    Analisa Penerapan Pengendalian Risiko Pada Pembiayaan di BMT Rahmat Kediri

    Manajemen risiko diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga keuangan mikro syariah semisal BMT. Penerapan manajemen risiko yang tepat mampu menciptakan sistem pengendalian internal yang baik dalam lembaga keuangan mikro syariah, sehingga dapat segera dilakukan tindakan korektif yang selaras dengan strategi dan cita-cita lembaga keuangan mikro syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan pada BMT Rahmat menggunakan panduan survey prinsip 5C yang mana terdiri dari: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of economic. Penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan pada BMT Rahmat dengan tiga tahapan mulai dari awal pembiayaan sampai penyelesian pembiayaan sesuai dengan teori menejemen risiko yang terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, pemanytauan risiko, pengendalian risiko. Identifikasi, pengukuran dan pemantauan risiko serta pengendaliannya sudah dilakukan sejak tahap awal dan tahap kedua sedangkan tahap ketiga yang merupakan tahap penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah sudah masuk kategori pengendalian risiko

    Interpretation of Ibrahim's Wife Laughter in Al-Qur'an Story From The Gabriel Said Reynolds Perspective

    The story of Prophet Ibrahim is one of the most frequently told stories in the Qur'an. This article aims to analyze Gabriel Said Reynolds' interpretation that highlights the aspect of Prophet Ibrahim's wife's laughter found in the Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative approach to the literature review type. This study found that1) Reynolds shows that the laughter of Prophet Abraham's wife, Siti Sarah, can be understood in two ways: as an expression of joy or astonishment. From Reynolds’s perspective, laughter also shows Sarah's disbelief in the good news delivered by the angels. Reynolds offers an interpretation that differs from the perspectives of most Islamic scholars. Reynolds is a linguist and historian of Christianity, so he provides an outsider's view of the Qur'ān. Nevertheless, Reynolds’s interpretation still provides an interesting insight into the story of Prophet Abraham and how interpretations can vary depending on the perspective used. 2) The story of Prophet Abraham shows the importance of trust in and loyalty to God. However, through Reynolds’s interpretation, we can also understand that trust itself can sometimes be questioned and understood in different ways. In this case, the laughter of Prophet Ibrahim's wife reminds us that trust in God can be expressed in many ways, including through expressions of joy or disbelief

    Personal Growth Initiative in Students in The Post-Pandemic Transition: Optimism, Internal Locus of Control, and General Self-Efficacy

    Personal Growth Initiative (PGI) refers to the change process done on purpose and reflects how a person changes and develops himself throughout his life span. University students, who are in the phase of emerging adulthood, will face many demanding and challenging events, so this is inevitably an opportunity for them to develop their potential to become fully functioning people. Various factors can encourage personal growth, namely optimism, internal locus of control, and general self-efficacy; besides, socio-demographic factors such as age, birth order in the family, parent's education, parent's occupation, and the semesters already attended at university. The instrument used is the Personal Growth Initiative Scale, the Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) to measure optimism, the Internal Locus of Control scale, and the New General Self-Efficacy Scale (NGSE). Through hierarchical regression analysis, the research findings show that general self-efficacy is the strongest predictor of personal growth initiatives, followed by locus of control and optimism. In addition, the socio-demographic data that consistently shows the role of personal growth initiatives is the participants' attended semesters with a negative orientation. The participants' decreasing motivation likely caused the finding due to the increasing number of attended semesters

    Merarik atau kawin culik pada masyarakat Sasak dimaknai dengan sebuah tindakan seorang  pemuda diharuskan menculik terlebih dahulu perempuan yang akan dinikahinya tesebut pada saat malam tiba dengan tanpa memberi tahu orang tua perempuan , merarik ini merupakan permulaan dari sebuah perkawinan dengan menggunakan adat Sasak. Begitu banyak pendapat dalam memaknai kawin culik, dalam hal ini ada yang memaknai dengan sebuah proses melarikan wanita (calon istri) dilakukan dengan kesepakatan kedua pasangan (sama-sama mau), ada yang mengatakan sebagai tindakan menculik wanita dengan cara paksa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggali dan menganalisis informasi mengenai tradisi merarik. Adapun Jenis penelitiannya mengunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kawin culik pada masyarakat Sasak dimaknai sebagai melarikan gadis yang sebelumnya telah melakukan kesepakatan terlebh dahulu tanpa sepengetahuan orang tuanya. Tradisi merarik sudah melekat pada masyarakat lombok karena sudah menjadi bagian dari tradisi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, tidak ada larangan dalam islam mengenai praktik merarik, karena sudah memenuhi kriteria syarat-syarat yang bisa dikatakan sebagai suatu kebiasaan yang baik.     Implementing Child-Friendly Schools Program at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in South Tangerang

