    The Role of Paperless Office Systems In Supporting Office Automation Efforts: Study at One of Government Institutions in Subang District

    This research evaluates how local government agencies in Subang Regency implement paperless offices. The study examines the implementation, obstacles, and solutions for implementing the concept of paperless offices in government organizations. Researchers utilized a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data sources included informants, events, and documents. Data analysis involved interactive techniques, including interviews as a tool for data collection. The analysis consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research findings indicate that implementing the paperless office system in one of the government agencies in Subang Regency aims to address issues related to paper accumulation and enhance document security through application integration. Implementing the paperless office concept can improve the efficiency of public services, enabling faster and easier processes such as application submission, reporting, and data processing

    The present study investigates the evaluation of financial ratios, encompassing liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios, at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, by analyzing financial reports spanning the period of 2016–2020. The present study employs a quantitative research methodology whereby the collected data is subjected to analysis in order to facilitate comprehension and interpretation through explanatory means. Upon conducting an analysis and subsequent discussion, the authors concluded that the assessment of financial ratios at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. from 2016 to 2020 is primarily founded on liquidity and solvency ratios. The results indicate that the company's financial standing is generally favorable—the profitability ratios of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. from 2016 to 2020, as analyzed through financial ratio analysis, indicates an average unfavorable state

    The currently growing and complex maritime security threat is marked by the Coronavirus outbreak, which is thought to spread quickly. This virus threat can mean Hybrid Warfare but can also mean proxy where this type of threat can be exploited or used by parties who intend to invest their interests in Indonesia. This threat must be a concern of all countries, and cooperation at sea between countries is needed to overcome it. The Indonesian Navy sees the importance of increasing capabilities in the field of utilizing C4ISR technology (Command, Control, Computer, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, And Recognition) and how to integrate it into a single unit that can operate optimally within the framework of maritime defense and security of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, cooperation with the Navy and all naval stakeholders is also needed to build collaboration in realizing maritime domain awareness (MDA) in the national region. The importance of Indonesia as a barometer of regional maritime security, namely; as a measure of the independence of Indonesia's ability to face naval security threats, measuring patterns, methods, and technology of Indonesia's marine security apparatus in dealing with threats, as well as predicting trends in maritime security threats that occur.     This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and product reviews on product repurchase intention in Lazada Indonesia. The population in this study are consumers who use Lazada Indonesia's e-commerce services and who have made transaction purchases at least once. This study used a sample of 109 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the following criteria: (1) lazada Indonesian e-commerce service users are at least 17 years old, and (2) have made at least one purchase at di lazada.co.id. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method with IBM Statistic 22 software. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In contrast, the price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Moreover, product review variables have a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention

    The Effects of Overall Service Quality, Customer Value, Customer Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in the Hotel Industry

