Strategi Pembelajaran pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dalam Pendidikan Inklusi
Children with special needs have their own perspective in learning a subject. Therefore, this article aims to analyze learning strategies for special needs children, which require a separate strategy according to their individual needs. This research uses qualitative research with a library research approach. Library study is a method that collects information or data relevant to the research topic through documents. The data in this article were obtained through literature studies in the form of books and journals. This research found that: 1) For schools to be able to maintain and improve the implementation of inclusive schools that are already running for the realization of equitable education, 2) for parents who have students with special needs to pay more attention to the development of children both academically and non-academically, and 3) for the government to pay more attention to inclusive education programs. Because in essence education does not belong to those who can afford it, but education is the human right of every human being in the world
Istighotsah Sebagai Upaya Menumbuhkan Kecerdasan Spiritual Santri di Pondok Pesantren Putri Al-Mahrusiyah
This article reveals about the implementation and efforts to cultivate the spiritual intelligence of students through the practice of istighotsah. Istighotsah is practiced by Muslims as a medium to ask Allah for help from the dangers of the world that will plunge people into misleading paths and as human ta'aluq siroj to God. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results reveal that the implementation of istighotsah is used as a medium of communication with the aim of asking for help from Allah, and submitting to Allah. In addition to getting closer to God, istighatsah also trains students to think positively, always be patient, istiqomah, and live life only expecting the pleasure of God. Thus, it will lead to behavior that leads to not getting the pleasure of God, such as immorality, too much love for material things, and so on
The Role of Optimism on Self-Efficacy in Memorizing the Qur'an of Elementary School Students
Students who have an optimistic attitude are expected to have a strong belief in their abilities. With optimism, students who memorize the Qur'an can show various good behaviors to maximize their potential, thereby strengthening self-efficacy so that they can continue to memorize the Qur'an and complete it based on the target. This study aims to determine the role of optimism and self-efficacy in memorizing the Qur'an. This study used quantitative research using a questionnaire to collect the data. The participants were 100 students of Elementary School (SD) X who participated in the tahfiz program. The optimism scale is based on aspects of Seligman's theory, namely permanence, pervasiveness, and personalization. In contrast, the self-efficacy scale is based on aspects of Bandura's theory, namely level, generality, and strength. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test. The results showed a significant role between optimism and self-efficacy, which was 44.9% (R=0.449, p=0.00<0.05). The regression equation between the optimism and the self-efficacy variables was positive, with Y= 13.379+0.508X. This equation means that for every 1% addition of student optimism, the student's self-efficacy will increase by 50.8%. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that the higher the optimism, the higher the self-efficacy in memorizing the Qur'an in SD X Banjarmasin students

The role of leadership is very strategic and vital in an organization as one of the determinants of success. Both men and women have the potential to lead an organization. Inclusive leaders are leaders who have openness, are flexible, sociable, and can accommodate various kinds of differences and, of course, must be able to absorb all existing aspirations. From here, this study aims to determine the decision-making and motivation of Bu Nyai P3TQ Al-Hidayah. This research uses the type of case study research which is part of a qualitative method that wants to explore a particular case in more depth. The result of this study is that the decision-making applied consists of several styles, namely authoritarian, directive, and analytic, according to the problems being faced, and the motivation of the leader is done by building good communication between caregivers and administrators. In contrast, various kinds of motivation are applied in the form of positive and negative motivation

This paper aims to provide an overview of the use of educational technology in learning akidah akhlak as subject. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the semiotic analysis method by examining the figure of KH. Ahmad Dahlan in the film 'Sang Pencerah'. The result of this research is the strengthening of technology by utilizing the media has long been exemplified by KH. Ahmad Dahlan. Therefore, the use of technology in learning is not new and has strong historical roots as the da'wah strategy that KH has carried out. Ahmad Dahlan in broadcasting Islamic teachings. The implication is that Islam and technology should not be contradicted but should be further harmonized. If the era of KH. Ahmad Dahlan has been balancing it for a long time, so this era should move, namely by being a consumer of technology and starting as a producer because teaching Islam cannot be separated from the use of technology in the learning process
Upaya Guru Dalam Mengaplikasikan Model Student Facilitator and Explaining Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Tema 6 di MIN 16 Aceh Barat
Learning is a process of delivering knowledge carried out by the teacher. In the learning process, a teacher must be creative and innovative in choosing a learning model so as to create a pleasant learning atmosphere. The purpose of this study is to find out the teacher's efforts in implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model in Theme 6 Thematic Learning and to find out the obstacles experienced by teachers at MIN 16 West Aceh in thematic learning theme 6 by using the student facilitator and learning model. This research is a field research with a qualitative technical approach. In collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation as well as using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model in Theme 6 Thematic Learning at MIN 16 West Aceh were by the teacher explaining the learning competencies to be achieved, presenting the material, providing opportunities for students to explain their conclusions, and re-explaining the material. presented and concluded the learning material and finally closed the lesson. Furthermore, the obstacles faced in the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model are the different levels of student absorption and the allocation of short lesson hours so that students do not perform optimally in conveying the material in front of the class
