    Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dalam Pengembangan Budaya Madrasah Di MI Yaa Bunayya Blitar

    This research specifically looks at the leadership style of the principal at Islamic Elementary Education Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat Blitar in developing the culture of the madrasa. The research method, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of this research is Islamic Elementary Education Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat Blitar. The data analysis used single case analysis, while checking the validity of the data by triangulation, peer discussion and attendance extension. The end of this study found 1) The leadership style of the head of the madrasa in the development of madrasa culture at Islamic Elementary Education Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat Blitar tends to be democratic by looking at the leadership style of the headmaster which is related to the behavior of the entire madrasa family and the community, building effective communication with subordinates and understanding their subordinates. by accepting the differences in the activities carried out. 2) Obstacles or obstacles to the leadership style of the head of Islamic Elementary Education Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat in developing madrasah culture in the form of obstacles caused by the lack of awareness of all madrasa members to implement madrasah regulations voluntarily.   [Penelitian ini secara khusus melihat gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MI Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat Blitar dalam pengembangan budaya madrasahnya. Metode penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di MI Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat Blitar. Analisis data dengan analisis kasus tungggal, sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan datanya dengan triangulasi, diskusi sejawat dan perpanjangan kehadiran. Akhir penelitian ini menemukan 1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam pengembangan budaya madrasah di MI Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat Blitar cenderung demokratis dengan melihat gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang berhubungan  dengan perilaku seluruh keluarga besar madrasah dan masyarakat, membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan bawahan serta memahami anak buahnya dengan menerima perbedaan-perbedaannya pada kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. 2) Kendala atau hambatan gaya kepemimpinan kepala MI Yaa Bunayya Dandong Srengat dalam pengembangan budaya madrasah berupa kendala yang disebabkan belum adanya kesadaran dari seluruh warga madrasah untuk menjalankan peraturan madrasah secara sukarela

    This study intends to analyze the Islamic education curriculum development in the New Normal era, using a qualitative approach to library research. Researchers found that what must pursue the Islamic education curriculum in the New Normal period by integrating content, preparing a systematic learning concept and good training in terms of the use of technology so that it is accustomed to carrying out the learning process online. One of the ideal educational strategies during this pandemic is to explore the government's provisions by using an agreed application. There are two crucial component elements in the implementation of the learning process activities; namely, students and educators must be given training related to technology media to know the direction of learning so that they avoid mistakes that will become a problem. Meanwhile, students carry out learning at home with the help of parents who supervise every activity during the online learning process so that learning misunderstandings do not occur during a pandemic

    The level of conformity determines personal unwillingness to engage with another social group. Conformity is a type of individual adaptability to a social group affected by social influence. Polyculturalism is defined as the belief that cultures constantly change through different racial and ethnic groups’ interactions, influences, and exchanges by not losing ethnic/group’s identity. This study aims to know the effect of conformity to Polyculturalism on college students from the outer region in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling. One hundred seventy-seven respondents gathered from regional organization members who live in regional dormitories. This research used five items of the Polyculturalism scale and eight items from the conformity scale. This study showed a positive correlation between conformity and Polyculturalism (R=0,372, P=0,000<0,005). The contribution of conformity to Polyculturalism is 13,8%

    The Qur'an is a normative – theoretical guide in the implementation of Islamic education. Kalam contained in the Qur'an is dass solen, which must be translated into dass sein by educators into the formulation of Islamic education that can lead to the ultimate goal of education. This study aims to reveal the amsal's concept in the Qur'an and the dimensions of education contained in the amsal of the Qur'an in terms of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. The results reveal that the concept of Proverbs in the Qur'an Proverbs (parables) in the Qur'an contains vague or abstract meaning explanations so that they become transparent, concrete and easy to remember. This method explains and confirms the meaning of the message. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Islamic religious education, the dimensions of Al-Qur'an Proverbs viewed from the Islamic religious education curriculum include curriculum components: Objectives, Materials, Methods, Media and Evaluation

