OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION ON PUBLIC RELATIONS IN THE DIGITAL ERA
Get PDFIn the current era of digitalization, public services are both an opportunity and a challenge for organizations to provide services to the community, communication needed as a process of delivering information both internally and externally. Public relations is a liaison organ between the organization and the community for information services both internally and externally. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of digital media (new media) for organizations, the use of digital media by organizations, the overflow of public information, and the role of public relations in organizations. The method used is descriptive qualitative literature study that is relevant to various existing data. The results show that there are four opportunities and challenges of organizational communication. First, the increasing use of digital media among Indonesians is currently an opportunity for organizations. Second, the use of digital media by organizations as an opportunity to improve their image in the eyes of the public. Third, the role of professional and strategic public relations in mastering information technology and digital media is very much needed for organizational communication today. PEMANFAATAN DANA ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MUSTAHIK
Get PDFZakat plays a role in realizing socio-economic justice and poverty alleviation through job creation and entrepreneurial opportunities. Zakat given to mustahik will support their economic improvement if it is channeled to productive activities. One area of productive zakat utilization is business capital assistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the use of productive zakat funds by Baitul Mal in Banda Aceh City on the income level of mustahik in Banda Aceh City. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the venture capital assistance program managed by Baitul Mal had no impact on the mustahik's income level. This is due to several things, namely mustahik's not being able to develop their business optimally, lack of supervision and assistance for mustahik's businesses, and declining sales during this pandemic. Therefore, comprehensive support is needed from various parties such as the government, the community and other institutions that support poverty alleviation programs)

Students' skills must be sharpened to see the rapid developments in today's era. Children's various skills must be developed, one of which is listening skills. If students' listening skills are not good then students' understanding of the material will also be poor. The aim of this research is to help improve students' listening skills through the whispering game method. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research data collection technique was obtained through observation, written tests and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that using the chain whisper game method can improve students' listening skills, students become more active. In cycle I, 24 or 63.16% of students had the "Good" listening ability category. And 14 or 36.84% of students' listening ability was "Not Good". And in cycle II 36 or 94.74% of students had the "Good" listening ability category. And 2 or 5.26% of students' listening ability was "Not Good".

MOTIVASI ORANG TUA DALAM MEMILIH SEKOLAH FULL DAY DI SD IT TEUKU UMAR
Get PDF This research is motivated by one of the most important things in determining education is the role of parents towards children. Of course parents have certain reasons for placing their children in the school of choice in accordance with the vision and mission and also looking at the school's program perspective. This research aims to determine parents' motivation in choosing a full day school at SD IT Teuku Umar and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for parents in choosing a full day school at SD IT Teuku Umar. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used in this research is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that one of the motivations for parents in choosing a full day school at SD IT Teuku Umar is that parents want their child to become a hafidz of the Qur'an, be a pious child, have akhlakul kharimah traits and receive character development. The supporting factors that parents feel in choosing a full day school at SD IT Teuku Umar are that the school has competent teachers, there is good cooperation between parents and teachers and the school programs offered. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for parents in choosing a full day school at SD IT Teuku Umar are paying tuition fees and forgetting to deliver supplies when they are busy working.Abstract

ETIKA TERHADAP HEWAN: (Kajian Tafsir Ayat Sosial Terhadap Anjing Dalam Al-Qur’an)

