    PERAN PENTING EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI DALAM PERSEPSI NEGOSIASI BISNIS

    Negosiasi harus mempertimbangkan kepentingan bersama, dan keuntungan bagi kedua belah pihak. Maka komunikasi menjadi kunci bagi keberhasilan negosiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan literature review sebagai metodologinya yaitu mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber referensi yang telah diterbitkan sebelumnya. Dapat dijelaskan berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa komunikasi dua pihak harus menyampaikan makna atau pesan yang sama. Komunikasi dan pengambilan keputusan adalah elemen penting dalam negosiasi. Negosiator yang baik harus mampu berkomunikasi dengan kejelasan, akurasi, dan persuasi. Tujuan negosiasi adalah saling pengertian. Negosiator harus meminimalkan kesalahpahaman yang dapat menyebabkan masalah komunikasi yang signifikan. Pentingnya membangun keinginan untuk memahami latar belakang, perspektif, dan kualitas setiap negosiator untuk keberhasilan proses negosiasi. Negosiator juga harus berempati, mampu membuat keputusan terbaik, dan mengusulkan kesepakatan terbaik. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini ialah efektivitas negosiasi yang mengarah pada keputusan kerjasama tergantung pada komunikasi yang efektif

    PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU: (STUDI KASUS PADA SALAH SATU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KOTA BANDUNG)

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dan penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya antara kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif di kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja guru dalam usaha memperoleh data dan informasi yang akan mendukung penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengambil objek penelitian adalah sebanyak 30 guru menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan untuk para guru pada salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis jalur terlihat bahwa variabel kompetensi pedagogik (X1) mempunyai pengaruh langsung sebesar 25,9%, pengaruh tidak langsung melalui hubungan motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) sebesar 16,1%, total pengaruh sebesar 42%. Motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) mempunyai pengaruh langsung sebesar 17,9% dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kompetensi pedagogik (X1) sebesar 16,1%, total pengaruh sebesar 34%. Hasil hubungan koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) yang dinyatakan dalam persentase menggambarkan besarnya kontribusi semua variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi pedagogik (X1), dan motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) dalam menentukan variabel kinerja guru adalah sebesar 0,760 atau 76% sedangkan faktor lain yang tidak mempengaruhi kinerja yang tidak diteliti ditunjukan oleh nilai ? = 0,240 atau 24%. Adapun kesimpulan dan saran-saran yang didapat dipertimbangkan sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian adalah manajemen sebaiknya mampu menjaga dan meningkatkan kedua variabel di atas

    The Effect of Digital Transformation on The Business Strategy of SMEs in The City of Bandung

    Changes are driven by technological developments in organizations and work environments. Business competition today is very strict, and it must be able to meet the needs and desires of consumers. One of the best efforts is to follow up with technological change or transform into digital by using digital technology in a business strategy. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of digital transformation and the use of technology on UMKM's business strategy. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research; data collection is carried out through interviews with UMKM perpetrators in the city of Bandung who use social media for both operational activities and sales and marketing. Interviews are conducted through WhatsApp and Instagram. The results obtained from this research are that digital transformation affects the business strategy of UMKM in Bandung; the presence of digital transformation makes UMKM actors use the strategy by creating content that is consistently interesting, not doing hard selling, understanding fan marketing, and leveraging the existence of influencers or celebrities

    Company Analysis: Leadership Styles and Rewards That Impact on Financial Performance

    The purpose of this research is to examine how top management applies leadership and provides appropriate rewards to employee styles during the COVID-19 pandemic and endemic, as well as the impact on the company's financial performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, which is based on the philosophy of positivism. The population in this study were all employees of the Asep Stroberi Restaurant from its 11 branches, namely 396 employees. The research sample was all employees at Asep Stroberi Restaurant Ciawi Tasikmalaya, with a total of 36 employees. The results of the study found that financial leadership style has a positive impact on performance, while rewards on financial performance have a negative impact, which means that if there are too many rewards, financial performance will be disrupted or not good enough. This research can be taken into consideration by top management before giving rewards to employees, as a record of financial conditions before giving rewards

    The Effect of Affective Commitment on Task Quality: Mediating Role of Employee Engagement

