    Pemberdayaan anak yatim adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan harkat dan martabat anak yatim, melepaskan diri dari ketidakberdayaan, memiliki kemampuan dan kemandirian untuk menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik, dan hidup secara wajar dalam masyarakat. Dana zakat merupakan dana amanah yang dibatasi oleh sumber zakat itu. Dana zakat harus dikumpulkan dan didistribusikan sesuai sasaran yang telah diketahui.yayasan yatim mandiri cabang kota kediri mempunyai program pada banyak aspek mulai dari pemberdayaan ekonomi, layanan kesehatan, pendidikan. Dan program kemanusiaan Yayasan Yatim Mandiri sebagai lembaga amil zakat yang fokus pada anak yatim. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan yang rinci dan menyeluruh tentang realitas empiris yang sesuai dengan fenomena tersebut. Tidak hanya untuk mengungkapkan gejala secara keseluruhan dan dalam konteks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wujud pemberdayaan anak yatim oleh yayasan yatim mandiri cabang kota kediri dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan pengembangan usaha demi kesejahteraan anak yatim serta melalui pogram-program yang telah dimiliki oleh lembaga yatim mandiri dengan melalui proses pengumpulan zakat dan penayaluran dana zakat

    Literacy is a basic need in the world of education. Schools must organize a literacy movement program because the literacy rate for students is shallow. This impacts the success of improving character and knowledge development in Indonesia. In this context, this article describes the management of religious literacy at SMAN I Kediri City. This paper uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The key informants are the principal and the head of the Literacy Movement program. The results of this study indicate that the management of the literacy movement is built based on habituation efforts and making guidelines for the use of literacy programs, and making policies based on the curriculum for strengthening character education. Literacy management or management is very effective in learning at SMAN I Kota Kediri, especially in religious education

    Abstrak   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode bernyanyi untuk meningkatkan aspek perkembangan sosial emosional anak di TK PGRI Dewi Sartika. Dimana metode ini adalah metode utama yang selalu digunakan di setiap kegiatan pembelajaran pada anak di sekolah. Selain itu, metode bernyanyi juga bisa digunakan untuk mengembangkan aspek sosial emosional anak. Melalui bernyanyi, anak-anak sangat antusias dan senang mengikutinya. Metode ini digunakan pada kegiatan awal, inti dan penutup. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa aspek sosial emosional anak dapat berkembang dengan baik menggunakan metode bernyanyi. Kata Kunci: metode bernyanyi, sosial emosional, anak usia dini   Abstract   The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the singing method to develop children's social and emotional at PGRI Dewi Sartika Kindergarten. Where the singing method is the main method that is usually used in every learning activity in early childhood. In addition, the singing method can also be used to develop children's social and emotional aspects. By singing, the children are very enthusiastic and happy to follow it. This method is used in the initial, core and closing activities. The results indicate the social emotional aspects of children develop well after using this method.     Contribution of Social Identity, Stereotypes and Prejudice on Intention of Social Conflict

    The intention to accurately predict the performance of social conflict behavior is influenced by stereotypes, social identity, and prejudice. Based on the dynamics of the relationship, this research aims to find the relationship between stereotypes, social identity, and prejudice with the intention of doing social conflict. Based on the analysis result, intentions are useful for preventing social conflict. This study used purposive sampling with the participants of 150 students in the 10th grade of State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Belitang in East Oku Regency, South Sumatra Province. The research data were collected using a social conflict intention scale with a total of 21 items with the item determinant (rit) ranging from 0.274-0.777, a stereotypes scale with a total of 24 items ranging from 0.291 to 0.841, a social identity scale with a total of 21 items ranging from 0.290 to 0.897, and a prejudice scale with a total of 21 items ranging from 0.400. -0.796. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression showed that the correlation coefficient of R is 0.269 with the p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which showed a significant positive relationship between stereotypes, social identity, and prejudice with the intention of social conflict. Based on the research results, the intention of a social conflict occurs because of stereotypes in which people give negative attributes or traits to other parties, social identity that causes bias to judge other groups, and prejudice that causes hostility to members of other groups. These findings can be used for conflict prevention by minimizing the intention of social conflict by changing stereotypes into positive judgment, knowing that social identity does not affect the objective judgment of other groups, and reducing prejudice so that a peaceful situation can be realized

    Dynamics of Subjective Well-Being in Early Marriage: A Phenomenological Review of Madurese Women

