleransi Bagi Remaja
Get PDFThis study analyzes the relationship between spiritual well-being and emotional intelligence to tolerance for adolescents. Spiritual well-being is the affirmation of life concerning, oneself, others, the environment, and God. This relation can be developed into four interconnected domains of human existence concerning spiritual well-being; oneself, community, environment, and God. Emotional intelligence is one of the keys to success in life. So, people are aware of themselves and others, have motivation and optimism. The study took data from 1113 adolescents from five provinces (DKI, West Java, Lampung, North Sumatra, and Central Java), aims to find out the relationship between spiritual well-being and emotional intelligence on tolerance. From the analysis of data using correlation and regression found that spiritual well-being is related to tolerance (r = 0.844 (**), p = 000 <0.001), and spiritual well-being affects the attitude of tolerance (r2 = .699, t = 30 896, p <.001). Likewise emotional intelligence is related to tolerance for adolescents (r = 0.844 (**), p = 000 <0.001) and emotional intelligence influences tolerance (r2 = .712, t = - 5102, p <.001). The higher level of spiritual well-being and emotional intelligence, the better the tolerance attitude of adolescents
Manajemen Rapat, Teori dan Aplikasinya dalam Pesantren
Get PDFArtikel ini mengkaji tentang manajemen rapat, sebuah aktivitas manajerial yang urgen dalam sebuah organisasi baik ber-laba seperti sebuah perusahaan maupun nirlaba seperti lembaga pendidikan. Minimnya pengetahuan dan juga kesadaran akan pentingnya aktivitas rapat bagi sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah organisasi, disinyalir menjadi pemicu utama mengapa aktivitas rapat dijalankan dengan apa adanya tanpa persiapan matang dan tindak lanjut yang serius. Padahal jika diamati, aktivitas rapat dalam sebuah organisasi semacam menjadi sebuah alat kontrol dan pengendali utama lajunya kegiatan organisasi.
Dalam dunia pesantren, aktivitas rapat juga dapat dikatakan belum diberikan porsi yang pas, jika memang dilaksanakan kegiatan rapat, itu pun masih berjalan sekedarnya dan tanpa follow up yang jelas. Bahkan di beberapa pesantren tidak ada sama sekali kegiatan rapat, andai pun memang ada, masih belum memenuhi prinsip-prinsip manajemen rapat secara teori. Hal itu dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman bagi pelaku organisasi baik secara teori maupun secara aplikatif.

One of them is whether enough people are only emphasized to have intellectual intelligence alone? Departing from the questions above, this research was conducted using a library study approach. Literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a study of books, literature, notes, and reports that have to do with problems that are solved. From the results of this study, there are many different kinds of intelligence that are considered more important for life. Humans can be considered more chairy if they have some kind of intelligence, which consists of IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and intelligence that Emotional spiritual quostient (ESQ) plays a crucial role in educational institutions that have Islamic base is able to develop Islamic education in Indonesia. The concept can be developed as follows: the concept of freedom of heart, the pillars of faith, the pillars of Islam, and monotheism.
[Alam berfikir postmodernisme mengajarkan untuk meninjau ulang konsep-konsep pendidikan yang selama ini dianggap baku. Salah satunya adalah apakah cukup manusia hanya ditekankan untuk memiliki kecerdasan intelektual semata?