    Child-Friendly Schools (CFS) are formal and non-formal education units that are safe, clean, healthy, and environmentally friendly. Schools guarantee, fulfill and respect children's rights and protect them from violence and discrimination. This child-friendly school model has proven effective in protecting children's rights, preventing discrimination, violence, and other unwanted actions, and developing students' potential. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine the implementation of the child-friendly school program at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in South Tangerang. Data collection in this study was conducted by conducting interviews with school principals and teachers, observing the teachers' and students' activities while at school, and studying school written documentation. To increase the trust, researchers conducted triangulation by examining field observation notes, written documents, and interview transcripts. Based on the study's findings and the discussion of the results, it was evident that Muhammadiyah Elementary School in South Tangerang has successfully implemented a child-friendly school program, despite needing to be officially designated. The school fulfills at least four of the six indicators required for implementing child-friendly schools, as outlined in PPPA Regulation 8 of 2014. These indicators include having a child-friendly school policy; incorporating child-friendly learning approaches; providing training for teachers and education administration staff on child rights; and ensuring child-friendly infrastructure and facilities are in place

    Student Communication in Solving Tug of Taw Questions

    Communication is a way to share ideas and information so mathematical communication becomes important to consider in the process of teaching and learning mathematics. This research is qualitative research that aims to describe mathematical communication in an interview based on the standards that have been put forward by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM). The subjects of this study were 6th-grade elementary school students and the instruments used is a test about systems of a linear equation and also interview guidelines. The results from this study are the description of mathematical communication of the first participants is satisfied in all four of the standard communication in NCTM, which since the beginning has demonstrated high motivation in communicating mathematics. While the second participant only satisfied some standards, at the end of the interview, the second participant showed increased communication of mathematics. The second participant found a better strategy after listening to his peer’s explanation

    This study explores the values of social character education in Surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-13. This study uses the library research method by utilizing two commentary books classified as works of classical and contemporary interpretation, namely, the interpretation of Ibn Kathir and Al-Azhar. The results of this study found that Al-Hujurat verses 11-13 contain meaning in the form of teachings and social values as the basis for carrying out a humane society. Education and social values are stored in various prohibition states with many positive values. The ban consists of several behaviors not insulting fellow human beings, self-reproach and others, prejudice, spreading false news, looking for other people's faults, and various derived behaviors. Implementing all forms of prohibition has an orientation towards forming individual social character, which is the basis for carrying out social life

    Penerapan Metode Modelling dalam Meningkatkan Kosakata Anak Cerebral Palsy

    Z is a 5-year-old girl. The subject has a history of abnormal cerebral palsy and difficulty communicating his wishes. Based on the results of the interview and observation assessments, the subject was diagnosed with cerebral palsy with the problem of lack of vocabulary that is owned so that it is difficult to carry out interpersonal communication. This resulted in the subject not being able to express his wishes through language, he could only whine and cry if his wishes did not match what he wanted. This study aims to increase vocabulary using modeling techniques. This research is a single subject research with a single subject. The intervention in this study consisted of seven sessions and lasted 60 minutes in each session. The changes experienced by the subjects were evaluated using a checklist of observations before and after the intervention and follow-up. The results showed that there was an increase in the subject's vocabulary skills which could be seen from the increase in scores on the pre-test and post-test as well as follow-up [Z adalah seorang anak perempuan berusia 5 tahun. Subjek memiliki riwayat abnormalitas cerebral palsy dan kesulitan dalam mengkomunikasikan keinginannya. Berdasarkan hasil asesmen wawancara dan observasi, subjek didiagnosa mengalami cerebral palsy dengan permasalahan kurangnya kosakata yang dimiliki sehingga kesulitan dalam melakukan komunikasi interpersonal. Hal ini mengakibatkan subjek tidak bisa mengungkapkan keinginannya melalui bahasa, hanya bisa merengek dan menangis jika keinginannya tidak sesuai apa yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kosakata menggunakan teknik modelling. Penelitian ini merupakan single subject research dengan subjek tunggal. Pemberian intervensi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tujuh sesi dan berlangsung selama 60 menit di setiap sesinya. Perubahan yang dialami subjek dievaluasi menggunakan checklist observasi pada sebelum dan sesudah intervensi serta follow up. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kosakata subjek yang dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya skor pada pre test dan post test serta follow up

