PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM
This research is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academician and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fulfil the life necessities. This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial competence will have an impact on MSME performance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016. Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionnaires to all respondents that is MSME that participated in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis. The result showed that entrepreneurial competence affects the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of entrepreneurial competence variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 61.7%. While the remaining 38.3 is influenced by other factors such as mentoring, motivation, and human resources.

PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTY YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2012-2016
The value of the firm is investor’s perception towards the firms success level which is related to supply and demand that reflected the price of the stock. The high value of the firm will make the investors believe not only the present condition of the firm, but also the prospect of the future firm’s performance. Based on the previous relevant researches, there are some factors can influence the value of the firm, such as: decision of funding, dividend policy, investment decision, firm’s growth, leverage, profitability, firm’s size, etc. Some of the factors have relationship and influence towards the inconsistency value of the firm, so this research aimed to finding out the influence of firm’s growth (Total Assets Growth) and profitability (ROE) towards value of the firm (PBV) at property sector of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research was the property sector registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016. To determine samples was using purposive sampling method with some fixed criteria such as: firms was listed at property real-estate sector before 2011, periodically released their financial report with representatives ratio used in this research and total 12 firms for samples. The data used was the secondary data which was obtained from MNC Securities program MNC Trade from 2012 to 2016. The analysis instrument is panel data regression and using EViews 9 for tool. This research shows both firm’s growth and profitability influence positive and significant with total 79.45%. It it recommended for the investor to look after the positive

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN
This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of employees. The object of research is a financing company. Research sample were 107 employees. The research method used Path Analysis technique. The results showed that there is significant influence of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. As well as employee satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction of employees is at 60.1% while the remaining 39.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN
In recent times, the level of business competition is hugely dynamic and complex. Moreover, the competition is full of uncertainties. It causes the companies to create the competitiveness that can be achieved in creative and innovative ways. One way to support the company profits is the consumer decisions which is caused by the satisfactory product quality and the interactive promotional efforts. This study attempts to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchase decisions of distro’s products in Bandung. The distro customers are the samples to prove the hypothesis. The research hypothesis has a significant effect. Thus, it can be said that excellent product quality and interactive promotion lead the consumers to buy distro’s products.

ANALISIS PENGARUH PRODUK, HARGA, DISTRIBUSI, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KEPUASAN PELANGGAN
The purpose of this study to determine how the product, price, distribution, promotion, purchasing decisions, and customer satisfaction and how much influence the product, the price, the distribution, and promotions on consumer purchasing decisions and how much the influence purchasing decisions to satisfaction. This research is a census, the number of objects in a population of 48. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data analysis technique used is the technique of correlation analysis and path analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while the technique of path analysis to determine how much influence the independent variables on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze the data of this study was SPSS version 19.0. The results showed that the variable conditions of the product, price, distribution, promotion and purchasing decisions included in both categories, while customer satisfaction variables included in the category quite well. The final result showed the product, the price, the distribution, and promotion of the variable purchase decisions by 25.95%, 21.37%, 19.02% and 18.36%. Simultaneous effect of products, pricing, distribution, and promotion of the purchase decision variable is 84.70%. While variables influence the purchase decision of the customer satisfaction is at 87.60%.

PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS TARGET PRODUKSI PT. LUCAS DJAJA PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY BANDUNG JAWA BARAT
The achievement of operational targets is expected by each organization / company. Due to the achievement of the target, it can be judged that the performance of the company very well. Therefore, if it is not achieved it is necessary to study the factors that influence it. For then do repairs on these factors.
In the achievement of the target company, it takes a process associated with the target to be achieved. In order to achieve maximum results and effective it is necessary to an adequate internal control structure, which aims to regulate the operational steps the company to run an organized and effective.The study was conducted at PT. Lucas Djaja Pharmaceutical Industry, located in Bandung, is to know how the implementation of internal controls and how they affect the effectiveness of the production targets, in particular the production of injection of 1 (one) milliliter. This research used descriptive analysis with research techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature study.
Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of internal control at PT. Lucas Djaja is sufficient, this can be seen from the data obtained from the questionnaire filled out by the respondents, which is related to the control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, control activities, and monitoring. Meanwhile that of the effectiveness of the production target is still this can be seen from the data obtained from the questionnaire filled out by the respondents, ranging from productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, excellence, development, and satisfaction. And the obtained results of the research stating that the internal control effect on effectiveness production targets with determination coefficient of 56.01% and the remaining 43.99% influenced by other factors.
 
PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN ANGGARAN PADA KEUANGAN PUSAT II DIREKTORAT KEUANGAN ANGKATAN DARAT
The research objective is to achieve (1) How is financial control in Kupus II Ditkuad, (2) How to use the budget in Kupus II Ditkuad, and (3) How the financial control of the use of the budget in Kupus II Ditkuad.
The results showed that the financial controls in Finance Centre II Finance Directorate of the Army in both categories and the conditions of use of the budget in the Financial Center II Finance Directorate of the Army in the category of good anyway. The influence of the financial control of the conditions of use of the budget on the test 's simple determination of 64.5 % which means that the variable X affects Y by 64.5 % while the rest is influenced by other variables.
 
PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY DAN E-RECOVERY SERVICE QUALITYTERHADAP E-SATISIFACTION SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA E-LOYALTY PELANGGAN MASKAPAI PENERBANGAN AIR ASIA
The research objective is to be achieved (1) To determine the relationship E-service quality, E-recovery service quality customer Airlines Air Asia and (2) To determine the effect of E-service quality, E-recovery service quality of the customer E-Satisfaction Customer Airlines Air Asia and its impact on customer E-Loyalty. The study population is customer Air Aviation Services Asia which are members of the backpacker community's and the study sample was taken as many as 349 people. This sample was taken by random sampling. Data processing technique using path analysis. The results showed that in fact the electronic-based services after the transaction should be further improved. Therefore it is proven that the electronic-based services in theory and research results proved able to satisfy customers who eventually become loyal customers, however there are still some elements of the service that should be improved by the company
TEACHER PERCEPTION ON LEADERSHIPS: SURVEY ON PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS IN BANDUNG REGENCY
The leadership role of the principal is one aspect in improving the quality of education. Principal leadership consists of various components, namely leadership styles, educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators and motivators. This study aims to validate the components proposed in this study whether they are the forming factors of the principal's leadership variable. To answer the research questions, the researchers used a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques to validate the predetermined components perceived by the teacher. Respondents are high school teachers at one of the secondary schools in Bandung Regency as many as 75 teachers. The results indicate that it is evident that the principal's leadership consists of 8 components, namely leadership style, educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. The results of the study indicate that the principal's measurement can use the 8 factors that make up the principal's leadership variable.The leadership role of the principal is one aspect in improving the quality of education.
