Full text linkThis research was motivated by the rampant phenomenon of disease transmissioncaused by the work environment and accidents that occur in the work environment, thisoccurs due to the lack of employee discipline regarding regulations regarding theobligation to obey the regulations of the Occupational Safety Health (K3) program whendoing work. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect ofOccupational Safety Health (K3) and work discipline on employee performance. Thisresearch was conducted at Rwat Inap Elisa Clinic Malang. The method used in thisstudy is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis. The datacollection technique used in this study was by observation and questionnaire. Thesampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with 50respondents. The results in this study show that partially Occupational Safety Health(K3) and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of ElisaMalang Inpatient Clinic employees, simultaneously Occupational Safety Health (K3) andwork discipline also have a significant positive effect on the performance of ElisaMalang Inpatient Clinic employees. In this study, Occupational Safety Health (K3) had adominant effect on employee performance at the Elisa Malang Inpatient Clinic

Full text linkThis research aims to determine training and soft skills on work readiness ofparticipants at UPT BLK Tulungagung. In this research, researchers used quantitativemethods by processing data through questionnaires given to all participants at UPT BLKTulungagung. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a total of 48respondents who were participants. The data collection technique uses a questionnairedistributed via Google Form. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques were processed usingthe SPSS version 25 application. This analysis includes descriptive analysis tests, multiplelinear regression tests, validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests,heteroscedasticity tests, normality tests, t tests, and F tests.The results of data analysis show that training and soft skills simultaneously havea significant and positive effect on work readiness of participants at UPT BLK Tulungagung.Training has a significant and positive effect on work readiness because the significantvalue is 0.001 2.014 t table. Meanwhile, softskills have a significant and positive effect on work readiness because the significant valueis 0.022 2.014 t table. Training has a dominantinfluence on work readiness, meaning that the thing that can increase work readinessamong participants at UPT BLK Tulungagung is by improving better training

Full text linkEmployee performance is a very important aspect in maintaining the competitiveness of an organization in an industry. Leadership style and work environment are two factors that can influence employee performance. The research method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method. This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tugu Tirta, Malang City. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula. The data used in this research is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires in this research. The scale used in this research is the Likert scale. The population of this research is all active employees at the Tugu Water Drinking Company, Malang City. This research sample consisted of 73 active employees who worked at the company. In this research, 13 indicators were used, consisting of 24 statements from each indicator in the research used and the results of the validity test were declared valid. The results of the leadership style reliability test and employee performance work environment can be seen from all questionnaire data to obtain reliable results. One of the data analysis methods used is the t test to determine the significant value of each variable studied. The research results show that leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The implication of these findings is the importance of effective human resource management in improving employee performance by paying attention to these factors. Full text linkThis research aims to examine and analyze the effect of product qualityand price on buying interest in Girian Indah Village, Bitung, North Sulawesi. The population in this research is the people of Girian Indah Village, Bitung, North Sulawesi who consume canned fish with the Manado Beach brand. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data is collected using aquestionnaire. The variable involved in this research is the purchase intention of Manado Beach brand canned fish, while the independent variables are productquality and price. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) product quality has apositive effect on purchase intention. This is in line with the hypothesis which states that the quality of the product has an effect on the purchase intention, meaning that the product quality of the Manado Beach brand canned fish has already begun and is in great demand by the consultants. (2) the price has apositive effect on buying interest, meaning that the more affordable the price is,the more interested people buy the product. (3) product quality and price have asimultaneo us effect on the interest in purchasing Manado Beach brand cannedfish. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regencytotaling 112 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population of 88 peopleusing distribution of questionnaires. The data collection technique in this study used aclosed questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the ClassicalAssumption Test, Multiple Regression, F Test and t Test, and the Coefficient ofDetermination. Partially, individual characteristic has a positive significant effect onemployee performance. Partially, commitmen has a significant positive effect on employeeperformance. Simultaneously individual characteristic, and commitmen have a significantpositive effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency

No full textThis research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, institutional ownership, andcompany size on company value in manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemicalsectors listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The data used in thisresearch is secondary data. Research data analysis used multiple linear regression with the helpof SPSS 16.0. The independent variables in this research are capital structure, institutionalownership, and company size, while the dependent variable is company value. Using thepurposive sampling method as a sampling technique, we obtained a population of 38 companiesand a sample of 10 companies. The results of this research show that capital structure,institutional ownership and company size simultaneously have a significant positive effect oncompany value. Meanwhile, partially capital structure has a significant positive effect on companyvalue, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on company value, company sizehas a significant negative effect on company value

Thedata source used is primary data. The sample in this study were students of Merdeka UniversityMalang with a sample size of 83 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiplelinear regression analysis. The results showed that the promotion variabel had a significanteffect on the decision to purchase ShopeeFood food delivery, price had no significant effect onthe decision to purchase ShopeeFood food delivery, and service quality had no significanteffect on the decision to purchase ShopeeFood food delivery

Full text linkThe study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial literacy, technological literacy, financial capital, cultural and social capital on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data used is primary data using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The population in this research is MSMEs located in Malang City. In this research, the sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method which was then calculated using the Slovin formula with the result of 100 samples needed for this research to make the sample technically representative. In distributing the questionnaire the author used a sampling technique based on certain criteria or purposive sampling. The statement instrument in this research was adapted from previous studies, then each instrument will be measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the data processing tool used, namely Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The data that has been collected will be tested statistically, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests, f tests for simultaneous hypotheses, t tests for partial hypotheses and coefficient of determination tests.The results of this study indicate that financial literacy does not have a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City. Technological literacy does not have a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City. Financial capital has a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City. Cultural and social capital has a significant and positive influence on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City. Financial literacy, technological literacy, financial capital, and cultural and social capital, if tested together or simultaneously, have a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City
Dampak Konflik Rusia – Ukraina Terhadap Financial Assets di Indonesia
Full text linkThis research aims to analyze the influence of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on financial assets in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an event study approach. Using secondary data from composite stock index data and historical data on other financial assets for 30 days before and 30 days after the conflict. The research results show that this conflict has a significant difference in Brent oil prices and coal prices, while IHSG and gold prices do not show significant differences. The research conclusions show that the Russia-Ukraine conflict can affect energy commodity prices globally, but does not always have a direct impact on stock markets or safe haven assets