    This article discusses the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving the discipline of students at SMAN 1 Pare, Kediri Regency. SMAN 1 Pare, Kediri Regency, has a very strategic location, which is in the middle of the city crowd and facilities owned by the Kediri Regency Government. So that it can have an influence on the ethics and morals of students. So it is necessary to guide and educate Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools in terms of worship, especially discipline in carrying out prayers and other religious activities so that students' spiritual values increase and have noble character. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that: First, several strategies have been applied by Islamic Religious Education teachers in the form of (a) habituation from Islamic Religious Education teachers; (b) student discipline; (c) setting a good examples; (d) Providing advice and motivation; (e) Routinely invite students to the prayer room. Second, the supporting factors are (a) the spirit of Islamic Religious Education teachers; (b) SKI extracurricular activities; (c) its location is close to the grand mosque; (d) many religious activities in schools; (e) students' self-awareness. Third, while the inhibiting factors are (a) a small prayer room; no student data collection; (c) lack of prayer equipment; (d) time constraints; (e) cannot pray in congregation at the same time

    This research aims to find out the pattern of Islamic jurisprudence’s thought and the ijtihad method of K.H. Lanre Said. This research is a qualitative descriptive using data related to Islamic jurisprudence’s thought of K.H. Lanre Said. The results showed that the knowledge of K.H. Lanre Said in the field of Islamic jurisprudence is enough high. Although it looks practical and simple, his ability to decipher the opinions of scholars is very good especially in the description of evidence derived from hadith. He expressed the opinions of the scholars then conclude them, although in several problems he did not choose one opinion of the scholars even made his own opinion. The Islamic jurisprudence concept in his mind is enough dynamic because he wrote many laws in jurisprudence problems relating to the law of ablution (taharah) until corpse (janazah) and other issues that are widely questioned and often occur in the community.     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penerapan larangan nikah sesuku di Desa Tanjung Pauh. Masyarakat yang melakukan perkawinan diharuskan membayar denda adat berupa kambing atau kerbau. Jika tidak mampu, pelaku, kerabat dan keluarganya tidak dapat melakukan urusan adat lainnya bahkan sampai mereka diusir dari desa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research. Dalam mengkaji data primer yang didapat dari wawancara penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualittatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana adat perkawinan di Desa Tanjung Pauh perspektif hukum perkawinan di Indonesia. Pandangan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang pelaksanaan larangan adat ini tertuang dalam pasal 8 huruf f tentang larangan nikah pasal 66 yang melalui tafsir a contrario yang menerapkan hukum perkawinan adat. Hukum pernikahan adat dapat diterapkan selain yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 dan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam. Berbeda dengan penerapan larangan nikah adat di Desa Tanjung Pauh yang ternyata telah tertuang dalam UU Perkawinan pasal 2 dan bertentangan dengan hukum Islam. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa undang-undang yang melarang perkawinan adat di Desa Tanjung Pauh bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Perkawinan Nomor 1 Tahun 1974

    This research was conducted with the aim of discussing an issue that is currently viral on social media in Indonesia, namely the prohibition of using the word of anjay as slang language. The lack of research based on theoretical exploration of slang is a component that needs to be completed. So in this case, the researcher puts forward a multitheoretical framework, especially with regard to communication theories, where one of the components of the study also involves problems of language, structure and function in society. Through the case study method, the researcher selected 5 informants who understood and had used the word of anjay. Finally, with in-depth interview, there are many aspects that can be explored from the word of anjay and there are several relevant theories to explain these aspects

    This article reviews the background of the emergence of Post-truth and the impact of Post-truth. This lecture uses literature review by examining various sources of reading in mass media and social media. The results of this paper explain that in Indonesia Post-truth auctioning and post-election 2019 is rife on social media. Post-truth on social media does not stop there but continues to roll on various problems that exist in this country. Starting is an ethnicity, religion, and race. Hoaxes and hate speech using social media platforms as a means of spreading are not trivial matters, because the series of attacks may continue to surge. The pressure from social media often forms wild and uncontrollable opinions, which are hoped to be exploited by some groups for certain interests
