    The consumption level of instant noodle in Indonesia eventually nominated as the second position in the world. Mayora has created Bakmi Mewah which different from other fast food that has been served in today’s market, through the television advertisement marketing strategy. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyse the consumer’s perception regarding the television advertising and consumer’s purchase decision of Bakmi Mewah’s product, and how much is the influence of television advertising to the Bakmi Mewah’s consumer purchased decision. The television advertising is measure from the video and audio. Meanwhile, the purchase decision was measured by the product’s choice, brand’s choice, distribution channel’s choice, purchasing time, and payment system. This type of research is causal-descriptive using quantitative method. The data collection technique is using the questionnaire where the number of population is unknown, therefore the sampling technique that used is probability sampling specified in incidental sampling, the number of respondents are 100 people. The research result found that Bakmi Mewah’s television advertising categorized as good, the purchase decision of Bakmi Mewah considered also considered as good, although there is no consumer’s interest in purchasing back the Bakmi Mewah’s product. Based on partial (t-test) hypothesis, it found that television advertising has a significant influence towards consumer’s purchase decision on Bakmi Mewah’s product. According to the coefficient determination, the television advertising has influence 26% and the rest is 74% which influenced by the other factors that are not included in this research. One way is to appoint someone who is believed to be able to simultaneously take the lead and set the policies relating to the interests of the human resources within the organization.     Leadership with a new approach is needed to deal with changes very quickly both from insideor from outside of the organization. Leadership with this new approach is transformative leadership that is able to develop initiatives, be able to empower staff and organizations into a change a way of thinking, developing a vision, understanding organizational goals and bringing about sustainable improvements. This study aims to prove that the transformational leadership style is able to bring changes that have an impact on increasing the motivation of subordinates to achieve performance as expected, and also to determine the extent the influence of each dimension of transformational leadership on employee work motivation. The study was conducted the government employee in one of the Bandung local government agencies using a sampling technique of 74 respondents. The independent variables in this study consisted of charismatic, inspirational, intellectual stimulation and individual attention while the dependent variable was work motivation. The results showed that transformational leadership simultaneously had a significant effect with a coefficient of determination of 63.8%. In order to increase the influence of transformational leadership, it is recommended that the leaders must have to pay more attention in placement of employees accordance with their educational background and expertise and do not forget the importance of delegating authority and responsibilities in a straightforward and clear manner to make room for employee creativity.     The research objective is to be achieved (1) To know how transformational leadership, motivation and organizational culture, and (2) To in identifying the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and organizational culture on performance. The study populations were employees of BMT TAMZIS KJKS BANDUNG.  Analysis of data using Path Analysis. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the transformational leadership, motivation, organizational culture significantly influence performance KJKS Employees BMT TAMZIS Bandung. The most dominant influence is the influence of organizational culture, while the lowest was transformational leadership. All the variables simultaneously affect the performance of the Employee KJKS BMT TAMZIS Bandung where the influence simultaneously by 78% while the rest influenced by other factors not included in this study. Thus the company in this case KJKS BMT TAMZIS Bandung need to increase the role of a strong organizational culture so as to improve the performance of employees.     This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) in Bandung. The results of preliminary studies indicate that the performance of civil servants (PNS) in the Hospital Bandung is not optimal. Not optimal performance Civil Servants (PNS), presumably because the compensation is not timely and still not meet the expectations of employees, is still a relatively low employee motivation and job satisfaction of employees is low.              Departing from the above phenomena problem formulated in this study as follows: How compensation, how the work motivation, job satisfaction and how how employee performance. How much influence compensation, employee motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants (PNS) in the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Bandung either individually or simultaneously.               The method used is the descriptive and verification method, the number of respondents 183 people. The data analysis technique used is the correlation technique to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and path analysis techniques to determine the effect, directly or indirectly, the independent variable on the dependent variable. In the operationalization used SPSS 17.0. and 8:30 LISREL program.               The results showed that compensation is in the category is not appropriate, work motivation is at a low category, job satisfaction is at a low category and performance are the unfavorable category.               The direct effect of compensation on the performance of civil servants (PNS) in the Environment Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Bandung at 15.26%, the indirect influence through the motivation of 7.04% and an indirect effect through the satisfaction of 5.26%, so that the total effect of 27.56%. Direct influence on the performance of work motivation of 9.12%, the indirect effect through compensation of 7.04% and an indirect effect through job satisfaction of 3.00%, so that the total effect of 19.16%. The direct effect of job satisfaction on the performance of 13.31% and an indirect effect through compensation of 5.26% and an indirect effect through the work motivation of 3.00%, so that the total effect of 21.57%.  Keywords: compensation; motivation; job satisfaction; performanc

