    PENGARUH BAURAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DUNKIN’DONUTS BANDUNG

    In order to be competitive a company has to offer good value propotition to the consumers. It is also necessary for company to shape good image on consumers. Dunkin Donuts is one of food and beverages company that is succeed to attract consumers to buy its products using buy 6 get 6 market branding strategy. This research aimed to analyze the impact of promotion mix to the consumers decision for Dunkin Donuts products purchase partially. Quantitative approach was designed to answer the research question. Descriptive causal analysis was used as the method of this research with questionnaire given to Bandung people for data collection. For total 385 responden, nonprobability sampling method was chosen. Data analysis was quantified using simple linear regression method. The results showed that promotion mix has positive impact on consumers decision for dunkin donuts products purchase. It could be seen that t calculated is greater than t table (16,484>1,649) using statistical significance at 0.05. According to the determination coefficient (R2) calculation  concluded that the impact value of promotion mix variable on consumers purchase decision was 41.5%. For 58.5% was influenced by other factors which was not included in this research.  Keywords: buying decision, promotion mix

    This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of auditor independence on audit quality. The population in this study is the auditor who works on the KAP in Bandung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with 30 samples. Data analysis technique used is verificatif analysis technique. Result of hypothesis test in this research show that auditor independence have positive and significant effect to audit quality equal to 55,60% and the rest is 44,40% influenced by other factor. To improve the quality of audits, the auditor in performing their duties independently without getting pressure from clients or parties so as to produce a quality audit.  Keywords: auditor’s independecy, audit quality

    The purpose of this study to determine:  1) Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture and Performance of Employees in the Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Company Culture Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation and the Culture Company simultaneously on Employee Performance Private-owned Politechnic. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 121 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect  of Competency (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 26.16%, the total effect of motivation (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 32.40%, and the total effect of Work Culture (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 25.22%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 83.79%.  Keywords: competence, motivation, corporate culture, employee performance

    Academic information system is very dependent on the components in generating information systems that fit their needs. The gap that occurs in the use of academic information system on the behavior of users of information systems will result in optimal intention to use by the user. Hence the need for in-depth measurement of academic information system that has been running against the attitude of academic information system users to improve the behavior of users of information systems is the goal of this study. Exploratory research methods using the number of respondents as many as 124 students. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM),  component based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that the influence of academic information system on the attitudes of users by 0.57 or 57% and influence the attitude of academic information system users to conduct on the intention to use of academic information systems at 0.50 or 50%.  Keywords: academic information systems; attitude; user behavio

    The research objective was to determine the function of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance. Descriptive research methods of verification with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Total respondents 127 employees denagan stratifield random sampling technique. The results showed there is a significant influence between the functions of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. As for competence has a direct effect of 20.6 %, the function of leadership has a direct effect of 17.2 % and direct influence of organizational culture by 4.4 %.     The aim of this study were 1) to determine the compensation received by employees of the Department of Education Cimahi, 2) to determine the discipline of work, 3) to determine the employee's career development, 4) to determine the influence of compensation, work discipline, and career development to performance, 5) to determine the influence of compensation to the employee, 6) to determine the influence of labor discipline to employee performance, 7) to determine the influence of career development to employee performance Revenue Service Cimahi. This research was conducted in the Department of Revenue Cimahi by taking a sample of 55 people who come from the staff of the Department of Revenue Cimahi.               The results obtained answers that compensation Revenue Service Cimahi pretty good category, regarding career development in general, respondents expressed in the category quite well, while the employee is disciplined in either category, and employee performance Cimahi Revenue Service in the good category. In this study the results in partial compensation, career development and work discipline each had an impact on employee performance by 0.411; 0.216; 0.054. Simultaneously variable compensation, career development and work discipline influence on employee performance Revenue Service Cimahi of 0.685 or 68.5%, while the balance of 0.315 or 31.5% is determined by other variables not examined.  Keywords: compensation; career development; work discipline; performanc

    This study aimed to examine the effect of variable X, namely Accounting Information Systems Inventory and Y is the Internal Control inventory CV. Tri Multi Manunggal. Based on the research result shows that the accounting information system inventory (X) is categorized either by value 3.79. Internal Control Inventory (Y) is also said to be good with a value of 3.81.               Effect of Accounting Information Systems for Internal Control Inventory, Inventory based research methods, namely, 1) correlation, based on calculations between variables X and Y has a strong relationship that is equal to 0.870. 2) Regression, based on the data through a simple regression of Y = 3.442 + unknown 0,918X which means each an increase of Accounting Information Systems inventory of 3.442 causes an increase in the internal control of.918. 3) The coefficient of determination, based on the coefficient of Accounting Information Systems Inventory role in Internal Control Inventory amounted to 75.70%, while the remaining 24.30 due to the influence of others.At the end of the authors expressed conclusions and suggestions to the company as an input. Although Accounting Information Systems inventory done already running well, the system should be implemented always follow the conditions that occur at any time and prepared as directed. Internal Control inventory done already good and sufficient, therefore must be maintained and enhanced in order to generate internal control inventory better and more efficient.  Keywords: accounting information systems; internal control inventory

    This study aims to determine how the effects of retail mix of brand image. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive and verifikatif data analysis. Technique of sample determination by using accidental sampling counted 30 respondents. The results showed that the retail mix entered in both categories and brand image entered in either category. The effect of retail mix on brand image amounted to 43.56%. It is stated that the formation of the current on Alfamart Dustira Cimahi also determined by other factors of 56.44% which is not examined in this study. Keywords: retail mix, brand image

    This study explores the communication aspect further, namely vertical communication related to achievement motivation and skills of employees who work in multi-level marketing companies. The researcher used the SEM PLS analysis technique to determine the effect of vertical communication on achievement motivation and its implications for improving employee skills. The research data use employees who work in multi-level marketing companies in the city of Bandung as many as 53 employees. The study results indicate that there is a significant effect of vertical communication on achievement motivation and has implications for increasing employee skills by 0.177 and 0.610. Furthermore, the study results indicate that more effective vertical communication can increase employee achievement motivation, which can improve employee skills in completing the tasks and responsibilities that the company has given
