MELACAK ASAL-USUL FEMINIS MUSLIM DI INDONESIA DAN KAJIAN TERHADAPNYA
Get PDFHingga kini, paham feminisme masih terus menyebar dan berkembang di tatanan masyarakat Indonesia. Terlebih paham ini telah menjalar ke dalam tubuh agama Islam. Padahal ajaran Islam dengan ajaran paham feminisme sangatlah bertentangan. Feminisme yang pada awalnya hanya menuntut hak-hak perempuan, namun seiring berjalannya waktu mereka meminta untuk disamakan (equal) dengan laki-laki. Dalam Islam, laki-laki dan perempuan itu sederajat, tidak berbeda kelas, dan saling melengkapi. Masing-masing dari keduanya membutuhkan pasangan. Sehingga dari dahulu Islam sudah mengajarkan yang namanya Keadilan Gender. Tentu, kata adil disini adalah adil menurut makna Islam, yaitu adil bukan berarti sama-rata, melainkan menempatkan sesuatu pada tempatnya. Keadilan di sini juga dimaksudkan untuk memperlakukan laki-laki dan perempuam sebagaimana fitrah penciptaannya
PEMBENTUKAN WISATA RELIGI DALAM TRADISI ZIARAH KUBUR
Get PDFTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembentukan wisata religi melaui tradisi ziarah kubur. Tradsi ziarah kubur merupakan salah satu tradisi yang masih eksis di tengah Masyarakat muslim di Indonesia. Tradisi ini berkembang menjadi salah satu pusat kunjungan terbesar yang kemudian menjadi wisata religi. Ada dua fokus kajian artikel ini yaitu apa hubungan tradisi ziarah kubur dengan wisata religi dan apa faktor penyebab tradisi ziarah kubur di makam Syekh Burhanuddin, Mande Rubiyah dan Puyang Muaro Danau bisa menjadi aktifitas wisata religi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif-deskriptif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi yang sekaligus sebagai participant observation yaitu peneliti sebagai alat instrument secara langsung, kemudian Teknik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi atau literatur, kesemua data tersebut diklasifikasi dan dianalisis secara mendalam dan disimpulkan. Temuannya adalah bahwa pembentukan wisata religi pada tradisi ziarah kubur disebabkab beberapa faktor yaitu pertama ziarah kubur berkaitan dengan agama, kedua ziarah kubur berkaitan dengan kemuliaan dan kekaromahan, ketiga makam yang diziarahi merupakan tokoh yang berpengaruh atau memiliki sejarah yang besar, keempat adanya motif tersendiri bagi penziarah terhadap makam yang diziarahi. Faktor tersebut merupakan alasan penziarah mengunjungi makam dan terbentuklah wisata religi
Konflik Kepentingan Putusan MK Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023 Tentang Batas Usia Capres dan Cawapres Menurut UU Kekuasaan Kehakiman
Get PDFMahkamah Konstitusi merupakan Lembaga yang kedudukannya sejajar dengan lembaga tinggi seperti MPR, DPR, Presiden dan lembaga tinggi lainnya. Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam tugasnya yaitu menjalankan kekuasaan kehakiman dibidang konstitusional. Namun belakangan ini kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Mahkamah Konstitusi sangat menurun yang disebabkan adanya dugaan potensi konflik kepentingan yang ada di Mahkamah Konstitusi pada Perkara Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023 tentang Batas Usia Capres dan Cawapres. Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai salah satu lembaga yang menegakkan hukum akan tetapi pada faktanya Mahkamah Konstitusi juga melanggar Undang-Undang Nomor 48 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kekuasaan kehakiman. Ketua Hakim Anwar Usman berpotensi melalukan keberpihakan dan konflik kepentingan atas Perkara Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023 yang sedang diperkarakan di MK. Dalam pokok perkara tersebut nama Gibran Rakabuming Raka yang berkedukan sebagai keponakan dari Anwar Usman, akan tetapi Anwar Usman yang menjabat sebagai Ketua Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi tidak mundur dari jabatannya. Sehingga dalam putusan 90/PUU-XXI/2023 telah terjadi konflik kepentingan yang dibuktikan dengan adanya pertama, kecacatan hukum formil dalam legal standing pemohon, kedua adanya keberpihakan anwar usman dalam proses persidangan dan pembuktian, ketiga adanya kekeliaruan dalam pertimbangan hakim dimana 5 hakim yang setuju memuliki alasan yang berbeda (Concurring Opinion). Kemudian adanya cacat materil dalam permohonan tersebut yaitu pertama tercantumnya nama Gibran Rakabuming Raka dalam permohonan, adanya ikonsisteni Mahkamah Konstitusi serta sanksi pelanggaran kode etik berat yang diberikan kepada Anwar Usman berupa pemecatan secara tidak hormat. Hal tersebut memiliki efek yaitu menurunya legitimasi masyarakt terhadap Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi
LANGUAGE CENSORSHIP IN INDONESIAN NEWS HEADLINES: EUPHEMISM AND LITERACY LEARNING
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to investigate the use of euphemisms in news headlines of mass media in Indonesia. The urgency of this study is the very important role of headlines in shaping readers' perception and understanding. The method used is qualitative with a semantic study approach to track changes in meaning. The data studied are 25 news headlines from various online mass media in Indonesia. The results of the study found five forms of euphemism that are often used as language censorship, namely yaitu lakalantas, tunarungu, gratifikasi, pramuria, and pekerja migran Indonesia in news headlines. The five vocabularies are used as euphemisms for language censorship and help reduce the possibility of content that is too harsh or sensitive to be conveyed to the public. By replacing harsh words or phrases with more subtle expressions, the mass media attempt to create a sense of civility in the delivery of information. The results of the study relate to literacy learning in this digital era through three learning targets, namely literacy learning in Indonesia, literacy learning for BIPA, literacy learning for Indonesian schools in Malaysia. This study provides an overview of the phenomenon of euphemism in news headlines, it is hoped that this study can provide valuable insights for mass media practitioners, academics, and the general public in understanding the important role of news headlines in Indonesian information culture
REVIEW OF SHARIA ECONOMIC LAW ON THE PRACTICE OF BUYING AND SELLING ISTISHNA' IN THE HN's CAKE HOME INDUSTRY BUSINESS IN MEUREUBO DISTRICT, WEST ACEH REGENCY

