    The aim of this study were: 1) to determine the state of motivation, discipline, work environment and employee performance Cimahi City Health Department, 2) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment partially on employee performance, 3) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.               This research was conducted at the Department of Health Cimahi by taking the employee population of 90 people. The method used is descriptive method analytical census using path analysis (path analysis), and the operation of calculations using SPSS 17.The results of this study are as follows: 1) the state of motivation in Health Office Cimahi included in either category (3.5792), 2) the state of labor discipline exist in either category (3.6296), 3) the state of the work environment is in category either (3.5096), 4) state employee performance there in the good category (3.6333), 5) there is a significant effect of motivation (x_1) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2797, 6) significant influence labor discipline (X_2) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2024, 7), there is a significant effect of work environment (X_3) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0 , 1810, 8), there is the influence of motivation (x_1), work discipline (X_2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously on employee performance (Y), namely the determination (R ^ 2) = 0.6631 or 66.31%. The conclusion of this study is proven there is significant relationship between motivation, discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Health Cimahi.  &nbsp

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Bandung. This research study conducted by census (research population) at the PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Bandung. The method used is the path analysis. Total respondents were 198 employees. The analysis of this study are as follows : an overview of transformational leadership, reaching an average score of 3,68 according to the table of achievement criteria average score balanced included in both categories and were in the range 3,29 to 3,84 according to the criteria of achievement scores table which including a pretty good nature towards good category. Overview of work motivation to achieve a score of 3,77 according to the criteria table achievement scores, the average score is included in both categories and were in the range 3,26 to 4,23 in accordance with the table of achievement criteria scores are included in the criteria quite well to the excellent. Overview of competence achieved an average score of 3,72 according to the criteria table achievement scores, the average is including in both categories and are in the range 3,18 – 4,08 in accordance with the criteria table included in the criteria scores quite well to the good. Overview of employee performance achieved an average score of 3,77, according to the criteria table achievement scores, the average score is included in both categories, and were in thr range 3,19 to 4,18, according to the table of achievement criteria scores are included in thr category quite well to the good. The result of calculation of the coefficient of determination which is expressed as a percentage of the contribution of variables describe traansformasional leadership, motivation, competence in determining the performance of employees.     Competition in the business world today is increasingly competitive; this is also felt by business people in the hospitality sector who demanded to have better service quality and reasonable prices to satisfy customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on hotel visitor satisfaction. The analysis used in this study is verification analysis with path analysis. I am using a sample of visitors at one of the 3-star hotels in the city of Bandung as many as 99 visitors. The results showed that there was an influence of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction by 0.77.1%, while the remaining 22.9% was influenced by other factors not examined.     This study aims to determine the effect of competence and commitment on teacher performance. The important role of competence can be divided into four aspects namely Personality Competence, Pedagogical Competence, Professional Competence, and Social Competence. While commitment is divided into three parts, namely affective commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used was a private primary school honorary teacher in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove there is an influence of competence and commitment to teacher performance by 83.3%. Keywords: competency, commitment, teacher performance

    In managing the organization, there must be an appropriate strategy to regulate the workers to work as a team. The primary goal is achieving the optimum goal. Likewise, the existing organization at school must implement the proper strategies to produce the excellent teachers’ performance. The organizational culture and teachers’ competence influence their performance in an organization. This study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This study examined a population of teachers in a high school in Bandung. The data analysis technique of this study is path analysis. The results reveal that there is an influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teachers’ performance. This finding indicates a conducive organizational culture and adequate pedagogical competence improve the teachers’ performance.  Keywords: organizational culture, pedagogical competence, teachers’ performance

    Corporate social responsibility scheme is a private sector activity as a form of social responsibility to the community and the surrounding environment. In this case, the form of the government's role continues to be developed to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of corporate social responsibility so that it aligns with the regional development agenda without too much intervention to the internal problems of the company. Corporate social responsibility scheme is expected as an alternative to the provision of infrastructure that have hampered its development as a result of the limited availability of funds .     Organization is the most important asset that should be owned by companies or institutions and is considered by management is the human assets of the organization.Significance of human resources efforts empties from the fact that people (humans) is an element that is always present in every organization. They make the goal, holding innovation, and achieve organizational objectives.The theory is used as a reference by the author is presented by Stephen P Robbins (2006: 725). That, would Organizational Culture "Facilitate the emergence of commitment". This implies, if the organizational culture in the school is conducive, then the entire school community will be with full awareness, sincere and honest work for the benefit and success of the school.               This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on work motivation and Teacher Compensation and the implications for teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method, which is to get a picture of the actual conditions that exist in the research and proving hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: Cultural Organization, Compensation, Motivation and Performance Master.               From a sample of 74 people obtained results showed that the path analysis, path analysis results show that, in partial effect on Organizational Culture Work Motivation Teacher, at 9.18% and partially shows the compensation effect on work motivation of 19.18%; while simultaneously Cultural Organization and Compensation effect on work motivation Master, at 46.36%; While the results of simple regression analysis showed that the influence of Work Motivation Teacher to Teacher performance of 47.47%.               Based on the above it can be concluded, that the management of human resources need to pay attention Organizational Culture, Compensation and employee motivation because it will affect employee performance both directly and indirectly, will also affect the quality and productivity of the institution.  &nbsp

    This study aimed to determine the effect of training and motivation of the employee competence Department of Transportation Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method, which is to get a picture of the actual conditions that exist in the research and proving hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: motivation, training, competencies and work productivity.               From a sample of 66 people obtained the results of path analysis showed that, in partial work motivation affect the competence, of 22.85% and partially demonstrated effect on Work Competence Training of 22.47%; while simultaneously working motivation and affect the Work Competence Training, amounting to 85.28%; While the results of simple regression analysis showed that the influence of Employee Competence to Work Productivity by 87.90%.               Based on the above it can be concluded, that the management of human resources need to pay attention to motivation, training and competence of employees because it will affect employee productivity both directly and indirectly, will also affect the quality and productivity of the Institute.  &nbsp

    This study intends to determine the effect of internal communication aspects on affective commitment. To determine the influence of the interpersonal communication aspect, the researcher used a survey of private high school teachers in Palembang City, South Sumatra. The number of respondents was as many as 137 teachers. To examine the effect of interpersonal communication aspects on affective commitment, researchers used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that all aspects of interpersonal communication had a significant effect on teachers' affective commitment. In addition, the study results indicate that excellent openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, and equality will impact teachers' affective commitment

    This research aims to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity phenomenon along with conclusion about service quality influence toward Telkomsel prepaid produk customer satisfaction in Bandung. This research type is descriptive and verificative, and also using cross section approach. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research show that service quality is on good category and customer satisfaction is also on good category. From hypothesis testing result be found a significant simultaneously influence from service quality toward customer satisfaction a number of 67,6%. And for partially influence, tangible give an influence by 14,91%, emphaty give influence by 9,82%, responsiveness give an influence by 12,21%, reliability give an influence by 17,49%, and assurance give an influence by 13,14%.  Thus Telkomsel prepaid produk need to increase service quality performance if they want to increase customer satisfaction.
