This research aims to analyze the influence of capital expenditure and the effectiveness of PAD on economic growth through regional financial independence in Malacca district, especially at the Bappeda office. This research uses secondary data by conducting direct research in the field by collecting data in the form of archives or documentation in the form of realized monthly data from 2020-2022. The method used in this research is data analysis techniques using SPSS tools. The research results show that capital expenditure and PAD effectiveness have a direct influence on regional financial independence and regional financial independence has a direct influence on economic growth, while capital expenditure and PAD effectiveness have an indirect influence on economic growth

The research entitled Good Governance of Management, Human Resources and Financial Systems of the X College Foundation, the researcher used a qualitative method. Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the governance of planning, policies, supervision, and accountability of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems governance at the X College Foundation. The data source for this research used primary funds at the X College Foundation. The results of the study indicate that at the X College Foundation in the governance of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems, it has not been implemented properly and in accordance with the policies, vision and mission of the foundation. So it can be concluded that the X College Foundation must immediately improve the governance of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems in accordance with the principles of GCG in order to minimize the occurrence of fraud that can harm the institution

Corrosion of steel reinforcement can result in damage to reinforced concrete structures which can affect the strength of the structure. There are several factors that can influence corrosion of reinforcing steel, one of which is the concentration
of the NaCl solution. This research aims to determine the effect of NaCl solution concentration on the corrosion rate of reinforcing steel and the axial compressive force of corroded pedestal reinforced concrete columns. The research consisted of testing the compressive force on pedestal reinforced concrete columns and testing the corrosion rate on reinforcing steel. The test objects are 14 pedestal reinforced concrete columns measuring 15 x 15 x 30 cm. Variations in the concentration of the NaCl solution used were 3.5%, 5% and 7%. The process to accelerate corrosion of reinforcing steel is carried out by immersing the test
object in a Nacl solution of concentrations of 3.5%, 5% and 7% for 10 days usingthe galvanostatic method. Compressive force testing was carried out using a CTM (compression testing machine) test tool and corrosion rate testing based on ASTM G31 concerning Standard Practice for laboratory immersion corrosion testing of metals. The research results showed that the highest compressive force value was found in the corroded test object with a 3.5% NaCl solution concentration of 448.0 kN, and the smallest compressive force was found in the test object with a 7% NaCl solution concentration of 386.0 kN. Meanwhile, the largest corrosion
rate was found on the test object with a 7% NaCl solution concentration of 23444 Mpy, and the smallest corrosion rate was on the test object with a 3.5% NaCl solution concentration of 3464 Mpy

Sumbersari Highway is a secondary class collector road connecting the veteran road to the Gajayana road. The road has a type 2 column 2 directions with the use of the left right side of the road for shops and shopping centers which caused the capacity of the street undergoing changes in accordance with the increase in the population and the economy of the local community so that the utilization of the highway increased. Based on this, it is necessary to study side barriers and traffic performance on the road. In this study using the 2014 road capacity guideline method (PKJI2014). According to research in obtained volume at peak hours Morning traffic (06.00-09.00) occurred on Thursday, December 21, at 07.45-08.45 with a value of 2500 Skr/hour, Day (11.00-14.00) occurs on Wednesday, December 20, at 11.45-12.45 with the value of 2440 Skr/h. Afternoon-Night (16.00-20.00) occur on Monday, December 18, at 16.00-17.00 with a rate of 2424 Skr/hr. For the side barrier class obtain a middle class (S) Morning peak occur on Mondays, December 18 at 07.15-08.15 with a score of 330 incidents/hours. Peak occur in Friday, December 22, at 11.00-12.00 with an estimate of 380 incidents / h. Night peak occurs in Saturday, December 16, at 18.15-19.15 and 18.30-19.30 with a rating of 374 incidents per hour. In this modern era, the world of sports is very popular and presents an opportunity to open a new business in Indonesia. Among the various fashion products, shoes are one of the most popular products among Indonesians. Starting from the types of shoes hells, wedges, flat shoes, sneakers, oxfords, loafers, boots, etc. Sports shoes are increasingly active and always make the latest innovations in producing quality sports shoe products so that everyone recognises the reliability of local sports shoe products. However, local sports shoe products are still underestimated by the public. The purpose of this study was to determine which dominant among healthy life and brand image influences the decision to purchase local brand sports shoes in Malang City. This study uses a questionnaire method given to users of local brand sports shoes in Malang City. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a simultaneous influence on healthy life and brand image in the purchase decision of local brand sports shoes in Malang City, there is a partial influence on healthy life and brand image in the purchase decision of local brand sports shoes in Malang City and Healthy life has a dominant effect on purchasing decisions for local brand sports shoes in Malang City. The results of this research Healthy Life and Brand Image simultaneously influence the decision to purchase local brand sports shoes in Malang City. A high company value reflects solid financial performance and indicates the company's success as well as the potential for higher profits for shareholders. This research uses this type of quantitative data to investigate how the profitability, liquidity and solvency of businesses can influence their value. The research object is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2017 to 2022, and the type of data used is secondary data. In this research, return on assets, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio are used as independent variables, with book price as the dependent variable. This research aims to (1) determine the influence of teamwork on employee performance (2) ) determine the influence of communication on employee performance (3) determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (4) ) determine the influence of teamwork, communication and work environment on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (5) undestand the variables that most dominantly influence the performance City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo. The sample was taken using a saturated sample method, with a population of 48 employees. The collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test. The results of the research are that partially (1) teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance (2) communication has a significant effect on employee performance (3) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (4) simultaneously shows that teamwork, communication and work environment on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (5) the communication variables is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance, this shows that all measurement indicators will directly influence the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Employees of the Plant Reporting Department of PT BUMA Tanjung Redeb, East Kalimantan. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis, using the SPSS program. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The sample used in this research was 87 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study used random sampling. Respondents were classified into several types of characteristics based on age, years of service and gender. People prefer touse JNE services than others because JNE is easy to reach and agents are easy to find,not only JNE's superiority there are also threats in terms of service quality, Often customers feel disappointed because agents are not friendly or there are problems on delivery dates that sometimes exceed the originally planned delivery date. In this study, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results of the study, Service quality (X1) has apositive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Delivery speed (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, Service Quality (X1) and Delivery Speed (X2) affect Customer Satisfaction (Y). In this study Service Quality (X1) predominantly has apositive effect on customer satisfaction (Y), these results are compared to beta values