    This study aims to examine the factors that affect the Profitability of Islamic banking, such as Corporate Governance (CG), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This research is quantitative. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Data processing using the multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that Corporate Governance had a significant positive effect on Profitability. Financing to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive effect on Profitability. Non-Performing Financing has a significant negative effect on Profitability. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant positive effect on Profitability. Corporate Governance has a positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Financing to Deposit Ratio does not have a positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Non-Performing Financing has a significant positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Corporate Governance does not have a positive effect on Profitability through the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Financing to Deposit Ratio has an effect on Profitability through the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Non-Performing Financing has no effect on Profitability through the Capital Adequacy Ratio. Increasing banking profits, the banking management can take measures such as keeping the NPF in a safe position, maintaining the quality of productive assets, planning and arranging credit evaluations more carefully and selectively by using the principle of prudence

    The fast development of Indonesia capital market has happened recently requires investors to manage more information which is available with variety of technical analysis. One of technical Springate’s model of bankruptcy prediction which is able to predict the possibility of bankruptcy for evading fortfolio depreciation held by the investors. In above-mentioned analysis, the investors use one set of financial ratio which has the same type profitability, leverage, and liquidity ratio. Logically, the investors who have used Springate’s ratio in their analysis will consider the set of ratio in selling and buying shares so Springate’s ratio have the influence to shares price. This reseach was done based on wanting to know the influence of Springate’s financial ratios to shares price of public enterprise of telecommunication sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This reseach is empirical study for getting to know the influence of Springate’s financial ratios to share price. The financial data which are used from report of public enterprise of telecommunication sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange are from the year 2009 up to 2013. The financial ratios which are independent variable used by Springate for predicting enterprise bankruptcy, i.e : Working Capital to Total Assets (WC/TA), Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets (EBIT/TA), Earnings Before Taxes to Currents Liabilities (EBT/CL), and Sales to Total Assets (S/TA). The analysis instrument is panel data regression and for data processing using Eviews 7. t-test and F-test outcome shown that WC/TA, EBIT/TA, EBT/CL and S/TA independent variables partially and simultaneously together influencing shares price with random effect test.   Keywords: Springate’s model; bankruptcy prediction; telecommunication sector

    Telkom is the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia that plays an important role in the development of the national telecommunications. In 2012, PT Telkom launched IndiHome (Indonesia Digital Home), that is is a multi product bundling packages of Telkom consisting landlines, internet and interactive television services (USee Tv). As the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, PT. Telkom should provides satisfaction through good quality services in accordance with expected by the customer. The purpose of this study is to know how satisfied customers IndiHome Witel Bandung by comparing the level of customer expectations and IndiHome Witel Bandung’s performance levels based method SERVQUAL. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of IndiHome Witel Bandung that currently active subscription (existing). The results of data from questionnaires, processed by using Gap analysis to know the level of customer satisfaction, after that reprocessed by using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) or also called Kartesius Diagram analysis to know which attributes or dimensions that need to be a priority IndiHome Witel Bandung for improved performance levels and any attributes or dimensions that need to be retained by the company. Based on the results of data processing, it is known customer’s appraisal on 21 of performance attributes and 21 of expectations attributes indicate that all the attributes or dimensions have a gap between customers' perception of indihome’s performance and customer expectations. As well as with the level of conformity obtained is still below 100%, ie 79.5%. It means that Indihome’s performance still has not filled customer expectations. Based on the Kartesius diagram on Important Performance Analysis (IPA), there are eight indicators and two dimensions, they are reliability dimensions and responsiveness dimensions that Indihome should be the focus to be immediately rectified their performance.  Keywords: customer satisfaction, performance, customer expectations, important performance analysis

    This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is a company engaged in the field of financial services. Methods of survey research with inferential testing techniques using path analysis. Sampling technique uses census to all employees. The results showed that there is a significant influence of transformation leadership and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Transformational leadership contributes 33.22%, while motivation contributes 28.95%, thus simultaneously the influence of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance of 62.18%. These results indicate that the influence of these three variables is significant, while the rest is determined by other variables not examined in this study.
