Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018 - 2022
The study was conducted to test the impact of financial performance and dividendpolicy on the value of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturingcompanies listed in the EIB period 2018-2022. The study uses a financial ratio that includesthe profitability ratio measured by the return on asset (ROA), the liquidity ratio measureed bythe current ratio (CR), as well as the leverage ratio of the debt to asset ratio, while the dividendpolicy measures by dividend payout ratio. (DPR). The population of this study is 22 companies.A total of nine companies were selected through purposive sampling methods determined bycertain criteria. This type of research is quantitative which is analysed using the method oflinear regression analysis double test F and test t. Based on the results of the analysis foundthat profitability (ROA), leverage (DAR), and dividend policy (DPR) have a significant positiveeffect on the value of the company

This research aims to analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Tjengkeh. In this modern era, every company competes to excel by enhancing various aspects that the company possesses. Human resources are a key element or an essential part of an organization in many vital aspects of running a company. Therefore, this research aims to explore the impact of these three factors on employee performance. The sample size used was 77 respondents using census sampling technique. The research method used was a questionnaire survey with respondents who are employees of PT Perkebunan Tjengkeh in the Branggah and Banaran plantations. Data collection was carried out through directly distributed questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the variables under investigation. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership, and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this study state that leadership partially does not have an influence on employee performance. This could be because most of the employees there are older and have been working for a long time, so improvements in leadership do not have an effect on employee performance. Unlike leadership, in this study, organizational culture and work environment partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, organizational culture has a dominant influence on employee performance because employees feel that the company's organizational culture fits well with their backgrounds, most of which are older individuals from the surrounding villages
Pengaruh Influencer Marketing, Customer Review dan Variasi Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Fashion Item pada Shopee (Studi pada Pengguna Shopee di Kalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Merdeka Malang)
Purchasing decision is a process that consumers usually carry out in determining the productor service to be selected by considering various aspects that influence them before making aunanimous decision. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of influence rmarketing, customer reviews, and product variations on purchasing decisions for fashion items at Shopee. The location chosen in this research is Merdeka University Malang. The number of respondents needed is 80 people with the criteria of Merdeka University Malang students who have used or are using the Shopee Online Shopping Application, with aminimum sample size technique. Respondent data collection is carried out using filling out a questionnaire via a link or scanning a Google Form barcode. The analysis technique used inthis research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that influencer marketing, customer reviews and product variations simultaneously influenced the decision to purchase fashion items at Shopee. Partially, influencer marketing and product variations have asignificant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for fashion items at Shopee, but customer reviews do not have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for fashion items at Shopee
Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar pada LQ45 Tahun 2018-2022)
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of good corporate governance and leverage on company value in case studies of manufacturing companies listed on LQ45 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on LQ45 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Sampling method by way of saturated sampling. The number of samples and population used is 11 companies, namely manufacturing companies whichare listed in the LQ45 index for 5 consecutive years and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners variable has a significant negative effect on firm value, managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on firm value, audit committee has no effect on firm value, and leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value
Pengaruh Brand Ambassador Exo dan Promosi Penjualan Terhadap Minat Beli Produk Scarlett Whitening Pada Mahasiswa Unmer Malang
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador and Sales Promotion on Unmer Malang students' buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. The method in this research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Unmer Malang students. The type of data used in this research is primary data taken from 96 respondents for 7 days via the Google Form application. The data analysis method in this research is to use descriptive analysis and t test as well as f test and coefficient of determination to test the hypothesis. This data will be processed using the SPSS version 16 application. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis is that the Ambassador brand and sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on Unmer Malang students' buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. The second hypothesis is that the Ambassador brand has a positive and significant effect on Unmer Malang students' buying interest. The third hypothesis is that sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on buying interest of Unmer Malang students. And according to the results of descriptive analysis with a mean value of 4.28, the variable that most influences Unmer Malang students buying interest is the Brand Ambassador variable
Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Beban Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Kabupaten Malang
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work life balance, workload, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of work load on employee job satisfaction, and to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through a questionnaire filled out by employees of Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency, and secondary data data obtained from various library materials, both inthe form of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet media related to research materials. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The population in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency totaling 100 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population of 100 people using saturated samples. The data collection technique in this study used aquestionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, F Test and t Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS software program (version 21.00). Partially, worklife balance has a positive but insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, workload has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously work lifebalance, workload, and leadership style have a significant positive effect on employee jobsatisfaction at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency
Analisis Perbedaan Kinerja Keuangan PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Sebelum dan Setelah Transisi Menuju Green Business
This research aims to analyze the financial performance differences of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk before and after transitioning towards green business. Green business is a business strategy that focuses on environmental sustainability, where companies strive to reduce their negative impact on the environment. This study utilizes the annual financial data of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk for the research period of 2003-2012 (pre-transition towards green business) and 2013-2022 (post-transition towards green business). The financial performance analyzed involves financial ratios such as profitability ratios (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO), asset quality ratios (Net NPL), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and liquidity ratio (LDR). These ratios are tested using normality tests to determine if the data is normally distributed, followed by paired t-tests and Wilcoxon rank sign tests to examine the differences. During the period before and after the transition towards green business, significant differences are observed in the profitability ratio (BOPO) due to increased operational expenses exceeding operational income from sustainable practices. Additionally, differences in asset quality ratios (Net NPL) occur because PT Bank Mandiri Tbk implements cautionary principles and closely monitors compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects when granting credit. Differences in liquidity ratios (LDR) are attributed to the high credit extended by the bank through the development of various sustainable funding products. No significant differences are found in profitability ratios (ROA, ROE, and NIM) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR). The findings of this research are expected to provide insights into the differences between pre and post transitions towards green business regarding the financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. The implications of these findings can serve as a foundation for similar companies in developing sustainable business strategies
Pengaruh Kompetensi Individu, Dukungan Organisasi dan Dukungan Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Agro Niaga (KAN) Jabung Kabupaten Malang
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Individual Competence, Organizational Support and Management Support on Employee Performance of Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency. The population in this study consisted of 70 employees working at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency, with a sample of 70 and using the census method, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description of the picture of this study state that the independent variable of individual competence has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of other independent variables with answers strongly agreeing more. Thus the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency is very good. The results of this study indicate that Individual Competence, Organizational Support and Management Support simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency. Partially, the variables of Organizational Support and Management Support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency, but Individual Competence has no significant effect on employee performance at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency
Pengaruh Digital Promotion, Lifestyle, Brand Image dan Product Quality terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor di Kabupaten Malang
This study aims to investigate the influence of digital promotion, lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on the purchasing decisions of motorcycles in Malang Regency. The research employs a survey method with a sample of 100 respondents who are motorcycle owners or prospective buyers in Malang Regency. Data is collected through online questionnaires. The intense competition in the motorcycle industry, which is widely discussed across various sectors, highlights the efforts of each motorcycle manufacturer in attracting consumer attention through the technology and facilities they offer.
The analysis results indicate that digital promotion has a significant positive influence on motorcycle purchasing decisions. The more effectively digital promotions are conducted by manufacturers or dealers, the higher the likelihood of consumers purchasing those motorcycles. Furthermore, consumer lifestyle also plays a crucial role in purchasing decisions. Consumers tend to choose motorcycles that align with their lifestyle, both in terms of design and offered features.
Moreover, brand image also has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Positive consumer perceptions of a particular motorcycle brand can increase the tendency to purchase that product. Additionally, product quality is also an important factor. Consumers tend to select motorcycles with good quality, including durability, performance, and reliability.
Overall, this study concludes that digital promotion, lifestyle, brand image, and product quality collectively influence motorcycle purchasing decisions in Malang Regency. The findings of this research are expected to provide useful insights for motorcycle manufacturers or dealers in designing effective marketing strategies to attract consumer interest and increase sales
Implementasi Program Pembiayaan Baznas Microfinance Desa (Bmd) Sawojajar Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik
The research on the implementation of the BAZNAS Microfinance in Sawojajar Village (BMD) financing program aims to determine the income, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross profit of mustahik before and after partnering with BMD Sawojajar. BMD Sawojajar itself has assisted mustahik in developing their businesses and freeing them from loan sharks, addressing the capital issues faced by micro-enterprises. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research method. The data collection techniques used include interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that this program has been able to help the economy of mustahik who experience capital constraints. Therefore, the program demonstrates progress, growth, evolution, and improvement as planned. In carrying out its program, BMD Sawojajar has applied measures to assist mustahik by helping them overcome capital difficulties and develop their businesse
