Sistem Pengelolaan Keuangan Umkm untuk Kemampuan Going Concern (Studi Usaha pada Usaha Toko Klontong X Pisang Candi Barat)
This research aims to evaluate the financial management of MSMEs to improve
going concern capabilities. The type of research carried out in this research is
quantitative and qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research
are interviews and documentation in the form of financial records. The research
results show that MSME financial management has a positive impact on going
concern capabilities. By managing cash, debt, costs, income, investments, financial
reports, financial planning and risks effectively, UMMKM can maintain financial
stability, face economic challenges and continue to grow. in the future. This gives
stakeholders confidence that the company is on the right track to achieve its long-
term goal
Pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di BEI dengan Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi
The purpose of this study is to see how corporate social responsibility has animpact on firm value by using profitability as a moderating variable in manufacturingcompanies listed on the IDX in the consumer goods sector. This study uses theindependent variable CSR as measured by the GRI G4.0 standard of 91 items, then theprofitability variable as measured by return on assets (ROA) as a moderating variable,and firm value as the dependent variable as measured by the Tobins'Q ratio. Thesampling of this study was carried out using purposive sampling method which resulted in9 companies. A total of 45 data were collected through the documentation technique fromconsumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2018 to2022.Secondary quantitative data was used in this study. The data were processed usingmultiple linear regression analysis methods and moderation regression analysis usingSPSS 23. The results in this study include (1) CSR has no effect on firm value, (2)Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (3) Profitability (ROA)is able to moderate the relationship between CSR and firm value
Pengaruh Informasi Pasar Saham dan Keputusan Investasi terhadap Efektivitas Pembelian Saham di Aplikasi Investasi Digital
This research aims to determine stock market information and investment decisions on theeffectiveness of purchasing shares in digital investment applications. In this research,researchers used descriptive quantitative methods by processing primary data throughquestionnaires given to the general public who play stocks on digital investmentapplications. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Thenumber of samples taken by researchers was 100 respondents who were distributed onlineor using Google-form media. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are processed usingSPSS 26. This analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, f-tests, classicalassumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, andheteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that stock market informationand investment decisions simultaneously have a significant and positive influence on theeffectiveness of purchasing shares in digital investment applications. The partial test showsthat stock market information (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the effectivenessof purchasing shares in digital investment applications because the significant value is0.000 1.985. Meanwhile, investment decisions(X2) have a significant and positive effect because the significant value of investmentdecisions (X2) is 0.000 0.05 with a 1 count value of 6,749 1.985 t tabeLvalue. So inconclusion, the two variables that have the same influence show significant and positivevalues, but it can be seen that the value is greater or is the dominant investment decisionvariable (X2) which influences the effectiveness of purchasing shares in digital investmentapplications. The greater or wiser the investment decisions made in buying shares, themore effective it will be in buying shares in digital investment applications
Pengaruh Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, Kualitas Produk, dan E-Wom (Electronic Word Of Mouth) Terhadap Minat Beli Generasi Z Pada Produk Skintific Di Platform Tiktok
This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of content marketing, celebrityendorsers, product quality, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on the purchase of Zgeneration on scint of products on the Tiktok platform.The method in this study uses quantitative methods by disseminatingquestionnaires to generation Z in Malang. The type of data in this study uses the type ofpowerful data and the data source used is primary data by collecting respondents'information for 14 days. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and t testas well as the F test and the coefficient of determination (R2) to test the hypothesis. Thedata collected is then analyze using SPSS version 16 software.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis of content marketing,celebrity endorsers, product quality, and e-WOMs partially have a positive and significanteffect on the purchase interest of the Z generation on scint of products on the Tiktokplatform. The second hypothesis of content marketing, celebrity endorsers, product quality,and E-WOM simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interestof the Z generation on scint of products on the Tiktok platform. The third hypothesis of theElectronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) is the most dominant variable in influencing thepurchase interest of generation Z in scintiific products on the Tiktok platform with the valueof the regression coefficient (beta) of 0.37
Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pabrik Gula Modjopanggung Tulungagung
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Rewards and Punishment on employee performance at the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory. The population in this study consisted of 109 permanent employees who worked at the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory, with a sample of 86 and using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description and description of this research state that the independent variable Punishment has the highest average score on all indicators of the other independent variables with an average value of 4.32. Thus the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory is very good. From the F test and T test in this research, its hows that simultaneously and partially, Reward and Punishment have a significant influence on employee performance at the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory

Human resources are a very valuable company asset. Current technological advances have not been able to shift the position of humans as the main source of company activities. So it is not surprising that many companies are trying to improve the quality of Human Resources. This can certainly be achieved if supported by a good work environment. This research aims to determine the influence of quality of work life (qwl), work ethic, and training on employee performance at the Malang Regency Land Agency. The research method used is quantitative using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that qwl, work ethic, and training together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Quality of work life, work ethic, and training each have an influence on employee performance and of these three variables the one that has a more dominant influence on employee performance is the quality of work life variable

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of JobTraining, Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance. The dataused in this research is primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 60PPNPN employees at the Malang Regency National Land Agency. Testing was carriedout using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 25 Software. The researchresults showed that the training variable had a positive effect on employee performance.The compensation variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance.Partially, career development has a positive effect on employee performance.Simultaneously, the training, compensation and career development variables togetherhave a positive effect on employee performance

The ease of shopping activities through e-commerce has resulted in consumptive behavior for consumers or what is called impulsive buying behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of live streaming, flash sales, and paylater on impulsive buying behaviorin Shopee users with the perception of millennials and Z generations. Data acquisition was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with random sampling techniques. This research method uses quantitative methods using quantitative data types, and the data source used is primary data. The analysis method used is descriptive statisticsand the T test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed thatlive streaming has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying partially and simultaneously. Flash sale partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effecton impulsive buying behavior. Paylater has a partial and simultaneous effect on impulsive buying. Live streaming is the independent variable that has the most dominant effect onimpulsive buying behavior in millennial generation and generation Z Shopee users
Pengaruh Preoduk Domestik Regional Bruto, Inflasi dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terhadap Pajak Penghasilan Badan (Studi Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Malang Selatan)
National development in Indonesia is a crucial agenda requiring substantial financialsupport, much of which is derived from the taxation sector. Statistical data indicates apositive trend in tax revenue, especially Corporate Income Tax (CIT), in East JavaProvince. However, these revenues are influenced by complex factors such as GrossRegional Domestic Product (GRDP), inflation, and unemployment rates. The aim of thisresearch is to analyze the impact of Gross Regional Domestic Product, inflation, andunemployment on corporate income tax acquisition at the South Malang Primary TaxOffice from 2020 to 2022. The object of this study is corporate taxpayers at the SouthMalang Primary Tax Office. Nonprobability sampling, specifically saturation sampling, isemployed as the sampling technique. The research method utilized is quantitative withtime series data. Statistical analysis, employing multiple linear regression using SPSS, isused to analyze the data. Research analysis procedures include descriptive statisticaltests, classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelationtest, and multicollinearity test), and hypothesis testing (model accuracy test (F-test),coefficient of determination test (R2), variable significance test (t-test)). Hypothesis testinginvolves the F-test for simultaneous hypotheses and t-test for partial hypotheses.Research findings (F-test) indicate that Gross Regional Domestic Product, inflation, andunemployment rates collectively have a significant influence on corporate income tax.Regression results (t-test) reveal that Gross Regional Domestic Product positivelyimpacts tax revenue, reflecting increased economic activity and corporate income.Additionally, inflation positively affects tax obligations by raising prices of goods andservices. However, unemployment rates negatively impact tax revenue due to decreasedeconomic activity and consumer purchasing power
