    Urgensitas Tindakan Resiprokal dalam Pemahaman “Love Language” Pasangan; Upaya Menjaga Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga (Perspektif Hukum Islam)

    Abstract The purpose an essential point of view, domestic life should be decorated with happiness and love that are sought and felt by husband and wife. However, according to the reality, the rift in the household is a signal that disharmony has taken root in it, so there needs to be a solution that is representative and solutionable. The type of research used by the author is normative legal research with a conceptual approach that collects library data in the form of research sector data on family disharmony, theories about the love language of couples and theories in the realm of Islamic law. The results of this study are love language is an act or expression of a husband and wife towards their partner which can grow their love. There are five love languages, namely affirmation words (sentences from partners), quality time (providing time by partners), receiving gifts (gifts by partners associated with certain moments), acts of service (service needs). from a partner) and physical touch (any physical expression of affection). Preventive efforts against household disharmony by applying the principle of reciprocal relations between husband and wife in Islamic law, namely mu'asyarah bil ma'ruf (doing good to each other) and taradhin minhuma (mutually willing to each other). Key Words: Household Harmony, Reciprocal Action, Love Language Abstrak Pada sudut pandang yang hakiki, kehidupan rumah tangga harus dihiasi dengan kebahagiaan dan kasih sayang yang diusahakan dan dirasakan oleh pasangan suami istri. Namun sesuai kenyataan yang terjadi, keretakan rumah tangga menjadi sinyal bahwa disharmoni sudah mengakar didalamnya sehingga perlu ada perbaikan yang solutif dan representatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) yang mengumpulkan data-data kepustakaan berupa data sektor penelitian terhadap disharmoni keluarga, teori tentang love language pasangan dan teori pada ranah hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahasa kasih (love language) merupakan tindakan atau ekspresi dari suami dan istri terhadap pasanganya yang dapat menumbuhkan cinta kasih keduanya. Ada lima love language yaitu waktu (penyediaan waktu oleh pasangan), layanan (kebutuhan layanan dari pasangan), pernyataan (kalimat afirmasi dari pasangan), sentuhan fisik (segala ekspresi kasih sayang yang berbentuk fisik) dan hadiah (pemberian hadiah oleh pasangan dikaitkan dengan momen-momen tertentu). Upaya preventif terhadap disharmoni rumah tangga dengan menerapan prinsip resiprokal relasi pasutri dalam hukum Islam yaitu mu’asyarah bil ma’ruf  (saling berbuat baik) dan taradhin minhuma (saling rela satu sama lain).     Research on the Qur'anic strategy in realizing couple harmony needs to be conducted to describe the understanding of the Qur'an in the early days of development with the facts that occur today. The purpose of this study is to present an understanding of the Qur'an that is in accordance with the current context. Knowing the tafsir method offered by Muhammad Sayyid Tantawi about the importance of caring for and maintaining couple relationships. The method used in this study is based on a literature method. This study found that harmony is the main goal of marriage. To realize harmony, several alternatives and solutions are needed for husband-and-wife couples. Surah al-Ahzab verse 28 tells about the challenge of the Prophet Muhammad in dealing with internal family problems. The success of Prophet Muhammad in solving these problems can be used as an alternative to solving the problems faced by every couple

    The child's ability to read the Al-Qur'an fluently is every parent's hope. Amidst the widespread use of digital media and illiteracy, the family environment plays a crucial role as the primary source of education for children to eradicate the illiteracy of the Al-Qur'an and filter out the harmful effects of technology. This study used qualitative research, with content analysis and literature review methods. The research focused on: the urgency of teaching the Al-Qur'an to children in the family environment, the features of learning the Al-Qur'an through Smart Hafiz media, and how to utilize Smart Hafiz media to support the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. The results of this study found three critical aspects that parents should pay attention to when using Smart Hafiz media to help their children's ability to read the Al-Qur'an, including 1) optimization of function, emphasizing the use of proper procedures; 2) development of potential, anticipating the obstacles to children's productivity; and 3) instilling values, requiring direct education from parents

    The objectives of this assistance are: Improving the quality/quality of writing scientific papers for students so that they are in accordance with scientific principles in reputable journals, Strengthening competence in scientific research to convey certain ideas through identification, literature review and methodology, Strengthening students' competencies in the field of writing works scientific and digital literacy, and improve research results and KIR writing results at MAN Bondowoso. the results of the activity stated that if the Teacher and students considered the Assistance Activities for Writing Scientific Papers (KTI) at MAN Bondowoso this was very necessary in developing students' journalistic abilities and digital literacy, especially in writing scientific papers. This Scientific Writing (KTI) writing assistance activity received a good response from the institution, teachers and participants. The enthusiasm of the participants was very high in participating in this workshop. This can be seen from the attendance rate of nearly 80% of the participants and the many questions asked during the activity process

    Analysis of Human Characteristics in the Qur'an; Comparative Study of Tafsir Al-Mishbah and Ibn Kathir