    The study aims to theoretically explain the dynamics of subjective well-being in the early marriage of Madurese women. This study used a qualitative research method with an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. The data collection used the semi-structured interview with the interview guide containing questions that reflect the ephocē. The participants in this study were 9 Madurese women who lived in Bangkalan Regency, Sampang Regency, Pamekasan Regency, and Sumenep Regency. There were important points that became the findings of this study, including (a) Madurese women who married early could achieve subjective well-being proven with statements that indicated life satisfaction in their marriage and could feel positive emotions more often than negative emotions, and (b) The achievement of subjective well-being of Madurese women who married early could not be separated from their husband's acceptance and support

    The relationship between emotional intelligence and delinquency is always framed by cause and effect. Many theories of child development explain this relationship. In this context, this study aims to see the relationship between emotional intelligence and delinquency in class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk. This research method is quantitative with a linear correlation approach. A correlation study is a research that involves collecting data to determine the existence of a relationship and the degree of relationship between two or more variables. In accordance with the research findings, the research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence affecting the formation of juvenile delinquency Based on the analysis, the results obtained in this study are: (1) the emotional intelligence aspects in the high category namely 19 respondents as much as 47%. (2) The juvenile delinquency aspects in the low category, namely 20 respondents as much as 50%. (3) Correlation results show a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and juvenile delinquency with the value of the correlation coefficient -325 and p=0,000 < 0,05. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence, the lower the juvenile delinquency

    Role of Culture Shock as a Mediator of Relationship between Achiever and Challenger Personality to Sojourner Adjustment

    Students who continue their education abroad will be vulnerable to stress and other adaptation problems. Success in overcoming new pressures and situations, one of which is determined by the personality characteristics of each person. This research aims to determine the role of culture shock as a mediator of the relationship between the personality of the achiever and the challenger to the sojourner adjustment. Causality quantitative research design is used to answer this goal by involving research respondents, namely Pattani students who are Muslim and are studying in the city of Bandung. Saturated sampling technique was used to obtain the characteristics of the sample in the research so that as many as 225 respondents were involved in filling out the research questionnaire. The data collection method uses a Likert scale with data analysis using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) approach. Structural analysis shows that cultural shock plays an effective and significant role as a mediator variable in the relationship between the personality of the achiever and challenger to the sojourner adjustment

    In pursuit of Islamic knowledge, Muslim women migrant worker create religious spaces where they can express their religiosity. In Malaysia, there are communities that specifically support Indonesian migrant workers, especially Muslims, including female migrant workers. One of the functions of the community is as a means of da’wah to Indonesian migrant workers. The purpose of this study was to explore the communication of da'wah in the Muslim community of women migrant workers in Malaysia. This research is qualitative in nature. The data of this study were analyzed based on Grounded Theory (GT). Data were collected through observation and semi-structured interviews conducted virtually. Then, it is analyzed through different coding stages, namely: open, axial, and selective. The results show that the communication in producing Islamic knowledge in the Muslim community is more informal, less traditional, and more interactive than the way Islamic knowledge is produced in mosques, Islamic organizations, and central IPMI. This community gives women the space to show religious autonomy as well as the production and transmission of Islamic knowledge for influencing the members' behavior. The process of changing behavior that occurs in the form of conformity, social facilitation, and polarization. These three forms of influence take place both in the dimensions of knowledge, belief, ritual, experience and religious commitment. &nbsp

    Learning problems during the pandemic become heavy, such as in learning activities, students will feel bored if the material delivered by educators is monotonous. To prevent this, educators must have the capability to determine learning materials in such a way so that there are innovations that make students more enthusiastic and have an interest in learning. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the word wall application in teaching and learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at MAN 4 Kebumen. The method used is quantitative and qualitative and is supported through observation and interviews to obtain research data. The results of this study are based on student learning outcomes from meetings I to III have shown outstanding results, where the score of Islamic religious education tests by students of MAN 4 Kebumen has an average value of 88.04 with a percentage of completeness of 80.35%, which includes an outstanding category. That can conclude that the word wall application is very effective in increasing student learning outcomes and supporting student motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kebumen

    Online learning impacts students' lack of motivation to learn as daily learning is spent in front of the gadget. That causes student saturation, so a way is needed to have a strong motivation in learning. The study aims to determine the use, effectiveness, and impact of ice breaking in online learning of Tauhid courses. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. At the same time, the interactive data analysis model technique popularized by Miles and Huberman was used. This research found that the ice breakings used in online learning of Tauhid courses were: ice breaking based on clapping the limbs, ice breaking based on exercise, and ice breaking based on humour. In addition, the use of ice breaking in online learning of Tauhid courses was considered adequate. It also positively impacted more fluid online learning, increased student interest in learning, and pushed student activity
