Full text linkThis research discusses phonemena silting aqidah that occurred in West Aceh district and government role in determining policy in anticipating effort dissemination of heresy and apostasy that happened in society society. The research method using qualitative method with descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were those who were involved in the settlement of cases of heresy and apostasy in the District of West Aceh. The object of research is matters relating to the government's policy in tackling the heresy in West Aceh District. The result of the research shows that in the tackling of heresy and apostasy, the Government of West Aceh District has conducted a number of policies and efforts, among others: guidance of public aqidah, reviving the ta'lim assembly and maghrib to study, forming forum of acceleration of Islamic law enforcement, and designing the village reusam. In the effort to solve every case of heresy and apostasy, the government also prioritizes persuasive communication and dialogue by involving related institutions and society

Rekonstruksi Mulla Shadra Atas Konsep Muhkâm dan Mutasyâbihât Al-Qur’an
Full text linkThe basic principle that the Qur'an has two levels, the material and the spiritual level,is associated with other principles namely Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihâtof al-Qur'an. Mulla Shadra divides two levels of Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihâtof Al-Qur'an although both are in one unit. These two levels are Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihât at the level of tafsir and Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihât at the takwil level. Both are in harmony and unity. Takwil must depart from and remain leaning on tafsir, meanwhile tafsirmust return to the nature of its existence at the level of takwil. The concept of Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihât at the level of tafsirwill return to the analysis of language and literature of the Qur'an. At the tafsir level, the verses that have a definite and clear meaning are called the verse of Muhkamât, whereas the verses which have many possible meanings that likely come with similarity or equivocation (musytarak lafdzi) are called Mutasyâbihât verses. Full text linkThe focus in this study is to examine how does the meaning of photo jurnalism about the violation of Islamic Shari'ah that presented on the website Menatapaceh.com. The research is used descriptive qualitative method, which is discussing some photojournalism study with Roland Barthes semiotics analysis theory which is refers to some signs (denotation, connotation and myth). The photo for research sample is taken from the Menatapaceh.com which is have 6 (six) photos. Denotation on those six photos show us a clear meaning. But in terms of connotation there is not all photos have the six semiotics procedures of Roland Barthes connotation, there are only a few procedures that shown such as trick effect, object and photogenia. That is seen in some images is have cropping frames of some photos, color settings and lighting on the camera. The way photographers take the pictures is simplified, that make easy for readers to understand the messages contained in the photos. The true meaning of a photos is only know by the photographer himself. In that photojournalism which is found on the website Menatapaceh.com all contain three elements of Roland Barthes semiotics theory it's the denotation, connotation and myth
