KEWAJIBAN ANAK TERHADAP ORANG TUA: (TINJAUAN TAFSIR AL-MARAGHI SURAT AL-AHQAF AYAT 15-20)
Get PDFThis study analyzes the obligations of children to both parents based on Al-Maraghi's interpretation of Surah Al-Ahqaf verses 15-20. The results of the study show that children have two primary obligations. First, doing good to parents includes loving, cherishing, respecting, and obeying their commands as long as they do not contradict the sharia. This obligation also includes responding to their calls immediately, being friendly, putting their interests first, maintaining relationships, sacrificing for them, and providing for themselves. Tafsir Al-Maraghi emphasizes the importance of love and devotion to both parents during their lifetime. Second, pray for the good of both parents, both living and deceased. Prayer becomes a form of devotion not limited by time, reflecting deep respect and affection. This study affirms the relevance of Islamic values in the relationship between children and parents, which is emphasized in Al-Maraghi's tafsir as an ethical and spiritual foundation for building a harmonious and blessed family

No full textInstagram is one of the popular platforms that plays an important role in disseminating information quickly and relevantly. The @bestie.genk Instagram account is a platform for disseminating news information with the presentation of informal, brief and detailed language styles making this account has its own appeal. This study aims to analyze how the influence and how much influence Instagram @bestie.genk social media has on fulfilling information needs among digital communication and media students of class 59 SV IPB University. This research uses a quantitative approach method with a questionnaire. Data were obtained from 75 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that Instagram @bestie.genk has a significant influence with a coefficient of determination of 29.3%. This finding shows that this account has a significant role in fulfilling information needs among students. This study concludes that there is a positive influence with increased fulfillment of information needs, which indicates that this account functions effectively as a provider of fast, brief, and relevant information
INTEGRASI NILAI-NILAI MULTIKULTURAL DALAM KONTEKS PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMPN 13 MALANG
Get PDFIndonesia is a country rich in culture, religion and ethnicity. This diversity gives strength but also poses challenges, especially in maintaining harmony. Multicultural education in Islamic Religious Education lessons has long been discussed, but applying these values is still not optimal. So, it is very important to integrate the values of multicultural education at all levels of education in Indonesia, including at the junior high school level, as a foundation for character building in early adolescence. This research aims to explore more deeply how multicultural values are implemented in SMPN 13 Malang and how multicultural values can be integrated into the context of Islamic Education. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The subjects in this research are the vice curriculum, Islamic Education teachers and student representatives. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation methods, while the data were analysed with descriptive qualitative through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this research shows that SMPN 13 Malang applies multicultural values such as tolerance value, equality value, and freedom value. Meanwhile, multicultural values in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMPN 13 Malang are integrated through various aspects such as the materials, methods, and teaching media
The Role of Islamic Philanthropy in Natural and Humanitarian Disaster Management
Get PDFThis study aims to comprehensively explore and understand the role of Islamic philanthropy in handling natural and humanitarian disasters by exploring how Islamic philanthropy, through its instruments such as zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf, can serve as a tool to strengthen community resilience and build social solidarity. This study uses library research with literature analysis techniques carried out integratively and comprehensively to identify and categorize data assisted by various relevant theories. The results state that Islamic philanthropy reflects the values of justice, solidarity, and social care, playing a vital role in disaster management and community recovery through zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf. In the digital era, this philanthropy has the opportunity to pioneer global social empowerment by utilizing technologies such as Islamic crowdfunding and crypto waqf innovations, enabling rapid, widespread, and accountable distribution. However, this great potential must be accompanied by a commitment to ethics, security, and transparency to ensure Islamic philanthropy remains relevant and contributes progressively to sustainable socio-economic resilience
Pemahaman Masyarakat Subulussalam Kota Terhadap Surah Al-Hujurāt Ayat 13 Dalam Kaitannya Dengan Ta’aruf Pra Nikah
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the understanding of the people of Subulussalam City regarding Surah Al-Ḥujurāt verse 13, particularly in relation to ta’aruf before marriage. Ta’aruf refers to the initial process undertaken by prospective couples—male and female—to get to know each other, so that their forthcoming marriage is based on mutual understanding and informed decision-making. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation and interviews. The data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The findings of the study are as follows:In the translation category, 3 informants were classified as having a good understanding, while 1 informant was found to have no understanding. In the interpretation category, 2 informants demonstrated a good understanding, while 4 were categorized as having only partial understanding. In the extrapolation category, 6 informants were found to have a good understanding, while 2 informants showed no understanding

