    The object of this research is to study about the liquidity influence compare to the efficiency and working capital requirement by using balance sheet and income statement data. The location is at PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (PT. INTI), one of the state’s telecommunications company. This research is a descriptive analysis and use a case study method where by obtained data during research will be analyzed, and then processed furthermore with existing theory bases and later conducted the measurement of performance to the variables. The result of this research shows the influence of liquidity rate compare to working capital efficiency 49,8%. The influence of liquidity rate compare to working capital requirement 19,7% and the rest influenced by other factors not examined in this study.  Keywords: liquidity rate, efficiency, working capital requirement

    Train  is the passenger and goods transport services which can carry large loads over long distances or at close range, train travel is not affected by the weather so many people are choosing this mode of transportation. One types of train that Railways Serayu, which is a train route Pasar Senen-Purwokerto. There is a problem on trains serayu relating to hotchpotch marketing services and satisfaction passengers.This study aims to to see how hotchpotch marketing services , satisfaction passengers and influence hotchpotch marketing services to satisfaction train passengers serayu simultaneously and partial . This research using quantitative methods. This type of research is descriptive and causal, with questionnaire collection methods. Based on descriptive analysis, service marketing mix on Serayu train have a percentage of  76,25%, it is in good category. Passenger satisfaction has a percentage of 75,47%, it show in the good category. The results of this research are the of marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical environment simultaneously significantly influence passenger satisfaction amounted to 84,8%, while the remaining 15,2% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.  Variable product, price, place and promotion partially not significantly affect passenger satisfaction. Variables people, process, and partially physical environment significantly influence passenger satisfaction.  Keywords: services marketing mix, passenger satisfaction

    This research aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Creative Behavior-Innovative Partially on Teacher Performance. This research was conducted in one of high school in Bandung with sample of 73 teachers through questionnaire, direct observation and interview technique. Variable Work Environment, Work Discipline and Creative Behavior - Innovative functions as independent variable (Independent), while the Performance Teacher variables serve as dependent variable (dependent). To test hypothesis is used path analysis and simple regression by determining level of significance 0,05 with program of SPSS version 20 and Microsoff Excel. Based on this research, the findings are as follows: Total Effect of Work Environment (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 10.2%, Total Effect of Work Discipline (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 17.1%, Total Influence Creative Behavior -Innovative to Teacher Performance (Y) of 61.6%, Total Influence of these three variables of 88.9%. From these results it can be concluded that the influence of Creative-Innovative Behavior in teaching has the greatest effect on Teacher Performance.  Keywords: work environment, work discipline, creative-innovative behavior, teacher performance

    Smartphones industry continues to grow rapidly encourage producers to launch their flagship products. Various strategies done by companies to be able to capture market share and retain consumers either by building a strong brand image. Oppo's strategy in building the brand image makes Oppo brand as a best quality smartphone. The aim of this research is to study and analyze how the image of the brand in the Oppo smartphone, how consumer purchasing decisions on oppo smartphone products, and how much influence of the brand image on product purchasing decisions of Oppo smartphone. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive-causality research. The sampling technique used in this research is the Non-Probability sampling method with purposive sampling, with the number of respondents was 100 Telkom University students who use Oppo smartphone. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research indicate that Oppo smartphone brand image fit into good category, consumer purchasing decisions on Oppo smartphone already good. The results of partial hypothesis test (t test), showed that the brand image significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Oppo smartphone products by  57.76% and the remaining 42.24% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.     PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN, MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

    The demands on the performance of employees to work professionally, honestly and justly so obvious, clear, hard and firm. Increased employee performance requires the factors that affect, among others, the ability, motivation, and commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. In this study took a sample of 100 employees. The analytical method used to answer the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The research results indicate that the ability (X1) has a direct influence by 14.30%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the motivation (X2) amounted to 10.36%, indirect effect through Commitment (X3) at 2.44% and the total effect amounted to 27.10%. Variable Motivation (X2) has a direct influence by 22.56%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 10.36%, and the indirect influence through Commitment variable (X3) of 2.31%, so that the total effect of 35.20%. Variable Commitment (X3) have direct influence by 2.95%, while the indirect effect through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 2.44%, and the indirect influence through Motivation (X2) is 2.31%, so that the total effect of 7.70%. The coefficient of determination calculation results are expressed as a percentage portray the contribution of all the independent variables are Capabilities (X1), motivation (X2), and commitment (X3) in determining variation Employee Performance (Y) is approximately 70.03%.     This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resource information systems, competency and discipline on employee performance. The object of research is one of the hotels in the city of Bandung. Population used were all employees of the hotel. Quantitative research methods using Path Analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence of HR Information Systems, competence and Discipline Work on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous Effect of HR information systems, Competence, Work Discipline against employee performance in the category of very significantly by 82.5%. These results indicate that the effect of these three variables including very significant category while the remaining 17.5% is a variable that is not research as compensation, organizational culture, communication work.  Keywords: human resource information systems; competence; labor discipline; employee performance

