PENGARUH SIKAP KARYAWAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
This study aims to determine the effect of employee attitudes componentsconsisting of affective, cognitive and behavioral of employees towards organizational commitment. Hypothetical testing was used a sample tested employees in one of the Tax Service Office in Bandung with 95 employees for samples. Sampling techniques used simple random sampling of existing populations. Data analysis techniques was using path analysis. This research method is included in the survey method category. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of attitudes towards employee commitment of 72.2% while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by another factors that not examined in this study.

PENGARUH RASA SALING PERCAYA TERHADAP KOLABORASI
Research on mutual trust and collaboration has been proven by previous studies that show positive and constructive behavior related to work. Some studies use instruments of mutual trust and collaboration but have not yet tested how much influence cultural variables have on each other on collaboration. Therefore this study investigates the effect of the variable of mutual trust on the collaboration variable by using multisample in several industrial sectors in the Greater Bandung Region, Indonesia. The method used is a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The research results show that the instruments adopted from both variables show valid results and can replicate in multiple samples in several industrial sectors in the Greater Bandung Region, Indonesia. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of mutual trust on collaboration.

PENGARUH WORD OF MOUTH TERHADAP MINAT BELI KONSUMEN BARAYA TRAVEL POOL BUAH BATU: (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom Angkatan 2013)
This study aimed to analyze the effect of Word of Mouth towards Buah Batu Baraya Travel Consumer Purchase Intention. The method that being used is descriptive - causal. The sampling technique that being used is nonprobability sampling with the sampling method incidental sampling. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 Students of Business Administration Student 2013 of Telkom University that know Baraya Travel pool Buah Batu. Data analysis technique that being used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the Word of Mouth has positive effect on Baraya Travel consumer purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) calculation can be known the magnitude of the effect of word of mouth (X) variable on purchase intention (Y) was 32.9%. While the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other factors that not be examined in this study.

PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITY, DAN DEBT EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU PELAPORAN KEUANGAN: (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Food And Beverages Dan Sektor Industri Tekstile Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia)
The research objective was to show how the development of the growth of company size, profitability and debt to equity ratio of the timeliness of financial reporting. This study uses deskiptif research and verification. With data analysis techniques using parametric statistics. The population in this study amounted to 43 companies sector of food and beverages industry and textile industry sectors in the study period of 2006 to 2008. That was then acquired 15 companies in the sample using purposive sampling method of sample collection techniques with particular consideration.
The data used in this research is secondary data derived from the Corner Exchange ITB and www.idx.co.id official website that the company's financial statement data sectors of food and beverages industry and textile industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange. The results of multiple linear regression t test showed that the variables of profitability and debt to equity affect the timeliness of financial reporting, while the size of the company does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting. In the F test shows that together variables company size, profitability and debt to equity affect the timeliness of financial reporting.

PENGARUH CELEBRITY ENDORSER DAN WORD OF MOUTH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SWEATER ONLINE SHOP ALCO DI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM
Alco is a small and medium businesses producing knit sweaters. Alco admitted about an increase in sales after endorsement to celebrity endorser. But, there is a decline in sales in the mid 2016 even Alco been using celebrity endorser. From the initial survey results that the researcher conducted to prove recognition of Alco, these survey results showed that respondents knew Alco online shop and make a purchase decision from celebrity endorser, word of mouth, and explore Instagram. Inside Instagram, in addition to celebrity endorser that can affect a person's buying decision contained in a photo caption in the social media Instagram. And from the caption can be said as a word of mouth expressed by consumers an online shop on Instagram. explore Instagram is a feature from Instagram Thus, this study uses independent variable celebrity endorser and word of mouth.This study was conducted to know the influence of celebrity endorser and word of mouth partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of sweater in an online shop Alco in social media Instagram.The type of research used is descriptive and causal research with the method used is quantitative. This study was involving 100 respondents of Alco consumers in social media Instagram. The sampling technique was using a non-probability sampling type of incidental sampling. This study uses multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that simultaneously celebrity endorser and word of mouth are significantly influencing purchase decisions. Partially celebrity endorser and word of mouth are significantly influencing purchase decisions.

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA PARAMESIA DI RUMAH SAKIT CIBABAT KOTA CIMAHI
This study aims to: 1). to seek the influence of competence, Compensation for Job Satisfaction in the Hospital Cibabat Cimahi; 2). to determine the influence of job satisfaction on performance within the Hospital Cibabat Cimahi.The research was conducted in the Hospital Cibabat Cimahi by sampling 158 paramedics. The method used is the descriptive analysis method by using path analysis (path analysis). And operation of calculations using SPSS Ver. 17.The results of this study are as follows: Effect on Performance Competence Paramedic total of 38.87%; Effect of total compensation to performance of 33.27% Paramedic; Effect of total competence and compensation on Job Satisfaction of 72.14%; Job Satisfaction and Influence total of 75.55% of the performance.The conclusion of this study is proven there is a significant effect of Competence, and Compensation for Job Satisfaction and Performance implications for paramedics in Hospital Cibabat Cimahi.

Implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) in 2014 for individual health is the development of the Health Insurance that is now available is the Community Health Insurance (Assurance), Health Insurance Childbirth (Jampersal) and the Regional Health Insurance (Jamkesda). Experience the implementation of health insurance there are now becoming the reference material at the same time learning materials in the implementation of the National Health Insurance that will begin in 2014. The implementation of JKN not be separated from the preparedness of health systems and health financing system that is now in an effort to optimize to support the implementation of the National Health Insurance.

PERSEPSI KAYAWAN ATAS FAKTOR PEMBENTUK KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL PADA BMT TAMZIS BANDUNG
Studies of leadership are currently dominated by transformational leadership, which based on transformational leadership research can make the organization run effectively. Transformational leadership has several dimensions that shape it. This study aims to determine what dimensions are the dominant dimensions in transformational leadership. The survey research approach was carried out on employees at the Baitul Maal WaTamwil Tamzis in Bandung. The test is based on the perception of employees of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Tamzis in Bandung as many as 37 people. The data analysis technique used PLS SEM with Smart PLS 3 for tools. The results showed that it was proven that the four dimensions were transformational leadership factors where the motivation dimension was the dominant factor in transformational leadership in Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Tamzis in Bandung. With the results of these studies, managerial parties in Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Tamzis in Bandungneed to increase Motivation of Inspiration so that transformational leadership can run optimally.

This study aims to determine the effect of internal audit on fraud prevention. The object of this research was conducted at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 30 people. The data collected is by distributing questionnaires with correlation data analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing t. This study uses SPSS 22 tools for windows. that the implementation of internal audit at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia is good enough. In addition, the results of the correlation test indicate that the application of internal audit at PT. Indonesian Insurance Services are quite strong. Role of Trust On Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Perspective from The Employee On the Retail Sector in Bandung, Indonesia
Individual behavior that can increase organizational effectiveness is an essential aspect for organizations to achieve optimal performance. For this reason, there is a need for research that can contribute to improving individual behavior in producing its effectiveness. However, previous research has shown a theoretical gap in measuring individual trust and organizational citizenship behavior. In theory, to fill the gap, this study measures the influence of individual beliefs and organizational citizenship behavior. Researchers surveyed employees who work in the retail sector as many as 257 employees. The researchers used a structural equation modeling approach – PLS with predictive purposes to test the research model. The study results indicate that there is a positive influence on individual beliefs based on intention and individual beliefs on actions on organizational citizenship behavior. The study's implications indicate the need to increase the motivational aspect to increase individual confidence so that it will lead to behavioral actions that can increase organizational effectiveness
