No full textThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City, (2) the effect of workload on employee performance PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City, (3) the effect of compensation and workload on employee performance PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City. The population in this study were 267 permanent employees of PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the number of samples used is 73 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test with the help of calculations through the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that: (1) compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City as evidenced by a significant value of 0.011 1.9944 t table, meaning that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) partially workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City as evidenced by the significant value of workload of 0.018 1.9944 t table, meaning that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) compensation and workload have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 3.13 f table, meaning that compensation and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PDAM Tugu Tirta Malang City

The pharmaceutical industry has quite high competition in maximizing company performance. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the right choices for investors to invest their capital with high return calculations.
From the description above, the aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of profitability using the Return On Equity (ROE) ratio on the value of pharmaceutical companies; to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR) ratio on the value of pharmaceutical companies; and to determine and analyze the influence of capital structure using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 - 2023.
This research took a sample of 9 pharmaceutical companies during 2019 -2023 using multiple linear regression analysis so that the results obtained were that profitability (ROE) had an effect on pharmaceutical company value (PBV), liquidity (CR) had no effect on pharmaceutical company value (PBV), and the influence of has no effect on capital structure (DER) on the company value (PBV) of pharmaceuticals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 - 2023. The R square (R2) value is 0.200 (20.0%) this shows the contribution of the independent variable profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and capital structure (DER) amounted to 20.0% and the remaining 80.0% was influenced by other variables not included in this research

Satisfaction arises when services meet or exceed expectations. Quality involves tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. Indomaret aims to provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. This research explores "The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Indomaret Customer Satisfaction". Price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price and service quality partialy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality variable has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction Future research should include new variables to understand factors beyond price and service quality affecting consumer satisfaction. Findings show price negatively impacts satisfaction among University of Merdeka Malang''s Economics and Business students (2020-2021), suggesting Indomaret should improve pricing quality. And to find out the increased productivity of worker work on Internal Control in PT. Liputan6. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative study. The informants in the study are employes PT. Liputan6. The data-collection technique used was observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and a deduction. The study shows that the application of management information systems to internal control in liputan6 has been effective. According to the use of websites to disseminate information to communities, it can be faster, economical, and cheaper, which can offset budgetary spending. There are two factors which contribute to the implementation of SIM, whereas the constraints in the application of SIM are the lack of budgets, the lack of aspirations in society and the shortage of skilled resources. In the meantime, the efforts to increase the productivity of labor on internal control in liputan6 are less effective to find some constraints that lack employee motivation, staff lack expertise, low pay and inadequate office facilities

This study evaluates the service quality of the Access By KAI application developed by PT. KAI using the E-GovQual method. The application offers various features such as ticket booking, travel information, and additional services. Through a survey of users in Malang and analysis using SPSS 25, results indicate that the Access By KAI application generally possesses good quality but has some areas needing improvement, such as efficiency and reliability. Recommendations for service quality enhancement are provided based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

The implications of this research can be used as a basis for increasing the effectivenessand efficiency of the nomination process for DPRD members from political parties through theimplementation of better information systems in the future

Get PDFRice is one of the main food commodities consumed by most people in Indonesia. In fulfilling the community's need for rice, many obstacles are encountered so that these needs cannot be met. These constraints include climate change, increased demand, and price fluctuations. With these obstacles, it is necessary to take action to overcome them such as forecasting changes in rice prices. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the prediction of national premium rice prices at the milling level. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach by comparing two forecasting methods such as the Single Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing. Thus, one of the more accurate methods in forecasting the price of premium rice can be found. To determine the level of accuracy of each forecasting method, the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value is calculated. The results of this research is the MAPE value of the Single Exponential Smoothing method is smaller than Double Exponential Smoothing. The alpha parameter value used is 0.9 and produces the smallest MAPE value of 1.62%. From the calculation results with the Single Exponential Smoothing method, the price of premium rice from July to December 2024 tends to decrease but not significantly

The implementation is done by creating a network prototype and testing it in a simulated environment to assess its effectiveness and reliability. The test results show that blockchain-based networks can improve data security by reducing the possibility of attacks and manipulation. Since all transactions are recorded and visible, transparency and accountability are also significantly improved. With smart contracts, processes can be automated, which has been shown to improve operational efficiency

Get PDFThis study aims to determine how the AMDK unit determines the selling price of products using the cost-plus pricing method. This method of research uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques were used through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The dataM used for the study are in the form of financial statements and production costs from the AMDK unit. The results showed that the selling price set by the AMDK unit was still relatively low. This can happen because the costs used for production often change. Therefore, a calculation is made to determine the selling price using the cost-plus pricing method to help the company get the appropriate profit. The company's cost of goods produced and the recalculated cost of goods produced have a difference in the calculation. The profit expected by the company is 20% of the cost of goods produced. So that the selling price calculated by the cost-plus pricing method has increased profits. The results of the calculation of determining the selling price with this method can help the AMDK unit get the desired profi
