Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Janengan serta Relevansinya dengan Karakter Nabi Muhammad
This research is motivated by a cultural reality produced by the life of the Javanese people, especially the Janengan tradition. The Janengan tradition is a Javanese-Islamic traditional musical art by reading the Prophet's prayers in Javanese style. This tradition has grown and developed in North Pontianak. Unfortunately, the people in North Pontianak interpret this tradition as the art of traditional music without knowing the goals and values conveyed directly or explicitly. This research is part of the relevance of the character of the Prophet Muhammad to the Janengan tradition in FAST theory (Fatanah, Amanah, Siddiq, Tablig). This research aims to explore the values of Islamic education in the Janengan tradition, both in terms of implementation and reading texts of the Janengan tradition and their relevance to FAST theory. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of descriptive research. They were collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The implementation of the Janengan tradition begins with the opening of the reading of Al-Fatihah, reading the Janengan poetry, and prayer. The five musical instruments used show the five mandatory prayers. The way of sitting in its implementation shows equality in the eyes of Allah SWT; the value of monotheism, the value of worship, and moral values are collected in prayer activities. The poems that are read also have messages and values , namely the value of monotheism, the value of worship, and the value of morals. Perception of Muslim Students on Learning Management System
Learning Management System (LMS) is essential for knowledge acquisition and learning management in the digital era. Users are regarded as significant stakeholders who impact the system's longevity, and their attitudes regarding the system are considered. This study compares student satisfaction levels across Moodle and Google Classroom learning platforms. This study employs a quantitative approach. A survey questionnaire was specially designed to collect data from the sample. The sample of 322 students was divided into two groups: 161 using Google Classroom and 161 using Moodle. The PIECES framework was used to quantify satisfaction. STATA's Z-test was used to examine the data in this study (mean-comparison test). According to the data, there was a difference in satisfaction with Moodle versus Google Classroom. Only one of the six criteria used to measure satisfaction shows that using Moodle with Google Classroom leads to the same level of satisfaction
Religious Moderation Attitude: Development Scale
The assessment of religious moderation is still in its early stages of development and is having difficulty accepting the criteria indicated. As a result, religious moderation is sometimes interpreted as being indecisive, only making judgments that favor certain people or groups, and seeming irresponsible by refusing to take a political stance. Furthermore, the concept of religious moderation is frequently misunderstood. Using the CFA validity test approach, this study attempts to create a religious moderation instrument based on a psychological paradigm in which an attitude is understood based on particular ideas (beliefs), emotions, and prior behavior toward religious moderation (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). We define religious moderation as the middle way or not being extreme in one view (tawassuth), upholding balance and justice (i'tidal), appreciation of life's diversity (tasamuh), relying on consensus-based problem-solving (Shura), engaging in constructive good deeds for the common good (ishlah), is active and innovative in leading goodness (qudwah), and can accommodate the state, nation, and culture (muwwathanah). The study's findings reveal three (3) aspects of religious moderation, represented by characteristics such as particular ideas (beliefs), emotions, and prior experiences connected to the principles of religious moderation discussed above
Fenomena “Jasa Penulis Online” dan Diferensiasi Sistem Komunikasi dalam Menjalankan Website di Indonesia
This paper will be explain the differentiation of communication system in running website industry in Indonesia. Problems regarding abour regulation on ITE Law which is still dwelling on content, of courses also sees complexity of the website industry in Indonesia itself. However, this is problematic when content creator judge or defined as productive people in communicate via social media and others. Meanwhile, the owner of website see the rise of “Online Writer Services” (JPO) as benefit to expand their business. The main problem is automatically leads to communication between website’s owner and JPO which can have impact on the content. This happens as shaped of system implementation to deal with complexity on the distribution and production of content. This paper is expected able to describe the differentiation of communication system in running website industry in Indonesia along with the advantage and the disadvantage of the quality of content that created by system and infrastructure. Komunikasi Persuasif Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk dalam Upaya Menanggulangi Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan dan Anak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Violence is any act or deed carried out by a person with the aim of injuring another person, both physically and psychologically. This problem will continue to occur if it is not managed properly, such as providing integrated services to victims of violence. Dinas Pemberdayaaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk (DP3AP2 DIY) has the task of assisting the Governor in carrying out affairs in the fields of women's empowerment, child protection, population control, and family planning, as well as do-concentration authority and tasks assigned by the Government. In making efforts to prevent violence against women and children, it is necessary to have a communication strategy so that the problem of violence can be handled by DP3AP2 DIY This research is examined with the theory of Soleh Soemirat and Asep Suryana which divides the communication strategy steps into four, namely the specification of persuasion objectives, identification of target categories, formulation of persuasion strategies, selection of persuasion methods applied. In addition, it is studied with Fisher's theory which divides persuasive communication barriers into two, namely mechanical barriers and psychological barriers. The research method used is a qualitative method using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained are that DP3AP2 DIY conducted persuasive communication with Soleh Soemirat and Asep Suryana's theory, namely specification of persuasion objectives, identification of target categories, formulation of persuasion strategies, selection of persuasion methods applied and Fisher's theory, namely mechanism barriers and psychological barriers.
