Pengaruh Training Need Analysis dan Career Development terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada RSUI Madinah Kasembon (Studi pada RSUI Madinah Kasembon)
Full text linkThe purpose of this research, to analyze training need analysis and career development on employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires with a population of all permanent employees totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique used is quota sampling with criteria given to all permanent employees except medical personnel, namely doctors at RSUI Madinah Kasembon. Then the number of samples is 35 respondents according to the criteria. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed indirectly via googleform. While the data analysis technique is processed using SPSS 25. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolinerity, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that training need analysis and career development simultaneously had a significant and positive influence on employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon. The partial test shows that the training need analysis variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance because the significant value is 0.000 2.037 t table. While the career development variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance because the significant value of 0.045 2.037 t table value. In conclusion, training need analysis is a variable that has a dominant effect in influencing employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon, so the more training need analysis the company provides to employees, the more employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon will increase

The need for communication technology itself is always increasing significantly. Various brands of digital communication technology exist in Indonesia. Apple is a digital technology company that has power over market share in Indonesia and the world.
This research uses quantitative research methods. The data sources in this research are primary data sources. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey method, by collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. To determine the connection and impact between variables, this research uses test data from Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.
The results of this research conclude that (1) Product Quality Variables have a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction Variables, (2) Product Quality Variables have a direct effect on Brand Image Variables, (3) Price Policy Variables have a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction Variables, (4) Policy Variables Price has no influence on the Brand Image Variable, (5) The Customer Satisfaction Variable has a direct influence on the Brand Image Variable

Full text linkThe Web-Based Student Grade Data Processing Information System is a system that provides online student activity report information in the form of grade reports and relevant student information on a web basis, thereby helping speed and quality in delivering information. The problems that occur in processing student attendance recaps at the Masehi Bondo Kandalu Elementary School, Central Sumba and inputting student grades are still in the local area. This research aims to build a value information system that makes it easier to check, record and report computerized student value data. Apart from that, by being web-based, data information can be accessed at any time. This application uses XAMPP as a web server for system design and MySQL as a database. Designing a login menu consisting of admin, principal and students having separate access when opening the application so that program security is maintained. This system works to enter and store data, process student assessments and report student final grades so that it is easier to find out information about student grades that will be submitted by the school. Research has produced a value processing system that helps the work of administration and homeroom teachers and can make it easier for users to carry out the value processing process so that value management can be processed more efficiently and effectively, so that it can be directly accessed and value information can be conveyed well. Apart from that, the system interface is implemented in accordance with the existing report display so that the system can be used easily and produces accurate value calculations

This application was created with the aim that users can be facilitated in carrying out animal care by minimizing the effectiveness of time and distance. By using the Figma application platform the design of the User Interface and User experience of this application will produce a superior and user-friendly design
Analisa Perbandingan Menggunakan Metode Double Exponential Smoothing Dan Metode Double Moving Average Untuk Peramalan Jumlah Penduduk Miskin Kabupaten Belu
Full text linkThisresearch hasthe main objective of predicting the number of poor people in Belu Regency using two quantitative forecasting techniques, namely Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) and Double Moving Average (DMA). Thisresearch uses secondary data from BPS Belu Regency. Annual data on the numberof poor people in Belu Regency from 2005 to 2023 will be analyzed in thisresearch.The stepsin this research are formulating the problem, collecting data, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The technique for calculating the results of this research uses Microsoft Excel software. The results of this research produce the best parameters and orders for each method. The Double Exponential Smoothing method with parameters 0.9, shows aMAPE value of 1.93%. Meanwhile, the Double Moving Average Order 3x3 methodproduces a MAPE value of 9.09%. By comparing the two methods, this research found that Double Exponential Smoothing provides more accurate forecasting results than Double Moving Average for forecasting the number of poor people. While the Double Moving Average method in terms of Mean Error (ME), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Mean Square Error (MSE), the Double Moving Average method shows better stability in terms of absolute smoothing. So it is hoped that the results ofthisforecast can become a reference for local governments in formulating more effective policies and strategies for poverty alleviation in Belu Regency

When working, of course there are feelings of joy or displeasure, these emotionalfeelings can be positive or negative depending on the results of work experiences and thefulfillment of a job that has been done, so some people have different levels of jobsatisfaction. This work environment is all the things that exist around the person who worksand then have an influence on the individual when carrying out their work, such as whetherit is clean or not, lighting and the rhythm of the music. Organizational culture is related tothe values believed by organizational members, which can influence individuals to decideon the behavior and actions accepted by the organization.
The research results show that job satisfaction, work environment andorganizational culture have a positive and significant impact on Intention to Stay at PT SawitSukses Sejahtera. This means that the variables in this study have a partial effect and alsojointly influence the dependent variable. In addition, the higher the level of job satisfactionof Generation Z employees, the greater the intention to stay in the company, a good workenvironment also influences the decision of Generation Z employees to stay with thecompany, and A good organizational culture supports employees to stay in a company.
These findings highlight the importance of companies paying attention to factorssuch as job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational culture to retain generationZ employees. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influencethe intention to remain at work among generation Z employees and provides guidance forcompany management in developing effective retention strategies

To find out the Current Ratio (CR) to Price Book Value (PBV). To find out GrowthAssets (GA) against Price Book Value (PBV).
The population is 30 Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies for the 2019-2022 period, and the sample was selected through purposive sampling, where a total of 8 (eight) companies were found. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing using SPSS 16.00 for Windows.
The research results reflect that Return On Equity (ROE) partially has asignificant effect on Price Book Value (PBV). Based on research conducted on 8companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period,the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV).Current Ratio (CR) partially has a significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV). Theconclusion is that Return On Equity (ROE), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR)and Growth Assets (GA) together have a significant influence on Price Book Value (PBV)in Food and Beverage Sub Sector companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the2019-2022 period
