Implementasi Manajemen Strategik Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah
Quality of Education will succeed with the right strategic management. So far, management implementation has had several problems, including teacher professionalism, graduate competency standards, effective learning and programs without consideration. In order to get a complete picture, the researcher uses a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah Trenggalek. The results of the study show that Islamic Elementary Darunnajah describes the vision, mission, goals, objectives and profile of madrasah resources. strategy implementation at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah is carried out through internal and external madrasa environmental activities which are described through the madrasah organizational structure, person in charge of activities, job descriptions, study days and times, financing budget, curriculum, school promotion, new student admissions, school culture, code of ethics schools, school policies, geographic, demographic, cultural and community appreciation, involvement of school committees, developments in science and technology, partner institutions and strategic implementation in meeting national education standards (MI). This step creates new awareness in schools about the importance of using quality standards in carrying out activities or programs.
[Mutu Pendidikan akan berhasil dengan adanya manajemen strategi yang tepat. Selama ini, implementasi manajemen mempunyai beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya profesionalisme guru, standar kompetensi lulusan, pembelajaran efektif dan program-program tanpa pertim-bangan. Guna mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh, maka peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah Trenggalek. Hasil penelitian bahwa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah mendeskripsikan visi, misi, tujuan, sasaran dan profil sumber daya madrasah. implementasi strategi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah dilakukan melalui aktivitas lingkungan internal dan eksternal madrasah yang dideskripsikan melalui struktur organisasi madrasah, penanggung jawab kegiatan, job deskripsi, hari dan waktu belajar, anggaran pembiayaan, kurikulum, promosi sekolah, penerimaan siswa baru, budaya sekolah, kode etik sekolah, kebijakan sekolah, keberadaan lingkungan geografis, demografis, lingkungan budaya dan apresiasi masyarakat, keterlibatan komite sekolah, per-kembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, lembaga Mitra dan implementasi strategik dalam memenuhi standar (MI) pendidikan nasional. Implementasi Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi IT dalam Mengatasi Keterbatasan Pendidikan di Era 5.0 pada Sekolah Dasar
As learning develops, the problems of educators also develop. This Saast is the biggest concern in managing learning using IT-based learning methods in the Era 5.0. The fundamental problem is the ability to identify problems (proble-matics). The research carried out is library (Library Research). The technique of collecting data is by analyzing from several sources in the form of educational report books issued by state agencies or private educational support institutions, teacher articles and articles that focus on education which are accredited nationally and locally. The data is collected, coded or grouped and analyzed using an IT learning method approach with a proven level of success. The results of this research and analysis reveal several problems, namely, 1. The competence of teachers who lack IT skills is in accordance with the development of learning in the 5.0 era. 2. Mastery of the method with adequate implementation eva-luation references, so that it is not able to manipulate learning to get maximum results. 3. Competency development that has not been qualified.
[Selama pembelajaran berkembang, permasalah pendidik juga berkembang. Saat ini tentang terbesar adalah kompetensi dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis IT di era 5.0. permasalahan mendasar adalah kemampuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahan (problematika). Penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah kepustakaan (Library Research). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menganalisis dari beberapa sumber yang berupa buku-buku laporan pendidikan yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga negara atau lembaga swasta pendamping pendidikan, artikel keguruan dan artikel-artikel yang berfokus pada pendidikan yang terakreditasi nasional maupun lokal. Data-data yang dikumpulan, dikoding atau dikelompokkan dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan metode pembelajaran IT dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang sudah teruji. Hasil dari penelitian dan analisis ini terdapat beberapa problematika yaitu, 1. Kompetensi guru yang kurang menguasai IT sesuai dengan perkembangan pembelajaran di era 5.0. 2. Penguasaan metode dengan referensi evaluasi pelaksanaan yang memadai, sehingga tidak mampu merekayasa pembelajaran untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal. 3. Pengemba-ngan kompetensi yang belum mumpuni
Pengentasan Ekonomi Single Parent Berbasis Pengelolaan Zakat
Penelitian ini dalam bingkai besar pengelolaan manajemen zakat. Manajemen pengelolaan zakat yang produktif dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan perekonomian perempuan single parent. Perempuan single parent banyak mengalami kendala perekonomian karena selama berkeluarga menggantungkan hidup pada hasil kerja pasangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lazisnu Gondang Legi Plosoklaten Kediri yang telah berupaya melakukan pengelolaan zakat dengan orientasi peningkatan prekonomian perempuan single parent. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis pendekatan teori manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan zakat produktif di Lazisnu Gondang Legi Plosoklaten Kediri sudah menggunakan teori manajemen secara menyeluru
