Pengaruh User Generated Content (UGC) dan Online Customer Rating terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Produk Melalui Kepuasan Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Merdeka Malang pada E-Commerce Shopee
The rapid growth of internet technology is changing consumer behavior, from direct purchases to physical stores to online purchases through e-commerce such as Shopee. Although many use e-commerce, some are still hesitant because they are worried about fraud and product mismatch with consumer expectations. This study aims to see the influence ofuser generated content (UGC) and online customer rating on product repurchase interest through satisfaction on Shopee e-commerce. The population in this study was active students of FEB Universitas Merdeka Malang, who were selected by purposive sampling method, sothat the total sample was 96 respondents. This research is a quantitative research by testing hypotheses. Hypothesis testing using a simple linear regression test with the help of IBM SPSS 25 and a sobel test using a calculation sobel test. The results of this study show that: 1) user generated content (UGC) affects satisfaction. 2) Online customer rating has no effect on satisfaction. 3) user generated content (UGC) influences repurchase interest. 4) Online customer rating has no effect on repurchase interest. 5) Satisfaction affects repurchase interest. 6) user generated content (UGC) influences repurchase interest through satisfaction.7) Online customer rating affects repurchase interest through satisfaction
Pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Dividen Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Pada Perusahaan Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2022)
This research aims to analyze the influence of debt policy, dividend policy and profitabilityon company value in basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The sample selection used was the purposive samplingmethod, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria. The data uses secondary dataconsisting of financial reports on 18 Basic Industry and Chemical companies on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collection technique is a documentationtechnique. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests(normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity), multiple linearregression tests, and hypothesis tests (F test, r2 test and T test). Based on the results ofthis research, the following conclusions were made. Debt Policy has no effect on CompanyValue. Meanwhile, dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect oncompany value. All independent variables in this research simultaneously influence theintegrity of financial reports. Debt policy, dividend policy and profitability on company valueare 42.8%, while 57.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research
Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Likuiditas, dan Rasio Leverage terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Otomotif yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018 – 2022
This research attempts to examine the impact of activity rations, liquidity rations, and leverage rations on profitability. The population of this research is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 – 2022 period. This research is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the current year. By taking a sample of 12 companies with a total of 40 data. Data analysis used descriptive tests., classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing with data processing using the statiscal product and service solution (SPSS) version 26 program.
The independent variables used in this research are the activity ratio produced by total assets turnover (X1), the liquidity ratio produced by the current ratio (X2), and the leverage ratio produced by the debt to equity ratio (X3), while the dependent variable is the resulting profitability by return on assets (Y). The research results shiow that simultaneously the activity ratio (total assets turnover (TATO)), the liquidity ratio (current ratio (CR)), and the leverage ratio (ratio of debt to equity (DER)) have a significant effect on profitability (ROA) in automotive companies listed on the IDX for the 2018 – 2022 period. And partially the activityratio (TATO) and leverage (DER) do not have a significant value on profitability (ROA) due to the outcomes the t-statistic test which shows a significant value of > 0,05, while the liquidity ratio (CR) partially has a significant effect on profitability (ROA) in automotive companies listed on the IDX because the significant value is < 0,05
Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, dan Solvabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Food & Beverage yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
This study was conducted to test the effect of the variables Dividend Policy (DPR),Profitability (ROA), and Solvency (DER) on the Value Of The Company (PBV) of food &beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The research method carried out is a quantitative method with a type of research using secondary data. The population in this study was 82 food & beverage companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research sample of 15 food 7 beverage companies that met the sampling criteria. The data analysis technique used in this studyis a multiple linear regression test, a test used to measure dependent variables that are influenced by two or more variables. independent. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used in this study include normality tests, multicholinearity tests, auto correlationtests, and heterochedasticity tests. The results showed that Dividend Policy (DPR) has a negative and significant effect, Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, Solvency (DER) has a negative and significant to the Value Of The Company (PBV) offood & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The predictability of the three independent variables to the dependent variable PBV is 51%, while the remaining 49% is influenced by factors outside the research model
Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Erigo (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Universitas Merdeka Malang)