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mendeskripsikan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam perspektif QS. Al-Alaq 1-5. Jenis penelitian, penelitian deskriptif kulitatif dengan metode Studi pustaka merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang diarahkan kepada pencarian data dan informasi melalui dokumen-dokumen, baik dokumen tertulis, foto-foto, gambar, maupun dokumen elektronik yang dapat mendukung dalam proses penulisan. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: Pembelajaran PAI dalam perspektif QS. Al-Alaq 1-5 haruslah sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berorietasikan dengan tujuan, pendidik, peserta didik, materi, media, dan evaluasi yang berlandaskan pada QS. Al-Alaq 1-5; 4. Model pembelajaran PAI dibingkai dalam suatu pendekatan pembelajaran, strategi, Metode, teknik, dan taktik yang berlandaskan pada QS. Al-Alaq 1-5. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah: 1) Seyogyanya memberikan dampak positif bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berlandaskan pada QS. Al-Alaq 1-5 ; 2) Memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemutakhiran pembelajaran yang berbasis pada penguatan tujuan, pendidik, peserta didik, strategi, materi, media, metode, dan evaluasi yang berlandaskan pada QS. Al-Alaq 1-5 pada setiap proses pembelajaran agar dapat berkualtas dan bermutu; 3) bagi peserta didik agar meningkatkan pemahaman, dan minatnya dalam belajar; 4) Diharapkan menjadi sumbangsi positif bagi pemerintah, sekolah, perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam
Pemberitaan Tentang Kekerasan dan Perlindungan Anak di Sekolah Pada Portal Kompas
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana portal Kompas menulis pemberitaan tentang kekerasan dan perlindungan anak di sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) dengan mengkaji 3 (tiga) artikel pada bulan Mei 2025. Artikel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini hanya yang berkaitan dengan isu kekerasan terhadap anak di sekolah yang ditulis oleh portal kompas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa portal kompas menulis pemberitaan terkait dengan gaya dan jenis berita straight news sehingga informasi tidak tergali lebih dalam. Adanya penggunaan framing yang mengarahkan berpihak kepada korban dan sekolah terkesan abai dalam isu kekerasan terhadap anak. Kajian ini juga menemukan minimnya penggunaan pedoman peliputan pemberitaan anak yang diterbitkan oleh Aliansi Jurnalis Independen (AJI) sebagai panduan dalam peliputan
KETIKA PEGAWAI TAK LAGI PEDULI: MENELUSURI AKAR APATISME PEGAWAI DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI
Get PDFEmployee apathy within higher education institutions poses a significant challenge to the development of a healthy and productive organizational culture. This article aims to explore the root causes of apathetic attitudes among academic staff and propose relevant mitigation strategies. Employing a narrative literature review approach, this study synthesizes key findings related to disengagement, leadership, reward systems, workload, and organizational culture. The findings reveal that apathy is not merely an individual issue, but rather reflects structural failures in providing a fair, supportive, and inclusive work environment. Key contributing factors include uninspiring and exclusive leadership, unfair performance evaluations, excessive workloads without sufficient support, and authoritarian, non-humanistic organizational cultures. To address these issues, a holistic strategy is required, encompassing visionary leadership, transparent and fair reward systems, enhanced organizational support, and cultural transformation toward humanistic and collaborative values. This article serves as a conceptual reference for higher education leaders seeking to create a more participatory, healthy, and sustainable work climate

No full textThe Student General Election at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang is one of the campus democracy events that not only functions as a means of electing student leaders, but also as a medium to increase active student participation in political activities. Commonly used social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook play a very important role in shaping student perceptions of candidates and the overall election process. By using framing theory, this study focuses on how the media frames news related to the Student General Election and its impact on students' political decisions. This study aims to analyze how the framing of news about the student general election at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang influences students' political decisions. By using qualitative methods and a questionnaire of 11 questions, this study found that most students were influenced by the news they received. The results of the data management that has been carried out can be concluded that most students are influenced and some students are not influenced by the news they get either through social media or the special platform of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research findings show that news framing has a significant impact on students' political decisions
Tanggung Jawab Administratif Pemerintah Daerah dalam Pengawasan Izin Lingkungan
No full textKerusakan lingkungan merupakan ancaman besar terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama di daerah dengan tata kelola lingkungan yang lemah. Pemerintah daerah memiliki tanggung jawab penting dalam pengawasan izin lingkungan untuk menjamin kepatuhan hukum dan keberlanjutan ekologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif berdasarkan data sekunder, seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur akademik, dan dokumen kebijakan. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan historis. Pemerintah daerah memiliki kewenangan administratif dalam pengawasan izin lingkungan berdasarkan regulasi nasional, seperti Undang-Undang No. 32 Tahun 2009. Mekanisme pengawasan mencakup penyusunan RPLH, inspeksi oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, evaluasi kepatuhan, serta sanksi administratif, mulai dari teguran hingga pencabutan izin. Namun, pelaksanaan pengawasan menghadapi tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan SDM, tumpang tindih regulasi, dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Reformasi regulasi melalui UU Cipta Kerja mempersempit kewenangan daerah, memperlemah penegakan hukum. Diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kolaborasi antar lembaga dan masyarakat. Pengawasan izin lingkungan yang efektif memerlukan pendekatan terintegrasi dan partisipatif untuk menjamin keberlanjutan lingkungan jangka panjang