Analysis of Activities and Learning Outcomes Reviewed from the Learning Typology of Class VIII Students at Sultan Agung Puger Middle School in Mathematics Learning
Learning typology is the type of learning or appropriate method students use to facilitate the learning process so that they find it easy to receive and process information. This research describes activities and learning outcomes regarding student learning typologies in mathematics learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were class VIII students at Sultan Agung Puger Middle School. The instruments used in this research were observation, questionnaires, and practice questions. The results obtained are student learning activities based on their learning typology. Class VIII students at Sultan Agung Puger Middle School have a visual and kinesthetic learning typology with a percentage of visual typology of 24.5% and kinesthetic typology of 57.5%. This is based on an analysis of the three instruments used. As a result of learning activities, students become more active, and learning results are maximum or above average because students learn based on their respective typologies
Integration of Science and Islam in Geography Learning
The need for integration in learning is not only science but also includes Islamic values, this is very necessary to foster spiritual dryness, especially in science learning, and material demands when there is an integrated science competition. This requires educators to be able to create Islamic integrated learning in the Teaching and Learning Process. Sufficient references will help educators and students achieve learning objectives. This research uses R&D (Research and Development) research to produce products in the form of integrated geography supplement books with the Dick & Carry development model known as ADDIE. This research resulted in (1) the objectivity of the module but no Islamic integration was found in it (2) The product validity test resulted in scores from Material experts 82.7, Religious experts 84 and Design experts 88 with the achievement of a limited group test score of 84.7 very good categories and suitable for use. (3) There is an effectiveness of using the supplement book product for Geography teachers at MA level seen from the response during the limited trial on MGMP Geography teachers
Handling Community Tensions During the Hajj Waiting Period: An Analysis of the Reactualization of Hajj Implementation
Hajj, a pillar of Islam for Muslims who are able, has a high spiritual dimension while involving social, economic, and psychological aspects in its preparation and execution. The waiting period before Hajj is often challenging, especially in the context of people's anxiety. This study aims to analyze and understand anxiety during the Hajj waiting period and its impact on the preparation and actualization of worship. In the context of the data type and research objectives, a non-positivistic or naturalism paradigm was used. Qualitative research, which focuses on human actions and interactions in natural settings, defines this approach. The research findings show that the frustration experienced by prospective pilgrims is not only influenced by the long waiting period and the additional costs required but also includes a deeper aspect of cosmological roots in Muslim understanding. Hajj, one of Islam's high pillars, has shifted people's perceptions to be more than just an achievement in the spiritual journey. However, it should be noted that this study needs to be more focused in its focus, which is on analyzing the queuing aspect of the waiting period. This study has yet to explore the regulation of Hajj worldwide, which has significant variations, including developing the nusuk application technology proposed by the Saudi Arabian government to address queuing issues
Dakwah Komunitas Honda Club Indonesia dalam Perspektif Teori Identitas Sosial di Mojokerto
This study reveals the da'wah of the Honda Club Indonesia (HCI) community in Mojokerto, which originally focused on motorcycle activities into a da'wah forum that provides benefits to the wider community. Through the application of social identity theory, the HCI Mojokerto community has succeeded in developing itself as a medium for da'wah and increasing the knowledge and understanding of members and the surrounding community. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of HCI Mojokerto community activities. The results showed that this community was able to utilize a common hobby, namely motorcycles, as a basis for providing da'wah value in every activity carried out. The HCI Mojokerto community actively carries out religious preaching-oriented activities, such as silaturahmi, social services, and religious pilgrimages. Through these activities, community members get to know each other, increase religious understanding, and strengthen social values. In addition, this community plays a role in empowering its members and the surrounding community through opportunities for self-development and contributions to social activities. The Honda Club Indonesia (HCI) community in Mojokerto being a forum for da'wah and community empowerment is a good example of the application of social identity theory. With a focus on da'wah and empowerment, the HCI Mojokerto community makes a positive contribution to strengthening religious and social values in the surrounding environment
