    Qualitative research is the background design in this study. The subjects in the study were owners, employees and consumers of UD. Hamura Terang East Klampis district Klampis Bangakalan Regency. Data collection uses three types, namely; interviews, observation, and documentation. While the methods used to analyze data include; Reduction, Display, and Conclusion. The results of this study state that the sale and purchase of building materials with a tempo payment system (Istijrar) at UD. Hamura Terang Klampis Timur is a category of buying and selling that occurs between the shop and consumers in the process of ordering commodity goods made directly to the shop. The commodity ordered will be sent after the consumer has paid a down payment of 20% and both parties have agreed on the time of repayment. In the payment process that is done in tempo maximum time limit of one month will be given. The price offered has no difference between the purchase in cash or in tempo. The transaction is with a tempo payment system (Istijrar) carried out at the UD. Hamura Terang Klampis Timur is in accordance with the existing provisions in the Islamic Economic order and is a form of Ba'i Istijrar or Ba'i Bitsaman Ajil contract transactions

    Freedom to learn is a flagship program of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Students are taught to have more value than their potential and creativity. This is in line with the current educational needs to produce generations of skilled and critical thinking to solve problems and have moral nobility as self-adornment. Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions have contributed greatly to the country through the quality of skilled and virtuous human resources. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between Islamic boarding schools and the concept of independent learning from a historical and philosophical point of view. The research methodology is a literature study with hermeneutic analysis of referential writing. The result of the research is that the aim of Islamic boarding school education is essentially to develop Muslims so that they deepen religious understanding and gain the pleasure of Allah. Furthermore, the pesantren curriculum consists of monotheism, fiqh, and tasawuf. Meanwhile, the relationship between pesantren and independent learning is based on integrative principles, character, tasawuf, and independence

    This article explores the meaning of the hadith that states that Allah is "odd" and loves the "odd." Through a qualitative research approach and literature analysis, this study concludes that the understanding of this hadith contains deep meaning. Through a qualitative research approach and analysis of the literature, the study concludes that the understanding of this hadith has a deep meaning. Textually, the Hadīth underlines the importance of the obedience and piety of Allah's servants to His commands and the Oneness of Allah as the only God who has no partner and deserves to be worshipped. However, in a social context, Allah is inclusive, loving not only the odd-numbered but also the even-numbered ones. It is reflected in His command to worship and His creation, which includes various numbers, odd and even. Therefore, this hadith cannot be used as a guide for achieving individual or group goals. Hopefully, this article can serve as an essential foundation for further research on the meaning of the hadith related to Allah being "odd" and liking "odd". Hence, more in-depth studies using various approaches are needed for a more comprehensive understanding

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the school institution's policy in implementing the JIBAS program. JIBAS is used to increase the degree of learning services at MIN 2 Kediri. In collecting field research data, researchers used data triangulation, namely interviews, documentation and observation. In the assessment, researchers use the CIPP model. The method in this research is a qualitative method of case study type. In qualitative research, the main sources of data are speech and action, while documents and other data are called complementary data. The data were then reviewed using three techniques, namely data compression, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data validity checking. The results of this study show that the implementation of JIBAS in the quality of academic services is needed by school institutions with the aim of achieving more effective, instructive, fast and precise academic services in data presentation

    This article aims to review the application of the concept of Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar Qadi al-Baqilany using Hassan Hanafi's phenomenological hermeneutics as an analytical approach. The socio-political and thought conditions of al-Baqilany's time became a problem in itself. The diversity of society that is not only from the Arab community also raises problems that require special handling. Qadi al-Baqilani had a view of Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar who could respond to the realities of the time. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of literature study. The choice of Hasan Hanafi's phenomenological hermeneutics as an approach aims to deepen the study so as to get a complete picture of the real implementation of Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar Qadi al-Baqilany. The researcher's analysis includes socio-historical conditions, texts, reality and people's consciousness. The main instruments are reduction data, display data and conclusions. The results show that a) the socio-historical, political and thought of society is very diverse. There was a lot of poverty and misthinking by the Mu'tazilites as key holders of the madhhab in government. So that the implementation carried out by Al-Baqilany is to conduct scientific debates to several schools or schools, especially the Mu'tazilites, Jahmiyah and Shia in the place provided by the government. And also by contradicting the Roman king, b) the incorporation of reason and naqli in every argument, c) the use of linguistic elements needed in his works and debates, d) the use of communicative, systematic, simple and understandable language at every level of his works and e) the existence of mass awareness efforts

