    COMPETENCE OF COOPERATIVE ADMINISTRATORS: CROSS-SECTIONAL SURVEY OF COOPERATIVE MEMBERS IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE CITY OF BANDUNG

    Competence is an essential part of completing the organization's tasks that need to be achieved by individuals in the organization. This study aims to determine the description of the competence of cooperative management. The researcher used a survey approach to find out the description of the competence of the cooperative management. Respondents in this study were 318 members of cooperatives in the organizational environment in the city of Bandung. The study results illustrate that the competence of the management is in the reasonably good category. However, there are still weak aspects that illustrate that the competencies of members and leaders do not fully have the expected competencies, such as behavior that reflects competence in the field of cooperatives, which is still very rarely found in members and also cooperative management apart from the way members think, and also leaders in determining actions for cooperatives felt to be still not fully optimized. Therefore, researchers recommend that efforts improve cooperative behavior within the leadership by appointing cooperative administrators who have the characteristics needed to lead cooperatives.     This study aimed to identify and assess the Influence Factors of Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment Arindo PT Pratama Bandung. The method used in this research is the analysis of the path, because this research in addition to want to get an overview of customer satisfaction associated with Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, also wanted to get a picture of the pattern of the relationship and the influence of the variables research has been established. Based on the results of the study, found that tangible in PT. Arindo Pratama Bandung are in good enough category. Then reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy in good enough category. In general, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy effect on Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment  in PT Arindo Pratama Bandung. The effect of partially variable Tangible against Customer Satisfaction is 0.169 or 16.9%, variable reliability of the Customer Satisfaction is equal to 0.127 or 12.7%, variable Responsiveness to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 0.306 or 30.6%, variable against Satisfaction Guarantee Customers amounted to 0.054 or 5.4% and variable Empathy towards customer satisfaction is equal to 0.222 or 22.2%. Simultaneous influence of Tangible, reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy towards Customer Satisfaction amounted to 0,879, or 87.9%, whereas 0.121 or 12.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the research that is done, then the variable Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy when combined will have a significant impact on Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment in PT Arindo Pratama Bandung.     Financial institutions such as banks are often chosen by the people as a financial institution that provides funds or capital. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) through Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program help people in providing lending capital. Therefore, financial literacy or personal financial knowledge of the people is really needed to become guidelines the people in decision-making process of credits. This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and demographic factors to the decision- making process Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Office Mantingan, Ngawi, East Java. This research is quantitative desciptive data and causal analysis, respondents surveyed in this research  amounted to 251 customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which  took the capital loan business credit or  Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). The result showed the financial literacy in the position 84,1% with a number of very good category and demographic factor at the 71,8% with good category. Based on the coefficienr of determination is obtained that the influence of financial literacy and demographic factor to the decision-making process of credit is 25,19%  and 74,81% of rest is affected by other factors such as intenal factor like life style, and psychologi factor.     This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of CSR program of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, which is BRI program Fast (Peduli Pasar Rakyat) in Cileunyi Healthy Market, Bandung regency. As is known, factually, traditional market conditions in Indonesia are generally very poor, besides the lack of public facilities and other infrastructure such as inadequate roads as well as unprofessional market management, resulting in irregular (slum and dirty) market conditions, BRI tries to help the community Traders change the conditions of traditional markets to be better, cleaner, comfortable and interesting to visit. BRR's Community Development CSR Program is one of the BRI Peduli Sarana Umum programs aimed at empowering traditional market communities by making traditional markets an attractive, clean, comfortable and secure trading center, the developers should better understand the objectives of BRI's CSR program so that activities CSR is really to help the surrounding community. This research uses qualitative method with case study research. The author conducted in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation as a data collection technique.     The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Kode Etik Akuntan Publik for the quality of audits. The population in this study is the auditors of five KAP in the city of Bandung. Determination of sample, using a simple random sampling method. The data in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents on Akuntan Publik in the city of Bandung. These result prove that Kode Etik Akuntan Publik effect on audit quality. So the higher Kode Etik Akuntan Publik are owned by auditor it will improve the quality of audits.     Currently, the tourism sector is a central issue in the growth of a country. Researchers have proven the critical role of the tourism sector in increasing state revenues through tourist visits, both domestic and foreign tourists. Several previous studies have shown the part of the destination image in increasing the revisit rates. However, multiple research models have differed variations in explaining the influence of the destination image on the tourists' loyalty to revisit shopping destinations. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of destination image on tourist revisit intention towards shopping tours in Bandung. The survey approach is used to answer the research objectives. The results prove there is an influence of the destination image on the tourists' revisit intention to shopping tours with 179 samples carried out simultaneously on several shopping tourist destinations in Bandung. Thus, the proper advice to improve the revisit intention is providing facilities and infrastructure as well as exciting experiences for the tourists

    The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on student’s satisfaction and its implications on loyalty at School of Informatics and Computer Management active contained in Bandung. The object of research is all students of the School of Informatics and Computer Management active contained in Bandung with a total student population as many as 5.779 students. By setting a limit precision of 5% of the population obtained a sample of 375 students. This study uses a quantitative study using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that there is significant influence quality of service for student satisfaction either partially and simultaneously. And there is a significant influence student satisfaction on loyalty. The result showed that the effect of simultaneous quality academic services to students satisfaction of 49.1% while the remaining 50.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This implies that the management of universities needs to pay attention to issues of academic quality so as to increase student satisfaction and loyalty.  Keywords: service quality, satisfaction, loyalty