Abstrak
Kekerasan merupakan setiap tindakan atau perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang dengan tujuan untuk melukai orang lain baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Masalah tersebut akan terus terjadi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik seperti pemberian layanan yang terintegrasi kepada korban kekerasan. Dinas Pemberdayaaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk (DP3AP2 DIY) memiliki tugas membantu Gubernur dalam melaksanakan urusan bidang pemberdayaan perempuan, perlindungan anak, pengendalian penduduk, dan keluarga berencana, juga kewenangan dokonsentrasi dan tugas yang diberikan Pemerintah. Dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap kekerasan perempuan dan anak diperlukan adanya strategi komunikasi agar masalah kekerasan tersebut dapat ditanggulangi oleh DP3AP2 DIY. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan teori milik Soleh Soemirat dan Asep Suryana yang membagi langkah strategi komunikasi menjadi empat yaitu spesifikasi tujuan persuasi, identifikasi kategori sasaran, perumusan strategi persuasi, pemilihan metode persuasi yang diterapkan. Selain itu, dikaji dengan teori milik Fisher yang membagi hambatan komunikasi persuasif menjadi dua yaitu hambatan mekanisme dan hambatan psikologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah DP3AP2 DIY melakukan komunikasi persuasif dengan teori Soleh Soemirat dan Asep Suryana yaitu spesifikasi tujuan persuasi, identifikasi kategori sasaran, perumusan strategi persuasi, pemilihan metode persuasi yang diterapkan dan dengan teori milik Fisher yaitu hambatan mekanisme dan hambatan psikologis
Proksemika dan Nilai-Nilai Islam dalam Rumah Tradisonal Tepal di Kabupaten Sumbawa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ruang atau proksemika dan nilai-nilai Islam dalam rumah tradisonal Tepal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tepal Kabupaten Sumbawa, adapun subyek dalam penelitian yaitu masyarakat dan tokoh adat atau tokoh agama yang mampu dan berkompeten memberikan penjelasan mengenai proksemik dan nilai-nilai Islam pada rumah tradisional Tepal. Sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data dari berbagai macam sumber yang mempunyai kaitan dengan tema yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, data display dan yang terakhir penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ruang dalam rumah tradisional masyarakat Tepal terbagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu rong lu’er (Ruang depan), rong tenga’ (ruang tengah) dan rong bute’ (ruang belakang). dalam konteks skala jarak dalam kajian proksemika ketiga ruangan sangat fleksibek karena dapat berubah fungsi dari jarak pribadi menjadi jarak sosial tergantung keinginan sang pemilik rumah. Nilai-nilai islam juga sangat erat kaitannya dalam proses pembuatan rumah tradisonal Tepal dan ketiga ruangan dalam rumah masyarakat Tepal yaitu rong lu’er (Ruang depan), rong tenga’ (ruang tengah) dan rong bute’ (ruang belakang) memiliki fungsi dan makna sesuai nilai-nilai Islam yang dianut oleh masyarakat Tepa
Internalisasi Nilai Karakter melalui Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di Madrasah
Currently, as a medium for character education, scouts are a required extracurricular in elementary school. This research aims to determine the internalization of character values through scout extracurricular activities. This research approach is a qualitative method that investigates character values established through scout extracurricular activities. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this study is scout coordinators, scout coaches, and students of classes 3, 4, 5 and 6 MI Istiqamah Singgahan Tuban. The study results show that scouting activities are done weekly or during school holidays. The current negative impact of developing science and technology affects the moral decadence of students, but scouting activities can establish good morals. The types of scout material taught and applied include PBB activities (Rules for the Rows), rigging, Morse code, semaphore, and exploration. Students' character values are cooperation, hard work, independence, discipline, and caring. Scout extracurriculars are carried out with fun learning methods so the students do not feel bored and have the spirit to participate in scouting activities