This research aimed to analyze and identify the effect of price satisfaction, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Erigo products among management students at Merdeka University Malang. The research was conducted in the environment of Merdeka University Malang in June 2024, with management students as the subjects and a sample of 78 respondents determined by simple random sampling. The research variables consisted of price satisfaction, product quality, and brand image as independent variables, and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques included instrument tests(validation and reliability tests), descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests(normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination test. The results were: a) Price satisfaction, product quality, and brand image simultaneouslyaffected the purchasing decisions of Erigo products among management students at Merdeka University Malang, with the F-value of 112.768 > 2.73. b) Price satisfaction had apositive effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. c) Product quality had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. d) Brand image had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significance valueof 0.015 < 0.05. Erigo should have focused on competitive pricing, improving product quality, and strengthening brand image through effective marketing campaigns. The consumer experience also needed improvement through good customer service and fast delivery. Additionally, utilizing e-commerce and digital marketing would have expanded market reach, while customer satisfaction surveys could have ensured that products remained aligned with consumer needs

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Laverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) terhadap Peringkat Obligasi Perusahaan Bank Go Public yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2022
This study aims to analyze the relationship between profitability, liquidity, leverage, and company Size on bond ratings of public banks in Indonesia during the period 2020-2022. The population of this research consists of 45 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample method used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.
The results of the study show that simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and company. Size have a significant influence on the bond ratings of public bank companies. Specifically, profitability (ROA) and liquidity (CR) have a significant positive effect on bondratings, while leverage (DER) and company Size (SIZE) have a significant negative effect. These findings provide further understanding of the factors influencing the bond ratings ofpublic bank companies in Indonesia, which can serve as a guide for investors and decision makers in the banking industry

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Inflation, Interest Rates, andTukat Value on Stock Return of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. In this study, the population was 92 property and real estate companies, while to obtain samples using the purposive sampling method based on the criteria that have been determined, the samples obtained were 14 property companies and willing estate. The independent (free) variables in this study are capital structure, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates, while the dependent variable (bound) is stock return. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques in the form of financial statement documentation and inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate data published on the official IDX website. The results of this study show that simultaneously capital structure, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates have a significant effect on stock returns. ParƟally, capital structure and inflaƟon have a significant negaƟve effect on stock returns, interest rates do not have a negaƟve effect on stock returns, while the exchange rate has a significant posiƟve effect on stock returns of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchang
Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Menggunakan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) (Studi Kasus: Perpustakaan Universitas Merdeka Malang)
In the era of advances in information technology, information systems have developed rapidly to efficiently meet various user needs, including in the library context. This research aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the Library Information System at Merdeka University Malang, which utilizes various applications and websites such as SLiMS and digital libraries. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method, this research assesses the factors that influence user acceptance and satisfaction with the Library Information System. The evaluation results show that perceived ease of use has a significant impact on user satisfaction, while perceived usefulness does not show a significant influence in this context. Other factors such as system reliability and suitability of features to user needs also influence overall satisfaction. This research emphasizes the importance of evaluating user satisfaction in improving the quality of Library Information System services
Perancangan Sistem Informasi HKBP Majapahit Menggunakan Framework Laravel
Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (HKBP) Majapahit Mojokerto in East Java faces challenges in managing church activities and meeting the information needs of its congregation. This study aims to develop aweb-based information system using the Laravel framework to support membership administration, worship schedule management,financial book keeping, and internal communication. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology was chosen to expedite the development process. Based on the research results, the developed system successfully met the research objectives by providing relevant features for managing worship schedules, agendas, announcements, financial recapitulation, and information on members and churchcouncils. The system demonstrated good performance and met user needs, although some issues were addressed through additiona ltraining and reprogramming of certain system parts. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance operational efficiency and provide practical benefits for HKBP Majapahit Mojokerto and its members. This research contributes significantly to the development of web-based information systems for religious institutions in Indonesia