    This study aims to examine the influence of Affective Compliance on Task Quality, with a specific focus on the potential mediating effect of Employee Engagement. Affective Compliance pertains to the degree of emotional connection that employees experience towards their employing organization. In contrast, Task Quality refers to the extent to which the output generated by employees aligns with predetermined criteria and anticipated outcomes. The research employs the Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis method, which facilitates the modeling of intricate relationships among the variables under investigation. The study's findings indicate that Affective Compliance exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on Task Quality. However, the discovery that Employee Engagement serves as a mediator in the association between Affective Compliance and Task Quality is of greater interest. Employee engagement is a concept that aids in elucidating the relationship between affective Compliance and task quality. The findings of this study carry significant implications for the fields of human resource management and organizational development. Enhancing employees' levels of affective Compliance can enhance the quality of their tasks by fostering increased employee engagement. Hence, organizations must prioritize strategies that enhance the emotional connection between employees and the company, thereby enhancing the work output's quality. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the interconnectedness of these variables within the work setting, presenting the possibility of enhancing employee productivity and work quality

    This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance at a restaurant in Serang, Banten. The effect of compensation on the performance of employees at a restaurant in Serang, Banten. The Effect of workload and compensation on the performance of employees at a restaurant in Serang, Banten. This research includes quantitative research. The population of this study were the employees at a restaurant in Serang, Banten in Serang totaling 26 people. The method used is quantitative associative. The data analysis method used T test and F  test. The results showed that the results of the T test between workload and employee performance obtained Tcount > T table, namely 0.749 < t table 2.069. So the workload has no effect on employee performance. As for compensation for employee performance, it shows that the results of the T-test obtained the value of Tcount > Ttable, namely 4.058 > t table 2.069. So compensation has an effect on employee performance. F test results obtained 8.956 > f table 3.40, it can be concluded that there is an effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at a restaurant in Serang, Banten

    The Effect of Facilities Management and Work Discipline on Employee Performance: Study in one of Regional Companies in Medan City

    The problem addressed in this research is the existence of employees who lack understanding of their duties, functions, and responsibilities, resulting in delayed completion of tasks. Furthermore, the level of employee discipline is low, as seen from the high rate of absenteeism. The employees' performance is also suboptimal, and the office lacks adequate facilities. This study aims to investigate the influence of facility management on employee performance, discipline on employee performance, and the combined effect of facility management and discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is employees of a regional company in Medan city, consisting of 50 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is saturated sampling, and the data sources are primary and secondary data. Quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are employed in data analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that facility management and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The partial test results show that facility management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.525 or 52.5%. This indicates that 52.5% of the dependent variable, which is employee performance, can be explained by the facility management and discipline variables in the model, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables outside the model

In contrast, the mean variable Structure Capital is 36,194,444, with a standard deviation of 11,629,566. Equality regression compelled several conclusions: (1) Value constant that is 89891010 gives mark variable company without influence variable independent. (2) Coefficient regression (?)value as big-0.560 shows the influence of negative variable regarding capital structure, that is, inclined capital structure decreases when income increase

    Motivasi dapat menjadi pendorong seseorang melaksanakan suatu kegiatan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik untuk itu perlu adanya dorongan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan motivasi individu. Berangkat dari peran penting motivasi kerja maka peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai motivasi kerja pegawai. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran motivasi kerja pegawai pada salah satu instansi pemerintah daerah di Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan pada maksud dan tujuan penelitian maka pendekatan deskriptif peneliti gunakan untuk menggambarkan motivasi kerja pegawai. Responden yang dijadikan sample adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada salah satu instansi pemerintah daerah sebanyak 114 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kondisi motivasi kerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup baik menuju baik. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi motivasi kerja pegawai sudah memadai namun demikian perlu ditingkatkan oleh pimpinan instansi setempat untuk mencapai motivasi kerja pegawai yang optimal

    This research was carried based on the problems and the critical role of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation in improving employee performance. To determine the effect of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance, the researchers conducted a survey on one of the garment companies in the city of Bandung with a simple random sampling technique of 67 employees. This study uses path analysis techniques to calculate the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that the real influence of transformational leadership was 47.4%.
