    This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and liquidity on profitability in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of data used is secondary data. The population this study are 33 transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. For the sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method andobtained as many as 22 samples. The data source was obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. which will then be tested using multiple linear regression analysis and the SPSS 16.0 application as a tool for processing data. The independent variable in this study is the capital structure which consists of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and liquidity consists of the Current Ratio (CR) while the dependent variable is the projected profitability by Return on Total Assets (ROA). The results of this study indicate that the variables of capital structure and liquidity together have a significant effect on the profitability variable. While the effect of capital structure (DER) on profitability (ROA) is negative and not significant. The effect of capital structure (DAR) on profitability (ROA) is negative and significant.     The Binjai – Pangkalan Brandan (Binbran) Toll Road is one of the plans for the Trans Sumatra Road section that connects Binjai City, Deli Serdang Regency and Langkat Regency. This toll road is planned to be built on piles with a relatively high elevation, namely 3 meters to 7 meters At Grade and Elevated (Pile slab, Underpass, Box Underpass) at STA (Station) 0+000 to STA 58+000 as well as several locations with Conventional Box Underpass (BUP) Cast in Situ (CIS) structures at the intersection of plantation, village and district roads. Currently, the Main Road Toll intersection is an access road with high traffic flow for the community, PTPN II – III Plantation vehicles, Palm Oil Companies (PKS) as transportation for sugar cane and palm oil harvests and their distribution. By considering all the variables that influence the determination of changes to the scope of work, one way to assist decision making is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method has the ability to develop a priority scale (as a weight factor) from complex variables and is easy to apply. Data collection was carried out using Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and questionnaires with respondents who were competent in the Decision to Change the Scope of New Pay Items in the Binjai Brandan Project. The conventional Box Underpass (BUP) Cast in Situ (CIS) structure which was later switched to Corrugated Steel Plate (CSP) greatly influenced the achievement of project objectives, namely cost, time, quality and social and environmental impacts. It is hoped that changes in the Scope of Application of Corrugated Steel Plate (CSP), the complexity of the work on the project and the suitability between the availability of resources and the problems expected to occur on the project can be overcome.     Traffic accidents are caused by various human resource factors, accidents are caused by unsafe action of motorcyclists, namely unsafe action or habits when driving from someone who endangers themselves or others. This study aims to determine the safety priorities of motorcyclists on Jalan Wae Ces, Ruteng City based on the characteristics of road users. The high number of traffic accidents in this area is triggered by several factors such as undisciplined drive behavior, inadequate road geometry conditions, and increasing vehicle volumes from year to year. In addition, lack of awareness of the importance of driving safety is also one of the main causes. The method used in this study is the Analiytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) which provides a comperhensive analiysis of various factors causing accidents such as non-compliance with traffic regulations, negligence in driving. Primary data were collected through field suveys and distributing questioneris to stakeholders, while secondary data were obtained from the Manggrai Plolice for the pas five years (2019-2023). The results of the study showed that undisciplined driver bahavior was the dominant factor causing accidents. In 2019, the highest number of accidentd was recorded, namely 39% of the total accidents that occurred. From the results of the AHP analiysis, serval safety priorty strategies are proposed, such as implementing a driving safety campaign, enforcing the law in orderly traffic areas, limitingvehicle speeds, and improving road infrastructure. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing a comperhensive, sustainable, and consistens safety strategy to reduce the number of accidents. The implementation of this strategy is expected to have a significant impact on improving driving safety on Jalan Wae Ces

    The Malang City Government provides DAMRI Buses in the hope of being able to meet the needs of community movements to support the development of Malang City and Malang Regency as Tourism Cities, especially Sendang Biru Beachs Tourism. For the operation of the DAMRI Buses, it is necessary to have supporting facilities, one of which is a bus stop. Determining the location and numbers of bus stop has an important role as the quality of public transport services. Construction of bus stops that do not meet the criteria will affect transportation problems, because there are difficulties when using existing bus stop facilities. In this study the location and number of bus stops were determined by segment along the DAMRI Bus route, by identifying the generation locations that had a relatively high level of demand from respondents and the candidate locations for the bus stops. Thes selected bus stop locations form the respondents will be analyzed using the Set Covering Problems model and concludes that there are 7 (seven) selected bus stop locations to be built along the DAMRI Bus route. In this study an analysis was also carried out to determine the location of the bus stop when the government of Malang City and Malang Regency or related agencies for the construction of the bus stop

    Malang City is known as a city of education supported by a variety of complete educational facilities ranging from elementary to college levels. As a city of education, the need for transportation such as motorized vehicles is very high. In an effort to prevent congestion due to the large number of motorized vehicles, the Malang city government took the initiative to provide free school bus services for students. In its operation, this bus must of course be balanced with supporting facilities, one of which is a bus stop. A bus stop is a temporary stop for loading and unloading passengers equipped with certain facilities. The data in this study were obtained from direct survey results at the research location. After the data is collected, then the data is tested using the Set Covering Problem (SCP) method with the help of Lingo 19.0 software.     This research aims to determine the influence of good manufacturing practice and the influence of personal hygiene on product quality at CV. Narendra Food. The type of research used is associative research. The population of this study are employees who work at CV. Narendra Food. The sample used was 30 respondents covering all employees. In this research, accidental sampling data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive which aims to analyze a problem that occurred in the research. This research uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 23. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source used is primary data. The results of the descriptive analysis of the variables that have been studied are that the good manufacturing practice variable tends to agree with a value of (3.76), the personal hygiene variable tends to agree with a value of (3.69) and the product quality variable tends to agree with the value equal to (3.59). The results of this research explain that good manufacturing practice has a positive and significant effect on product quality with a significance result of 0.026 and personal hygiene has a positive and significant effect on product quality with a significance result of 0.008. From simultaneous testing, it was found that good manufacturing practice and personal hygiene had a joint effect on product quality and there was a dominant variable, namely the personal hygiene variable

