ANALISIS FAKTOR PEMBENTUK KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA UNIVERSITAS TELKOM : (STUDI PADA MAHASISWA PRODI S1 ADMINISTRASI BISNIS FAKULTAS KOMUNIKASI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS TELKOM ANGKATAN 2016)
In Indonesian, public university and private university compete so tightly to create qualified graduates. Beside that, they compete to provide best educational services to get more students. This study aimed to analyze dominant factors that forming student decision in choosing Telkom University study program S1 Business Administration.The type of this study is descriptive research with nonprobability sampling and simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 samples of Business Administration’s students batch 2016. This research used variable such as: friends attending college, influence of parents, influence of friends, influence of other individuals, location, academic program, academic reputation, educational facilities, costs, available of financial aid, employment opportunities, advertising, HEI’s representative and visit campus.Based on analysis, it was found 5 new factors such as college’s image, college promotion, influence of parents, influence of friends and college’s location. College’s image factor has the biggest variances value such as 29,15% in forming choise decision of Telkom University Prodi S1 Business Administration as a private college.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK DAN KEMAMPUAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI
Organizing good governance depends on the readiness of the State apparatus, especially the civil servants. The presence of employees who can provide excellent services leads to this achievement. Besides, the situation can be obtained if the employees have the job satisfaction. When the employees have the high internal motivation and excellent ability in completing their tasks, the job satisfaction can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of internal motivation and competency on employee job satisfaction in one of the government agencies in West Bandung Regency. The samples were 71 people. The data analysis technique of this research is the path analysis approach. Partially and simultaneously, the intrinsic motivation and competency have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN TETAP PADA STIKES DHARMA HUSADA BANDUNG
The purpose of this study was to: (1) to find the motivation to work STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (2) to determine the organizations culture STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (3) to determine the compensation STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (4) to determine the performance of tenured faculty in STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung (5) to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of tenured faculty in the College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung (6) to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of tenured faculty in the College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung (7) to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of tenured faculty The College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung (8) to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and compensation jointly on the performance of tenured faculty in the College of Health Sciences Dharma Husada Bandung In this study took a sample of 56 permanent lecturers.
The results of the research are: Work Motivation Lecturer in Bandung categorized Husada STIKes Dharma well. It is seen from the achievement criteria score of 4.16. Organizational Culture on STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung is in either category. It is seen from the achievement criteria score of 3.70. Compensation for lecturer in Bandung Husada STIKes Dharma is the good category. It is seen from the achievement scores of 4.00. Lecturer performance level STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung categorized either. It is seen from the achievement criteria score of 4.02.
Influence on the Performance of Work Motivation lecturer at Dharma STIKes Husada Bandung, directly is by 0133, through Organizational Culture for 0012, through the Compensation for 0099. So the total effect by 0244 or by 24.4%. Influence of Organizational Culture on Performance STIKes lecturer at Bandung Husada Dharma, directly by 0034, over 0,031 Compensation, through Work Motivation of 0,012. So the total effect of 0.077 or 7.7%. Effect of Compensation to Performance STIKes Dharma Lecturer at Husada Bandung, directly by 0290, through Organizational Culture 0031, through the work motivation of 0099. So the effect of a total of 0420 or by 42%. Simultaneously influence Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Performance Compensation for STIKes Dharma Lecturer at Husada Bandung is the strong category which is equal to 0.741 or 74%, This shows that significant influence.
 
PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PAGAWAI INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN BELITUNG
The results of preliminary studies had findings that employee performance is not optimal. Of the many factors causing encountered, allegedly the most dominant in terms of employability, work motivation and discipline are still low. Therefore, the problem is formulated covering; how the work ability, motivation, and discipline. How big is the direct and indirect influence of work ability, motivation, and discipline to employee performance Inspectorate Belitung.
While research method used is descriptive method of analysis, conducted on all employees, ie all members of the population has an equal opportunity to study and overall with a total of 46 employees serve as the respondents (survey). The data analysis technique used is the technique of correlation analysis is to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and Technical Analysis Path. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between work ability, motivation and discipline work individually or jointly on the performance of employees.
Conclusions from the study indicate that the ability to work, work motivation, and discipline prevailing at this time significantly influence employee performance by 77.30% while the remaining 22.70% influenced by other factors not examined. Based on the research results presented some suggestions include: The need for efforts to improve the ability of employees working in accordance with the duties of the employee Inspectorate Belitung province, either through formal education as well as education and training organized by the Government of Belitung; Need to be increased their encouragement, given the opportunity and the award commensurate not only shaped material, for employees in the execution of his job duties; Needs to be improved and applied strict rules to provide certain sanctions to employees who lack discipline; Need mengopltimalkan employee performance, to push employees to be able to fulfill his job through the quantity, quality and time of completion of the work which has been determined leadership and to all employees of the Inspectorate Belitung province, continue to optimize the required work ability, motivation, and discipline to employee performance , in order to achieve organizational goals with good and services to the public will soon feel the benefits.
 
ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMASARAN HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN, NILAI PELANGGAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN
This study was conducted to determine how customer relationship marketing, and customer value that is applied at one salon existing Muslim city of Bandung, and its influence on customer satisfaction in the Muslim salon as well as to see how the implications for consumer loyalty. The independent variables were investigated alleged to have a strong influence on customer loyalty compared with other variables that are not included in this study. The method used in this research is survey method. While the population of the study where consumers have an infinite amount, the researchers took samples of the iteration technique, where the technique is used when the population of the infinite. To find out how the influence of the independent variables in this study on customer loyalty used path analysis with the help of LISREL software. The results of data processing found that the independent variable is customer relationship marketing and customer value effect simultaneously with a total effect of 0,532 or by 53.2%. While partially, customer relationship marketing has a significant influence against the influence of customer satisfaction with 26.3%, variable customer value has significant impact on customer satisfaction. As much influence 26.9% and customer satisfaction has significant impact on customer loyalty with great effect of 73.1%.

In organizing various business activities, one of the challenges facing the company is how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and economizing company. This challenge is always there because the management company needs resources to achieve the objectives of the company, but management had to face a situation of scarcity of resources. Therefore, the company should make proper planning in allocating its resources in support of operations to be done to achieve the goals set.

ANALISIS PETA PERSEPSI PEMILIHAN ATRIBUT PRODUK LAPTOP DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS TELKOM KOTA BANDUNG: (Studi Pada Laptop Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Toshiba, HP, Samsung dan Apple)
This research aims to find out laptop brand selection perceptual map of among Telkom University students. The object of this research study are some of incoming laptop brand in Top Brand 2016 which are Acer, Lenovo, Asus, Toshiba, HP, Samsung and Apple. The attributes of the study are design instrument, operation system, variation, feature set, specification, processor, battery resistance, product price, price resale, warranty, LCD display, storage capacity, product quality, sustainability to defect, and keyboard quality. This research used quantitative method. Research instrument used was a questionnaire, which distributed to 100 respondent sample area of the object of research. In taking a sample of this study, the researcher used Non-Probability technique by using purposive sampling method. The data analysis that used is multidimensional scalling analysis, this analysis gives perception map picture, appeared the position of each laptop brand that is close together or far apart. Laptop brand that showed in a perceptual map will display rank of the best position than another laptop brand. As perception, Apple occupies the first best position among another best laptop brands. That is proved by the rank position from respondents preference based on overall attributes which is more excellent in design, operation system, variation, feature set, specification, processor, battery resistance, product quality, and keyboard quality. For price product attribute is occupied by Lenovo as the cheapest rather than another laptop brands. Meanwhile, for the LCD display attribute, price resale, and storage capacity are occupied by Asus which get the second best rank based overall attribute.

MANAJEMEN OTONOMI DAERAH
Regional Autonomy opens great hopes for communities and local government, especially the feel for these aspirations are locked by a uniform pattern adopted pemrintah center. Regional autonomy make diversity, and local government and the community can take the best decisions for the region. But such expectations would be raw if it is not accompanied by changes in attitudes and paradigms. Dependence and helplessness facing the center, has created paradigam and mental attitude of certain patterns, which must be changed along with the flexibility to be more independent.

Each individual as the main entity within the organization need to interact with members of other organizations. In this respect the importance of the integration of human resource empowerment in building unity among individual employees to achieve organizational goal. In an organization / institution, the management or the leadership to be able to create a conducive working environment, empowering and sustaining the commitment to improve the performance of subordinates lead.

ANALISIS FUNGSI KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERINDAGKOP DAN UMKM KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership functions on job satisfaction. Theoretically, the leadership function divided into 3 (three), namely the instruction function, delegation function, and control function. The research method used is the quantitative verification method. The sample used is an employee at the Department of Industry and Trade and SMEs in West Bandung Regency as many as 90 employees. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove there is an influence of the leadership function on job satisfaction by 52.0%.
