PERANAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KOMPETENSI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of achievement motivation and competence toward employee satisfaction. The research method used survey method by using purposive sampling of the research object with a total population sample of 50 employees. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (PLS). Results showed that achievement motivation significant effect on the competence and employee satisfaction. Competence has significant effect on employee satisfaction. This indicates that the lack of attention to achievement motivation and competence will increase employee satisfaction.

KAPASITAS ANGGOTA DEWAN DALAM MENDORONG PERCEPATAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH
Reformation era is the starting point in the Indonesian decentralization policy change toward real. Where previously the areas are so restrictive and not memilikim any authority in doing pembanguanan region, now in the era of reform through Act No. 22 of 1999 , the region has the freedom and initiative to manage their own regions. Substantial changes in this Act is the separation of the Regional Government of the Council (Article 14 of Law No. 22 of 1999) that previously integrated integrally. This separation is a manifestation of political decentralization which gives the political space in Parliament and society that fosters sekaliguas Democratization process at the local level. With these changes should have transparency and accountability in the region is expected to further improve.

PENGARUH BAURAN HUBUNGAN MASYARAKAT (PUBLIC RELATIONS MIX) TERHADAP CITRA MEREK DAN KESADARAN MEREK SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN SISWA MEMILIH STUDI
This study aimed to determine and assess the Influence of Public Relations Mix on Brand Image and Brand Awareness and Its Implication to Student Decisions Choosing to study at vocational school Medikacom Bandung. This study uses the theory of Marketing Management, the method used in this research is an explanatory survey approach, and the type of research is descriptive and verificative. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method used is the analysis of SEM (stuctural Equation Modeling). This research used a sample of students at vocational school Medikacom Bandung as much as 248 students. The results showed that simultaneous Brand Image and Brand Awareness significant effect on Student Decisions choosing to study at vocational school Medikacom Bandung, Public Relations mix significant effect on Brand Image and Public Relations mix significant effect on Brand Awareness.Simultaneous influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness of the student decisions amounted to 0.860 or 86%, whereas 0.140 or 14% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Effect of partial variable mix of Public Relations of the brand image is of 0.640 or 64%, a variable mix of the Public Relations Student decisions amounted to 0.720 or 72%. From the results of research conducted, then Public Relations Mix, Brand Image and Brand Awareness variables when combined would have a significant effect on Student Decisions Choosing to study at vocational school Medikacom Bandung.

MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH (MBS) DI SD SAHARA KABUPATEN BANDUNG
This study aims to determine the teachers’ professionalism through the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in SAHARA elementary school. The study applies qualitative approach with descriptive. The subject of this research is SAHARA elementary school, consists of ten people selected by purposive sampling technique. The study collected the data by using observation and interview. The data is processed by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusion. The result indicates that the principal discusses the policy which will be applied by school. Moreover, the principal evaluates the progress by checking the learning device, teachers’ attendance, students’ learning achievement and the Teacher Competency Test conducted in cluster. The undertaken efforts clearly show the impact on the graduation of the first year. All the students are graduated with satisfactory result. It proves that the school achievement gained through the students’ success, the teachers maximizes the time on the teaching and learning process, teachers use various learning media. There is students have an increase in learning outcomes. Therefore, the improvement in teacher professionalism is through the implementation of school-based management.

ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI PEJABAT PELAKSANA TEKNIS KEGIATAN (PPTK) MELALUI FUNGSI KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMPETENSI DILINGKUNGAN PEMDA KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Employee performance in the government environment is the spearhead for the State to provide the excellent service. This study aims to determine the performance of employees who are influenced by the leadership function, organizational culture and competence possessed by the employees. Research method of this study is the quantitative approach with a sample of local government employees. The results of the study show that employee performance is proven to be influenced by the leadership functions, organizational culture and competence.

PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN DAN GAYA HIDUP TERHADAP PROSES KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK KOSMETIK WARDAH
This study aims to determine how consumer behavior, lifestyles and the purchase decision process made by users of cosmetic products, the level of influence the behavior and lifestyles of consumers towards cosmetic products Wardah partially and simultaneously.This research is quantitative research with descriptive and causal data analysis. The study population is uknown so that the samples use a nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type technique. Determination of respondents use Bernoulli formula to obtain 100 respondents of the brand cosmetic products Wardah. Then the analysis of data is obtained using multiple linear analysis. Results Simultaneously showed that consumer behavior and lifestyle significantly influence the purchase decision process by 59.6%. As well as partially shown that behavioral variables influence consumer purchase decision process amounted to 15.16%, the lifestyle significantly influence the purchase decision process amounted to 41.74%. While the remaining 43.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGGUNAAN LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING DI BANDUNG
Technology progress is involve the banking sector to adopt to facilitate customer transactions. a service that is currently gaining attention is mobile banking. This research uses descriptive research method. The data collection is by distributing questionnaires to 273 respondents who use mobile banking services by using sampling techniques nonprobability sampling.
Using 14 variables of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which has gone through the development process. Doing a factor analysis to the proposed variables and there are two new factors named Flexibility and Bank Image and Perceived Benefit.

Employment (job) is a department that deals with a series of tasks that can be combined into a unit employees and can be done by an officer. Position shows the assignment of a person in the organization. Thus, the three officers briefly unsettled the market could have the same job, but with mutually different position. Sometimes the term Job and Position is used to distinguish the level of employees in the organization. Position is typically used for higher-level positions, professionals or specialists. Job applied for the post implementation comparatively low as a technician, clerk, maintenance and so on.

Changes in the status of the University of the State-owned legal entity (BHMN) into Legal Education (BHP) in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 9 of 2009, the logical consequence is how the Higher Education system management personnel in accordance with the framework of Legal Education, especially related to recruitment, development, remuneration, and labor separation. College management strategies in the future are influenced by changes in environmental conditions requires the leadership to develop programs that are able to translate current issues and to support future business plans. Alignment between the business and planning of human resources (HR) can build a business plan that ultimately determine the human resource needs. Human resources development system is directed to design an efficient, effective, and accountable, including recruitment, development, compensation, and labor separation.