    Contemporary learning trends lead to digital implementation. Digitalization of learning has implications for the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving learning objectives. Demand and need for implementing digital-based learning in Moral and Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, PAI dan BP) because the students are millennials. Digital-based learning design includes objectives, teaching materials, digital media, methods, and evaluation (assessment tools). This study aimed to find a digital-based learning model for PAI and BP subjects at senior high schools. This type of research was qualitative. Observation, interviews, and document studies carried out techniques of data collection. Data was collected through various settings, sources, and methods. Data analysis techniques used data condensation, information disclosure, and conclusion. The study results showed that the digital-based Islamic religious learning approach was scientific and student-centered; Islamic religious learning used Google Classroom, assisted by WhatsApp. Teaching materials were designed as power points, pdf books, and videos. The digital learning model with a student-centered approach has several indicators, including interactive digital learning strategies, lecture methods, assignments, simulations, inquiry, and Islamic religious learning-specific scenarios, namely habituation, exemplary, praise, and threats. Learning techniques use WhatsApp, connected to other social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Learning tactics through humor, singing, rhetoric, and surprise. The implications of implementing digital-based learning models can create a learning atmosphere that encourages students to be more interactive, foster creativity, and develop independent learning

    Character education is a sine qua non condition for creating a good life. Students who have formed their character will be able to make themselves good citizens because they have a set of noble values needed in social interaction. Educational institutions have attempted to produce effective character education. However, the weak capacity of educators in understanding the workings of various educational approaches contributes to the failure to form character. In this study using a literature review approach, it is intended to answer the problem of how to work or the working principles of the character education approaches; habituation, modeling and teaching. The results of this study concluded that each of these approaches has a unique and distinctive way of working in shaping the character of students. Each approach also has an Islamic basis in shaping character. Of course, each has advantages and disadvantages, but educators must be able to place the proper use of these three approaches so that their effectiveness can be obtained

    The study aimed to compare learning interests during the Covid-19 pandemic using the Google Meet and Zoom Meeting platforms in the distance learning process for PTKIN Sharia Banking Study Program students in East Java. The population in this study were students of the PTKIN Sharia Banking Study Program in East Java. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative with an event study approach. The results of the comparison of student interest explained that the facility factor, economic factor, and convenience factor significantly differed from student learning interest using the Google Meet and Zoom Meeting platforms for PTKIN Islamic Banking Study Program students in East Java. In addition, the results of a comparison of students' interest in the Google Meet and Zoom Meeting platforms of PTKIN Islamic Banking Study Program students in East Java showed that students' interest in using the Google Meet platform was higher than that of students using the Zoom Meeting platform. That is because Google Meet is easy to access; when experiencing signal interruption, users can rejoin immediately and have no time limit during the learning process because it does not require a premium account

    This community service program focuses on mentoring and training for enhancing digital-based administrative skills through the Gerakan Pemuda Ansor (Ansor Youth Movement) at the Sub-Branch Leadership of Perak, Jombang Regency. The decision to conduct this training is based on the upcoming accreditation at each branch, in accordance with the decision letter from the XVIII Grand Conference number 15/KONBES-XVIII/VI/2012 regarding the accreditation of the Gerakan Pemuda Ansor Organization and the upcoming visitation by an assessment team from the Regional Board to the Jombang Branch Leadership. The objectives of this community service are as follows : To assist the officials in enhancing their digital administration skills, to provide new insights into the features of Google Drive as a digital storage medium.to foster collaborations with various stakeholders, especially Ansor's autonomous bodies, to introduce IAI Tribakti to the community, particularly in the Jombang region. The methods employed to achieve these objectives involve lectures and training sessions. Training-related materials are presented through lectures and discussions, followed by practical, hands-on training. The overall outcome of this community service program has been positive and satisfactory

    The focus of the mentoring activities carried out by the team is to revive religious activities in the Pakisan Village mosque with the hope that there are other functions for the mosque besides just a place of worship. This program was carried out because we saw the condition of the mosque and prayer room in Pakisan Village, which apart from experiencing a decrease in the quantity of worshipers, also experienced a decrease in the intensity of other activities. The result of the implementation is that mosque-based POSDAYA brings several benefits such as strengthening religious activities and the emergence of public awareness that mosques are not just places of worship but can also carry out beneficial community activities. UMKM development and health improvement can also be carried out in the mosque environment to help economic growth and awareness of healthy lifestyles
