    Nowadays, the communication equipment companies face the fierce competition. The company tries to be the market leader. Based on data obtained in the last five years, Samsung is the smartphone market leader that topped the ranks in any types of communication equipment. Now, technology is a tool that enables people to connect with one another easily. The population in this study is all consumers of Samsung products in Bandung. The variables as brand image, brand trust, and product quality are used to explain the consumer preferences. The 100 people were used as samples based on the Green model. This study tries to find the impact of customer preferences that influence the buying interest. This study uses primary data by distributing the questionnaires to the consumers of Samsung products in Bandung. The sampling technique used in this study is the non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The research uses the quantitative method, and the analytical tool is the multiple regression analysis. SPSS is the software that supports this research. The results show that all research variables both simultaneously and partially affect buying interest.  Keywords: brand image, brand trust, product quality, buying interest

    The purpose of this study to determine the relationship and influence of Marketing and Public Relations on customer loyalty JNE Bandung branch. The method used is quantitative research methods. The model study was conducted by the method of explanation or correlation method. The number of respondents 45 people with random sampling techniques. The coefficient of determination of the role of marketing public relations to customer loyalty 56.55% showed marked positive correlation coefficients that describe the direction of positive effects as well, by the better Marketing Public Relations (X) is carried out, then the effect on customer loyalty (Y) which formed. The coefficient of determination of the role of marketing public relations to customer loyalty is equal to 0.5655. The value of 56.55% indicates that customer loyalty is influenced by the role of Marketing and Public Relations, while the remaining 43.45% is determined by other factors outside of the study.  Keywords: marketing public relations; customer loyalty

    This research at MD Clinic by Lazeta which is in the beauty services that offer health care and facial, under of PT. Medina Global Care. MD Cilinic by Lazeta use the brand ambassador of introducing their products. The selection of brand ambassador motivated by positive image brought by the celebrities. Brand ambassadors chosen by the company as a symbol or a marker to represent the wishes and needs of prospective customers. MD Clinic by Lazeta choose Syahnaz as a brand ambassador for their products which is expected to to represent the product of MD Clinic by Lazeta, so the message can be understood by the consumer, who eventually would to lead the purchase intention. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of brand ambassadors on consumer purchase intention MD Clinic by Lazeta, Study on Business Administration Students year in 2103 Telkom University. Researchers used quantitative research methods. This research is population research, because all population is being respondent in this research. Populations of this research are 137 respondents. Collecting data in this research is conducted by using questionnaire distributed to all respondents, which all Students on Business Administration Telkom University who knows the MD Clinic by Lazeta. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive analysis.The results showed that the Brand Ambassador impact of consumer purchase intention on MD Clinic by Lazeta at the Students on Business Administration Telkom University years in 2013. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of brand ambassador variable (X) on purchase intention (Y) is 42.9%. While the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other factors which not examined in this research such as, pricing, marketing strategy and others. Keywords: brand ambassador; purchase intention

    The aim of this research is to know how credit sales accounting information system can be applied to PT Kertas Padalarang (Persero), to know how effectiveness of internal control of credit penjulan at PT Kertas Padaralang (Persero), and to know how far the role of accounting information system of credit sales in support effectiveness of internal control of credit sales at PT Kertas Padalarang (Persero). The result of research on PT Kertas Padalarang (Persero) by using Spearman Rank correlation analysis from twenty (20) respondent questionnaire source, correlation calculation (rs = 0.85) indicates strong role between credit sales accounting information system with effectiveness of internal control credit sales. Meanwhile, when viewed from the calculation coefficient of determination that is equal to 72% in accordance with the criteria role means that the variable accounting information system credit sales play a role against the effectiveness of internal control of credit sales, and 28% influenced by other factors not examined. The relevance of the two variables above can also be seen from the significance of the relationship ie thitung = 6.934, greater than ttable = 2.399 which means H0 is rejected and H1 accepted means that the influence between X variable (credit sales accounting information system) and variable Y (effectiveness internal control of credit sales). From the result of hypothesis testing by using Rank Spearman analysis can be concluded that "credit sales accounting information system implemented has a big role in supporting effectiveness of internal control of credit sales".     Tax is a source of income for the State, therefore it is necessary to be encouraged in order to achieve the optimal target. In achieving these objectives it is necessary to encourage human resources within government institutions. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work design and quality of supervision on employee performance. The population in this study are the employees who are in one of the Tax Office Primary in Bandung. The respondents employed were 83 employees. The research method used with cossectional survey approach. Technique of data analysis used path analysis. The result of research indicate that organizational culture, work design and quality of supervise have significant effect to employee performance either simultant or partial. Organizational culture variable is the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance then followed by work design variable and quality of supervision. The result of coefficient of determination showed that equal to 78,2% while equal to 21,8% influenced by other factor not examined in this research. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to strengthen the organizational culture so that the performance of employees can be achieved optimally, however synergy can also be supported by the work design and the quality of supervision.
