PERAN GURU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN TIGA KECERDASAN SISWA DI MIN 3 NAGAN RAYA
In this era of industrial revolution 4.0, the role of teachers is very urgent in developing social intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence of students in madrasah. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in developing the three intelligences. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. While the data processing technique uses Sugiyono's theory by reducing data (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and verifying data (drawing conclusions). The results showed that the teacher as a student mentor has acted as a model and facilitator in developing students' social intelligence, both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Then the teacher as a student educator has acted as a coach in the process of habituation and exemplary examples that can be emulated in developing students' spiritual intelligence, both outwardly and spiritually. Furthermore, the teacher as a teacher has played a role in transferring various disciplines in developing the intellectual intelligence of students which is useful for their future. The results of this study can be recommended to the Head of the District / City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Head of Madrasah to improve the professionalism of teachers who are able to apply the three intelligences of students in madrasah
RELEVANSI TEORI SOSIAL KOGNITIF ALBERT BANDURA TERHADAP ILMU PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
The relevance of Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory to Islamic Education, namely the theory that explains modeling/modeling discovered by Albert Bandura with the theory contained in Islam, namely Uswatun Hasanah, these two theories explain the formation of a person's personality based on modeling or imitation carried out by other people. , a person imitates the behavior of another person whose behavior becomes his own. Modeling is social learning that a person obtains from their environment and cognition. For example: students use their teachers as role models both in terms of cognitive and behavioral aspects. Students tend to imitate and model whatever they observe from their teachers. Therefore, teachers should be examples and role models for their students, teachers must have a good personality as reflected in teacher competence, namely teachers must have a person with noble character. The noble morals that a teacher must have are reflected in the mandatory characteristics of the Prophet, namely the characteristics of Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh. These are the qualities that teachers must have in order to create knowledge and good morals for their students. PENDEKATAN SUPERVISI COLLABORATIVE DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PEMBELAJARAN KREATIF
One of the external factors that results in low teacher professional competence is that the implementation of supervision by the school principal is carried out more in an assessing manner. Ideally, supervision itself is carried out in a collegial manner, not patronizing, and takes the form of partnership and mentoring, and is carried out through open and flexible discussion and brainstorming to help teachers reflect on their performance in carrying out their professional duties. In realizing creative learning, one of the approaches that can be used is an approach that prioritizes partnerships or co-workers between the principal as the academic supervisor and the teacher as the person being supervised, this approach is more of a companion through open and flexible discussion and brainstorming and has clear goals. It is clear that helping teachers develop into professionals through reflective activities is a collaborative supervision approach. STRATEGI PEMASARAN DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN UMKM DI INDONESIA
Digital marketing has become a key factor in business success, including for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Along with technological developments and increasingly high internet penetration, MSMEs need to adopt digital marketing strategies to increase their competitiveness and sales. This research aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Indonesia to increase sales and expand the market. The method used in this research is a literature study and qualitative analysis of the implementation of digital marketing in several MSMEs in Indonesia. The research results show that digital marketing strategies that can increase MSME sales include the use of social media, content-based marketing, digital advertising, and optimizing e-commerce platforms. Apart from that, the importance of improving digital skills for MSME players and strengthening connections between MSMEs and consumers through digital platforms is a determining factor for success. By implementing the right digital marketing strategy, MSMEs in Indonesia can expand market reach, increase visibility, and ultimately drive significant sales growth. It is hoped that this research can provide insight for MSME players and stakeholders to further optimize digital marketing potential in facing increasingly competitive market challenges.