    This scientific article discusses the analysis of human characteristics in the Qur'an through a comparative study between two interpretations of Al-Mishbah and Ibn Kathir. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative analysis with a comparative approach. The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of human characteristics in the Qur'an, as well as the differences and similarities between the two selected commentaries. The results show that both commentaries have the same view of human characteristics as weak creatures, and are often tempted by lust. However, there are differences in the emphasis between Al-Mishbah and Ibn Kathir in highlighting human traits related to faith, such as devotion, patience, and sincerity. In addition, this study also found that human characteristics in the Qur'an show that humans have a tendency to follow the truth and goodness, but also have the potential to be evil and harm themselves and others. This article can make an important contribution to the development of the understanding of human beings in the Qur'ānic perspective, as well as provide a broader and more detailed view of two well-known commentaries in the Islamic world

    This article examines the concept of information society from an Islamic perspective. This article aims to reveal how Muslim thinkers view the concept of information society, compared to the Islamic concept of society. This article uses a library research approach by exploring relevant literature and sources. The concept of information society was introduced in the mid-20th century as a continuation of the previous concept of "industrial society". The information society describes a new society characterized by high intellectual creativity based on the use of new information and communication technologies (ICTs). The information society is a society that is highly dependent on information, where the production, distribution, and consumption of information values is the main force in the formation and change of society. Without denying all the conveniences provided by the information society, some Muslim scholars are wary of the presence of the idea of an information society as part of a new model of imperialism from developed countries. Imperialism is a continuation of the previous model of imperialism, namely agrarian and industrial imperialism. However, they argue that the presence of an information society cannot be denied or denied. Therefore, what Muslims must do is implement the ideal values of Islamic society in the form of the concept of ummah, which has the principles of monotheism, justice, egalitarianism, and ethics

    ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence-based machine technology developed by OpenAI. It is trained to simulate human conversation by answering questions and interacting on various topics. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study aims to enable technology users, especially students, to understand patterns of digital ethics through ChatGPT in the Islamic educational environment. The research will conduct an in-depth analysis of student reflections on digital ethics through ChatGPT in Islamic Education classes. As students are agents of change, they need to understand patterns of digital ethics through ChatGPT in the Islamic educational environment. The research findings indicate that indicators of digital ethical patterns include respecting privacy and data security, avoiding the spread of illegal or harmful content, respecting ethical communication, being aware of the limitations of ChatGPT, and avoiding system misuse. ChatGPT in Islamic religious education can bring positive benefits and support responsible digital ethics development by considering ethics and morality in digital ethics

    Gender bias in learning the yellow book is rarely realized by the community, even by the students, both boys and girls. The novelty of this research is that there is no study with a gender perspective in learning the book Al-Hujjaj Al-Qath'iyyah. The primary purpose of this study is to describe a gender perspective in understanding the book Al-Hujjaj Al-Qath'iyyah at PPM Darussalam. This research is a qualitative descriptive study—data sources from events, informants, and documents. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data validation technique uses source triangulation—data analysis techniques using the Creswell model: organizing, transcribing, and analyzing data. The results of the study show that in teaching the book at Islamic boarding schools, it is necessary always to carry out an in-depth analysis of texts that can lead to different gender perspectives, as is the case with the discussion of women who are prohibited from pilgrimage in the book Al-Hujjaj Al-Qath'iyyah

    Students' Mathematical Attitudes: A Systematic Mapping Study

    This article is preliminary research that explores the results of studies conducted on students' mathematical attitudes using Systematic Mapping Study (SMS). The purpose of this Mapping is to discuss any mathematical attitude topic that is being reviewed and studied. This research uses qualitative methods using a study library. The search was carried out on the Scopus database with 36 articles used in 2014-2022 publications published in the form of scientific journals included in the inclusion criteria. The results of this SMS show an overview of opportunities to explore new topics in students' Mathematical Attitudes or utilise existing issues regarding the most significant focus of mathematics education: gender, student attitudes, self-concept, attitudes to mathematics, gender differences, and mathematical performance.     Tahsin Method as an Effort of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Facing Learning Loss

    This study aims to determine the tahsin method as an effort of Islamic religious education teachers have made at public elementary schools (Sekolah Dasar Negeri, SDN) in Palangka Raya City to deal with learning loss by reciting the Quran post-online learning. The research method was qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The study results showed that the efforts made by Islamic religious education (Pendidikan Agama Islam, PAI) teachers were to provide intensive guidance to students to improve makharijul letters and tajwid from memorizing short surahs that should have been mastered. During online learning, the students were only asked to give memorization via video, and then the teacher gave comments regarding their reading. However, it was less effective in improving their memorization reading of makharijul letters and tajwid. This ability was missing in the PAI subject. So the effort in the form of intensive guidance by using the Quran tahsin method was carried out to repair learning loss or lost abilities in students