[Pembelajaran merupakan proses penyampaian ilmu yang dilakukan oleh guru. Dalam proses pembelajaran tersebut seorang guru harus kreatif dan inovatif dalam memilih model pembelajaran sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Tema 6 dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dialami guru di MIN 16 Aceh Barat pada pembelajaran tematik tema 6 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan teknik kualitatif. Dalam pengumpupulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Tema 6 di MIN 16 Aceh Barat adalah dengan adanya guru memaparkan kompetensi pembelajaran yang hendak dicapai, menyajikan materi, memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memaparkan kesimpulannya, menerangkan kembali materi yang disajikan serta menyimpulkan materi belajar dan terakhir melakukan penutupan pelajaran. Selanjutnya kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pada penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining ini adalah tingkat daya serap siswa yang berbeda-beda serta alokasi jam pelajarannya yang singkat sehingga siswa tidak tampil maksimal dalam menyampaikan materinya di depan kelas
ANALISIS PROBLEMATIKA KOPERASI SARANGAN ASRI UNTUK PENINGKATAN EKONOMI ANGGOTA PADA NEW NORMAL
This activity aims to map the problems of the Sarangan Asri Cooperative to improve the member's economy in the new normal. The result of the activity is that there are four things related to cooperative problems in the new normal. First, in the economic field, it was found that the problem of decreasing member turnover was due to the lack of visitors, the turnover of membership dues decreased due to reduced income, loans brought by cooperative members were difficult to withdraw considering the difficulties during the pandemic, and many cooperative members opened other businesses to wait for the pandemic to end. Second, in the field of human resources, cooperative management requires administrative management development and cooperative members require business innovation training. Third, in the cooperative culture, it is known that members and administrators are passive in responding to changes that occur and the second is lack of innovation. The passivity that occurs is not without reason considering several factors such as the busyness of the traders who are members and administrators of the cooperative. Fourth, support from stakeholders and policy makers is lacking. In this case, the focus of the government and various parties is indeed focused on the completion of the COVID-19 pandemic
PENCEGAHAN COVID 19 DI DESA TANJUNGJAYA KECAMATAN BANGUNREJO KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH PROVINSI LAMPUNG
Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service activity that is special, because in KKN, education and teaching, research and community service are integrated into it and involve a number of students and a number of teaching staff plus elements of the community. KKN is an intracurricular lecturing activity in the form of community service carried out by students in an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral manner. This activity is aimed at developing the sense of sensitivity and social cognition of students as well as assisting the development process. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) based devotional model was chosen as the team service method. Where PAR has three key variables, namely, Participatory, Action (action) and Research (research). Zainuddin et al (2014:104) state, the three variables are formulated as follows: (1) Research, this stage is the stage of research on the problems faced by the community, the problem is understood in such depth and detail, so that the problem can clearly know the causes and consequences, (2) Action (action), after knowing these problems in depth and detail, then enter the second step, namely the search for alternative solutions to solve the problem, which is then translated into several work program items. which will be implemented, and (3) Participatory, the two items above are carried out in a participatory manner, meaning by involving all components of society in identifying problems and solving techniques together. There are several results of work programs carried out by students in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic which spread in the village of Tanjungjaya, Bangunrejo District, Central Lmapung Regency, Lampung Province, including the following: 5M Education Program for Covid-19 Prevention, 5M Education Program and Distribution of PPE (Masks) and Environmental Cleanliness Service Program
PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA SEPANYUL DALAMPROGRAMPENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN RELIGIUS
One of the problems that occur in society in general is the lack of a sense of being aware of the potential or abilities possessed by each individual around them that they might be able to use. With this potential, the community can better build and develop their learning system in their respective hamlets, so that their environmental conditions are more advanced and can help other communities who are less than optimal in education. The problem that will be raised in the community service program through this KKN (Real Work Class) activity is to increase various kinds of community activities in the field of religious and social education. This community service program was carried out in Sepanyul Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency on April 22 – May 25, 2019 using the PAR method and a case study approach, namely by observing and describing the situation in Sepanyul Village more deeply. Data collection was carried out by several strategies, namely, discussions with Field Supervisors (DPL), in-depth interviews with the Village Head (Kades) of Sepanyul, the head of the hamlet (Kasun), community leaders and religious leaders in the village of Sepanyul which aimed to find information related to existing problems. in the village of Spain. Discussion of solutions to overcome problems in the village of Sepanyul. As well as the implementation of work programs as a form of implementing solutions to the problems encountered. PENGUATAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH DI DESA JEMEKAN KECAMATAN RINGINREJO KABUPATEN KEDIRI
This activity is aimed at developing the sense of sensitivity and social cognition of students as well as assisting the development process. Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) is considered the right approach to the above problem. This is because ABCD is an approach in community development that is in a large stream of seeking to realize an order of social life in which the community is the actor and determinant of development efforts in their environment or what is often referred to as Community-Driven Development (CDD). The result activity is, strengthening UMKM in Jemekan Village with the Bu Istiqomah bitter melon chip pilot project resulted in three main points so that UMKM become strong and empowered. First, you have to be willing to master technology, considering that the restrictions on community activities can only be overcome with technology. Second, improving the quality of UMKM human resources which will lead to UMKM creativity and productivity.