 
تطبيق الطريقة القياسية ببطاقة الكلمة لترقية قدرة الطلاب في تدريس النحو (دراسة تجريبية في المدرسة الثانوية بمعهد باب النجاح)
معهد باب النجاح أحد المعاهد الإسلامية العصرية ببندا آتشيه، اعتمادا على الملاحظة الأولى في معهد باب النجاح، وجدت الباحثة المشكلة في التعلم النحو باستخدام الطريقة الاستقرائية وهي طريقة تبدأ من شرح الأمثلة ثم استخلاص من نتائج المناقشة حول هذه الأمثلة، ولكن هذه الطريقة غير مناسبة لبعض الطلاب، مما يجعل الطلاب صعوبة في فهم النحو ولا يستطيعون فهم قواعد النحو جيدا. ولذلك أرادت الباحثة أن تبحث بحثا تحت الموضوع "تطبيق الطريقة القياسية ببطاقة الكلمة لترقية قدرة الطلاب في تدريس النحو (دراسة تجريبية في المدرسة الثانوية بمعهد باب النجاح)". هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على فعالية تطبيق الطريقة القياسية بوسيلة بطاقة الكلمة لترقية قدرة الطلاب في تدريس النحو.أما منهج البحث لهذه الرسالة فهو المنهج التجريبي بتصميمات التمهيدية بنوع One-Group Pre-test Post-test design ) ( وأما مجتمع في هذه الرسالة هو الطلاب في الفصل الثالث الثانوي وكان عددهم ١04 طالبا، وأما العينة هنا الطلاب في الفصل الثالث (ج) وكان عددهم 3٠ طالبا. وتستخدم الباحثة لجمع البيانات الاختبارين. الاختبار القبلي والبعدي، ستبحث الباحثة نتائجها من حيث الاختبار الطبيعي، والاختبار المتجانس ، واختبار(Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test) باستخدام SPSS 20 . وأظهرت نتائج الاختبار القبلي والبعدي فقد تم الحصول على مستوى الدلالة (sig) بتقدير 0,001 < 0,05 مما يدل على أن الفرض البديل مقبول ((Ha والفرض الصفري مردود (Ho).Babun Najah Islamic boarding school is one of the modern Islamic boarding schools in Banda Aceh, based on first observations at the Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School, researchers found problems in learning nahwu using the istira'iyah method, namely a method that starts from explaining examples and then drawing conclusions from the results of discussions regarding these examples, but this method is not suitable for some students, so making it difficult for students to understand nahwu and unable to understand the rules of nahwu well. Therefore, the researcher wants to conduct research on the topic "Application of the Qiyasiyah Method with Word Cards to Improve Students' Ability in Learning Nahwu (Experimental Study at the Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School Tsanawiyah)" The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of applying the qiyasiyah method using word cards to improve students' abilities in learning nahwu. The research methodology in this thesis is the Pre-Experiment Designs method with One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Designs, and the population in this thesis is third grade Tsanawiyah students, totaling 104 students, and the sample here is class 3-C students, totaling 30 students. Researchers used two tests to collect data. Pre-test and post-test. The examiner will test the results with the normality test, homogeneity test, and Wilcoxon sign rank test using SPSS 20. The pre-test post-test results show significance results with a value of 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (H0) rejected.Pesantren Babun Najah merupakan salah satu pesantren Islam modern yang ada di Banda Aceh, berdasarkan pengamatan awal di Pesantren Babun Najah, Peneliti menemukan permasalahan pada pembelajaran nahwu dengan menggunakan metode istira’iyah yaitu metode yang dimulai dari menjelaskan contoh - contoh kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari hasil diskusi mengenai contoh tersebut, akan tetapi metode ini tidak cocok dengan sebagian siswa, sehingga menjadikan siswa sulit dalam memahami nahwu dan tidak mampu memahami kaidah nahwu dengan baik. Oleh karna itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian dengan topik “Penerapan Metode Qiyasiyah dengan Kartu Kata untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan siswa dalam Pembelajaran Nahwu Studi Eksperimen di Sekolah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Babun Najah)” tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas penerapan metode qiyasiyah dengan media kartu kata untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran nahwu. Adapun metodologi penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah metode Pre-Eksperiment Designs dengan One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Designs, Dan populasi dalam skripsi ini adalah siswa kelas tiga tsanawiyah yang berjumlah 104 siswa, dan sampel disini siswa kelas 3-C yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan dua tes untuk mengumpulkan data. Pre-test dan post-test. Penguji akan menguji hasilnya dengan uji normalitas, uji homogen, dan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil pre-test post-test menunjukkan hasil signifikansi dengan nilai 0,001 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis (Ha) diterima dan (H0) ditolak
Actualizing Disability Rights Under Law Number 8 of 2016: An Inclusive Development in Lheu Eu Village
The village, as a legal construct, comprises both a governing body and its community members. However, development initiatives in these rural areas often fail to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. This neglect leads to the marginalization of persons with disabilities, forcing them to live in isolation within rural environments. In response, the Government of Indonesia has enacted Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. This legislation aims to elevate the status of persons with disabilities to that of equal citizens, ensuring fair rights and opportunities for their active participation in village development. This study employs a normative juridical methodology by analyzing data from legal documents and literature, complemented by an empirical approach through interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research seeks to elucidate the rights of persons with disabilities within the framework of village development and to explore village government perspectives on their inclusion. Development efforts must shift toward a community-centered model that integrates the interests of the disabled population. Accordingly, the welfare of persons with disabilities in Lheu Eu Village, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar, must be grounded in humanitarian principles. Collaborative efforts among village government, the business sector, academia, and disability advocates are essential to realizing the legal mandate and regulatory framework that govern the inclusion of persons with disabilities in rural development
