Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial ratios (Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover) on stock prices. the object of this research is state-owned banks listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2022 and the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, which means that all population companies are included and used as samples of which there are 4 companies namely BRI, MANDIRI, BNI, BTN. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and determination coefficient test (Adjusted R2). The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on stock prices and Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets and Total Assets turnover have no effect and are insignificant to stock prices. and together Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) affect the share price of state-owned banks listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2022

No full textThis study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork and communication on the performanceof Calosa laptop and gadget shop employees in Malang City. The type of data used in thisstudy is quantitative data, namely data obtained from a study in the form of numbers. Thenumber of samples used was 50 employees using a saturated sampling technique (census),while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of theF test show that the variables of teamwork and communication simultaneously have asignificant effect on employee performance with fcount 14.328 > 3.20 ftable and sig 0.000<0.05 which means teamwork and communication have a simultaneous and significant effecton employee performance. The variable that has a stronger/dominant influence onperformance is the employee communication variable with a beta coefficient of 0.342 with asignificance value of 0.036

This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaires filled out by civil servants, and secondary data obtained from various library materials, in the form of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet media related to research materials. Data collection used a simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The population in this study was the entireJombang Regency Regional Government civil servants totaling 7000 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 99 people using random sampling. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this research use the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t Test and F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS software program (version 25.00). Partially, employee solidarity has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance.Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. The method of data collection used a questionnaire technique. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. As a result, the population and sampleare all employees of CV. Sumber Waras Sukses, totaling 95 people. Data testing technique in this research uses validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumptiontest, and path analysis.
Based on the research results, the conclusions are obtained: (1) Work-life balancehas a direct influence on job satisfaction, evidenced by significance value reaching 0.00 0.05. (4) Work environment does not have a direct influence on employee engagement, because the significance value reflects 0.480> 0.05. (5) Job satisfaction does not affect employee engagement, because the significance value reflects 0.964> 0.05. (6) Work-life balance does not indirectly influence employee engagement through job satisfaction, asindicated by the z-value reaching 0.037 <0.05. (7) Work environment does not indirectly influence employee engagement through job satisfaction, as indicated by the z-value reaching 0.037 <0.05

Malang Merdeka University Library is currently still implementing conventional services and it is necessary to make changes to digital services due to some of the problems that exist in the library, namely the service time is lacking and also the demands given by the Merdeka Malang University at the time of the Library Accreditation Assessment need to make changes to the service can be done within a full period of 24 hours and can beaccessed efficiently. This study aims to improve service quality, maximize the use of information systems on website services, improve the efficiency of digital services, realize the benefits of daily technological advances and know the use of social media. The approach used by researchers in this study is descriptive qualitative. Pengaruh Disiplin, Kinerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Career Development Pegawai pada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Malang
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of discipline, performance, and work experience on career development at the Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Malang. The researcher employed a quantitative method by processing primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to all permanent employees at the Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Malang. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total sample of 65 respondents who were permanent employees. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed indirectly using Google Forms. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS 25 software. This analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F-tests, and classical assumption tests, which consisted of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and determination tests. The results showed that discipline significantly affects career development; employees with high levels of discipline have better opportunities for career advancement, consistent with the findings of Pradnya and Made (2023). Employee performance also significantly influences career development; employees with high performance have greater opportunities for career advancement, supporting the research by Fauzi and Siregar (2019). Work experience significantly impacts career development; employees with more work experience have greater opportunities for career advancement. Performance is the most dominant factor influencing career development compared to discipline and work experience. Overall, discipline, performance, and work experience all positively influence career development at the Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Malang, with performance being the most determining factor

No full textThe rapid development of the coffee shop business in Indonesia is a reflection of the coffee consumption trend that has increased significantly in recent years. This phenomenon shows that coffee shops are not only places to enjoy coffee, but have also become part of the lifestyle of modern society. In this context, this study aims to examine the effect of service quality, price, and promotion on repurchase intention at Kedai Kopi Rukun Warga Kopi. The data analysis method uses SPSS, involving respondents who are regular customers of the coffee shop.
The results showed that service quality, price, and promotion have a significant influence on repurchase intention. Service quality, particularly reliability and physical evidence, proved to be the dominant factor influencing repurchase intention. Adequate physical facilities and attractive interior design at Kedai Kopi Rukun Warga Kopi have increased consumer repurchase intention. In addition, competitive prices and effective promotions also contribute to increasing repurchase intention. Discounts, rebates, and sales promotions offered by coffee shops have succeeded in increasing consumer attractiveness to make repeat purchases.
In this context, this study makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence repurchase intention in the coffee shop industry. The practical implication of this study is the importance of managing service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction

No full textThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value with corporate social responsibility as a moderasi variable. The type of data in this study is quantitative data where the data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the sample companies. The population in this study were 84 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total sample of 15 companies taken using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), model accuracy test, hypothesis test, determination coefficient test, multiple linear regression test , and the moderated regression analysis (MRA) test. The results of the study Profitability (ROA) have a negative and significant effect on Company Value (Tobin's Q), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a negative and insignificant effect on Company Value (Tobin's Q), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot moderate Profitability on Company Value
