Lack of information technology can hider the ability to achieve a company’s goals. Business intelligence is the right step has a positive impact through the decision making process by transforming data and visualization.
The purpose of this research is to be a measurement tool for the influence factors of information technology adoption by a person and evaluate the factors that influence the use of information technology by the community by distributing questionnaires at the PT CSS sales office. The research models used are TAM and UTAUT2, which are related to the research topic. The data analysis technique used applies the PLS-SEM method by utilizing the SmartPLS 4 and Excel tools. Full text linkShopee Indonesia has grown really quickly, and a lot of people have used the app since it launched. On Shopee, cash on delivery (COD) is a payment option whereby the buyer pays in cash for the items when they are delivered. Users of the Shopee app frequently utilize this payment option because they believe it to be more trustworthy, particularly in light of the recent rise in instances of online shopping fraud. The purpose of this study is to determine how satisfied users are with the Shopee application's COD payment option. The Pieces Framework approach is employed by the writer. The objective of this quantitative descriptive study is to describe and quantify student satisfaction with the Shopee application at Merdeka University Malang, specifically in the field of information technology. One hundred FTI students will receive a questionnaire from the author to determine who is using the Shopee application actively. The average score of 3.45 indicates that Shopee application users are generally "Quite Satisfied" with their overall satisfaction level. Full text linkPoverty is a complex social problem, especially in areas where basic needs are difficult. The Indonesian government itself has developed various aid programs, including the provision of food aid in the form of rice. Often, however, assistance is not on target due to a variety of factors, including errors in collecting recipient information. The importance of determining the eligibility of Bulog rice food aid recipients by considering several criteria simultaneously to ensure that the aid is on target. This study will use a quantitative approach and discuss the application of the Electre and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining the eligibility of Bulog rice food aid recipients from Sukomalo Village. The research sample used was 20 people with criteria such as age, employment, income level, number of children, home ownership status, drinking water source, home quality, and electric power. Research results show alternative A12 has a total value of Ekl = 7, referred to as a primary alternative with the Electre method, while alternative A9 has a total preference value of 18 and processed by the SAW method. In this case, the use of the SAW method is considered more effective and accurate in determining the eligibility of beneficiaries of Bulog rice food assistance in accordance with the final results of the calculation, In addition, the use of confusion matrix methods to compare the two methods provides a more accurate rating by showing more predictions worthy and inappropriate, so that the recipients of assistance in calculating the SAW method are on target and eligible for assistance
Perancangan Desain UI/UX Aplikasi Persedi Berbasis Mobile APP Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (Studi Kasus SMAK Setia Bakti Ruteng)
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is the design of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for library applications at SMAK Setia Bakti in Ruteng, East Nusa Tenggara. Prototype testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire involving 35 respondents. The test results show that the design has been well received by users, with a SUS score of 86.5 and is in the category of “Acceptable.” The resulting UI/UX design includes a more efficient book borrowing and returning feature, with the use of QR codes for verification of borrowing and returning. The results show that the UCD approach is effective in creating a library application that meets user needs at SMAK Setia Bakti Ruteng. The app was also well received by students and library staf

Each variable of the application system service measured will produce a gap value between user perceptions received and user expectations that will be received in using this application. Full text linkThis study analyzes the effectiveness of the My Pertamina application in enhancing customer satisfaction at PT Dewi Sartika, Batu City, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study aims to understand the extent to which the My Pertamina application meets users' expectations and needs. The research employed a quantitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are active users of the My Pertamina application. The analysis results indicate that the effectiveness of the My Pertamina application significantly influences customer satisfaction. The simple linear regression test shows a strong relationship between application effectiveness and user satisfaction, with increased application effectiveness positively contributing to increased user satisfaction. Additionally, validity and reliability tests demonstrate that the instruments used in this study are valid and reliable. The study concludes that the My Pertamina application successfully enhances customer satisfaction; however, improvements in accessibility and usage consistency are still needed. The recommendations include expanding future research with a broader sample coverage and considering other external factors to gain a more comprehensive understandin

Full text linkThis research aims to analyze the effect of adjustments to the Sales Value of TaxObjects (NJOP) on Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Pisang Candi Village. Theresearch method used is qualitative with an in-depth interview approach tounderstand the impact of NJOP adjustments on PBB. The data collected includesinformation regarding NJOP and its impact on people's tax obligations. Theresearch results show indications of an increase in PBB after the NJOP adjustment,which has a significant impact on the tax burden of the people in Pisang CandiVillage. These findings reveal that adjustments to the NJOP have caused anincrease in PBB, affected the financial condition of citizens, and require furtherattention and handling from the authorities to reduce the tax burden borne by thecommunit