Strategi Pemasaran Toko Al-Karomah pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Ditinjau dari Marketing Syariah
During the Covid 19 Pandemic, the impact was felt on the business world. This research focuses on the Marketing Strategy carried out by the Al-Karamah PP Store. Haji Ya'qub Lirboyo during the Covid-19 Pandemic in terms of Sharia Marketing. This research uses descriptive qualitative technique. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method, which is comparing findings using various data sources (al-Qur'an, hadith, books, journals, articles and so on) and various data collection methods (in-depth interviews, observation and documentation). As for the discussion by describing the data that has been obtained. The results of the study, namely: (1) The marketing strategy of the Al-Karamah PP Store. Haji Ya'qub Lirboyo, namely implementing segmentation, targeting, positioning strategies. In addition, it also implements the 4P Marketing Mix strategy and several other additional strategies. (2) Marketing Strategy for Al-Karamah PP Stores. Haji Ya'qub Lirboyo in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period was in accordance with sharia marketing, as evidenced by the suitability of the sharia marketing mix, the characteristics of a sharia marketer and the absence of behavior that deviated from religious norms in his marketing activities even during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19 at the moment
Optimalisasi Youtube sebagai Sarana Menyalurkan Kreativitas Mahasiswa Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini
Mahasiswa Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) adalah calon pendidik Anak Usia Dini (AUD) yang mana mereka dituntut untuk kreatif dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kreatif dalam hal mengkondisikan suasana kelas, kreatif dalam membuat media pembelajaran, kreatif dalam memilih alat dan bahan, dan juga kreatif dalam segala bidang demi menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak dan tidak mudah bosan. Optimalisasi youtube sebagai serana menyalurkan kreativitas mahasiswa PAUD dimulai dari membuat channel youtube, membuat pedoman upload video, membuat jadwal upload video, melakukan sosialisasi, melakukan evaluasi, dan terakhir adalah melakukan penyebarluasan link video yang telah diupload. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian terhadap subjek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya dorongan pada mahasiswa untuk membuat video secara rutin, maka hal tersebut melatih mahasiswa untuk memiliki kemampuan kreatif. Dengan membiasakan mahasiswa untuk kreatif sejak duduk di bangku kuliah, maka menciptakan lulusan yang sudah memiliki kemampuan kreativitas yang mumpuni dan siap untuk menjadi pendidik PAUD
Meaningful Work as the Moderator of Increasing Challenging Job Demands and Job Boredom in Generation Y Workers
Job boredom is more often experienced by generation Y workers. This can be reduced by increasing challenging job demands. However, this factor does not always provide a long period to reduce job boredom. The existing phenomenon also shows that not only challenges, generation Y workers also want meaningful work. This study aimed to see the moderating effect of meaningful work in the relationship between increasing challenging job demands and job boredom in generation Y workers. Sampling was conducted on 327 generation Y workers (aged 23-40 years) throughout Indonesia. The data collection method used a questionnaire on job boredom (∝ = 0.714), increasing challenging job demands (∝ = 0.832), and meaningful work (∝ = 0.929). The main data analysis technique was using moderated multiple regression analysis. This result showed that meaningful work was a moderator in the relationship between increasing challenging job demands and job boredom. Increasing challenging job demands itself could reduce job boredom, but the result showed that meaningful work was more consistent in reducing job boredom than increasing challenging job demands. Therefore, besides providing challenges, meaningful work is also important to get the organization’s attention so the workers, especially Generation Y, do not experience job boredom
