Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Return Saham Dengan Inflasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Perusahaan Sektor Kesehatan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
This study aims to evaluate whether financial performance indicators such asprofitability, liquidity, leverage, activity, and market value have an impact on stock returnsand whether macroeconomic variables can affect these relationships.The method used is a quantitative approach by analyzing numerical data. Dataprocessing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, and interaction testswere carried out with moderate regression analysis (MRA). The research sample consistedof 10 health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period.The results of hypothesis testing show that 1) Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio(CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Tottal Assets Turnover (TATO) do not have asignificant effect on stock returns. 2) Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a significant positiveinfluence on stock returns. 3) Taken together, financial performance has a significantpositive impact on returns stock. 4) MRA test results show that inflation, as amacroeconomic factor, cannot moderate the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), CurrentRatio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Tottal Assets Turnover (TATO) on stock returns.5) Inflation can moderate the relationship between the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS)on stock returns

DISNAKER, PM-PTSP needs an officer who can organize prime service to all kinds of services. Among them are the working environment, work discipline and cooperation. The main problem in this secretion is whether the process of the work environment, Work Discipline and Cooperation affects the performance of Officers on DISNAKER, PM-PTSPKota Malang. The aim of achieving in this scription is to know the impact of the Work Environment, Working Disciplines and Collaboration on performance of the Officer DISNaker, PM - PTSP kota Malang. The data obtained in the script is primary data by distributing the questionnaire to the respondents, the population in this script is aDISNAKER officer, PM-PTSP Kota Malang which has a total of 55 people. The work environment has a significance rate of 0.030 which < 0.05 this indicates the work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees in DISNAKER,PM-PTSP City Poor, the work discipline has the significance level of 0.034 which is < 0.05,it indicates that the working discipline is significantly influenced on performance of staff at DISNaker, PM - PTSP Town Poorer, the cooperation has a degree of significance of 0.004 where < 0,05, it suggests that cooperation significantly affects performance of officials inDISNEAKER
Pengaruh Content Marketing dan Live Streaming Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare Skintific Pada E-Commerce Shopee
Developments results in internet technology lead to significant changes in societycurrently regarding consumer behavior in shopping which makes sellers changetheir sales and marketing systems to be more modern by using digital marketing,namely creating interesting content based on their desires, needs and followingcurrent trends, conducting live streaming as a form of long-distance interaction inorder to introduce and market its sales so that it can attract potential consumerswhich influence their purchasing decisions. The aim of this study is that todetermine the influence of content marketing and live streaming on purchasingdecisions for Skintific skincare on Shopee e-commerce. Data type in this study wasquantitative data which was processed by using mathematical formulas and inputon a statistical measurement scale. Furthermore, this study used primary dataobtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The populations in thisstudy were people who purchase Skintific skincare products on Shopee e-commercewith an unknown number and the sample size were 140 respondents. The samplingtechnique used non-probability sampling while the sample determination techniqueused purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used hypothesis testing thatwas the t test by using SPSS 16. The partial result of this study (t test) shows thatthe content marketing variable has a t-count value of 4.785 with a positive valuewith a significance result of 0.000 < 0.005. Therefore, it can be concluded thatcontent marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisionsfor Skintific skincare products on e-commerce Shopee. In addition, the researchresults for the live streaming variable have a t-calculated value of 5.503 which ispositive with a significance result of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded thatlive streaming has a significant positive influence on Skintific skincare purchasingdecisions on e-commerce Shopee