    RETURN ON STOCK IN THE CONTEXT OF DAY OF THE WEEK EFFECT

    Capital market is an alternative for investors to invest their capital. Market efficiency is an ideal and attractive form in the capital markets. Under condition of market efficiency, the new information will be responded by market participants to decide whether to buy or sell, thus causing changes in the price and then the price will be stabilized. In the efficient market itself, irregularities or deviations emerge, these are called market anomalies. One of the most important types of market anomalies that is interesting to study is the calender anomalies such as day of the week effect. The day of the week is an effect which states that the expected returns are not the same every day. Furthermore, there are phenomenon in day of the week effect  which are related to Monday effect, namely week-four effect, bad Friday effect and Rogalski effect. The objective of this research is to determine the existence of the day of the week effect, week-four effect, bad Friday effect and Rogalski effect in Indonesia stock exchange. The study uses dummy variable multiple linear regression for independent variables. Then the fourth of phenomenon compared by using ANOVA. The result show that doesn’t exist a day of the week effect, week – four effect, bad Friday effect and Rogalski effect in Indonesia Stock Exchange during January 2008 until December 2012.     This study was conducted to determine the effect of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on teacher performance. The object of research is one of the elementary schools in Bandung. Data were colledted from population in this study as 34 teachers. Which quantitative research methods and techniques Path Analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous effect of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on the performance of teachers by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.  Keywords: school leadership, competencies, compensation, performance of teachers

    The purpose of this research is to determine and to overview the influence factors of service quality to customer satisfaction and its implications for customer loyalty. The object of research in this thesis is Green Café & Resto Bandung and the subject of this study is its customers which consists of 110 people. And the method of this research is hypothesis testing with path analysis. These results indicate that the variable tangible, empathy and customer satisfaction are at fairly high category, variable responsiveness, reliability and customer loyalty at the high category and variable assurance is at the low category. The influence factors of service quality on customer satisfaction are 79,7% and very high where the remaining 20,3% influenced by other factors. Total influence of tangible variables on customer satisfaction is 19%, empathy is 24.31%, responsiveness is 16,88%, reliability is 12,51% and assurance is 7,07%. The implications of service quality to loyalty is 86,1% and very high where the remaining 13,9 % influenced by other factors.  Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

    Upgrading of skills as well as knowledge to make a new generation of high quality to be able to pursue and develop science and technology are regarded as a catalyst of economic progress that will improve people's welfare. Therefore, the college has an ethical responsibility to the quality of its graduates as work ability, creativity, community recognition as an absorber of human resources towards credibility. Private universities are faced with tight competition and should do anticipate to explore and improve all aspects of service that are owned, including in terms of academic services. Academic services can be interpreted as an attempt by the college to provide facilities to meet the needs of students in matters related to academic activities. This study aims to find out, observe, assess and analyze whether there are significant differences anatara academic services students of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University General Achmad Yani. In this study took a sample of 149 students of the Faculty of Economics and 143 students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Unjani.The method of analysis used to answer the hypothesis is to use parametric statistics that comparative analysis with t test (t-test). The results of his research is the average score of students of the Faculty of Economics Unjani to attribute academic services at 73.7% (relatively high) compared to the average score of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the attributes of academic services amounted to 72.6% (high enough). The difference score of 1.2% illustrate the difference. Results of calculation with the formula t-test separated sample variance relation is independent (uncorrelated) and the second variant sample is not homogeneous, known F count larger than F table (1.3> 1,271). Based on calculations by comparing t arithmetic with t table known that t t table amounted to -1.79 -0.7047 with a standard error of 7.5% (0.075), thus there are significant differences on the attributes of academic services between the students of the Faculty of Economics with the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political University General Achmad Yani.  Keywords : comparative anaysis, academic serivices
