Get PDFGeopolymer mortar is mortar without using portland cement as a basicmaterial, but using pozzolan materials in the form of fly ash, silica fume, rice huskash and other industrial materials that contain a lot of alumina (Al) and silica (Si) elements. To reduce the quantity of cement production, geopolymer mortar is the right solution in reducing carbon dioxide in the air. Geopolymer mortar is not bound with water but uses activators, namely sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to form polymerization bonds. The study aims to determine the effect of sodium hydroxide activator concentration and fine aggregate zone on the compressive strength of geopolymer mortar with fly ash as a substitute for cement.
In this study, 27 pieces of cube shaped geopolymer mortars were made 5 cmx 5 cm x 5 cm with varying concentrations of sodium hydroxide activators of 8 M,10 M, 12 M and fine aggregate zones namely zone 1, zone 2, zone 3 and zone 4. Compressive strength testing was carried out at the age of 28 days using the Compressive Strenght of Hydraulic Cement Mortar test kit. Tests based on ASTMC109 on Standard Test Method for Comprehensive Strength of Hydraulic CementMortars.
The highest result of geopolymer mortar compressive strength testing was obtained at 40.50 Mpa with the use of 8 M sodium hydroxide activator concentration in zone 2 fine aggregate and the lowest result of geopolymer mortar compressive strength testing was obtained 21.00 Mpa with the use of 6 M sodium hydroxide activator concentration in zone 1 fine aggregate

Get PDFAlmost all large companies create a competitive employee selection system to select and reward their best employees in order to increase productivity, performance and employee motivation. However, unfortunately, there are many factors that cause problems in decision making, such as discrimination factors, the subjectivity of dominant information, etc. For this reason, a decision-making system method was created, but the more advanced the times, the more complex the development of the decision-making methods that have been discovered, this ultimately becomes a challenge in itself to choose which method is more accurate. This research was carried out to compare the Profile Matching, TOPSIS, and MOORA methods to determine their accuracy values by carrying out sensitivity testing. From the experimental results it was found that the Profile Matching method had the highest result A6 with a preference value of 4.77, on the other hand for the Topsis and Moora methods the highest results were obtained for the same alternative, namely A2 with a preference value of 6.84 and 20.34. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this research is that if it is based on using sensitivity testing, the Topsis method is a better method which produces the 2 lowest values out of 3 sensitivity tests, with a value of 0.55 for sensitivity 1 and 0.28 for sensitivity 3

Get PDFThis research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system forBottled Drinking Water (AMDK) at Perum Jasa Tirta 1. A good internal control systemis a key factor in ensuring smooth operations and achieving company goals. Theresearch method used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach. Data wascollected through interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. Theresearch results show that although Perum Jasa Tirta 1 has an adequate internalcontrol structure, there are several weaknesses that need to be corrected, includingrisk assessments such as incomplete documents and lack of supervision. Therecommendations provided include strengthening the documentation system,increasing supervision and control, implementing risk analysis and mitigation,developing reporting and communication systems, as well as increasing the skills andcapacity of the risk assessment team, which are the keys to ensuring the fairness ofinancial reports, minimizing the risk of fraud, and increasing corporateaccountability. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that theeffectiveness of internal control can be improved, thereby supporting the operationalsuccess and sustainability of the AMDK business at Perum Jasa Tirta

This analysis wascarried out using the SPSS program to examine the relationships and effects betweenresearch variables. The total sample was 50 people who were employees of PT. SARIMELATI KENCANA. Data collection techniques involve direct observation and distributingquestionnaires to employees. The research results show that the influence ofcompensation provided by the company on employee work performance shows thatsatisfaction tends to be positive, resulting in employees who are professional in carryingout their work. Apart from that, communication has a significant influence on employeesatisfaction, both communication between employees and communication with superiors.Good communication makes employees more comfortable in carrying out their work andmotivates them to progress further, both for the employees themselves and in supportingthe company's progress. It can be concluded that the work performance of PT Sari MelatiKencana employees is influenced by employee compensation and communication. Theseresults indicate that satisfaction in communication and compensation increases employeeperformance so that this contributes to the company's progress

This study accepts four hypotheses, namely green supply chain practices have a positive and significant effect on company performance, green supply chain practices have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on company performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on mediating between green supply chain practices and company performance. The better the implementation of green supply chain practices with a strong and good organizational commitment, the company will be able to produce superior and quality products through environmentally friendly production processes. Thus, companies can also improve the company's finances by increasing market share and sales profits due to the increasing awareness of consumers about security and negative effects in a product and production process

This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data using a Likert scale or through a questionnaire with a population of all students in Malang city whose exact number is unknown. The sampling technique used in this study was randomsampling given to students of Malang city visitors to Critasena Café. Then the number of samples taken was 84 respondents according to the formula used. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire that is distributed directly via google form. While data processing of the results of correspondent data collection is using SPSS 25. In this analysis using validity test, reliability test,t-test, f-test, classical assumption test, and classical assumption test. which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterodecasticity test. Theresults showed that Brand Image, Price, and Location have a positive andsignificant influence on customer satisfaction at Critasena Cafe for students in Malang City. The partial test shows that the variable Brand Image (X1) has apositive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction because the significant value is 0.005 1.663 t table. Variable price (X2) has apositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value of0.000 1.663 t table. And Variable Location (X3) has apositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction because the significant value is 0.001 1.663 t table. In conclusion, Brand Image, Price, and Location are significant variables in influencing customer satisfaction provided by Critasena Café to customers, so customer satisfaction with Critasena Café Malang will also increase

The hypothesis put forward in this study is that leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PELNI Surabaya.
Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire to obtain primary andsecondary data. As well as the data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests, hypothesis testing, and thecoefficient of determination test (R2).
The results of the research based on showing hypothesis testing using the T test that the independent leadership style and work motivation (X) variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y). and the resultsof the F test all variables of independent leadership style and work motivation (X) have asignificant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y). with an adjustedR square value of 0.895, which can mean that the ability or influence of the variableLeadership Style and Work Motivation (X) on employee performance variable (Y) is 89.5%while the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial ratios (Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover) on stock prices. the object of this research is state-owned banks listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2022 and the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, which means that all population companies are included and used as samples of which there are 4 companies namely BRI, MANDIRI, BNI, BTN. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and determination coefficient test (Adjusted R2). The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on stock prices and Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets and Total Assets turnover have no effect and are insignificant to stock prices. and together Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) affect the share price of state-owned banks listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2022

Jasa Raharja East Java Branch, with a sample of 61 and using the Slovin formula, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description of this research description state that the independent variable communication has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of the other independent variables with a mean value of 4.234. Thus PT. Raharja East Java Branch's services are very good. From the results of the F test in this study, it shows that simultaneously and partially Leadership, Communication and Motivation have a significant influence on the level of work stress of employees at PT.