One of them is the state of the art in canine poop education and sanitation. varied specialists have varied perspectives on dogs because of the variety of functions and benefits they play for people and the variety of approaches utilised to comprehend dogs. Among the jurists, Imam Shafi'i argued that this proves that canines are highly impure (mughalladzah), while Imam Malik bin Anas-Maliki held that dogs are not impure and that licking dogs is a form of worship (ta'abbud) that requires no more than seven washes. Similarly, Imam Shafi'i maintained that it is still forbidden to own a dog, although Malik bin Anas-Maliki held that doing so was permissible. Modern academics shared this view. The author primarily discusses canines from the viewpoint of the Qur'an, whose commentary takes the form of interpretations, discussing how canines are portrayed in real life and how the Qur'an explains the uniqueness of a dog.Mempelajari Al-Qur'an sangat penting karena Al-Qur'an adalah titik acuan utama untuk memahami hukum-hukum Islam. Salah satunya, mengenai pemahaman tentang najis dan pemeliharaan anjing yang masih kontroversial. Anjing adalah hewan yang memiliki peran atau manfaat yang berbeda bagi manusia, dan itu semua tergantung pada porsi apa yang dibutuhkan dan pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memahami anjing, hal inilah yang menyebabkan perbedaan cara pandang di antara para ahli dalam mengutarakan pandangannya terhadap anjing. Berawal dari para ahli fiqh, Imam Syafi'i menyatakan bahwa secara logika hal ini menunjukkan bahwa anjing najis berat (mughalladzah), berbeda halnya dengan Imam Malik bin Anas-Maliki, anjing tidak najis dan hukum jilatan anjing adalah suci alasannya karena membasuh tujuh kali hanyalah salah satu bentuk ibadah "ta'abbud". Demikian pula dalam memelihara anjing, tetapi Imam Syafi'i berpendapat bahwa memelihara anjing tetap dilarang, tidak seperti Malik bin Anas-Maliki yang memelihara anjing diperbolehkan. Get PDFBerdasarkan Qanun Aceh Nomor 9 Tahun 2008 mengenai 18 perkara tindak Pidana ringan yang dapat diselesaikan melalui perdilan adat gampong, kewenangan lembaga adat yang diatur dalam pasal 4 Qanun Aceh Nomor 10 tahun 2008, Untuk mendukung mekanisme adat, Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) antara Gubernur, Kapolda, dan Majelis Adat Aceh tanggal 20 Desember 2011, yang dijabarkan dengan Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 60 Tahun 2013. Dalam hal ini peradilan adat diberikan kewenangan untuk terlebih dahulu menyelesaikan sengketa/perselisihan secara adat sebelum dilimpahkan kepada pihak kepolisian. Proses penyelesaian tindak pidana ringan di Gampong Bumi Sari diselesaikan melalui proses adat namun dalam prosesnya masih belum Efektiv dapat dilihat dari adanya tindak pidana ringan yang terulang, fluktuatifnya angka tindak pidana ringan, dilakukan oleh pelaku yang sama dengan tindak pidana yang sama, serta tidak adanya saksi yang berbeda yang di terapkan bagi pelaku yang mengulanggi tindak pidana yang serupa. Penyebab terjadinya ketidak Efektivan hukum pidana adat di Gampong Bumi Sari diakibatkan oleh: Tidak adanya dokumen pertinggal mengenai kasus yang terjadi di gampong, tidak adanya partisipasi masyarakat, hanya sekedar mengakui hukum adat. Get PDFThis research entitled Analysis of Differences in Considerations of Judges' Legal Decisions in Deciding the Same Case (Pontianak PTUN Decision) is that land registration is carried out to provide legal certainty for holders of land rights, therefore the Government enforces land registration as stated in the Agrarian Principles. In practice, there are still problems related to land certificates, namely overlapping layers of land title certificates. Pontianak State Administrative Court (PTUN) Decision Number 25/G/2020/PTUN.PTK and Jakarta High Administrative Court (PTTUN) Decision Number 106/B/2021/PT.TUN.JKT are examples of overlapping rights certificate cases on land, raises issues that need to be studied further, namely regarding what is the basis for legal considerations of the judges of PTUN Pontianak and PTTUN Jakarta so that there are differences in decisions in adjudicating cases of overlapping overlapping certificates of land rights in Pontianak PTUN Decision Number 25/G/2020 /PTUN. PTK and Decision of the Jakarta State Administrative High Court Number 106/B/2021 /PT.TUN.JKT. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that the differences in legal considerations that occurred in this case were based on the judge's error regarding the calculation of the grace period related to the administrative efforts carried out by PT Bumi Indah Raya as the Plaintiff. The purpose of this study was to see how significant the decision was in In this study, the approach used was descriptive qualitative, meaning that the study was carried out to dig up in-depth information about the object under study. The descriptive method is a procedure for solving problems that are studied in accordance with the facts in the field.Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Perbedaan Pertimbangan Putusan Hukum Hakim Dalam Memutus Perkara yang Sama (Putusan PTUN Pontianak) bahwa pendaftaran tanah dilakukan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah, oleh karena itu Pemerintah memberlakukan pendaftaran tanah sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pokok-Pokok Agraria. Dalam prakteknya, masih terdapat permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sertifikat tanah yaitu tumpang tindihnya lapisan sertifikat hak atas tanah. Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Pontianak Nomor 25/G/2020/PTUN.PTK dan Putusan PTUN Jakarta Nomor 106/B/2021/PT.TUN.JKT adalah contoh kasus tumpang tindih sertifikat hak atas tanah, menimbulkan permasalahan yang perlu dikaji lebih lanjut yaitu mengenai apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hukum hakim PTUN Pontianak dan PTTUN Jakarta sehingga terdapat perbedaan putusan dalam mengadili perkara tumpang tindih sertipikat hak atas tanah yang tumpang tindih dalam Putusan PTUN Pontianak Nomor 25/ G/2020 /PTUN. PTK dan Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Tata Usaha Negara Jakarta Nomor 106/B/2021 /PT.TUN.JKT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa perbedaan pertimbangan hukum yang terjadi dalam perkara ini didasarkan pada kesalahan hakim mengenai perhitungan tenggang waktu terkait dengan upaya administratif yang dilakukan oleh PT Bumi Indah Raya selaku Penggugat.