This research aims to expose the practice of trading istisna' in the HN’s Cake home industry business located in Ujong Tanjong Village, Meureubo District, West Aceh and analyze it according to the views of sharia economic law. This research is qualitative research that uses a combination of two methods, namely library research and field research. Field research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Meanwhile, for the library method, researchers carry out literature studies according to the study. The results of the research show that the practice of trading with an order system in the HN Cake business meets the elements of istishna' trading, where every cake produced is in accordance with the buyer's request and according to sharia economic law analysis, it meets the criteria for buying and selling halal food because the HN Cake home industry already has a certificate. halal from the Indonesian Ulema Council. The process carried out meets sharia standards, namely clean, produced with halal materials and does not contain prohibited elements (khamar and khinzir)

No full textThis article delves into the dynamic nature of fatwa, highlighting its variability across time, place, customs, and circumstances. Employing a qualitative methodology centered on content analysis, the research unveils significant findings regarding the fluidity of fatwa in response to evolving societal dynamics. Results indicate that shifts in power coincide with temporal changes, marking the extinction of preceding norms and the emergence of new paradigms across successive generations. Furthermore, the study underscores the interplay between changing societal needs, conditions, and customs, serving as catalysts for fatwa modification. Geographical variations among Muslim countries and distinctions between Islamic and non-Islamic realms also contribute to the adaptive nature of fatwa. Notably, the mutability of customs across regions prompts corresponding adjustments in fatwa rulings. Additionally, fluctuations in circumstances, characterized by evolving societal needs and conditions, necessitate adaptive fatwa responses. Through these multifaceted changes, Islamic law demonstrates resilience and adaptability, ensuring its relevance across diverse temporal and spatial contexts