    Concrete materials are widely used in the construction world because they have high compressive strength. In the production of concrete, the use of sand as a fine aggregate causes the density of concrete to increase the specific gravity of concrete. Therefore, we must find solutions or innovations to overcome the weight of conventional concrete, especially using sand-free concrete. Making concrete without sand will cause many voids. One way to fill these voids is to use fillers to reduce porosity and function as a binder between concrete constituent aggregates. The manufacture of sandless concrete with the addition of glass filler, variation of combined coarse aggregate size and cement water factor aims to determine the effect of combined coarse aggregate size and cement water factor on the strength of non-sand concrete with glass filler. The mix composition used in this study combined coarse aggregate sizes of 5-10 mm, 5-20 mm, 10-20 mm cement water factor of 0.4; 0.45; 0.5 with the addition of 15% glass filler, and a cement aggregate ratio of 2:1. The test specimens in this study were cylinders with a size of 15 cm x 30 cm using a compression testing machine based on ASTM C39 standards. The results showed that non-sand concrete specimens with a mixture variation of 5-10 mm combined coarse aggregate size, fas 0.4, 15% glass filler, and AC 2:1 had the highest average compressive strength of 24.44 Mpa. While normal non-sand concrete specimens without filler have the highest average compressive strength of 14.16 Mpa using a coarse aggregate size of 5-10 mm, AC 2:1 and Fas 0.5. For the results of the largest non-sand concrete porosity test in each coarse aggregate size variation is 18.04% with a combined coarse aggregate size of 10-20 mm, fas 0.5 and AC 2: 1, and the smallest is 14.32% with a combined coarse aggregate size of 5-10 mm, fas 0.4, and AC 2: 1. So it can be concluded that in this study the average compressive strength of coarse aggregate size 5-10 mm and cement water factor (FAS) 0.4 has the highest compressive strength value of non-sand, while for the test results the largest porosity is found in the combined coarse aggregate size 10-20 mm with cement water factor 0.

Every transaction process or document recording is still done manually or still uses paper, and the level of security in this industry is getting lower because documents are easily damaged, misused, lost and even more numerous. The waterfall method is a software development model that follows a structured approach with clear stages in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This model is often used in projects -a software project that requires a very structured approach and clear stages. Users of motorbike rental services can rent motorbikes for certain purposes such as holidays, business trips or other activities without having to buy their own motorbike. The research results are the results obtained by researchers from research that is in accordance with the research stages that have been made so as to produce output which is a system and test results from that system. Based on the results of the assessment interval above, it can be concluded that the average assessment interval is 55% "Strongly agree", thus the system created can be accepted and used. Of the 25 respondents consisting of several friends, relatives and the community. Designing a web-based information system to improve services, data collection and recording of transactions carried out online, using the waterfall method to determine service flows/procedures via the website.     The research aims to analyze the California Cialam Agrotourism development strategy using SWOT analysis by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that can influence the development of California Cialam Agrotourism. The research method with data analysis technique using IFAS and EFAS, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. From the total results of the IFAS matrix analysis 3,00 and the EFAS matrix 3,01, it’s used as a reference in the IE matrix analysis. With the results showing that California Cialam Agrotourism is in position I in the matrix IE which means grow and build. The strategies usually carried out in position I of the IE matrix are market penetration, market development, and product development. And the result of the SWOT matrix analysis concluded the strategi can be recommended for California Cialam Agrotourism is the SO (Strength-Opportunity). With the SO Strategi California Cialam Agrotourism can maximize its strategic location to attract market penetration and maintain product quality, and can utilize environmentally friendly management as an attraction in digital promotions

    The amount of students in a school can affect several aspects of the current educational system, such as teacher availability, classroom management, and school amenities. SMA Negeri 1 Kota Tual is is one of the Favorite High Schools in Tual City, Maluku. to forecast the enrollment at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Tual in order to prevent a backlog of students that would impair the quality of the learning environment. The author uses the Single Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing methods in predicting new students. This study compares forecasting techniques in an effort to assist in projecting how many new students SMA Negeri 1 Kota Tual will accept. This research uses a quantitative forecasting approach method. The information utilized comes from the number of students that registered for three different registration categories Zoning, Achievement, and Affirmation at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Tual between 2017-2023 and Microsoft Excel was used to process and analyze the data. The best forecasting values are found in the zoning category using α = 0.9, which has a MAPE value of 4%, the achievement category using the constant α = 0.6, which has a MAPE value of 2%, and the category affirmation using α = 0.6, which has a MAPE value of 3