    This study examines the relationship between hotel customer loyalty and service quality, customer value, customer trust, and customer satisfaction. It aims to validate a previously unidentified theoretical model in the Indonesian hospitality industry. This study employs a quantitative approach. First, a survey was distributed to 181 guests of four-star hotels in Jakarta. Information regarding service quality, customer value, customer trust, and customer satisfaction was gathered through surveys. Then, PLS-SEM was utilized to analyze the collected data and establish the proposed Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality positively influences customer value, trust, and satisfaction. This study found no correlation between customer trust and customer loyalty. However, there is a positive correlation between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, as demonstrated by the test. Additionally, customer value was found to influence customer loyalty positively. As a result, the suggested model helps hotel owners create a program to improve their customer service in order to increase customer trust, satisfaction, value, and loyalty and so raise the profitability of the sector. By validating the suggested structural model and offering insight into consumer perceptions, this research benefits the hotel services industry. Hotel operators will be better able to incorporate service quality to increase customer trust, satisfaction, value, and loyalty.Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara loyalitas pelanggan hotel dan kualitas layanan, nilai pelanggan, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi model teoretis yang sebelumnya tidak teridentifikasi dalam industri perhotelan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pertama, survei dibagikan kepada 181 tamu hotel bintang empat di Jakarta. Informasi mengenai kualitas layanan, nilai pelanggan, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan dikumpulkan melalui survei. Kemudian, PLS-SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul dan menetapkan Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diusulkan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan hubungan antara kepercayaan pelanggan dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, ada korelasi positif antara kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh tes. Selain itu, nilai pelanggan ditemukan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara positif. Hasilnya, model yang disarankan membantu pemilik hotel membuat program untuk meningkatkan layanan pelanggan mereka guna meningkatkan kepercayaan, kepuasan, nilai, dan loyalitas pelanggan sehingga meningkatkan profitabilitas sektor tersebut. Dengan memvalidasi model struktural yang disarankan dan menawarkan wawasan tentang persepsi konsumen, penelitian ini menguntungkan industri jasa hotel.     Entrepreneurship : Entrepreneurial Decision Making Factors During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that cause a person to make entrepreneurial decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The object of research in this study is the SME entrepreneurs in Batu Merah village. The results showed that covid-19 provided opportunities for people around Batu Merah village to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Although overall Covid-19 affects all sectors of life for the people of Ambon City. Another result found was that the presence of Indomaret and Alfamidi was a factor in the emergence of new MSMEs around the Batu Merah village of Ambon City.     Negotiations that involve two or more parties in reaching an agreement can't be separated from the communication in its process. Good and effective communication skills willl make negotiations effective as well. This study aims to analyze the importance of communication process in negotiation through qualitative descriptive method, or more accurately is secondary data analysis method using existing data, which are then expressed into words that describe the essential role of communication process in negotiation. The results of the study showed that negotiation as one of business activity that involves two or more parties in its process certainly can't be separated from communication in order to reach a mutual agreement. Communication as a process of exchanging messages from one party to another plays an important role in negotiations, where a negotiator with good communication skills must be able to convey a message that is easily understood by the other party, also be able to read or understand the intent of the message sent by other party, both verbally and non-verbally. Thus, both parties will be able to compromise so that an agreement is reached that meets each party's needs as expected. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the communication process in negotiations can be said to be one of the key success factors in negotiations that aim to reach an agreement that is beneficial for each party involved

    A pandemic due to the coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak has caused many negative impacts, one of which is in the form of massive losses in the economic sector. Business actors are under pressure from a significant decline in income; as a result, many of them experience a decrease in optimism about the sustainability of their business. However, there are several ways to increase optimism, one of which is psychological capital training. This study aims to look at psycap training in increasing the optimism of business actors in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. This study uses a literature review method with the data source in the form of research data that has been done previously. The results of the literature review show that psychological capital training can increase one's optimism so that it can use to increase the optimism of business actors

    THE ROLE OF DEFENSE DIPLOMACY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDONESIAN DEFENSE INDUSTRY

    Indonesia's defense policy in the form of a Minimum Essential Force (MEF) can produce a policy on the development of Indonesia's defense posture until 2024. To date, efforts to meet the needs of Defense and Security Equipment Tools (Alpalhankam) are still trying to fulfill MEF needs until now one hundred percent. The fulfillment of the need for Defense and Security continues through procurement from foreign and local defense industries. The establishment of the KKIP in 2010 and the issuance of Law Number 12 of 2012 have legitimized the government's support in efforts to develop the national defense industry. With the government's policy related to the defense industry, it will encourage the ability of the local defense industry to realize independence which carries out by defense diplomacy. The problem to be investigated is the government's role of defense diplomacy to support the development of the Indonesian defense industry. The research was carried out with a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through snowball sampling and literature study. The study results show that defense diplomacy carried out by the current government, especially the Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto, can encourage defense cooperation that can support the development of the Indonesian defense industry while still prioritizing the principle of being accessible active, and non-alliance.     This research aims to develop Business Competition Management Applications to Improve Competitiveness. Researchers use customs service business actors in the Soekarno Hatta Airport, Jakarta. The research method uses an action research approach by mapping the existing problems at the research locus and then developing problem solutions to minimize the risk of loss due to the competitive level of competition. The research results describe the problems at the research locus and produce Business Competition Management Applications as an early warning system and self-assessment to assess business competitiveness and what solutions companies must take to get out of these difficulties. The novelty of this research is in the form of Business Competition Management Applications that customs service business actors can implement. The implications of this research are to positively contribute to customs service businesses as an early warning system and self-assessment to minimize the risk of business bankruptcy.    &nbsp