Get PDFThe background of this research is to display the results of activities carried out in the Independent Learning Curriculum, namely the projects in the Pancasila Rahmatan lil'alamin Student Profile. The aim of the Edu EXPO and Market Days (P5P2RA) activity is to train students in entrepreneurial activities and creative activities, and to provide students with an understanding of the importance of entrepreneurial and creative education in today's era. The method used in this service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). PAR (Participatory Action Research) is a type of research that actively involves all relevant parties in studying ongoing actions (where their own experiences are the problem) in order to make changes and improvements in a better direction. In this activity, students are divided into 7 stands, where in each stand there are 3 classes that will fill the stand. At each stand, students are asked to sell a variety of food and drinks. Students will also sell craft items that have been made during Project activities from the Pancasila Student Profile. Apart from that, there were several students who displayed their talents, starting from tilawatil Qur'an, fashion shows, drama, paskibraka, drum band, syarhil, and many more. So based on this research, it can be concluded that the Edu EXPO and Market Days (P5P2RA) activities can help students understand the importance of entrepreneurship and can also build student enthusiasm so they can become creative and innovative students.Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu untuk menampilkan hasil dari kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka belajar yaitu project yang ada dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila Rahmatan lil’alamin. Tujuan dari kegiatan Edu EXPO and Market Days (P5P2RA) ini yaitu untuk melatih siswa dalam kegiatan berwirausaha dan dalam kegiatan kreativitas, dan dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan wirausaha dan kreatifitas di masa sekarang ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu Participatory Action Research (PAR). PAR (Participatory Action Research) merupakan jenis penelitian yang melibatkan secara aktif seluruh pihak terkait dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung (dimana pengalaman mereka sendiri sebagai permasalahannya) guna melakukan perubahan dan perbaikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Dalam kegiatan ini, siswa dibagi menjadi 7 stand, yang mana disetiap stand terdapat 3 kelas yang akan mengisi stand. Setiap stand, siswa diminta untuk menjual beraneka makanan dan juga minuman. Siswa juga akan menjual barang kerajinan yang telah dibuat semasa kegiatan Projek dari Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Selain itu, ada beberapa siswa yang menampilkan bakatnya, mulai dari tilawatil Qur’an, fashion show, drama, paskibraka, drum band, syarhil, dan masih banyak lagi. Sehingga berdasarkan dari penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan Edu EXPO and Market Days (P5P2RA) ini dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami pentingnya berwirausaha juga dapat membangun semangat siswa agar bisa menjadi siswa yang kreatif dan inovatif
Consumer Legal Protection Against Developer Defaults in Binding Agreements for the Sale and Purchase of Flats
Get PDFThis study discusses consumer legal protection against developer defaults in the binding agreement for the sale and purchase of flats (PPJB). The increase in housing development, especially through the pre-project selling system, often harms consumers due to uncertainty and default from developers. The research method used is a literature study, with a legal approach and a case approach. Analysis was carried out on Decision Number 91/PDT/2018/PT. Jakarta to assess the legal protection provided to consumers. The results of the study show that regulations, including Law Number 11 of 2011 concerning Flats, provide a strong legal basis for consumers to demand their rights. Consistent law enforcement in default cases creates a precedent that strengthens the position of consumers, increases public trust in the legal system, and creates a conducive environment for flats buying and selling transactions

Communication, in its various forms, is one of the aspects affected by these developments, including interpersonal communication. A close relationship between interpersonal communication and libraries can be found. The library, as a building, serves as a place where various activities related to managing, collecting, compiling, organizing, and processing library materials are carried out. Interpersonal communication plays an important role in the context of this library. This study applies qualitative methods in data collection by approaching literature review, namely "Interpersonal Communication as a Strategy for Increasing the Utilization of Library Services in the Digital Era". These data are obtained through online observations from websites that support data collection, from books and journals available. The purpose of this study was to understand the role played by interpersonal communication in service use strategies in libraries. In the application of interpersonal communication, librarians must have the following traits and attitudes. 1. Empathy 2. Support 3. Positive attitude 4. Equality or similarity 5. Openness. Interpersonal communication is used as a form of communication in this context. Interpersonal communication includes the interaction between communicators and communicants, either directly or through media or intermediaries. This type of communication is considered very effective in approaching, changing opinions, and human behavior as a strategy to increase the utilization of library services in the digital age

These social activities such as communicating and interacting, or providing information in the form of writing, photos and videos. This makes social media play a role in all lines of life, including in the government sector, namely as a means of public dialogue space between the government and the community. This study aims to study, analyze, and describe the communication carried out by Banyumas Regent Achmad Husain with his community in virtual public spaces on his Instagram account @ir_achmadhusain. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at the Banyumas Regent Instagram account @ir_achmadhusain with the content analysis method. Researchers observed the Banyumas Regent's Instagram account and its interactions with the people who followed. The results in this study show that the The Regent of Banyumas made Instagram social media a virtual public dialogue space to accommodate aspirations, input, criticism and suggestions. In addition, Ir. Achmad Husain also uses his Instagram account as a means of public service such as; socialization media, providing education and information as well as virtual interaction spaces between himself and his people