In an effort to improve employee performance at work, there must be incentives. Apart fromincentives, the success of an organization or company in achieving its goals can also beinfluenced by its leadership. The aim of this research is to determine the influence ofincentives and leadership on the performance of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia employeespartially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature with data collectiontechniques, namely distributing questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale to 60respondents who are the population of the research object, namely all employees of PTMagnum Attack Indonesia. The research results show that incentives partially have apositive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 2.197 > t table2.002 and a significance level of 0.032 t table 2.002, and a significancelevel of 0.000 Ftable 3.16 wasobtained with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, which means incentives andleadership have an influence of 50.5445% on the performance of PT Magnum AttackIndonesia employees
Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Return On Asset dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Barang Baku Yang Terdaftar di BEI Pemoderasi
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS),Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. The object of thisresearch is the Raw Goods Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange forthe 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique in this study was Purposive Sampling. Thismeans that the company that is used as a sample must meet predetermined criteria. So,from 100 companies to 8 companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysistechniques used are, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis,hypothesis testing (F statistical test and T statistical test), coefficient of determinationanalysis.The results of this study indicate that the variables Earning Per Share (EPS),Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on stockprices. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Asset(ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant influence on Stock Prices in RawGoods Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2018 2022 Period
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Kerja, dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa Malang
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Environment, Work Culture and Job Training on Employee Performance at the Village Government Center office in Malang. This research is a type of Quantitative research. To obtain data in this study, researchers used primary data through a questionnaire with a total of 50 employee respondents who worked at the Village Government Center office in Malang. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The analysis used includes Validity test, Reliability test, Classical Assumption test (normality test, multicolinerity test, heteroskedesticity test), andHypothesis test (F test, t test and determination coefficient test). The results of data analysis show that the work environment, work culture and job training have a significant effect on employee performance at the Village Government Center office in Malang. Thework environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Village Government Center office in Malang. Work culture has a negative and in significant effect on employee performance at the Village Government Center office in Malang. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Balai Besar Village Government office in Malang
Pengaruh Strategi E-Commerce Terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi Produk Pada Shopee (Studi kasus pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Merdeka Malang)
This research aims to determine the influence of conformity, information qualityand hedonistic attitudes on consumer behavior with the object of research being activeShopee users, FEB students at Merdeka University, Malang. This research is aquantitative research. The population was taken from active FEB students at MerdekaUniversity, Malang, taken from the 2019 to 2023 class with a total of 2,464 people. Thesample in this research was carried out using the Proportionate Stratified RandomSampling technique, the number of samples required was 96 respondents and wascalculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses a Likert scalequestionnaire which has been tested for validation and reliability. The data analysistechnique used is multiple linear analysis carried out using the SPSS 23 application. Theresults of the F test in this study show that: The significant probability value is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 30,386 which is greater than the f table value of 3.09,this is shows that the variables Conformity, Information Quality, and Hedonism all have apositive and significant impact on consumer behavior. The results of the T test in thisresearch show that: (1) conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumerbehavior with a calculated t value of 20,302 and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05; (2)information quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior with acalculated t value of 4,713 and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05; (3) hedonistic attitudeshave a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior with a calculated t value of16,304 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Apart from that, in this study conformity,quality of information and hedonistic attitudes influenced purchasing decisions by 48.1%while the remaining 52.9% was influenced by other variables outside the research,therefore further researchers are advised to add other variables which are thought toinfluence consumer behavior

Pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Subsektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020–2023
This study aims to determine whether financial performance indicators, such as Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) influence Stock Returns. This research uses quantitative research methods with this type of research, namely 24 food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research sample of 11 food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies that meet the criteria. The sample forthis research consists of food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. Data was collected using a purposive sampling method and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results of the research show that Return On Assets (ROA) partially has apositive effect on stock returns in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023, Return On Equity (ROE) partially has a negative effect on stock returns in companies the food and beverage manufacturing subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially has a positive effect on stock returns infood and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023
Pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi Kasus pada Ud.Maju Bersama Group Malang)
This research aims to determine the effect of Customer Trust and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty. The method used for data collection in this study is using primary data. The typeof research used by researchers is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling in this study were 100 respondents, With the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) showing that the value of t count> t table, which means that customer trust (X1) has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty (Y). Partial hypothesis test (t test) shows that the value of t count> t table, which means customer satisfaction (X2) has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty (Y). In addition, the simultaneous hypothesis test (f test) shows the results of the value of f count> f table which meansthat customer trust (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty (Y). The conclusion from the results of this study is that customer trust affects customer loyalty at UD. Maju Bersama Malang City. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty at UD. Maju Bersama Malang City. In addition, Customer Trust and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously have a positiveand significant effect on customer loyalty