THE INFLUENCE OF THE FREE FIRE ONLINE GAME ON CHANGES IN THE SOCIAL CHARACTER OF STUDENTS MIN 16 ACEH BARAT
This research is motivated by the large number of MI students who like to play online games. One of them is the online free fire game. This research aims to determine the influence of online free-fire games towards the social character of students at MIN 16 West Aceh. This research is quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 25 class V students at MIN 16 West Aceh. This research data uses a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire given to 25 class V students at MIN 16 West Aceh. From the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between participation in the Free Fire online game on changes in the social character of students at MIN 16 West Aceh, with a strong level of influence. In fact, the results of the regression analysis show a coefficient of 0.438, and a significance value (Sig.) of 0.00, which means Sig. smaller than the predetermined significance level (0.05). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. With these findings, it can be concluded that the online game free fire has a significant effect on changes in the social character of students at MIN 16 West Aceh
USE OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA TO ENHANCE THE MATURITY OF STUDENTS' CAREER CHOICES
Adolescents are in the transition period to early adulthood, at which time adolescents begin to explore various forms of career information and choose further studies in college and determine career choices that match their talents and interests. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using interactive multimedia to increase the maturity of students' career choices. The research method used is quantitative pre-experiment with one-group pre-test posttest design. The type of pre-experiment used is a one shot case study. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students. The data collection technique uses a maturity scale of career choices. The data analysis technique uses a one sample t-test with prerequisite testing using the Shapiro Wilk normality test.The results showed that there was a significant increase before (156) and after (121) the provision of interactive multimedia to increase the maturity of students' career choices. Then the results of the analysis test showed a calculated T value of 19.798 > t table 1.699, then it can be interpreted that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which means that there is an influence from the use of interactive multimedia to increase the maturity of career choices. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia is effectively used to increase the maturity of students' career choices
DID THE SPECIAL AUTONOMI FUND TRANSFER AFFECT THE INTER-REGIONAL ECONOMIC EQUALITY IN ACEH?
This study aims to analyze the convergence of per capita income of districts/cities in Aceh Province after the transfer of special autonomy funds that has taken place during the period 2008 to 2022. The method used is sigma convergence with dispersion analysis, coefficient of variation and beta convergence with the Arellano-Bond General Moment Method estimation model approach or First Difference GMM (FD-GMM). The results of the sigma convergence analysis revealed that there was a convergent trend throughout 2008 to 2019 even though in the Covid-19 period the 2019-2022 period slowly showed divergence. Meanwhile, based on beta convergence analysis, it shows that there is no GDP-per capita convergence, but the divergence shown by the value of the GDP-per capita coefficient of the initial year which is marked / positive slope and the variable of special autonomy funds shows negative and significant effects. These results indicate that the special autonomy fund has not contributed significantly to equity in Aceh Province. This is because budget management is still not good so that equity in Aceh Province is still constrained. Evaluation of the use of special autonomy funds must be carried out so that the use and management of these funds can be realized on target in accordance with the target considering that the transfer period of Aceh special autonomy funds will end in 2027.
 
Urgensi Pemahaman Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Sebagai Bekal Pencegahan Stunting Di Desa Mendalanwangi Kecamatan Wagir
Usia remaja termasuk periode perkembangan manusia, dimana kategori usia remaja adalah dimulai dari usia 13 20 tahun. Dalam fase ini anak remaja harus paham bagaimana cara menjaga kesehatan reproduksi. Di fase remaja akan ada banyak perubahan terjadi, bagian badan tertentu akan mengalami perubahan fisik. Pemahaman tentang reproduksi haruslah diajarkan sejak dini, karena sangat penting bagi remaja mengetahui bagaimana cara menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, remaja juga harus mengetahui bagaimana fungsi dari alat reproduksi agar tidak salah langkah dan menyebabkan penyakit. Pemahaman kesehatan reproduksi juga bertujuan agar remaja tidak salah langkah menjaga kesehatan reproduksi dan meminimalisir terjadinya stunting. Akibat mengabaikan kesehatan reproduksi yakni kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan, perkawinan dini. Pengetahuan yang matang juga diperlukan sebelum merencanakan memiliki anak, agar anak tidak terlahir dengan keadaan yang cacat. Termasuk gizi juga sangat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan, sehingga tidak terjadi stunting atau keadaan anak yang cenderung sangat pendek dan tidak seperti anak seusiany