    The main purpose of education in Indonesia is to shape the character of students. This is in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum which is based on strengthening character education and the Independent Learning Curriculum based on the Pancasila Student Profile. Based on this, in every educational institution, teachers certainly try to instill character values in students. The cultivation of character to students can be done through intracurricular and extracurricular activities. In addition, the cultivation of culture or good habits among students can also be done through the design of an appropriate learning environment. One way that can be done is by sticking posters on the walls of the classroom. For this reason, this study aims to describe the cultivation of character values through visual poster media at MI Sunan Ampel Wonorejo Pagu Kediri. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a text analysis approach, because the data is sourced from the interpretation of posters posted in the MI Sunan Ampel classroom. Data is collected by documenting posters through photos which are then identified and classified based on the type of sentence content present on the poster. Data validation was carried out by interviewing the madrasah. The number of documented posters is 13. After the data is classified it is then deciphered until conclusions can be drawn. The results showed that visual poster media can be used as a medium to instill the character values of love of science, care for the environment, and love of the homeland, enthusiasm for learning, discipline, and noble character. Poster media is made using Indonesian that are easily understood by students. The content of the sentences in the poster is in the form of motivational sentences, invitations, reminders, commands [Tujuan utama dari pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia adalah untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 yang berbasis penguatan pendidikan karakter dan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar yang berbasis Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di setiap Lembaga Pendidikan para guru tentu berusaha untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada para peserta didik. Penanaman karakter kepada peserta didik dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler. Selain itu penanaman budaya atau kebiasaan baik di kalangan peserta didik juga dapat dilakukan melalui desain lingkungan belajar yang sesuai. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menempel poster di dinding ruangan kelas. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman nilai karakter melalui media visual poster di MI Sunan Ampel Wonorejo Pagu Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis teks, karena data bersumber dari interpretasi terhadap poster yang dipasang di ruang kelas MI Sunan Ampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendokumentasikan poster melalui foto yang kemudian diidentifikasi dan diklasifikasi berdasarkan jenis isi kalimat yang ada di poster. Validasi data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap pihak madrasah. Jumlah poster yang didokumentasikan sebanyak 13 buah. Setelah data diklasifikasikan kemudian diuraikan hingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media visual poster dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menanamkan nilai karakter cinta ilmu pengetahuan, peduli lingkungan, cinta tanah air, semangat belajar, disiplin, berakhlak mulia. Media poster dibuat dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang mudah difahami oleh peserta didik. Isi kalimat dalam poster berupa kalimat motivasi, ajakan, pengingat, perintah

    This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the application of audio-visual media on student achievement in thematic learning. (2) The influence of learning styles on student achievement in thematic learning. This research is an experimental research using the initial test (pre-test) and the final test (post-test). The research was conducted at MIN 4 Nganjuk. The population of this study were all students of MIN 4 Nganjuk amounting to 616 students. The sample of this study was 63 students who were taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used two-way anova. The results showed (1) There was an effect of the application of audio media on the learning achievement of students in thematic learning. (2) There is an influence of learning style on student achievement in thematic learning. (3) There is an effect of the application of audio media and learning styles on student achievement in thematic learning [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui (1) Pengaruh dari penerapan media audio visual terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik.
