    This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on McDonald's customersatisfaction with a questionnaire and distributed to respondents via Google form with aLikert scale of 1-5 with a total of 18 statement items. The population in this study werestudents of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Study Program Class of2019, Merdeka University, Malang. The sampling technique is saturated sampling orcensus using 55 respondents, namely consumers who have purchased McDonald's. Afterthe data is collected then perform data analysis techniques. The data analysis techniqueuses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study indicatethat the Brand Image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on McDonald'scustomer satisfaction based on the results of the t-test. Price (X2) has a positive andsignificant effect on McDonald's customer satisfaction. Through the results of the F test byutilizing the SPSS 22 application, it shows that simultaneously or simultaneously there is asignificant effect of herec image and price on McDonald's Customer Satisfaction. And theprice variable has a dominant effect on McDonald's customer satisfaction

    Purchasing decisions are one indicator of a company's success. A higher purchasing decision point can influence the company's success. The aim of this researchis to determine the influence of discounts, influencer marketing and individual emotional value on the decision to purchase mobile legends game skins at Merdeka University,Malang. Online games are games that can be played by many players simultaneously online (via the internet) and can be played via cellphone or computer which can be playedas a team or individually. Discounts are incentives offered by sellers to buyers in return forcertain actions taken by them. buyers, such as making immediate bill payments, making large purchases, or making purchases outside of periods of high demand or current issues, Influencers are people who work on multiple social media platforms at once, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and various professional and business blogs, Emotional value is basically related to feelings, especially the feelings of pleasure that consumers willfeel after making a purchase. The data collection method used was through a questionnaire distributed via Google form and filled in by the respondents. The sample in this research were students at Merdeka University Malang with a total sample of 110 respondents. The analysis method used is regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The resultsof this research show that the three independent variables, namely discounts, influencer marketing and emotional value, have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and the emotional value variable is the most dominant variable. This happens because game developers provide trials so that players can experience the use of mobile game skins. legends

    Employee job satisfaction is related to various conditions, both internal and external, suchas wages, working hours and workload. Working wage conditions, working hours and work load have a relationship with job satisfaction with the aim of achieving the MSME vision. The researcher set the research objective, namely to determine the relationship between the influence of each variable, including work wages, working hours and workload, partially on the job satisfaction variable. This type of quantitative research wasused in this research. Primary and secondary data sources are used by researchers. There searcher determined a sample of 35 employees using a census sampling technique. A question naire with a Likert scale was the instrument for this research, including descriptive statistical analysis and the t test. This research analysis tool uses SPSS 26 For Windows application software. Based on the analysis, the researchers found theresults that each partial variable, including wages, working hours and workload, had asignificant influence on the employee job satisfaction variable at the UMKM Salad Moi,Malang City

    This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial ratios (Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt to Assets Ratio) on Profitability which is proxiedas Return on Assets. The object of this research is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2022 and the sampling technique used in this researchis Purvosive Sampling, where samples are taken according to the criteria to be taken by the researcher. In this study, researchers took 7 of the 11 population companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely PT. Darya Varia Laboratoria, PT. Kalbe Farma, PT.Merck Indonesia, PT. Pyridam Farmas, PT. Tempo Scan Pacific, PT. Soho Global Health,PT. Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, normality test, autocorrelation test,multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test,simultaneous test (f test), partial test (t test), coefficient of determination test (Adj R²) anddominant variable. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio has no significant effect on profitability (ROA), partially Total Assets Turn Over has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) and partially the Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant effect on profitability (ROA). Together, the variables Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) influence profitability (ROA) in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2022

    This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity and company size onbond ratings. Bond ratings are a marker of the timeliness of a company in meeting its debtprincipal and interest and indicate the risk scale of the bonds being traded, so that bondratings can help investors when assessing the risk and potential for investment. The higherthe bond rating, the greater the possibility that the bond will avoid default risk. The type ofdata used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of property sectorcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and rated PT. PEFINDO 2017-2022.The research results show: (1) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on bondratings; (2) Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on bond ratings; (3) Companysize has no significant effect on bond rating

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership styles, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Malang Regency Industry and Trade Office. The approach used in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) to 55 respondents, sampling techniques used are total sampling techniques, data analysis techniques using the SPSS software program. The results of this study indicate that the style of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the Malang Regency Industry and Trade Office. Transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational culture partially have a significant influence on employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade in Malang Regency

    The goal of this study is to calculate the amount of liquidity in the food and beverage subsector on the IDX from 2018 to 2022, as well as the capital structure andreturn on assets (ROA) as assessed by the debt to equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), and ROA. Aside from that, it aims to determine the partial and concurrent influence ofcapital structure and liquidity on profitability in this subsector on the IDX over a three-yearperiod. The research sample will include specified specifications. This enabled the gathering of 12 subsectors from 12 different enterprises. PT. Aksa Wira Internasional Tbk, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Industri and Tranding Ompat Tbk, PT. Nipoon Indosari Carpindo Tbk, PT. Budi Starch and Sweetener Tbk, PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk,PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk, PT. Pioneerindo Gourment Indonesia Tbk, PT. Sekar Bumi Tbk are among the companies mentioned. Multiple regression analysis is theanalysis method employed. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that while the capital structure—specifically, DER—has a small but beneficial impact on ROA, the current ratiohas a considerable.     This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Samsung brand smartphones. Data was collected through asurvey of consumers who have used or are interested in buying a Samsung smartphone. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that product quality, price and promotion significantly influence the decision to purchase a Samsung brand smartphone. Product quality has asignificant influence on purchasing decisions for Samsung brand smartphones. This means that with better product quality, the decision to purchase a Samsung brand smartphone will also increase. Price influences the decision to purchase a Samsung brand smartphone. This means that as prices become more affordable, purchasing decisions will increase. Promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Samsung brand smartphones. This means that with better promotional activities, purchasing decisions forSamsung brand smartphones will increase. This means that with better product quality, affordable prices and better promotional activities, purchasing decisions for Samsung brand smartphones will increase. Product quality is the main factor influencing purchasing decisions, followed by price and promotion. This shows that consumers tend to considerthe quality of the products offered by Samsung because the regression coefficient (standardized coefficient beta) on this variable has the largest value compared to the priceand promotion variables. From these results, consumers choose to buy this brand of smartphone. The practical implication of this research is that it is important for Samsung to continue to improve the quality of its products in order to maintain and increase market share. Apart from that, appropriate pricing strategies and effective promotions are also needed to influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research can be a guide for companies in designing effective marketing strategies for Samsung brand smartphone products

    The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with datacollection techniques carried out through online questionnairescompleted by the respondents concerned. Sampling technique usingpurposive sampling. The EUCS method is used to determine usersatisfaction with information systems by comparing user expectationswith actual experience. According to preliminary observations, thesystem still requires research to evaluate its level of satisfaction.Various theories and models are available in this study, one of whichis End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which can predict andexplain user satisfaction with computer technology. (Tjiptono, 2014).This methodology was chosen because of its ability to offer accurateand comprehensive analysis for estimating user satisfaction with aparticular application. The research hypothesis suggests that contentand ease variables do not have a significant impact on customersatisfaction, while accuracy, shape, and timing variables influence itsignificantly. Systemtesting in this study uses a blackbox through a qualitative researchapproach by conducting interviews, observations and documentationin collecting data.