Postnuptial Agreement Perspektif Maqashid al Syari’ah al Syatibi
Kekayaan menjadi salah satu pemicu konflik antara suami dan istri. Membuat perjanjian pascanikah dapat menjadi salah satu cara penyelesaian masalah untuk mengurangi konflik antar anggota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami akad pascanikah dalam tinjauan maqashid al Syari'ah al Syatibi. Metode penelitian ini adalah Library Research dengan pendekatan normatif yang mengacu pada Maqashid al Syari'ah al Syatibi dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) perjanjian pasca nikah dibuat atas dasar mengatur harta kekayaan suami istri dan memunculkan kemaslahatan anggota keluarga bagi suami yang melakukan poligami. 2) Akad Nikah jika ditinjau dari maqashid al syari'ah al Syatibi, menghasilkan: Hifz al Din, penghindaran zina dan zina yang dilarang agama. Hifz al Nafs, menghindari resiko tertular penyakit menular seksual dan penyakit menular lainnya yang bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Hifz al 'Aql, mencegah gangguan psikis anak dan trauma akibat perceraian orang tua. Hifz al Nasl, menjamin kesejahteraan anak dan menjaga hak-hak anak, seperti: perwalian, nasab dan warisan. Hifz al Mal, menjaga hak milik istri pertama dan kedua bagi suami yang berpoligami. tidak ada resiko kehilangan seluruh harta benda suami istri jika salah satu pasangan mengalami hutang yang besar atau keadaan yang dapat mengakibatkan kebangkrutan ekonomi
Evaluasi Kebijakan Penanganan Konflik Sunni-Syiah Di Sampang: Analisis Surat Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Timur No. 55 Tahun 2012
East Java Governor Decree No. 55/2012, which regulates the Development of Religious Activities and the Supervision of Cults, is a response to various religious events in East Java society. This regulation emerged as a result of the physical conflict between Sunni and Shia communities in Sampang Regency, Madura, which resulted in the loss of life and material from both parties involved. One of the implementations of this policy is the relocation of Sampang Shia followers to Jemundo Flat in Sidoarjo, and until now, some of them have not returned to Sampang. In the context of the Sampang Sunni-Shiite conflict, this regulation has been more curative than preventive in its implementation for almost a decade, and from the perspective of public policy discipline, several issues still need to be addressed. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document analysis accompanied by triangulation. The results show that the implementation of this regulation has contributed to the search for a resolution in the Sunni-Shiite conflict, although there are still imbalances in some aspects. In particular, given the sensitivity of the Sunni-Shia conflict phenomenon, especially in the local context of Sampang, this imbalance is seen in the historical, political, bureaucratic, and sociological dimensions. Therefore, it can be concluded that this regulation is a policy that can be evaluated and has provided results in conflict resolution efforts, but also requires a review to address the imbalances that still exist
Ta'zir (Punishment) at Islamic Boarding Schools; Between Tradition, Conception, and Shadows of Human Rights Violations:
This article examines the practice of Ta'zir, a form of discretionary punishment, within the context of Islamic boarding schools. Ta'zir holds a significant place in Islamic jurisprudence, allowing authorities to determine penalties for offenses not explicitly addressed in religious texts. However, the application of Ta'zir has raised concerns, particularly in the context of Islamic boarding schools, where traditional practices intersect with modern notions of human rights. Drawing upon a multi-disciplinary approach, this study delves into the historical, cultural, and religious aspects of Ta'zir, elucidating its evolution from its inception to its current manifestations within Islamic boarding schools. By analyzing primary sources, legal texts, and case studies, the article underscores the diverse interpretations of Ta'zir and its malleability in adapting to contemporary circumstances. Furthermore, the article critically evaluates the potential conflicts between the traditional practice of Ta'zir and international human rights standards. It examines instances where Ta'zir punishments might be perceived as infringing upon human dignity, bodily integrity, and freedom from cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment. The study also explores the role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping and perpetuating these practices, considering the interplay between religious education, discipline, and the protection of children's rights. The findings of this research reveal a complex landscape where tradition clashes with modern sensibilities. The article advocates for a nuanced dialogue between religious scholars, educators, and human rights advocates to strike a balance between preserving cultural heritage and upholding universally recognized human rights. It highlights the importance of reinterpretation and contextualization of Ta'zir in line with the principles of justice, mercy, and human dignity as emphasized within Islamic teachings. In conclusion, this article contributes to the ongoing discourse on the compatibility of traditional Islamic practices with contemporary human rights frameworks. It calls for a thoughtful reevaluation of Ta'zir within Islamic boarding schools, promoting an inclusive approach that safeguards both religious heritage and fundamental human rights
